In order to cooperate and integrate among heterogeneous systems of different departments in schools, a solution of Research Projects Management System (RPMS) based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is proposed in this paper. This solution divides the application system into two parts: service layer and application layer. Service layer provides the abstract level between traditional business process and application layer. The service in service layer encapsulates the business unit and business process logic. After analyzing some SOA's techniques, our system uses Web services as service layer and adopts Apache Axis2 as the engine of web service process. Application layer encapsulates application logic to achieve concrete functions. The system employs J2EE architecture to implement concrete business functions [1]. The implementation of this system achieves the purpose of information interaction and business process integration between heterogeneous systems. By analyzing the current development status in MGIS, the paper proposes the problem that low reuse rate and low efficiency of development existing in the MGIS system software development. This paper proposed to solve the massive meteorological data from multiple systems integration and sharing between meteorological data interoperability transformation model. The model is based on the characteristics of the meteorological data, data warehouse, metadata and other technical research and design, using the model to standardize formats and effective management of a variety of multi-source heterogeneous meteorological data source, thereby increasing the meteorological operational systems interoperability between efficiency and to better participate in the exchange of information. Most of the current disaster recovery solutions need to rely on expensive commercial disaster recovery software and hardware. In order to reduce the cost of disaster recovery, a fully featured, affordable disaster recovery solution and an offsite disaster recovery system RDRS (Remote Disaster Recovery System) are putted forward in this paper. Based on existing technologies, such as DFS, database mirroring and IP address drifting, the RDRS is completed without introducing expensive commercial disaster recovery software and hard-ware. Tentative results show that, facing varieties of failures, this solution and the RDRS can effectively conduct disaster recovery. The emerging cloud computing is developing into a new enable technology for service integration, making essential conditions for the appearance of public clouds, which integrate external services and provide services to third-party users. The concept of service network really helps to achieve dynamic, flexible, self-service composition. Service network is composed of nodes. The channel structure of nodes reflects the interaction between services and the dynamic structure of service composition. Besides a brief review and summary of the recent research of service composition and the formal description of interface, this paper defines the abstract service, service and the channel between them as the basic of service network. The definition of abstract service and service is given through the formal description of the syntax and semantic structure of channel. The relationship between channels is defined upon the definition mentioned above. All of the concept mentioned above can be described by Pi-calculus, and the validity of them is explained through an example at the end. Based on GPRS Time Based Charging Gateway (TBCG) in one communication operator, the Paper analyses processing bottleneck of this module. It caused system inefficient and inconsistency of the user order data between TBCG and BOSS (Business Operation Support System). On the basis of current GPRS Charge Detail Record (CDR) processing procedure in the BOSS, it adds a new CDR processing module of GPRS Time Based Charging to process abnormal GPRS Time Based CDRs and overlapping ones. By comparing system performance, the data after the new module online and during the spring festival of 2012 shows that the optimization module performance is much better than the old one in processing ability and efficiency. This paper presents a comparative study to examine the relationship between Enterprise Service Bus and Soft System Bus from the various aspects including motivation problems, ideas, purposes, goals, underlying principles, design methodologies, and architectures.
