Urea oxidation reaction (UOR) has been utilized to substitute the oxygen evolution reaction (OER), to escalate the energy conversion efficiency in electrochemical hydrogen generation processes with denitrification of widespread urea in wastewater. This study reports breakthroughs in Ni‐based UOR electrocatalysts, particularly with NiFe oxalate (O‐NFF), derived from Ni3Fe alloy foam with prismatic nanostructures and elevated surface area. The O‐NFF achieves cutting‐edge performances, representing 500 mA cm−2 of current density at 1.47 V RHE and exceptionally low Tafel slope of 12.1 mV dec−1 (in 1 m KOH with 0.33 m urea). X‐ray photoelectron/absorption spectroscopy (XPS/XAS) coupled with density functional theory calculations unveil that oxalate ligands induce charge deficient Ni center, promoting stable urea‐O adsorption. Furthermore, Fe dopants enhance oxalate‐O charge density and H‐bond strength, facilitating C‐N cleavage for N2 and NO2− formation. The extraordinary UOR kinetics by the tandem effects of oxalate and Fe prevent Ni over‐oxidation, corroborated by operando XAS, minimizing OER interference. It agrees with an adaptive reconstruction to Fe‐doped β‐NiOOH on top surface in extended urea electrolysis with marginal loss in UOR kinetics. The cancer vaccine is one of the potent cancer immunotherapies based on provoking antigen‐specific adaptive immune responses in patients. Activating host antigen‐presenting cells by delivering antigens and adjuvants is one of the most important requirements to enhance cancer vaccine efficacy. This study proposes an effective cancer vaccine platform based on injectable mesocellular foam (MCF) silica microparticles with a dual role capable of in situ recruitment of host dendritic cells (DCs) and intracellular delivery of antigens to the recruited DCs. Subcutaneously administrated MCF microparticles loaded with chemoattractant to DCs (GM‐CSF), antigenic protein (OVA), and TLR9 agonist (CpG‐ODN) lead to robust DC maturation and high antigen‐specific T cell responses. The cell recruitment, DC activation, and T cell responses of MCF‐based cancer vaccine are significantly higher than injectable mesoporous silica scaffold, of which role is mostly limited to the cell recruiting scaffold. These features of MCF lead to effective inhibition of tumor growth in prophylactic vaccine setting and lung metastatic cancer model, representing MCF enabling cell‐recruiting scaffold formation and intracellular delivery of antigen can be a promising material platform for an enhanced cancer vaccine. Metal halide perovskites have attracted considerable attention for light‐emitting diode (LED) applications due to their desirable optoelectronic properties including high brightness and color purity. However, the performance of blue perovskite LEDs (PeLEDs) remains inferior to their red and green counterparts. Herein, an ionic liquid (IL), specifically 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate is introduced as the interlayer on the hole transport layer (HTL). This IL demonstrates a strong interaction with the perovskite emissive layer, resulting in effective defect passivation and a shallower valence band maximum. Consequently, nonradiative recombination is reduced, and hole injection is enhanced. Additionally, a soft lithography method employing a transfer process is successfully developed that enables precise micropatterning of the perovskite light‐emitting layer. Through these advancements, the IL‐modified PeLED exhibits pure blue emission at 470 nm with a maximum luminance of 891 cd m−2 and an impressive maximum EQE of 8.3%. Furthermore, the micro PeLED with an IL interlayer achieves a maximum luminance of 400 cd m−2 and a maximum EQE of 3.9%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The control paradigm of small vessel pathophysiology has changed to focus on the vascular out‐wall rather than the lumen‐intimal factors. As an emerging controller of the external wall, the microvasculature (“vasa vasorum”) provides interactional routes between the in‐and out‐sides of the vascular wall. Despite numerous approaches to developing small‐diameter vascular grafts, engineering artificial vasa vasorum (AVV) has not been projected as a multi‐functional solution to address long‐standing issues such as thrombotic and immune controls for wall regeneration. Here, the AVV is engineered using a microchannel network hydrogel after a multi‐study validation of implantation functions and then used to wrap the external wall of the cell‐free vessel post‐decellularization while preserving its mechanical properties. Upon inter‐positional and bypass grafting to rabbit arteries, the AVV graft facilitates the recruitment of vascular cells into the cell‐free wall by promoting invasion of angiogenic and vasculogenic cells through the microchannel‐mediated M2 polarization of macrophages. This function results in the efficient restoration of smooth muscle cells, and the revitalized vascular elasticity helps to maintain long‐term patency.
