In order to improve the environmental protection effect of agricultural body, this paper analyses the development of rural economy based on the concept of sustainable development. Moreover, in order to prevent the development and utilisation of agricultural resources from continuing to fall into the vicious circle of the past, this paper begins to explore new alternative agricultural models. In addition, this paper expounds the concepts of ecological compensation, agricultural versatility, ecological service function and value involved in this paper. From a long-term perspective, the necessary route for the development of modern agriculture is sustainable and emphasises the development of multiple functions of agriculture. Ultimately, this technique applies sustainable development with agricultural ecological protecting the environment research, uses the region as an example to analyses agricultural economic and environmentally sustainable development, analyses the problems of farm ecological environmental protection using real-life case studies, and recommends corresponding defensive measures to serve as a model for future research. Chinese farming culture mostly starts from the angles of geography, history, sociology and folklore. However, there are relatively few systematic studies on farming culture from the perspective of landscape science, and the research direction mainly focuses on the concept, type, characteristics, function, and operation mode of farming culture. Under the background of the concept of agricultural ecology, it is necessary to improve the effect of the landscape design of agricultural theme parks. With the support of ecological concepts, this paper analyses the background requirements, public needs, design principles, design objectives, design essentials, and design elements of the agricultural theme park design based on the sustainable development and agricultural economic concepts. Moreover, this paper combines case studies to analyse the landscape design of agricultural theme park. From the design effect, it can be seen that the design method proposed in this paper has a certain effect, which can provide a reference for the subsequent landscape design of agricultural theme park. In order to improve the reliability and scientificity of the path of agriculture sustainable development, guided by the concept of circular economy, this paper combines data mining technology to construct a path analysis system of agricultural sustainable development and establishes a one-dimensional discrete dynamic model of the interaction between the stock of renewable resources and the output. Moreover, this paper discusses the impact of resource-based industries' output on the sustainable use of resources and establishes a two-dimensional discrete dynamic control model for resource stock and resource development speed. In addition, this paper mainly studies the relationship between resource stock and output when the speed of resource development is managed and controlled, and builds a system structure model based on the actual needs of agricultural development. Finally, this paper designs an experiment to analyse the performance of the system model constructed in this paper. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has a certain guiding effect on the sustainable development of agriculture, and it can be applied to practice. In order to improve the management effect of agricultural sustainable development, this paper uses the Internet of Things technology and machine learning technology as the basis to study the agricultural sustainable development platform. Simultaneously, this paper studies the architecture of wireless sensor nodes and networks oriented to complex agricultural habitat conditions. Moreover, in view of the harsh environment of data collection in agricultural production sites and the higher requirements for network robustness, this paper designs a new type of intelligent sensor network equipment. It is used to effectively reduce the number of tasks undertaken by routing and the completeness of data in a large covered agricultural base area, and to ensure the efficiency and reliability of network data. In addition, this paper combines the needs of sustainable development of smart agriculture to build a smart agriculture platform based on Internet of Things technology and machine learning, and design experiments to verify the performance of the system platform constructed in this paper.
