Developing an accurate means of classifying defects, such as crystal-originated pits, surface-adhered foreign particles, and process-induced defects, using scanning surface inspection systems (SSIS) is of paramount importance because it provides the opportunity to determine the root causes of defects, which is valuable for yield enhancement. This report presents a novel defect classification approach developed by optimizing the linear-based channeling (LBC) and rule-based binning (RBB) algorithms that are applied to a commercially available SSIS (KLA-SP5), in combination with test sample selection including the signature defect patterns associated with the typical crystal growth process. The experimental results demonstrate that defect classification is possible with an accuracy and purity above 80% using the LBC algorithm and 90% using the RBB algorithm.

This paper investigates both fresh and hardened properties of concrete produced with different particle sizes of coarse aggregate (CA). The CAs with the maximum sizes (Dmax) of 25 mm, 19 mm, 15 mm, 12.5 mm, and 9.5 mm were used to produce concrete samples with a water-to-binder ratio of 0.4. The workability, fresh unit weight, compressive strength, and ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) of the concrete were tested. Additionally, some concrete samples were fully immersed in 5% sodium sulfate solution in order to assess the performance of the concrete under sulfate attack condition. The experimental results show that the workability of fresh concrete increased with increasing the particle size of CA used, while the particle size of CA insignificantly affected to the unit weight of fresh concrete mixtures. The concrete mixture produced with Dmax of 12.5 mm obtained the highest compressive strength and UPV values in comparison with those of other mixtures. This study also found that the compressive strength values of concrete samples that fully immersed in sulfate solution reduced about 15% as compared with those of the concrete samples cured in lime-saturated water. All of the concrete samples prepared for this investigation exhibited good durability performance with ultrasonic pulse velocity values of above 4300 m/s. Test results also indicated that the concrete properties can be enhanced if the CA sizes were appropriately selected.

Fiber-reinforced ceramic composites are relatively promising materials in aerospace and other high-tech area. In this work, the grinding mechanism of 2.5-dimensional woven quartz fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites was researched by experimental analysis. The acoustic emission (AE) combined with wavelet analysis was adopted to evaluate the grinding process. The ratio of energy which may indicate the mode of fracture of the composites was used for analyzing each of the AE signals levels. The effects of meso-structure on AE frequency distribution have been discussed. It was found that that specific frequency band is corresponding to the specific fracture mode, such as fiber fracture, interface debonding and matrix fracture. It indicates that grinding mechanism is highly dependent on the meso-structure of the composites.

In this work, crystal structure, magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect of Nd0.7Gd0.3Mn2Si2 alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). Nd0.7Gd0.3Mn2Si2 crystallizes in ThCr2Si2-typed structure with space group I4/mmm, in which the Nd, Gd, Mn and Si atoms occupy 2a (0, 0, 0), 2a (0, 0, 0), 4d (0, 1/2, 1/4) and 4e (0, 0, 0.38261) position, respectively. The Curie temperature (Tc) of Nd0.7Gd0.3Mn2Si2 alloy is 42 K, while the spin reorientation temperature (TSR) is 26 K and the Nel temperature (TN) is 410 K. The Tc and TN were determined using PPMS and DSC, respectively. The maximum value of the magnetic entropy change (-Smax) in the field change of 0-5 T is 11.862 J/kg K, while the value of relative cooling power (RCP) in Nd0.7Gd0.3Mn2Si2 alloy is 69.666 J/kg under the field change of 5 T.

To further improve the material utilization in cross wedge rolling, the paper simulated the forming of closed cross wedge rolling through DEFORM-3D, a rigid-plastic finite element analysis software, and analyzed the distribution and changing rule on the fields of strain and displacement in the parts rolling. Then the paper clarified the generated mechanism about the end concavity of shaft in the closed type of cross wedge rolling, which has great theoretical significance and engineering applied value in controlling and decreasing the end concavity in closed type cross wedge rolling and improving the parts’ end quality.

The iterative formulas of spring forces for Circumferential Arc Spring Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF-CS) were derived by discrete method, involving friction forces. The computation program was designed, and the curves illustrating transmitted torques over deformation angles of the outer and inner arc springs were plotted, which showed linear torque behavior. Thus two stages of torsional stiffness of DMF-CS were figured out to be 465.9923Nm/rad and 631.7980Nm/rad. The two stages of torsional stiffness without friction forces were calculated by this method, which were 434.6408Nm/rad and 591.3652Nm/rad. The experiment of static torque characteristic of DMF-CS was completed, obtaining the experimental torsional stiffness, which were 455.9923Nm/rad and 620.9412Nm/rad. Comparing the above values of torsional stiffness, the values with friction forces show more precise than ones without friction forces, and the values without friction forces are smallest. The results show that the friction forces contribute to the torsional stiffness of DMF-CS.

Yangtze River Delta is one of the most developed regions in China. In recent years, environmental protection industry has developed rapidly, and the total investment has also kept increasing, and the investment structure has been improving, and the mode of financing increases. But there are still some problems in the current investment and financing of environmental protection industry in the Yangtze River Delta. Based on in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in investment and financing of environmental protection industry in Yangtze River delta.

Purpose The flow injection distillation (zinc acetate solution) was changed to be 5% phosphoric acid in the method of determination of cyanide. Application Cyanide in groundwater was measured by FIA6000 + automatic flow injection analyzer directly. Results In the 2.0-100.0μg/L range, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9, the recovery was 86.1% -100.8%, relative standard deviation 1.3% -3.8%. Conclusion This method not only reduces the white crystals [Zn (OH)2] on the pump tube blockage, making the operation more simple and efficient, but also for the detection of a large number of groundwater samples.

Arcjet plasma enhanced CVD was used to grow diamond. Nucleation of diamond was studied at the early stage of growth cause. The micro-structural probes (transmission electron microscope (TEM), high resolution electronic microscope (HREM), selected area diffraction (SAD) and electron energy loss spectra (EELS) were used to characterize the nuclei. It was found that nuclei formed following the amorphous carbon formation. The critical nucleus size was deduced to be less than 20 nm. The growth of nucleus would form the network-like structure. The incubation period of nucleation was deduced as 6–8min under the condition of high concentration of CH4 in H2.

Ar\H2\CH4 gas mixture was utilized to grow nanocrystal diamond films in a RF plasma enhanced CVD system. CH4\ H2 ratios were changed to study the effect of plasma radicals on the deposit, in which optical emission spectroscopy (OES) was applied to analyze the plasma radicals. It was found that Hα, Hβ, Hγ, CH, C2 were the main radicals in the plasma. Among them, the CH intensity of OES was usually quite strong and increased sharply when the ratio of CH4/H2 was greater than 3%. The intensity of C2 was weak and basically unchanged with the addition of methane. This study can provide a new possible technical application for depositing NCD films.

Optical Emission Spectrum (OES) was utilized to monitor the deposition procedure of copper film byradio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering.The plasma was found to contain Ar, Ar+, Cu and Cu+ when Argon was the working gas. The OES intensity of each composition increased with the increase of the input power of sputtering. Furthermore, intensity of Cu was higher than that ofAr, Ar+ and Cu+. The mechanical property of as-deposited Cu film was measured by scratch test method. It was found that with the increase of the input power, the adhesion strength possessed the maximum value while the square resistance decreased and surface roughness obviously. Theory calculation shows these properties were connected to kinetic energy of atoms in the plasma.

The out-of-plane mechanical properties of aluminium beams under cyclic bending were studied and contrasted to those of steel beams. In order to carry out research on out-of-plane seismic stability performance of aluminium beams, a method by finite element analysis was proposed. The method was based on FEA software, ANSYS. The analysis methods considered the effects of material nonlinearity, geometrical nonlinearity and initial imperfection. Based on above, hysteretic curves, reversal skeleton curves and stiffness degradation curves of 6061-T6 aluminium beams, 6061-T4 aluminium beams and Q235 steel beams under cyclic bending were get and contrasted. Results show that the out-of-plane seismic stability performance of the aluminium beams is lower than the low carbon steel beams and is significantly influenced by material properties.

The technique took into account the high underground water level silty soil with stronger capillarity, subgrade soil easy water softened in Yellow River flood plain areas. It seriously affected the stability of subgrade. If lay a layer of gravel cushion in the ground, and then buried soft permeable pipes in the lower part of embankment, the permeable pipes filled with sand, the top of pipes sealed with geotextile, it would form the vertical drainage channel for the capillary water. So capillary water would along the vertical drainage channels formed by sand core soft permeable pipe and horizontal drainage channels formed by gravel cushion flowed out of the subgrade. The reliability of the method is verified by seep/w module in GEO-studio. This technique could effectively improve the strength and stability of subgrade, reduce the adverse effects of capillary water on the roadbed.

Carbonate rock fractures can be automatically interpreted with ant tracking technology based on ant track algorithm. Application by using ant tracking technology in the carbonate reservoir fracture interpretation and reliability verification with FMI fractures shows that ant tracking technology can not only interpret fractures good on plane and profile, but also has a good reliability.

Complexes of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP with Mg2+ have been prepared. The thermal stability and smoke suspension of the samples are determined by TG, DTA and cone calorimetry. Experimental data show that for the complexes of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP with Mg2+, thermal decomposition temperatures are higher than those of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP, which shows these metal ions can increase the thermal stability of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP. The cone calorimetry data indicate that the metal ions greatly decrease the smoke, CO and CO2 generation of cell-THPC-thiourea-ADP, which can be used as smoke suppressants. However, there are no obvious effects for these metal ions on heat release of samples.

Current climbing appliances are difficult to ensure the steady change from walking to climbing. Consequently, we come up with a climbing mechanical appliance, design it and analyze the appliance on rationality and feasibility. The appliance is lifted by rack and pinion mechanism. In order to ensure smooth and steady movement of the appliance, a counterweight balancing mechanism is designed to adjust the centroid according to actual situation. Through the movement principle analysis of transmission mechanism for the appliance, we build its 3D model by SolidWorks. A simulation analysis has also been provided to examine the feasibility of transmission mechanism under the help of ADAMS.

Chinese loess-paleosol sequence has archived the most detailed terrestrial records of past climatic and environmental changes. In this study, we concentrate on Zhuli loess section in northern Shandong, by sedimentary and magnetic and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) methods. Based on the OSL ages, the basal age of the Zhuli section is 60ka extrapolated by sedimentation rates. Grain-size curves indicate that environment-sensitive size fractions of Zhuli section are 39.81-44.67μm and 79.43-89.12μm respectively, by analyzing grain-size class vs. standard deviation values method. The low-frequency magnetic susceptibility has a good correlation with the high-frequency magnetic susceptibility, and the grain size has a good correlation with the magnetic susceptibility.

As producing and outsourcing services (POS) are appearing to be increasingly explosive nowadays in manufacturing industry, an efficient technology is needed immediately to manage the POS relationships, create manufacturing orders and integrate the distributed social manufacturing resources. Therefore, a web-based mobile producing and outsourcing service platform (mobi-POSP) for industrial equipment manufacturing is built up and proposed in this paper. Its running principles, designed functions and some key enabling technologies are talked in detail. Finally, four truly cases run in the prototype mobi-POSP to show its feasibility and applicability.

The one-room and four-room tanks were modeled by finite element method to deeply research on the liquid-structure coupling problem in tanks. As the different constraint conditions, the analysis cases were formulated based on the orthogonal test method, to study the system's modality. The results show that, the frequency of one-room tank decreases with the increase of filling liquid when vertically fixed. When the one-room tank is fixed like a cantilever, there also is a descend trend of frequency, but in the case of liquid filling ratio 0.20, the frequency is abnormally increased with a minor rate 0.86%. Due to the different location, when filling ratio is 0.4, the frequency of cantilever system is 10.88% higher than that of vertical system. As for the four-room tank, the frequency is also nonlinear, and the lowest frequency is 40.47Hz, which is 82.81% lower than that of vertical system in the same filling ratio.

Retaining ring which keeps the wafer in place is an essential component in chemical mechanical polishing. Meanwhile, it helps to reduce the edge exclusion region where the material removal rate deviates significantly from that of the central region of the wafer. However, it may increase the slurry flow resistance and hence decrease the slurry flow rate. For properly designing a retaining ring of reasonable structure, the effects of retaining ring on slurry flow and contact pressure distribution in CMP process are analyzed by the mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication model. It is found that the slurry flow is sensitive to the protrusion height of retaining ring used in the first generation carrier. The same as the first generation carrier, the slurry flow is obviously reduced with increasing pressure acting on the retaining ring in the second generation carrier. In addition, the floating retaining ring used in the second generation CMP carrier has better performance and is more controllable than the fixed retaining ring used in the first generation CMP carrier.

Aiming at the difficulty of 65% volume fraction SiCp/Al composites micro-hole machining and the problem of exit defects, the ultrasonic vibration-assisted grinding (UVAG) method for micro-hole machining was experimental studied taking Φ2-3mm hole for example. Results indicated that the thrust force was reduced by 79.8% through UVAG with lower fluctuation and the tool wear was much less than conventional drilling (CD). Lower thrust force and better exit quality were obtained with the increasing of the ultrasonic amplitude.

According to the characteristics of mine fanner, the running characteristic and requirements of load was analyzed, and the fanner control system was simulated by using frequency control technology in this thesis. The speed flux double closed loop vector control system was designed by using the principle of the rotor field-oriented vector control and the mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The simulation model was simulated and analysised by MATLAB/Simulink. The result indicated that the vector control system can not only quickly responded to the change of the load torque but also have good speed control performance, and the mine fanner operation requirements was satisfied.

Through literature reading, the paper takes some projects of Stelarc, Nox Architects and Marcos Navok as examples and analyzes characteristics and methods of the incorporation with body, media and building. Combination of body and media influenced the traditional comprehension of space perception and stimulated the relationship of body and Architecture. The discussion reveals incorporation with body and media became an important factor in the evolution of architecture.

Fe(III) from biooxidation can be used in different industrial processes, such as hydrometallurgy, treatment of acid mine drainage and removal of H2S from some industrial waste gases. Many researches showed that the immobilization of the iron-oxidizing cells is helpful to increase the Fe(II) oxidation rate. In this study, a moderate thermopileSulfobacillus sibiricu(S.s)is immobilized and the polyurethane foam is chose as the supporter. A reactor is established for testing the capability of the immobilized bacteria and the optimum reaction conditions are investigated. The experimental results show that under the conditions that the initial concentration of Fe(II) is 10 g/L, the dilution rate is 0.165/h and aeration rate is 300 L/h, the maximum oxidizing rate of Fe(II) can be reached.

Orpiment (As2S3) is one of the major arsenic sulfide minerals, which can be dissolved by ferric ion and proton produced by the bacteria, and the main intermediates were polysulfides and elemental sulfur. In this study, two strains (Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans and Acidthiobacillus caldus) were used to bioleach the orpiment without iron ions addition. The experimental results show that both the two strains can grow in the pulp and dissolve the orpiment. In the bioleaching, it was found that pH decreased, the concentration of arsenic increased significantly and no elemental sulfur is detected on the surface of the residuals. At the same time the density of the planktonic bacteria increased obviously. These results indicate that the orpiment can be dissolved by the bacteria easily in absence of Fe3+. This study suggests that the release of arsenic which is from orpiment in the mining tailings can be faster than expected in open air.

We used a simple low-temperature hydrothermal approach to synthesize Ag nanoparticles (NPs) and demonstrated their efficiency as organic molecule detectors in surface enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS). Using finite difference time domain simulation, we described an investigation on the distribution of electric fields amplitude of the neighboring Ag NPs. The enhanced electric field is confined at the interparticle gaps and the enhancement factor can be further increased with reducing the spacing between the NPs. The theoretical simulation demonstrated good consistency with the experimental measurement results, which predicts an electric fields amplitude enhancement of 115 at the center of NPs gap and an electromagnetic SERS enhancement of 108. The evidence of clear correlations between SERS enhancement and morphology distribution offer a route to develop more effective SERS substrates.

Low-resolution Chinese character recognition of license plate is always a difficult problem. For solving it, we must think about the distinctiveness of character feature and the counting speed of method simultaneously. In this paper, we proposed a simple and effective feature extraction algorithm. First, extract the statistical feature of Chinese character based on decomposing stroke with wavelet transform. Second, apply Elastic Mesh Algorithm into extracting wavelet coefficient of decomposing stroke to get the structure information of Chinese character. The experimental results show the method is robust against low quality Chinese characters, such as skew, fuzzy, glue, distorted character, and easy to be used in actual projects with simple advantage.

The substation process level networks modeling based on OPNET provides the solution for the quantitative assessment of process level networks. To meet the demand in substation automation system application, it analyzes the modeling requirements of entity equipment, IEC 61850 standard and optimization strategies. From the prospective of OPNET operating system, model library and user-defined modeling methods it researches the adaptation of OPNET and process level networks modeling, and it analyzes the substation process level network modeling based on OPNET with the demonstrations of SV/GOOSE, merging unit and protection IED, VALN modeling, providing the solution for the quantitative assessment of process level networks. Finally it proposes the modeling and simulation platform for quantitative assessment of process level networks in substation basing on an 110kV substation. This paper provides an effective tool for the quantitative assessment of process level networks and substation automation system.

Product harm crisis will not only reduce the sales of defective products, may also form a spillover effect. The spillover effect is a frontier of product crisis harm. From the perspective of product harm crisis attribute, this paper studies the effect of product harm crisis attributes on horizontal spillover effects and differences, and explores the effect of corporate reputation in the process of horizontal spillover. Through the experimental study, the effects of product harm crisis attributes on horizontal spillover effects are explored. It is found that harmfulness, responsibility, no virtue significantly affect the horizontal spillover effects. Breach of contract and frequent on horizontal spillover effects did not affect.

The paper aims to study the typical environmental impact of coal gangue around Pingdingshan area and proposes some measure to protect environmental. The paper collects mass data and field surveys in order to analysis the impact on the environment. The paper analyzed its environmental impact respectively from four stages: from production to transport to a gangue dump, gangue piled up, coal gangue sold and transport, coal gangue comprehensive utilization. And it proposed relevant suggestions to reduce pollution specific to each stages. Finally, considering the environmental protection and commercial value, proposed a method, called Assignment Coefficient method, to find a best way to utilize the coal gangue. The best way is to produce cement, bricks. Finally it put forward seven words to protect and manage the environment: "reduction", "airtight", "selection", "prevention", "excellent", "new", "legislation".

Potassium feldspar, phosphogypsum and coke are used as raw materials to obtain soluble salts of calcined sample through mechanical grinding, roasting activation and leaching with acid. A study has been conducted on the factors that affect the leaching ratio of K2O of calcined samples, such as the type and concentration of leaching medium, temperature, time, liquid-solid ratio. The experiments show under the conditions that concentration of citric acid of 2% (wt%), liquid-solid ratio of 4, leaching for 4 hours at room temperature, potassium dissolution rate can reach 76.81%.

A new continuation power flow method based on local geometric parameterization technique is proposed for voltage stability analysis of AC/DC hybrid power system. By means of the alternating iteration method as the AC/DC power flow algorithm, the proposed method takes the coupling relationship between AC and DC systems into account to modify Jacobian matrix of AC system. Constraints of variables in DC system are also considered, as well as the adjustment of converter transformers tap position and the conversion of converters control modes. Based on the predictor-corrector method, this paper adopts the geometric corrector, and changes the direction of convergence effectively. According to different operation modes of AC/DC system, accurate voltage stability limit and the entire PV curve can be acquired. Simulation results of IEEE test systems are used to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

Salt lake environments are economically and ecologically important issues. Like any other ecosystems in the world, salt lake ecosystems are facing various kinds of pollutions. However, little information is available on the biodegradation of organic pollutants by halophilic microorganisms in such environments. In the present work we isolated a strain of phenol-degradating bacteria from a salt lake in Inner Mongolia. Sequence of 16S rRNA suggested that the strain belong toPropionibacteriumgenus. The strain can grow with phenol as a sole carbon source under 10% (w/v) salt concentration. PCR amplifications with the primers for multicomponent phenol hydroxylase or catechol 1, 2 dioxygenase gene were applied to genome DNA of the strain, suggesting that phenol might be transformed to catechol by multicomponent phenol hydroxylase and further degradated through ortho-ring cleavage pathway. When the primers for catechol 1, 2 dioxygenase were applied to the DNA obtained from the lake water, at least two types of catechol 1, 2 dioxygenase genes sequences were obtained, suggesting the presence of the bacteria with diverse aromatic compound-degradating genes.

A bacterial strain NAPZ, which utilized polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as the sole carbon and energy source for growth, was studied on its apparent characteristics, key gene structure and functions. It was preliminarily identified as a Bacillus sp. according to its physiological characteristics and the phylogenetic property of its 16S rRNA gene sequence. Based on the reported RHD gene sequences, a pair of primers was designed to amplify the RHD gene from the genomic DNA of strain NAPZ by PCR. Then, the RHD gene was cloned and sequenced. Based on this sequence and its related sequences in the GenBank database, a multiple alignment was conducted then a phylogenetic tree was constructed with DNAMAN and MEGA software. The analysis revealed that strain NAPZ oxidized PAHs via ring hydroxylating dioxygenase (RHD) pathway. The study provided experimental and theoretical support for revealing the structure and function of key genes as well as the PAHs-degrading pathways in strain NAPZ.

Palladium hollow spheres were synthesized at room temperature using cobalt nanoparticles (NPs) as sacrificing templates. Cobalt NPs can be prepared simply by solvothermal method. The hollow nature of sample Pd were observed from the TEM image and the SAED pattern indicates the polycrystalline nature of the sample. It was found that Pd hollow spheres showed high catalytic activity towards the electrooxidation of alcohols, especially ethanol with the current density up to 2047 mA•mg-1. The formation mechanism and the structure-property relationship of Pd hollow spheres were discussed based on the experimental results.

A novel method to detect ferroresonance was proposed based on the drastic characteristics of the electromagnetic voltage transformer (PT) current rate. This scheme takes current rate which is greater than a threshold value as starting signal and judges the occurrence of resonance by detecting duty ratio of the peaks and interval angles. Then, it identifies the periods and patterns established on the interval time of spikes. Through simulation testing of MATLAB, it can distinguish the occurrence and types of ferroresonance accurately, which verifies the validity of the detection method.

The thesis mainly proposed the design of a reliable online-programming IP core for MV10, a SOC, which is an 8-bit MCU integrated with PWM, ADC, CAN and other function modules. In this thesis the online-programming IP core can write BIN file into the on-chip SRAM for program debugging with high accuracy-communication and error self-detection. The IP core embedded in MV10 has passed the silicon verification with Global Foundry 0.35um mix-signal library. The online-programming IP core proposed in this thesis can also be used in other SOCs.

The need for economic and reliable operation of power equipment has lead to the search for effective methods for evaluating the condition of equipments. In this paper, fuzzy synthetic evaluation based on optimized weights is proposed to enhance the precision and flexibility. This method makes dual optimization on the weights of the factors which have vital influence on the accuracy of condition evaluation. At first, the initial weights are adjusted by entropy method effectively. Then variable weight model is introduced to make correction according to the deviation of actual data and normal state. At last, the fuzzy evaluation thought is utilized to value the ultimate operation condition of power equipment. A numerical example of a condenser in generator set is provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Clark’s transformation can be used to conduct a modal analysis of perfectly balanced three-phase lines. For un-transposed transmission lines, the parameter matrices of line such as impedance matrix and admittance matrix are no longer symmetrical matrices, so Clark’s transformation can’t be used directly in modal analysis. Nevertheless, it still plays an important role in determining the exact phase-mode transformation matrix. This paper showed how this can be done by a series of matrix transformation starting with Clark’s transformation and then used the corrected Clark’s transformation in modal analysis.

This article designs and realizes a variable-frequency feeding system for quantitative packaging based on PLC. By analyzing diversified factors that affect precision and speed in weighing process, this paper puts forward a hybrid control strategy which combined fuzzy control and traditional PID control. The proposed control system meets the control requirements of high precision in weighing and improves production efficiency. The practical results show that the system possesses a desirable application value in the modern industrial manufacturing.

Damage testing of components is a key point in many industry fields. In some cases, endoscope is used to inspect the damage part, while the images are often noised. In this paper, we focus on industrial image denoising based on multiwavelet Riesz bases. Starting from compactly supported vector refinement equation, we provide a characterization to form two Riesz bases and an example is given. Based on example Riesz bases, we research industrial endoscope image denoising and get satisfying result.
