The nearly planar amino­quinoline fragment and the aromatic ring of the triisopropyl­benzene­sulfonate group of the title compound, C24H30N2O3S, form a dihedral angle of 47.9 (2)°. Both H atoms of the amino group are involved in inter­molecular hydrogen bonds of types N—H⋯O (2.56 A) and N—H⋯N (2.26 A), linking the mol­ecules into dimers.

The title mol­ecule, [Zn(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], lies on a crystallographic twofold axis. The ZnII atom is in a trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry formed by two N atoms of two quinoline groups, two O atoms and a water mol­ecule. In the crystal structure, inter­molecular hydrogen bonds link mol­ecules into a two-dimensional network.

The essentially planar quinoline fragment and the aromatic ring of the toluene­sulfonate group of the title compound, C16H14N2O3S, form a dihedral angle of 52.2 (1)°; the torsion angle about the central bridge C—O—S—C is −69.3 (2)°. The N—H⋯N and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, involving the H atoms of the amino group and the quinoline and sulfonyl N and O atoms [N⋯N = 3.055 (3) A and N⋯O = 3.058 (2) A], link the mol­ecules into dimers; a C—H⋯O inter­action formed by the CH group in position 4 of the quinoline group [C⋯O = 3.293 (3) A] further links the dimers into infinite chains running along the diagonal of the ab plane.

In the title compound, [Zn(C17H7Br2F6N2O2S)2], the zinc(II) ion has a distorted tetra­hedral geometry formed by the N atoms of the quinoline and the sulfonamide groups. One inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond to a sulfonyl O atom is observed.

In the title compound, [Zn(C15H10N3O4S)2(H2O)], the asymmetric unit contains one half-mol­ecule. The coordination of the ZnII ion, which occupies a special position on a twofold axis, is distorted trigonal bipyramidal.

In the title compound, [Zn(C15H10FN2O2 S)2]·0.5H2O, the Zn atom has a distorted tetrahedral geometry, formed by the N atoms of the quinoline and the sulfonamide groups. In the crystal structure of the title compound, C26H34N2O3S, the quinoline ring system, with meth­oxy and methyl substituents, is nearly planar. An intra­molecular hydrogen bond [N—H⋯N = 2.16 (2) A] is observed.

In the title compound, [Zn(C(17)H(14)Cl(2)N(3)O(3)S)(2)(H(2)O)(2)], the Zn(II) ion has a tetra-hedral coordination formed by the two N atoms of the sulfonamide groups and the two water mol-ecules. Two inter- and two intra-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds are observed in the crystal structure.

In the title compound, C24H23NO5S, the enone group and the two attached aromatic rings are approximately coplanar. The planes of the two methoxy­benzene groups are almost perpendicular, with a dihedral angle of 82.41 (8)°. The C—S—N—C and S—N—C—C torsion angles of 62.5 (2) and 60.0 (1)°, respectively, also show the nonplanarity of the system. The amino group has an intra­molecular contact to a meth­oxy O atom. The crystal structure is stabilized by one N—H⋯O and three C—H⋯O inter­molecular hydrogen bonds.

In the title compound, C5H6N+·C15H11O4S−, the C—C—C—C torsion angle of −166.9 (2)° between the 5-vinyl­benzene­sulfonate group and the phenyl ring indicates the nonplanarity of the system. The NH group of the pyridinium ring has an inter­molecular contact with a sulfonyl O atom. Six inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds are also observed in the crystal structure.

In the title compound, C15H11BrN2O2S, the torsion angle about the central C—N—S—C bridge is 55.1 (5)°. The dihedral angle between the planes of the nearly planar quinoline group and the bromo­benzene ring is 72.0 (1)°. No classical hydrogen bonds were found in the crystal structure.

There are two independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C14H16N2O2S. The quinoline system of each mol­ecule is planar [maximum deviation from planarity = 0.05 (2) A], while the piperidine ring exibits a chair conformation. Inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect symmetry-related mol­ecules.

The molecule of the title compound, C7H7N3OS, is nearly planar, with a maximum deviation of 0.095 A from the mean plane for the ethyl group. An inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond is observed in the crystal structure.

The mol­ecular packing of the title compound, C15H10F2N2O3S, is stabilized by a hydrogen-bonded network. Both H atoms of the amino group form inter­molecular hydrogen bonds of types N—H⋯N [2.26 (5) A] and N—H⋯O [2.30 (5) A]. The nearly planar quinoline system and the aromatic ring of the toluene­sulfonate group form a dihedral angle of 31.1 (6)°; the torsion angle about the central C—O—S—C bridge is −120.4 (2)°.

The mol­ecular packing of the title compound, C24H30N2O3S, is stabilized by a hydrogen-bonded network. Both sulfonyl O atoms are involved in inter­molecular hydrogen bonds of types N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O. An inter­molecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond is also observed.

In the title compound, C16H14N2O2S, the C—N—S—C torsion angle is −63.1 (4)°. One intra­molecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond is observed in the structure.

In the title compound, C18H18N2O2S, the torsion angle about the N—S bond between the quinoline ring system and the benzene ring is −60.9 (2)°. The NH group forms an intra­molecular hydrogen bond to the quinoline N atom.

In the title compound C13H14N2O4, the 1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione ring exhibits an envelope conformation. The amino H atom forms intra- and inter­molecular contacts to carbonyl O atoms. One inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond is also observed.

In the title compound, C21H10Br2F4N2O4S, the quinoline ring system, carrying two Br atoms, is essentially planar. The torsion angles about the N—S bonds connecting the quinoline ring to the aromatic rings are 84.0 (3) and 120.8 (3)°. Intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link molecules into a three-dimensional array.

The mol­ecule of the title compound, [Zn(C16H11Br2N2O2S)2(H2O)], occupies a special position on a twofold axis. Zinc is square-pyramidal coordinated by the N atoms of the quinoline and the sulfonamide groups and one water mol­ecule. The water mol­ecule has one weak inter­molecular hydrogen bond to a sulfonyl O atom.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cu(C15H10N3O4S)2], contains one half-mol­ecule. The other half of the complex mol­ecule is related by a C2 axis running through the Cu atom. The Cu atom is four-coordinated by two quinoline N and two sulfonamide N atoms. In the crystal structure, the mol­ecules are linked through inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

In the title compound, C20H22N2O3S, the torsion angle about the N—S bond between the quinoline system and the benzene ring is −48.7 (2)°. An intra­molecular N—H⋯N and an inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond are observed in the crystal structure.

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C15H11FN2O2S, the torsion angle about the N—S bond between the quinoline ring system and the benzene ring is −59.0 (2)°. The sulfonamide H atom forms one intra­molecular hydrogen bond to the quinoline N atom [N—H⋯N = 2.25 (2) A] and an intermolecular hydrogen bond to a sulfonyl O atom [N—H⋯O =2.53 (2) A]. The C atom adjacent to the quinoline N atom forms one inter­molecular contact to the F atom [H⋯F = 2.48 (2) A].

In the title compound, C13H12BrNO4, the 1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione ring exhibits a half-chair conformation. The mol­ecules are linked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The amino H atom has one intra­molecular contact to a carbonyl O atom, forming a six-membered ring.

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C16H13N3O2, there are two independent L-shaped mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. No classical hydrogen bonds were found in the crystal structure.

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C16H12Br2N2O2S, mol­ecules are linked by two hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network. The H atom of the NH group has two inter­molecular contacts; one to a sulfonyl O atom (H⋯O = 2.22 A) and the other to the Br at the quinoline C-7 position (H⋯Br = 3.11 A).

In the title compound, C10H10N4O4, the triazine ring is nearly planar. The 1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione ring exhibits a half-chair conformation. The mol­ecule is disordered and the structure has been refined using a split model.

In the title compound, C9H10N4O4·H2O, the triazole ring is nearly planar. The 1,3-dioxane-4,6-dione ring exhibits a half-chair conformation. Two intra­molecular N—H⋯·O hydrogen bonds, with O⋯H distances of 2.23 (2) and 1.99 (2) A, and two inter­molecular O—H⋯·N hydrogen bonds, with N⋯H distances of 1.92 (3) and 1.94 (4) A, are observed.
