The historic villages which located in the Huanghe valley are cultural symbols in this area and crystals of wisdom of local ancestors.It contains rich ideas about ecology and architecture.In the basis of field survey of these villages in Shaanxi and Shanxi,this paper mainly analyze the ecological culture orientation and ecological wisdom of these villages from aspects of plans,buildings,and convictions;and then make the concept of ecological culture well-known and benefit to the construction of New Villages in Huanghe valley.

The discharge of RF hollow cathode far zone plasma has advantages of high ion concentration, easy to implement the processing of a large area, given more and more attention. The characteristics of hollow cathode plasma flow have a great relationship with the hollow cathode nozzle structure. How to design the hollow cathode nozzle discharge structure accurately and conveniently is the key problem of the hollow cathode far plasma surface treatment. This article builds a hollow cathode plasma discharge self-consistent model; derive the relationship between the discharge current of the hollow cathode plasma and the hollow cathode nozzle structure. Optimize the design of the hollow cathode discharge structure using discharge particle simulation software, to achieve a fast and accurate design and the purpose of efficient plasma surface modification.

Compared with conventional reservoir, shale reservoir has distinctive characteristics such as ultra-low porosity and permeability, rich in organic matter and special ways of shale gas occurrence. These make remarkable differences between the evaluation of shale reservoir and conventional reservoir. To make an authentic assessment study on inorganic pore in shale, this article evaluated the inorganic pore of Niutitang shale in Qiannan depression with the helping of SEM, thin section and so on. Results of the study suggested that in Niutitang shale formation there mainly developed three kinds of inorganic pores, including floc interparticle pore, micro-channel and micro-fracture. Besides, all the inorganic pore diameters there were less than 5μm, most distributed in 0.25μm-1.0μm and its inorganic porosity values range from 1.71% to 3.86%, the average value was 2.67%.

In an unmanned yard, some parameters of the system would change due to equipments wear and deformed. These changes resulted in the 3D reconstruction parameters changing. The inaccuracy of the 3D reconstruction parameters decreases the system operating efficiency and result in the waste of resources and energy. In this paper, a rapid laser parameter calibration algorithm was discussed, the experiment result in a real unmanned yard show this method is feasible.

The properties of nanocomposites can be improved significantly by the addition of nanoparticles into polymer. Nanocomposites of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) and Halloysite Nanotubes (HNT) at 100/0 and 99.2/0.8 weight ratios were prepared in a co-rotating twin screw extruder using masterbatch dilution technique. IPP/HNT fibers were obtained in a single-screw extruder with extrusion temperature of 231°C, screw speed of 1.38 rpm and 0.6mm diameter die L/D of 6. The effect of processing variables, such as pick-up speed (0.05m/s, 0.15m/s and 0.45m/s), horizontal distance (0, 0.5m and 1m),and annealing (120°C), were investigated. The air cooling time was crucial for fiber processing and exhibited a linkage with crystal morphology, degree of crystallinity as well as the mechanical performance of the fiber. More importantly, the incorporation of HNT into isotactic polypropylene reduced the deficiencies of the annealing process on the toughness and elongation at break of the pure polypropylene fibers, and significantly enhanced the tensile strength of the fiber.

Considering the large structure and severe vibration for the present external parallel moving gear transmission, a kind of internal parallel moving gears transmission with compact and balance structure was designed. Working principle and structure were introduced. While the elastic deformation of all eccentric shafts, the elastic deformation of meshing gears, the elastic deformation of planetary bearing on eccentric shafts and supporting bearing on output shaft were considered, the elastic dynamic equation of the system was established by use of lumped mass method. The practical example and computer simulation was carried out and the dynamic characteristic was obtained. The results show that the gear meshing force and the load of planetary bearing become much steadier than traditional structure because of balance. This paper offers theoretical basis on correctly designing internal parallel moving gears transmission, reducing moving load and extending the service life.

This paper designs a comprehensive evaluation system of environmental performance fitting for the silicon production enterprise, and uses the entropy and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess and analyze the environmental performance of a silicon production enterprise A. Finally we find that A’s environmental performance is worse, and then on put forward some suggestions that may help to improve the enterprise’s environmental performance.

In this paper raspberry-like composite particles were prepared via cationic soap-free emulsion polymerization with silica sol as stabilizer and 2-(methacryloyl) ethyltrimethylammonium chloride (MTC) as cationic auxiliary monomer. According to the TGA and TEM results we could find that the electrostatic attraction supplied by MTC played a vital role in the adsorption of silica particles as well as the generation of raspberry-like morphology. The silica content and appearance of composite particles were found to be improved with the increasing amount of silica sol and MTC while varied little with changes of AIBA amount.

A particle reinforced hardface coating was prepared by vacuum cladding process. Firstly, titanium carbide composite powders were prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS). The hardface coating was then formed on plain carbon steel substrate with the TiC composite powders and high chromium iron-based alloy powders by vacuum sintering. The microstructure of the coating was observed and then the wear resistance was studied. The results show that TiC composite particles uniformly distribute in the coating. The coating and the steel substrate are chemical bonded with each other. When the size of TiC particles is unchanged, with the increase of quality fraction of the TiC particles, the hardness increased gradually and the wear resistance of composite coating under different conditions changed. The unit area weigh loss increased following by the load increasing, and the unit area weigh loss is the most under Alkaline condition. And the unit area weight loss increased following by the increase of the abrasive and the reaction time.

N,N-dimethyl-1-adamantane was synthesized from amantadine through Eschweiler-Clarke reaction, The optimal ratio of amantadine, formic acid and formaldehyde was 1:5:4, and the reaction time was 18 h at 98°C.The product yield was 93.4% on these conditions. N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantyl quaternary ammonium salt then was synthesized, the product yield was 90.5%, succeeding eco-friendly procedure technology was developed. N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantyl quaternary ammonium hydroxide was obtained finally, target product yield was 84.3%.The structure of compounds were characterized by1H NMR,13C NMR, MS and GC-MS.

Aimed at investigating the design method and test method of jet-mixing apparatus, numerical simulation and experiment research were both used to investigate the internal flow field of jet-mixing apparatus in this article. Numerical simulation scheme for interior flow field of jet-mixing apparatus was established, CFD software Fluent was used to investigate in concentration field of jet-mixing apparatus. The concept of IOS was brought forward to evaluate the homogeneity degree of pesticide and water. Investigation both carried on area ratio effect on the mix homogeneity of the jet-mixing apparatus and the distribution of pesticide concentration in the axial and radial of mixing tube.

Multi-layered biaxial weft knitted fabrics has excellent mechanical properties and formability. The performances of multi-layered biaxial weft knitted fabrics were compared with multi-axial warp knitted fabrics and plain weave fabrics to highlight the advantages of this novel fibrous assembly. The manufacturing method and applications of the developed novel fabrics were illustrated in details.

This paper reports seven failure styles found in our experimental investigation for the failure between two neighbor holes located at different angle in an Aluminum-Alloy strip under cycle tensile loadings. In some cases, unlike expected, the initial fatigue crack is found not to nucleate at the center region between the two holes, where the stress concentration is larger than other region. In fact, the initial fatigue crack always nucleates at the outside rim of two holes far apart from the center region. The coalescence between the two holes always occurs far after the initial fatigue crack nucleation.

A new inorganic-organic composite dual-coagulant (PAFC-CPAM) was prepared by polyaluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) and cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) and its treatment efficiency for oily wastewater was evaluated by coagulation jar tests. PAFC-CPAM dual-coagulants were characterized by FT-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The FTIR spectra illustrated that there were some chemical reactions between PAFC and CPAM in PAFC-CPAM. SEM micrographs testified that PAFC-CPAM formed compact net structure which is different from PAFC and CPAM, resulting to its outstanding coagulation performance other than monomeric coagulant in treating oily wastewater. Coagulation jar tests presented that PAFC-CPAM improved 1.14% and 0.38% of oil removal rate and reduced 0.35NTU and 0.06NTU of residual turbidity than PAFC and CPAM respectively at the optimal dosage of 120mg/L. PAFC-CPAM enhanced 4.56% and 2.12% of oil removal efficiency and decreased 0.27NTU and 0.01NTU of residual turbidity on average in comparison with PAFC and CPAM respectively in the pH range of 4.0-8.0. All of above-mentioned experiment results demonstrated that PAFC-CPAM behaved superior coagulation performance than PAFC and CPAM.

The most current industrial buildings can’t meet the demand of energy-saving standard because of the thermal insulation performance of the windows.This paper aims at using DeST software to analyze industrial workshop energy consumption, according to different types of external windows and window-wall ratio of buildings to provide reference for energy saving design of industrial buildings in Shenyang area.The thermal performance of the windows has great effect on the heat load. The lower the heat transfer coefficient of windows is, the more beneficial for energy saving of the buildings. The window-wall ratio has great effect on the energy consumption, and different heat-transfer coefficients possess various sensitivity for window-wall ratio, and reflective glass varis smaller than the others.It is better for energy saving to replace the conventional windows with plastic-steel reflective glass windows.

A novel cationic waterborne epoxy emulsion for oil filter paper was synthesized. Hydrophilic groups were introduced into a multifunctional bisphenol-A novolac epoxy resin (NEP) by chemical modification, while maintaining the epoxy groups as many as possible, which were neutralized to form the equably water dispersed epoxy resin. The structure of modified NEP in different rate of ring-opening was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The emulsion particle dispersion and micromorphology of waterborne bisphenol-A novolac epoxy resin (WNEP) was detected by granularity measured instrument and TEM. Mechanical properties and microstructure of oil filter papers impregnated by five different waterborne epoxy emulsions were tested and observed by SEM. From the results it can be shown that oil filter paper impregnated by WNEP emulsion has comprehensive properties better than other four commercialized products, exhibiting the best air permeability and improved bursting strength15% higher than that impregnated by poly-styrene-acrylate (PSA) latex.

A novel series of hydroxyl terminated bisphenol-A type novolac epoxy resins modified with propionic acid (MEP) were prepared by one-step ring-opening reaction process in the presence of tetramethylammonium bromide catalyst. The obtained MEP was characterized using FTIR,1HNMR analyses. In addition, Intercross-linked epoxy-polyurethane composites networks were also obtained by curing reaction among MEP, cross linker polyisocyanate IL1351 and phthalic anhydride. The thermal characteristics of the epoxy-polyurethane composites were determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The thermal stability of the cured MEP with different ring-opening rate and cured alkyd polyol A450 were compared. The results showed that the obtained epoxy-polyurethane composites had much better thermal stability than the conventional polyurethane system A450/IL1351, and the thermal stability of them was correlated to the content of MEP.

Simulation analysis is the basis for construction control of cable-stayed bridges, it monitors the process of the bridge construction. The relationship and importance of simulation and construction control are introduced in the paper. Based on the finite element theory and combined with construction theory of the cable -stayed bridges, according to use the software Midas/Civil, the construction characteristics of Masangxi Bridge is researched by making use of the forward calculation method and the backward calculation method. The results show that the system transformation of the bridge is occurred during the construction, thus, it is important to carry out careful and detailed forward simulation to ensure the safety of construction structure and meet with design requirements. The reasonable results can be drawn when the backward calculation method is combined with the forward calculation method.

A mathematical model for predicting liquid flow velocity in a rectangular microchannel driven by capillary force and gravity is derived. The model takes into account the additional driving force arising from the wettability gradient on inner surface of a microchannel. The results of model prediction show that the velocity of liquid flow decreases with the length of microchannel and the wettability gradient on channel surface will accelerate the motion of the liquid when the flow-front approaches to the end of the microchannel. The analysis of driving force along the moving path matches well with the flow velocity predicted by the model.

Based on the pretreatment including acidification, purification and sodium ion exchange, the crude sepiolite was modified by microwave radiation-wet process and CTAB as modifier. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the modification process. Then the crude sepiolite and modified sepiolite were characterized by SEM, FTIR, XRD, TG-DSC and BET. The results showed that the optimum modification process parameters included CTAB dosage (1.0 cation exchange capacity (CEC)), microwave radiation time (4 minutes), ethanol concentration (50%/V:V) and radiation power (800W). Compared with crude sepiolite, oil removal rate from steel rolling wastewater increased from 41.34% to 96.78% with modified sepiolite prepared at the best process. Characteristic peaks of organic functional groups, enlarged interlayer distance (0.007nm larger than crude sepiolite), enhanced hydrophobicity, amplified specific surface area (104.4m2/g) and mesopore volume had been received from above characterization methods after modification. All of the above had proved that CTAB was successfully grafted onto sepiolite.

Based on the grey system theory, and combined with the construction features of cable-stayed bridges and construction control method, the paper takes the cable-stayed bridge under construction as the interferential grey technology system with physical prototype and analyzes the random process as grey process in line with grey system theory. The grey model is established by the initialize heights of main girder and cables’ tension as two control inputs of system during the construction of the cable-stayed bridge. Through the feedback information and rectifying the grey model, the initialize heights of main girder and the cable force of next construction stage are predicted in order to control the bridge configuration and cable tension successfully.

Internal parallel moving gears transmission is a new type of planetary transmission with small tooth number difference. The dynamic model of the system is established by using lumped mass method. In the modeling process, the factors including the elasticity of all eccentric shafts, the elasticity of planetary bearing, the elasticity of supporting bearing on output shaft and the elasticity of meshing gears are considered, and the coordinate relation of the system is derived. The practical example and computer simulation was carried out and the dynamic characteristic is obtained. The results show that the gear transmission becomes steadier when simultaneously inputting the power from the three symmetrical shaft and utilizing multi-phase parallel mechanism, and the load of supporting bearing can be greatly reduced. This paper offers theoretical basis on correctly designing internal parallel moving gears transmission, reducing moving load and extending the service life.

The aim of the present work is to obtain iron-oxide coated porous ceramics filter (IOCPCF) via dip-coating and test its adsorption and degradation for methylene blue (MB). Porous ceramics filter (PCF) and ferric nitrate were used as substrate and modifier respectively. IOCPCF was characterized by spectrophotometer, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, specific analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effect of its structure and performance on adsorption and degradation of MB aqueous solution was investigated. The results indicated that the average pore diameter, specific surface area and porosity of IOCPCF were 11.36 nm, 4.987 m2/g and 58.63% respectively. The major crystalline phase of iron coat was α-Fe2O3 which took on porous framework. Using the prepared material, the decoloration conversion for MB aqueous solution can reach 72.06% in 300min and be increased by 21.59% compared with original PCF.

While to consider the function of compression coil spring in a static state, the most important is the needs of dynamic characteristics. We infer a design mode with link up the static state and development, and bring both to the constraint condition of optimal design. It is basis of the development function of compression coil spring is the property of vibrate displacement. And we adopt the optimal design of MathCAD in the computer, simplified the handle of several scaling functions. The effect proves that in the living example of compression coil spring from tool-in-use system, it makes that simple and valid. Thus provide a basis for the function design of machine structure.
