NiAl matrix composites reinforced with a-Al2O3 and TiB2 were fabricated by microwave synthesis from Al-TiO2-B-Ni system. The reaction process and microstructures were analyzed by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results showed that the ignition temperatures of the reaction heating by microwave and conventional method were approximately 556°C and 592°C respectively. Furthermore, the fabrication time by microwave synthesis was about several minutes, which was much shorter than two hours spent usually in conventional heating method. The a-Al2O3 phase aggregated at the trigonal grain boundary of the NiAl matrix, and the TiB2 phase distributed uniformly in the NiAl matrix.

In order to statistically analyze building conditions of low carbon building in new countryside of Sichuan province, we conduct an investigation of construction application in new countryside of Nanbu County, especially energy saving along with energy utilization, water saving along with water resource utilization and material saving along with material resource utilization. According to the investigation, it is crucial to increase market share of clean energy like natural gas and solar energy as well as popularize biogas utilization or solar energy utilization by means of subsidizing farmers in the hope that firewood or coal will be significantly reduced. The survey also reveals that water supply in new countryside is mostly by pipeline or sometimes by well. While government is supposed to establish long-term mechanisms on how to effectively supervise sewage discharges and treat sewage in the new future. In terms of the circumstance where solid bricks is extensively used in new countryside, city planners and builders should optimize construction scheme, introduce advanced technology to improve construction environment fundamentally.

In order to analyze the evacuation behaviors and optimize evacuation strategies for rail transit system, an evacuation agent centered simulation model was proposed. Firstly, by considering the attributes, status and decision-making behaviors of evacuation personnel, the evacuation agent model was established, and the running principle as well as construction process of multi-agent simulation model was discussed. Then, the specific definition and design for the agent attributes and evacuation behavior protocol were provided. Finally, based on the simulation model proposed, an evacuation simulation platform for the military museum station of Beijing subway line 9 was established by using REPAST and JAVA, several evacuation strategies were tested and optimized.

Compression deformation will cause a micro-spring to buckle, and structural parameters, constraint conditions and structural forms of a micro-spring will affect its critical load and buckling mode. In order to study the influence on the micro-spring’s stability caused by structural forms and find a structure to improve its critical load in the end, this paper designs a new kind of parallel micro-springs, which consists of two same-structured S-shaped planar micro-springs. We have carried on eigenvalue buckling analysis on the parallel micro-spring by software ANSYS, and have gotten its six orders’ buckling mode. Because the critical load of the parallel micro-spring may change with the length of the beam connecting the two sub-springs, this paper studies the effect of the beam’s length on the parallel micro-spring’s critical loads and buckling mode. From comparing the analysis results between parallel micro-spring and single micro-spring with same stiffness, this paper concludes the stability’s degree of improvement.

Combining the governance situation of the main coal gangue heap in Shanxi LuAn group, aiming at different geographical conditions and governance effect of subsidence basin water area caused by coal gangue heap and coal mining at WangZhuang coal mine, based on the concept of ecological management in mines, the paper probes into the geological environmental engineering technology of subsidence basin water area caused by coal gangue heap and coal mining. Then the article analyzes the comprehensive benefits and puts forward to the problems existing in the comprehensive treatment engineering of coal gangue heap and the corresponding solutions.

Cooling systems is significance for the structure and energy-saving operation of generator. Different cooling methods affects the efficiency and energy losing of generator. In order to quantitatively calculate the energy consumption of cooling system, this paper proposed three energy consumption indexes for large generator. Energy consuming of a dual inner water cooled generator, a water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooled generator and an evaporative cooling generator were calculated according to the proposed method. The results indicate that the total energy consumption of dual inner water cooled generator is maximum because of its low efficiency, and evaporative cooling generator effectively reduces energy consumption.

Under reduced or micro gravity, bubble dynamic behaviors in liquid melts or liquid solutions are important and common problems on optimizing many processes in space science and technology. Due to limited availability experiments under reduced or micro gravity condition, the studies in this area is still quiet fragmentary. For this reason, we develop two pairs of Helmholtz-Maxwell (H-M) coils, which can produce a uniform gradient magnetic field for the ferrofluid filled in a closed Hele-Shaw cell, so as to achieve reduced or micro gravity condition. Afterwards, we establish the multi-physics mathematic model to calculate the magnetic field and the gravity compensation rate, which shows a 30mm×40mm well-distributed region for 90% gravity compensation rate exists.

To improve the wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties of the aluminum, the electroless plating Ni-W-Mo-P alloy on the aluminum is necessary. The influences of heat treatment and additives (stabilizers) on the porosity, deposition rate, corrosion current, corrosion potential, microhardness and wear resistance of electroless plating Ni-W-Mo-P alloy coating, were investigated using electrochemical methods, etc. The results show that the deposition rate and anti-corrosion properties of electroless plating Ni-W-Mo-P are improved when the stabilizers, including KI (1mg/L) and “KIO3 (1mg/L) + Pb (Ac)2 (1mg/L)”, are added into bath, respectively. In addition, the maximum hardness (902 HV) and good wear resistance of Ni-W-Mo-P coatings are obtained when heated at 400°C (1h). However, its corrosion resistance is worse. Its microhardness is also obviously improved after heated at 200°Cfor 6 h, and the microhardness reaches to 950 HV.

Eutrophication has led to severe water quality problems in aquatic ecosystems throughout the world. The assessment of trophic status for lakes may provide important and fundamental information for trophic state classification and eutrophication control. This paper assesses and analyzes the classification of eutrophication using three different methods in Wuliangsuhai Lake. The aim is to provide the reference for water quality improvement and aquatic environmental protection of the lake in arid area.

GSY high-water swelling diagenetic powder has properties of good suspension, high flowability, easy to pump, and adjustable initial setting time. It has advantages of high expansion rate and easy for plug drilling comparing to Class G oil well cement through property test. Principles of selecting well for GSY high-water swelling diagenetic powder plugging technology are analyzed in this paper, and aiming at the disadvantages of sealing leakage section above cement top such as the slurry retention quantity is too little to form effective clay plug, and the first time sealing success rate is relatively low, research and application for the multi-slug plugging technology and pre diaphragm, post sealing plugging technology is developed, and good plugging effect is achieved in oilfield.

At present, China's key oil and gas exploration and development was directed to heavy oil reservoirs and reservoirs in remote areas. As the main mechanical oil recovery equipment, pumping unit in general has some shortcomings in developing these kinds of reservoir, such as high energy consumption, short maintenance cycle, high cost of production management, and not suitable for remote area of harsh environment. In view of the deficiencies of the existing oil pumping unit, a new type of energy-saving pumping unit is designed with high efficiency and energy saving, stable and reliable, long pump inspection cycle, convenient maintenance and low-cost. It can fully meet the needs of production and maintenance for viscous oil wells and remote wells.

In situ aluminum matrix composites were fabricated through exothermic dispersive (XD) reaction from a powder mixture of Al and Cr2O3. The reaction mechanism was investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. When the temperature increases to around 1050K, Al can react with Cr2O3to form the reinforcments Al2O3particles and CrAl4blocks. With the increase of heating rate, DSC analysis shows that the reaction peak shifts to a higher temperature and the corresponding ignition temperature also increases. Based on DSC curves with different heating rates, the activation energy can be calculated and its value is 191.8 kJ/mol.

An ECU hardware-in-loop simulation system for electronic-controlled engine in better real-time and augmentability is built. We establish a dynamic average model of the electronic-controlled engine and put emphasis on analysing its fuel and oil slick modelmass flow model of intake manifold air and the sub-model of inlet manifold pressure. The engine model has fewer parameters and lower orders in order to adjust and set parameters; We propose a building program based on virtual instrument technology and adopts the chip TMS320F2812-DSP to design a signal interface system used to achieve the simulation for sensor signal and the collection of ECU output signal. Through the verification of simulating experimental data, it's proved that the established model of electronic-controlled engine has suitable steps and good real-time performance, building a good foundation for further experimental design and research in the future.

Based on the investigation of electrostatic flocking enterprises and related existing industry standards, combined with the principle of construction the domestic cleaner production index system, a cleaner production evaluation index system of the electrostatic flocking industry was introduced. The system contained six primary level indexes, including production technology and equipment, resources and energy, pollutants, waste recycling, product, environmental management and 21 secondary indexes. Based on multi-level fuzzy method using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the evaluation index weight, the cleaner production level comprehensive evaluation model was constructed. Applied the model to flocking enterprise A and evaluated its actuality of cleaner production level objectively, to provide references for its development.

Data aggregation is an important method to reduce energy consumption in wireless sensor networks (WSN). Auth-ors proposed a cluster trisecting based data aggregation scheme for wireless sensor networks in which the cluster was trisected and some reporters were assigned to each region. The nodes have same reading and located in same region with reporter will keep silent in data aggregating, thus reducing the inner-cluster transmissions. Analysis and simulation show that the transmissions of inner-cluster aggregation in our scheme lower than that of related schemes and the decrease of trans-missions is obvious when redundancy of sensor readings is high.

With high energy density, long cycle life and high voltage Lithium-ion batteries are one of very promising pollution-free power supply. The electrolytes for these batteries consist of flammable organic solvents which are serious hazard under abusive conditions especially for large-scale lithium batteries. To reduce flammability of electrolyte of lithium-ion batteries and resolve safety problem, Tris (2, 2, 2-trifluoroethyl) phosphate (TFP) was synthesized and added into electrolytes as additive. It was found that the SET decreased significantly with the increase of the concentration of TFP. When the concentration is over 20% (vol.) electrolytes are nonflammable. At the same time, with the concentration increasing, the ion-conductivity decreased and the discharge capacity also came down slowly. The electrochemistry stability of LiCoO2 cathode was improved. According to our study, it is possible to find a cosolvent or additive that makes nonflammable lithium-ion electrolyte be put into practice.

Molecular dynamics simulations of water-based nanolubrication in Couette flow are carried out. The water molecules are simulated by the TIP3P model. Three different shear rates are 20 m/s and 40 m/s and 60 m/s, and the vertical pressure acted on the metal wall are 10GPa, 20 GPa, 30 GPa and 40 GPa respectively. The simulated results show that the greater pressure, the smaller the stable value of friction spacing, while the reduction rate of the stable value becomes small. Meanwhile, as pressure increases, the stabilization time is longer. However, under the same pressure, shear rate of influence on the friction spacing is not obvious. The friction spacing increases with the number of particles, showing that the presence of nanoparticles can enhance the bearing capacity.

The static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of machine tool is one of the most important factors that affect the performance of machine tool, and it will affect the manufacturing final performance of the machine tool, and it is also an important index to evaluate the machine tool of high performances. Based on finite element structure analysis software ANSYS, the analyses of static and dynamic characteristics of VDL-1000 were conducted. The influencing factors to working accuracy were pointed out and a way was proposed to improve the structure of the machine center. All these can provide an important theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the machine center.

Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) is a new generation of cast iron materials developed in recent decades; but its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties make it become hard-machining material. The main objective of this paper is to develop the prediction model of cutting force of ADI based on the BP neural network. The main factors that affect the prediction of cutting force were analyzed with experimental data. The structure of BP neural network and the reasonable training function were determined when experimental data was used to develop the prediction model of cutting force. Prediction error was between ± 4% when the prediction model was used to predict cutting force. The approach to the prediction of cutting force based on BP neural network is valuable for application.

The thermal decomposition of organic peroxides are widely used as coagulant for organic compounds, however, its thermal hazardous characteristics have already caused serious accidents in chemical industries, which limited its application in much more strict conditions. Organic peroxides of C18H10O11 and C18H18O7 are two new candidates fitted for industrial explosive. However, as we best known there is little reports available on the geometry structure in the past decades. In this work, by means of quantum chemistry calculation, the relation of safety with molecular structure of C18H10O11 and C18H18O7 are discussed. The molecules with more activity O and the activity part more dispersedly exhibit higher stable, and the configuration has good safety. All the energy of molecule b is higher than that of molecule a. The stability of different configurations are 6a>7a>8a>9a>5a>1a>4a>3a=2a and 1b>7b>5b>6b>4b>2b>3b>8b, respectively, suggesting the structures of 6a,3a,2a,1b,8b exhibit high safety.

The Ag nanoparticles was prepared by reduction of silver nitrate with sodium citrate, and the APS monolayers was self-assembled with 3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APS) on the monocrystalline silicon surface. Then, Ag/APS molecular self-assembled film was formed with Ag nanoparticles and APS membrane by liquid method. The chemical structure and morphology of the Ag nanoparticles and self-assembled film were investigated by AFM, XRS and IR. Meanwhile, the friction performances of self-assembled film was also investigated. The results shown that the Ag nanoparticle have the morphology of spherical particles with an average particle size of ca. 65 nm in diameter which were successful assembled on the surface of APS film and partially oxidized into Ag2O. The friction coefficient of the Ag-APS molecular self-assembled film has been decreased with the assembled time extened while the wear rate has improved.

When adjusting the borler combustion, the borler efficiency need to be constantly monitored.The traditional method of calculating boiler efficiency is complex.Based on the heat balance method,the main factors of influencing boiler efficiency was analysed deeply and the artificial neural network on-line monitoring model of boiler efficiency was established to predict boiler efficiency accurately and constantly in this paper. After precise analysis and tracking, the input variable for the artificial neural network on-line monitoring model of boiler efficiency was selected, so as to avoid larger error caused by the rough selection of input variable in the previous artificial neural network. At last,based on a 600MW boiler,the borler efficiency was predicted in this paper.we can easily know from the prediction result that the artificial neural network on-line monitoring model of boiler efficiency can predict the boiler efficiency accurately and constantly at a wide range condition.

In order to broaden the utilization of desulfurization gypsum in China and achieve the direct usage of desulfurization gypsum, in this paper, citric acid (CA), sodium citrate (SCA), sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), Sodium hexametaphosphate (SP) were selected as retarder to modify desulfurization gypsum. The experiment results are as follows: the effect of SP, STPP, CA, SCA on desulfurization gypsum initial setting time is obvious; the turn is STPP> CA> SCA> SP; when the retarder dosage of STPP in desulfurization gypsum reaches 0.5%, the initial setting time can be extended to 210 min, the final setting time to 240min, which fully meets the demand of gypsum-site construction; inhibiting gypsum particles dissolution and preventing the growth of crystal nucleus are the fundamental reasons of STPP.

Aiming at the problems of nonlinearity, time-variant parameters, and uncertainty of system mathematical model in the PID regulator of DC motor control, a fuzzy controller of DC motor speed control based on TMS320LF2407A is designed in this paper, using the fuzzy control strategy to control, and its design procedure is described. The experimental results show that the speed control system of DC motor by using DSP controller and fuzzy control algorithms has a fast response, slight overshot and good stability, and improves the control effect.

To investigate the expression of CD4+CD25+T cells and the Foxp3 in peripheral blood of rheumatoid arthritis（RA），and to analyze the relationship between their activities and patho- genesis.The number of CD4+CD25+T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood and Foxp3 mRNA expression on peripheral blood monocytes of 48 RA patients and 35 normal controls were analyzed by three-color FACs analysis and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT- PCR）．The expression of CD4+CD25+T cells RA patients in active group was significantly lower than that in remission group and healthy controls（P0.05）； The relationship between peripheral blood CD4+CD25+Tregcells as well as the Foxp3 mRNA and active renal score was negatively correlated. The expression of CD4+CD25+Tregcells and the Foxp3 mRNA of peripheral blood in RA patients is abnormal and it is correlated with pathogenesis and activity of RA.

Prepare TiO2doped with ZnO or Fe2O3composite photocatalytic film by using sol-gel method and characterize its microstructure and light absorption performance with X-ray diffraction instrument (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The results show that: particles of TiO2doped with Fe2O3composite photocatalytic film are uniform and well dispersed; the rough surface of the film has a certain gap which is helpful for the adhesion of gas and liquid; the diameter of the particles is about 50 nm. The crystal grain size of TiO2film doped with ZnO is bigger, about 100 nm; the gap of the film is less and particles are nearly spherical and protruding, the shape of grain is structured. The absorption spectrum of TiO2doped with ZnO or Fe2O3has a red shift and both of their absorption intensity is higher than that of pure TiO2film in the scope of the ultraviolet and visible region.

Lithium-ion secondary cell has high energy density, stable and high working voltage, wide working temperature and long working term. It is a safe and clean energy resource without pollution. At present, Lithium Hexafluorophosphate is used as conducting electrolyte lithium salt in lithium-ion secondary batteries. But Lithium Hexafluorophosphate as conducting electrolyte lithium salt has some disadvantages such as hydrolysis and instability. Lithium Bis (heptafluoroisopropyl) t-etrafluorophosphate Li [(C3F7)2PF4] was received by simons process from diisopropylchlorophosphane in this paper. As electrolyte of Li ion secondary cell, Li [(C3F7)2PF4] had lower vapor pressure than LiPF6 in the solvent in the same temperature, comparable conductivity and oxidation stability in the same concentration in room temperature. It was worth mentioning that Li [(C3F7)2PF4] has excellent stability towards hydrolysis. The synthesis process is safe and easily controlled.

A preliminary study on the micro-structure of a special sericite-jade material has been carried out by using the XRD and SEM methods. By XRD analysis, the 2M1 type sericite is identified as the main mineral composition of the white-colored, yellow-colored and green-colored jade. Quartz, as the secondary mineral, is also common in the green-colored jade. However, the dominant mineral composition of the black-colored jade is chlorite. SEM analysis reveals both the micro-morphology of the jade-forming minerals and the micro-structure of the mineral aggregates are various, which have significant relationships with the Guangning jade quality. Minuscular mineral grains and compact micro-structure make jade materials exquisite. Conversely, large mineral grains and the loose micro-structure make jade materials more rougher.

In order to broaden the utilization of desulfurization gypsum in China and achieve the direct usage of desulfurization gypsum, in this paper, Polycarboxylic acid water-reducer (HC), Naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde polycondensate (NF) and Sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin (SM) were selected as water reducer to modify desulfurization gypsum. The experiment results are as follows: SM water reducer has little effect on setting time of desulfurization gypsum, although it is helpful to increase the strength of the gypsum-sample, however, compared with HC and NF, it has no obvious effect. About HC water reducer, it has obvious effect on setting time of desulfurization gypsum, so does it to desulfurization gypsum strength, but, higher water using of normal consistency will do adverse effect on the whole with the increase of the dosage. NF water reducer has the similar effect on setting time and sample's strength on desulfurization gypsum with HC, but the dominant changes have no discipline among different mixing amounts with these two water reducer. Lower water using of normal consistency benefits the retention of the sample's strengths.

Fatigue has a serious influence on people’s production and life. In this paper, which using the discrete Fourier transform algorithm to segment and extract person's facial image, so we can have a effective monitoring of people’s fatigue state base on the facial characteristic. With the help of the parameters characteristic of the Fourier transform, we can extract the key facial information from the image and achieve accurate position of the eyes. Simulation results show that the use of discrete Fourier transform to the exact position of the human eye, having a greatly improve on the operation speed of the eyes position system, and improving its accuracy and robustness.

A structure model of three-span continuous rigid frame bridge was constructed based on the finite element method. Firstly, the static performances were obtained. Secondly, the modal analysis was performed to get the natural frequencies and periods. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge structure were summarized, and some improvement guidelines are suggested to overcome the shortcoming for the bridge structure. Then, seismic response analysis was carried out based on the EL-Centro wave. The input excitations adopted the combination of vertical wave plus longitudinal wave, or vertical wave plus lateral wave, or the combination of three directions. Based on the three excitation cases, some useful results were obtained, which include internal forces, displacements, accelerations time-history curves of the critical sections for the bridge structure. And some comments about the time-history curves are given. At last, some helpful conclusions are drawn based on the calculation and analysis above. The calculation methods and results in this paper can provide some referenced information for the engineering design.

The migration behavior of tumor cell is a key link in the process of tumor metastasis. In this study, the related cellular and molecular mechanisms of MRTF and AQP1 inducing the migration of colon cancer cells HT-29 were revealed in the respect of Gene transcription regulation. This heralded that MRTF and AQP1 could probably be a new target on treating the tumor cell migration.

This paper mainly studies the falling film evaporator in the field of water desalination. Using the method of fluent simulates the process of the liquid flowing and heat-transfer on the horizontal-tube falling film evaporation. The author analyses the distribution of the liquid film, and obtain the rule that spray density, evaporation temperature, temperature difference and pipe diameter affect the performance of heat-transfer in a certain range. So the paper plays a guiding role in heat transfer enhancement in the falling film evaporator.

In order to explore the durability of high bending strength pavement concrete, adding silica flour, fibrous reticulum, SD emulsion and HG emulsion separately in concrete mixture, the shrinkage characteristic, wear resistance and fatigue property of different high bending strength pavement concrete are tested, and contrastive analysis with the plain concrete material is researched. The test results show that the early contraction of HBSPC is bigger, but the total drying shrinkage strain is smaller than plain concrete, and the drying shrinkage stable stage of HBSPC is shorter than plain concrete. The temperature shrinkage of HBSPC and plain concrete is uniform basically, the temperature shrinkage coefficient of HBSPC is lower than the plain concrete in the negative warm area and warm area, but it is higher in 0 °C neighbor. The mixtures of the material enhance the wear resistance and fatigue property of concrete.

Capillary rheometer was used to conduct preliminary study on the rheological behavior of SKYPEL thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE). SKYPEL TPEE is a kind of non-Newtonian fluid and displays typical shear thinning behavior. Non-Newtonian index of the three samples varies from 0.69 to 0.77. With increasing temperature, the structure viscosity of the sample decreased and among them G172D is the smallest one under the same temperature.

The impact performance of PE can be greatly enhanced by the use of functionalized conch powder, while maintaining high tensile strength thus giving this study high potentiality for its practical applications. The conch powder was treated by titanate coupling agent NDZ-201 before use and the influence of different proportions of conch powder on the mechanical properties of PE/conch powder composite is discussed in this article. The impact strength has a maximum value of 63.4kJ/m2 and the frictional loss records a minimum of 4.27×10-1mm3/(Nm)-1 and 42.2% lower than that of pure PE.

Aiming at the problem of joins query in MANET, we proposed a grouping cache mechanism, which builds grouping cache considering the features of data. The proposed mechanism can implement the cooperating cache between groups and update cache information dynamically, which leads to the improvement of query hit ratio and decrease of response time. Based on the grouping cache, a novel joins query algorithm is presented. The algorithm optimizes the query plan using dynamic programming scheme. Then it constructs an optimal execution plan for each sub join query with available cache data taken into account. Simulation results indicated that the group-based cache mechanism can improve the hit ratio, reduce query response time and conserve energy of the network efficiently.

A new high-strength magnesium alloy with better properties than that of AZ31 was developed. The effect of applied pressure during squeeze casting on microstructures and properties of the alloy was studied by means of techniques such as standard mechanical tester, Brinell Hardness Tester (BHT), and Metallographic Microscope (MM). The parameters studied include squeeze casting pressure, melt temperature and pressure holding time by using orthogonal experimental method. It was found that a squeeze casting pressure of 110 MPa and a melt and pressure holding time of 700 °C and 15s respectively gave a good combination of mechanical properties in AZ31 Mg alloy. This was primarily due to effective die filling, microstructural refinement and good heat transfer between the molten metal and the mould.

Installation is the key technology of the deepwater vertical collet connectors. Based on thorough analysis of the existing installation technology and construction resources, combined with the technical features of installation used to connect different types of jumpers, new designs of vertical collet connectors installation for rigid jumpers and flexible jumpers are proposed in detail in this paper.

As a search algorithm for optimization based on the mechanics of natural selection and genetics, Genetic Algorithm (GA) has been widely used for solving optimization problems in various fields. According to the present manufacture situation of Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI), three samples with different quenching temperature were prepared and their mechanical properties were tested. The ceramic cutter CC6050 were used in the precise dry cutting experiment and 2205 profilometer was used to measure the surface roughness of the workpieces. The predictive models of the surface roughness during the dry finishing process were established based on Genetic Algorithm, then the results were compared with those gotten by multiple regressions, and the relationship between the surface roughness and the quenching temperature was analyzed. the cutting speed and the feed rate has greater impact on the surface roughness among the three cutting parameters, and the obtained surface roughness was larger as the quenching temperature increased.

An finite element model of orthogonal dry cutting with separate line is established according to the constitutive relation of large thermo-elastic-plastic displacement and the principle of virtual work in metal plastic deformation process,. The influence of cutting depth on residual stress was simulated for materials GH4169 with high speed. The residual stresses are analyzed on the machined surface and subsurface. The result shows that tensile residual stress of the machined surface is minimum value when the cutting depth is 0.2mm. the deeper is the depth of cut, the large the augmentation of compressive stress on the subsurface, which proves foundation for cutting process of dry-machined difficult-to-machine material with high speed and make it more efficiently to control the integrity of the machined surface.

The non-isothermal crystallization process of PBT with high melt flow index has been investigated by DSC, and the nonisothermal crystallization process of PBT with high melt flow index was studied by Ozawa equation and Jeziorny equation respectively. It was found that Ozawa equation, rather than Jeziorny equation, could appropriately be applied to study the non-isothermal crystallization process of PBT with high melt flow index. The Avrami index, obtained by Ozawa equation, varied between 1.06-1.80 with the change in temperature.

Polyoxymethylene is a linear polymer with excellent performance due to its chemical structure and high crystallinity. The thermal and rheological properties of POM are investigated in this paper. Experimental results indicate that the melting point and decomposition temperature of POM are about 162 °C and 266 °C respectively. POM melt is a non-Newtonian fluid, the apparent viscosity gradually decreased with the increase of shear rate, showing a typical shear-thinning behavior. Non-Newtonian index increased from 0.53 to 0.61 as the melt temperature increased from 190 °C to 230 °C. The flow activation energy of POM melt is between 11.36 and 24.90 kJ/mol within the shear rate range of 90~2500s -1.

Melt-blown generated PBT nonwoven fabrics usually have small fibril diameter, high flexibility, well heat and oil resistance. Therefore, they would have promising application such as vehicle filtering media. The rheological behavior of PBT with High Melt Flow Index for Melt-blown is investigated in this paper. It is a direction of the technology design and fabrication parameters .The relation of apparent viscosity and shear rate is analyzed, as well as flow activation energy and Non-Newtonian indexes. The results suggest that PBT with High Melt Flow Index is Non-Newtonian fluid. Apparent viscosity and flow activation energy show gradually decrease with increasing shear rate, exhibiting typical shear-thinning behavior.
