We focus our study on a discussion of duality relationships of a minimax fractional programming problem with its two types of second-order dual models under the second-order generalized convexity type assumptions. It is one of the important issues in the field of today's sewage treatment of researching the MBR membrane flux prediction for membrane fouling. Firstly this paper used the principal component analysis method to achieve dimensionality and correlation of input variables and obtained the three major factors affecting membrane fouling most obvious:MLSS, total resistance, and operating pressure. Then it used the BP neural network to establish the system model of the MBR intelligent simulation, the relationship between three parameters, and membrane flux characterization of the degree of membrane fouling, because the BP neural network has slow training speed, is sensitive to the initial weights and the threshold, is easy to fall into local minimum points, and so on. So this paper used genetic algorithm to optimize the initial weights and the threshold of BP neural network and established the membrane fouling prediction model based on GA-BP network. As this research had shown, under the same conditions, the BP network model optimized by GA of MBR membrane fouling is better than that not optimized for prediction effect of membrane flux. It demonstrates that the GA-BP network model of MBR membrane fouling is more suitable for simulation of MBR membrane fouling process, comparing with the BP network. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Stability of switching systems with an infinite number of subsystems is important in some structure of systems, like fuzzy systems, neural networks, and so forth. Because of the relationship between stability of a set of matrices and switching systems, this paper first studies the stability of a set of matrices, then and the results are applied for stability of switching systems. Some new conditions for globally uniformly asymptotically stability (GUAS) of discrete-time switched linear systems with an infinite number of subsystems are proposed. We obtain in this paper the solutions of the following recursive sequences xn+1 = xnxn-3/xn-2(±1 ± xnxn-3), n = 0, 1, . . ., where the initial conditions are arbitrary real numbers and we study the behaviors of the solutions and we obtained the equilibrium points of the considered equations. Some qualitative behavior of the solutions such as the boundedness, the global stability, and the periodicity character of the solutions in each case have been studied. We presented some numerical examples by giving some numerical values for the initial values and the coefficients of each case. Some figures have been given to explain the behavior of the obtained solutions in the case of numerical examples by using the mathematical program Mathematica to confirm the obtained results. Owing to the increase and the complexity of data caused by the uncertain environment, the water environment monitoring system in Three Gorges Reservoir Area faces much pressure in data handling. In order to identify the water quality quickly and effectively, this paper presents a new big data processing algorithm for water quality analysis. The algorithm has adopted a fast fuzzy C means clustering algorithm to analyze water environment monitoring data. The fast clustering algorithm is based on fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm and hard C-means clustering algorithm. And the result of hard clustering is utilized to guide the initial value of fuzzy clustering. The new clustering algorithm can speed up the rate of convergence. With the analysis of fast clustering, we can identify the quality of water samples. Both the theoretical and simulated results show that the algorithm can quickly and efficiently analyze the water quality in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, which significantly improves the efficiency of big data processing. This paper presents a novel optimization method for effectively solving nonconvex quadratically constrained quadratic programs (NQCQP) problem. By applying a novel parametric linearizing approach, the initial NQCQP problem and its subproblems can be transformed into a sequence of parametric linear programs relaxation problems. To enhance the computational efficiency of the presented algorithm, a cutting down approach is combined in the branch and bound algorithm. By computing a series of parametric linear programs problems, the presented algorithm converges to the global optimum point of the NQCQP problem. Multigranulation rough set is an extension of classical rough set, and optimistic multigranulation and pessimistic multigranulation are two special cases of it. β multigranulation rough set is a more generalized multigranulation rough set. In this paper, we first introduce fuzzy rough theory into β multigranulation rough set to construct a β multigranulation fuzzy rough set, which can be used to deal with continuous data; then some properties are discussed. Reduction is an important issue of multigranulation rough set, and an algorithm of granular space reduction to β multigranulation fuzzy rough set for preserving positive region is proposed. The reliable l2-l∞ and H∞ and control for a class of Lipschitz nonlinear discrete-time singular systems with time delay is investigated via dynamic feedback control. The main goal of this paper is to design a generalized nonlinear controller such that, for possible actuator failures, the closed-loop system is regular, casual, and stable with a given l2-l∞ and H∞ disturbance attenuation level being satisfied. Some sufficient conditions are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and the controller design method is also proposed. We introduce and study a new general system of nonlinear variational inclusions involving generalized m-accretive mappings in Banach space. By using the resolvent operator technique associated with generalized m-accretive mappings due to Huang and Fang, we prove the existence theorem of the solution for this variational inclusion system in uniformly smooth Banach space, and discuss convergence and stability of a class of new perturbed iterative algorithms for solving the inclusion system in Banach spaces. The packing problem of unit equilateral triangles not only has the theoretical significance but also offers broad prospects in material processing and network resource optimization. Because this problem is nondeterministic polynomial (NP) hard and has the feature of continuity, it is necessary to limit the placements of unit equilateral triangles before optimizing and obtaining approximate solution (e.g., the unit equilateral triangles are not allowed to be rotated). This paper adopts a new quasi-human strategy to study the packing problem of unit equilateral triangles. Some new concepts are put forward such as side-clinging action, and an approximation algorithm for solving the addressed problem is designed. Time complexity analysis and the calculation results indicate that the proposed method is a polynomial time algorithm, which provides the possibility to solve the packing problem of arbitrary triangles. Overcoming the coupling among variables is greatly necessary to obtain accurate, rapid and independent control of the real nonlinear systems. In this paper, the main methodology, on which the method is based, is dynamic neural networks (DNN) and adaptive control with the Lyapunov methodology for the time-varying, coupling, uncertain, and nonlinear system. Under the framework, the DNN is developed to accommodate the identification, and the weights of DNN are iteratively and adaptively updated through the identification errors. Based on the neural network identifier, the adaptive controller of complex system is designed in the latter. To guarantee the precision and generality of decoupling tracking performance, Lyapunov stability theory is applied to prove the error between the reference inputs and the outputs of unknown nonlinear system which is uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB). We present a new algorithm for solving the two-set split common fixed point problem with total quasi-asymptotically pseudocontractive operators and consider the case of quasi-pseudocontractive operators. Under some appropriate conditions, we prove that the proposed algorithms have strong convergence. The results presented in this paper improve and extend the previous algorithms and results of Censor and Segal (2009), Moudafi (2011 and 2010), Mohammed (2013), Yang et al. (2011), Chang et al. This paper deals with a constraint multiobjective programming problem and its dual problem in the lexicographic order. We establish some duality theorems and present several existence results of a Lagrange multiplier and a lexicographic saddle point theorem. A combined interior point homotopy continuation method is proposed for solving general multiobjective programming problem.
