The article proposes a method for forming a dedicated operational context in course of development and implementation of autonomous corporate management systems based on example of autonomous systems for a board of directors. The significant part of the operational context for autonomous company management systems is the regulatory and legal environment within which corporations operate. In order to create a special operational context for autonomous artificial intelligence systems, the wording of local regulatory documents can be simultaneously presented in two versions: for use by people and for use by autonomous systems. In this case, the artificial intelligence system will get a well-defined operational context that allows such a system to perform functions within the required standards. Local regulations that provide for the specifics of the joint work of individuals and autonomous artificial intelligence systems can create the basis of the relevant legislation governing the development and implementation of autonomous systems., Comment: in Russian language

The use of traditional IVR (Interactive Voice Response) methods often proves insufficient to meet customer needs. This article examines the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance the efficiency of IVR systems in call centers. A proposed approach is based on the integration of speech-to-text conversion solutions, text query classification using large language models (LLM), and speech synthesis. Special attention is given to adapting these technologies to work with the Kazakh language, including fine-tuning models on specialized datasets. The practical aspects of implementing the developed system in a real call center for query classification are described. The research results demonstrate that the application of AI technologies in call center IVR systems reduces operator workload, improves customer service quality, and increases the efficiency of query processing. Modern machine learning techniques in the natural language processing domain can be used to automatically generate scripts for goal-oriented dialogue systems. The current article presents a general framework for studying the automatic generation of scripts for goal-oriented dialogue systems. A method for preprocessing dialog data sets in JSON format is described. A comparison is made of two methods for extracting user intent based on BERTopic and latent Dirichlet allocation. A comparison has been made of two implemented algorithms for classifying statements of users of a goal-oriented dialogue system based on logistic regression and BERT transformer models. The BERT transformer approach using the bert-base-uncased model showed better results for the three metrics Precision (0.80), F1-score (0.78) and Matthews correlation coefficient (0.74) in comparison with other methods., Comment: in Russian language This work has been submitted to the IEEE for possible publication

This article presents a method for recovering missing values in multidimensional time series. The method combines neural network technologies and an algorithm for searching snippets (behavioral patterns of a time series). It includes the stages of data preprocessing, recognition and reconstruction, using convolutional and recurrent neural networks. In the monograph "Strong artificial intelligence. On the Approaches to Superintelligence" contains an overview of general artificial intelligence (AGI). As an anthropomorphic research area, it includes Brain Principles Programming (BPP) -- the formalization of universal mechanisms (principles) of the brain work with information, which are implemented at all levels of the organization of nervous tissue. This monograph contains a formalization of these principles in terms of category theory. However, this formalization is not enough to develop algorithms for working with information. In this paper, for the description and modeling of BPP, it is proposed to apply mathematical models and algorithms developed earlier, which modeling cognitive functions and base on well-known physiological, psychological and other natural science theories. The paper uses mathematical models and algorithms of the following theories: P.K.Anokhin Theory of Functional Brain Systems, Eleanor Rosch prototypical categorization theory, Bob Rehder theory of causal models and "natural" classification. The article provides a review of the publications on the current trends and developments in Dempster-Shafer theory and its different applications in science, engineering, and technologies. The review took account of the following provisions with a focus on some specific aspects of the theory. The paper presents a possible solution to the problem of algorithmization for quantifying inno-vativeness indicators of technical products, inventions and technologies. The concepts of technological nov-elty, relevance and implementability as components of product innovation criterion are introduced. Authors propose a model and algorithm to calculate every of these indicators of innovativeness under conditions of incompleteness and inaccuracy, and sometimes inconsistency of the initial information. The paper describes the developed specialized software that is a promising methodological tool for using interval estimations in accordance with the theory of evidence. These estimations are used in the analysis of complex multicomponent systems, aggregations of large volumes of fuzzy and incomplete data of various structures. Composition and structure of a multi-agent expert system are presented. The purpose of such system is to process groups of measurement results and to estimate indicators values of objects innovativeness. Article purpose is the analysis of a question of possibility of technologization of philosophical knowledge. We understand the organization of cognitive activity which is guided by the set of methods guaranteed bringing to successful (i.e. to precisely corresponding set parameters) to applied results as technologization. Transformation of sense of philosophy allows revealing possibilities of its technologization. The leading role in this process is played by philosophy of science which creates conditions for such transformation. A computer model of "a sense of humour" suggested previously [arXiv:0711.2058,0711.2061], relating the humorous effect with a specific malfunction in information processing, is given in somewhat different exposition. Psychological aspects of humour are elaborated more thoroughly. The mechanism of laughter is formulated on the more general level. Detailed discussion is presented for the higher levels of information processing, which are responsible for a perception of complex samples of humour. A new three-stage computer artificial neural network model of the tip-of-the-tongue phenomenon is shortly described, and its stochastic nature was demonstrated. A way to calculate strength and appearance probability of tip-of-the-tongue states, neural network mechanism of feeling-of-knowing phenomenon are proposed. The model synthesizes memory, psycholinguistic, and metamemory approaches, bridges speech errors and naming chronometry research traditions. A model analysis of a tip-of-the-tongue case from Anton Chekhov's short story 'A Horsey Name' is performed.
