—In the framework of AFS(Axiomatic Fuzzy Sets) theory,We propose A novel weight fuzzy clustering algorithm, which is totally different from the traditional clustering algorithm based approaches. The novel weighted fuzzy clustering algorithm has three main advantages: Firstly, the procedures of the proposed algorithm are more transparent and understandable, and the clustering results not only have definite linguistic interpretation,but also have a weight assigned to each attribute in the cluster description to make the weight’s effect on the clustering reflect the importance of the attribute. Secondly, the predefined distance function and objective function are not required, and the cluster number need not be given in advance. Last, the data types of the features can be various data types or sub-preference relations,even human intuition descriptions. To evaluate the performance of the proposed weighted fuzzy clustering algorithm, we consider three well-known benchmark clustering problems–Iris data,Wine data and Wisconsin diagnostic breast cancer data.

A lot of research literatures in end-users’ acceptance of ERP systems, give a wide range of the failure factors on impacting ERP systems, and presented a number of models, including the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Technology Acceptance and Use of Theory (UTAUT) are more applied. In this paper, combining the UTAUT model and the organizational system of Chinese enterprises, we explored different system impacts to UTAUT model. And then aiming at the acceptance of ERP system of state-owned enterprises in China, we put forward some methods to improve the acceptance.

Enterprise informationization in Chinese manufacturing industry has marched for long time. Facing much more new technologies and more and more complex IT systems, enterprises are encountering the challenge of improving and providing the business value of IT. How to plan an enterprise-wide IT systems blueprint to fulfill the enterprise business demands and get the great value of IT is a critical factor for every enterprise to survive in the competitive environment. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is an IT enabler and IT management tool to support the enterprise mission. Using EA properly, enterprises can get their business benefits and improve their innovation competency. This paper introduces EA and its components and presents a practical EA development method. To illustrate this method, we take a manufacturer as a case and describe the whole EA development process in detail. Finally, some concerns and suggestions are also put forward in the discussion part.

With the extensive applications of IT and network, the information, especially those considered useless in the past is likely to exert its enormous potential value by Information Lifecycle Management. This paper analyzes the meaning of Information Lifecycle Management and the basic theory of Enterprise Architecture and then put forward the enterprise’ model of Information Lifecycle Management based on Enterprise Architecture. In the model, three different dimensionalities are described in detail: information lifecycle, information application and enterprise architecture. The idea of the article will have a certain referential significance for Information Lifecycle Management.
