Structural textural surfaces are those surfaces that have designed feature intended to give specific functional performance. In the last few decades, the understanding of structured surface texture, particularly at a micro and nanometre scale, has played a fundamental role in the development of many advanced applications. After a brief review of current manufacturing methods for textural surface, this paper examines the surface creation during grinding by analysing the kinematics of grinding and associated wheel dressing processes. It has been demonstrated that the features of structural surface can be determined by carefully selected dressing and grinding conditions. The grinding speed ratio between workpiece and wheel is an important factor in determine the layout of the structural pattern generated on the workpiece. The grinding depth not only affects the structural feature depth but also the length and width of the surface structure. The uniformity and repeatability of actual ground feature shape is influenced by the arbitrary nature of distribution of grinding abrasives.

According to the problems that the coalbed methane resource was rich in deep seam in China, but the economic and technology conditions were limited, it would be hard to mine with a conventional method. The CO2 capture, utilization and storage technology was provided (CO2-ECBM). The application of the technology would not only improve the methane recovery ratio from deep and unminable layer, but also put CO2 effectively in the deep layer for storage to reach a target of reducing emission. The study showed that a coal rank, coal seam pressure, coal seam permeability, injection time, injected gas types and others would affect to the recovery ratio of methane in a production mine. Therefore, before we use this technology, a rational evaluation should be conducted on the place location. So the capture and storage technology of CO2 has an important significance in protecting the natural environment.

A series of highly dispersed ionic liquid catalysts were prepared by immobilized acidic ionic liquid [BMIM]HSO4 in silica gel through sol-gel methods. The structures and properties of the catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XRD. The results showed the [BMIM]HSO4 had been successfully confined or encapsulated in a silica-gel matrix.

A series of highly dispersed ionic liquid catalysts were used for the oxidation desulfurization of dibenzothiophene (DBT) in model oil in the presence of H2O2. The effects of the loading of [BMIM]HSO4immobilized, reaction time, temperature, O/S molar ratio and the dosage of catalysts on DBT removal were investigated in detail. The catalyst with the loading of [BMIM]HSO4was 25% exhibited the highest activity. The DBT removal of model oil can reach 99.9% in 5 h at 60 °C, O/S molar ratio of 10, Vmodeloil=10mL, mcatalysts=2.00g. The catalysts can be easily recycled and can be recycled 2 times without a significant decrease in activity.

Mobile payment has been rapid developed, but existing mobile payment platforms are not perfect. This paper focuses on research and design of mobile payment platform. A mobile payment platform based on hybrid APP technology is proposed. Hybrid APP technology perfectly integrates web APP with native APP. It is current mainstream app technology and has been widely used in mobile enterprise application. The solution based on hybrid APP offers beneficial reference for the construction of future mobile payment platform.

This document analyzes the limit of duty circle in a conventional two-transistor forward DC/DC converter which is disadvantageous to efficiency. To solve this problem, the resonant reset technology is introduced to the converter. The enhanced two-transistor forward DC/DC converter is able to increase its duty circle exceeding 50% and the resonance voltage is constant which is propitious to heighten the efficiency. Simulation is implemented for the purpose of validating the feasibility.

According to the change of resistivity and magnetic permeability of iron load which will influence the resonance frequency in the process of induction heating, this paper presents a frequency tracking system based on the 74HC4046. It can control the output frequency of the power supply in real time, and make the power output frequency to trace the resonance frequency of load. This paper also analyses the phase compensation of the control system, and proposes a new way of phase compensation. The corresponding simulation experiment is done finally. It provides the theory basis to analyze and design an inverter power supply.

Both single pollution index and integrated pollution index methods were employed in the present research to assess the heavy metals pollution of soil in the threeRosa roxburghii TrattPlanting Bases (located in Qianxi County and Qixingguan region in Bijie, Longli County in Qiannan), the baseline values of heavy metals in soils in Guizhou Province, Environmental Quality Standard for Soils (GB15618-1995) and Conditions of Green Food-tech0.nical Environmental Quality for Production Area (NY/T391-2000 and GB/T18407.1-2001) were applied as references. National Food Safety Standard-Contaminants in foods was applied to evaluateRosa roxburghii Trattfruits. The results suggest that the studied soil samples conformed to Environmental Quality Second Level Standard for Soils and Green Food-technical Conditions. The overall quality of the soil conditions was uncontaminated, but point source pollution phenomenon existed. Hg, Pb and Cu pollution were the main factors contributing to the rise in comprehensive pollution index from the threeRosa roxburghii TrattPlanting bases. It was found that levels of As and Cu did not exceed the limited standard of the soil，while Hg, Cr, Cd and Pb exceeded the standard in different degrees in studiedRosa roxburghii Trattplanting bases. The rates of excessive quota of Hg, Cr, Cd and Pb in the studiedRosa roxburghii Trattfruits was 6.67%, 13.33%, 73.33% and 100%, respectively. The mean accumulation coefficient of Cd forRosa roxburghii Trattfruits was up to 1.20. The mean accumulation coefficients for concerned heavy metals were in the order of Cd > Cu > Pb > Hg > As> Cr. The relationships between concentrations of heavy metals in soil, leaf and stem samples were weak. However, significant correlations were found between concentrations of As in soil and leaf samples (r = 0.928), and concentrations of Cr between in soil samples and Cr in leaf samples (r = 0.733).

Physical explosion model is applied in a certain carbon steel vertical water tube boiler explosion analysis, all the safety accessories and records have been damaged and no data related with before explosion could be found. Boiler energy and operation pressure before explosion was estimated by the measurement of cast pieces. Hurt radius calculated by TNT equivalent method is in accordance with on site measuring, which proves that TNT equivalent method is applicable in carbon steel boiler explosion analysis.

The strengthening treatment of carburized and subsequently niobiumized 40CrNiMo steel used for cutting pick has been discussed, and the microstructure and composition of niobiumizing layer are investigated by metallographic microscope, SEM and EDS, and XRD, which are compared with conventional strengthening treatment specimens in lab and working situation respectively. The results indicate that the main phases are NbC and Nb6C5 in the niobiumized layer, and the loss of weight of carburized and subsequently niobiumizing strengthening specimens is 58.4% of conventional strengthening ones ,and the working service life of cutting pick is increased by 69.0% ~ 78.1%.

The minimum lethal dose of the children and adults taking aminophylline tablets and severe poisoning is discussed in the paper. Linear differential equations and function image are both introduced to analysis timely rescue methods of the human during poisoning. Meanwhile, modeling is provided and the model solution is given. In the end, the simulation results showed the fatal time of the smallest dose and effective rescue when taking aminophylline poisoning.

For the characteristic that the mechanical properties of resin composite are lower than cast iron, steel fibers are used to improve its properties in this paper. A weak interfacial bonding strength between steel fibers and resin indicates that steel fibers’ property cannot perform well in the polymer. In order to improve the interfacial bonding strength, four methods of surface treatment, phosphating, acid pickling, oxidation, and coupling are applied to steel fibers, and the corresponding pull-off tests are carried out to compare with untreated steel fibers. Research results show that the maximum interfacial bonding strength is increased by 45.1% after coupling treatment.

Machine tool bed, which supports headstock, tailstock and other functional components, is one of the important structure parts of machine tools. Precision grinding machine tool beds are designed by the authors with artificial granite and cast iron respectively for research. Their three-dimensional models were established via software SOLIDWORKS and then imported into the finite element software (ANSYS) to simulate for the first eight modal frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes. Simulation results show that the first eight order natural frequencies of artificial granite bed are better and the corresponding maximum amplitude of vibration modes are decreased significantly than cast iron bed. The dynamical properties of artificial granite bed are obviously better than grey cast iron bed.

In order to study the steady-state performance of modular multilevel voltage source converter (MMC-HVDC), a 21-level MMC-HVDC system is modeled by PSCAD/EMTDC software. This system uses the DC voltage and active power controls, which are designed by the fundamental operation principles and mathematical models of MMC-HVDC. By analyzing the steady-state performance of MMC-HVDC, the corresponding simulation waveforms verify the correctness and validity of the simulation model.

Based on geological background, this study is to understand the potential of tight oil of Qingshankou Formation in Songliao Basin by comparing lithofacies features, oil-generating conditions and reservoir characteristics. Hundreds of samples are analyzed to derive geochemical parameters, such as organic richness, kerogen type, and source rock maturity. The results indicate that source rocks of Qingshankou Formation are organic rich, contain oil-prone kerogen, and are thermally mature. The tight reservoir of Qingshankou Formation has complicated pore throat structure, abundant fractures, and an beneficial place for oil accumulation.

This paper analyzes the restricted three-body problems in the ground test systems. First, under the ideal condition, after analyzing the forces on the spacecraft in the rotating coordinates, a mathematical model of elliptic restricted three-body motion is founded. Second, for the restricted three-body problem in the ground test system, the forces on the test ball are analyzed and the corresponding elliptic mathematical model apart from the perturbation is founded. Then, based on the two models founded above, the similarity between the ideal spatial model and the ground simulation model is analyzed.

Former USSR manufactured ΤΠ-230-2 type coal burning boiler has serviced for more than 369000 hours. The water fall tube burst caused by corrosion. The following examinations have been carried out , including macro-examination, metallographic analysis, tensile tests, inner and outer wall corrosion products and insulation materials analysis. Strength and remained thickness has also been calculated. Suggestions have been proposed to prevent similar explosions.

The flowing stress of a highstrength steel before unloading is different with the yield stress of the same sample extended in air after unloading and charging with hydrogen. The difference is the hydrogeninduced additive stress, which can help the external stress to enhance the plastic deformation. The hydrogeninduced additive stress,σad, induced through being immered in a 3.5% NaCl solution with pH=4 increases linearly with the yield strength of the sample,e.g.,σad=106.6 + 0.14σys. On the other hand, hydrogeninduced additive stress increases linearly with the logarithm of hydrogen concentration in the samples with the yield strengths of 900 and 1050 MPa,i.e,σad=55.5 + 63.6 lnC0(σys=900 MPa) andσad=23.5 + 64.2 lnC0(σys=1050 MPa). To sum up, the hydrogeninduced additive stress isσad=260 + 0.226σys+ 63.9 lnC0.

The vertical distributions of nutriment elements (TN, TP and TOC) in the columnar sediments of sampling site in Lake Hong of Jiangxi were determined on the basis of 210pb dating.In order to investigate vertical distribution characteristics of nutrient elements and the sequence feature changes over time,analyze the impact of human activities on the Lake district environment.The method of 210pb dating was used to derive accumulation rates of 0.407g/cm2.a-1,The results showed that the contents of all the elements lowered continuously with the increase of the sediment depth.The historical profiles of Hong Lake showed that TOCTN and TP mainly enriched in 0-37cm ,and presented simultaneously changeable trends. 1862~1953, TN, TOC and TP are in a relatively stable trend, human activities in this stage have less disturbance to the environment and natural factors play a major role, Lake is without pollution to the state, belonging to II~IIIstandard, the overall ecological environment of lake is stable. 1953~1992, TN, TOC and TP are in the rapid increase stage,and the vertical variation of amplitude became enlarged.In this period, the increase of human activity,especially the agricultural activities,resulted in nutrient element content higher.Lake is being III ~ IV standard.The lake eco-environmental issues began to emerge. From 1992 to 2011, the nutrient content is with high volatility, human activities is the main factors affecting the lake environment, organic index and organic nitrogen pollution is IV level standard,the lake environment problem aggravate.

In this paper, the producing methods of high precision Fine Tungsten-Rhenium Thermocouple wires and its applied research in the temperature measurement of the molten steel are introduced, The effects of Fine W-Re Thermocouple Wires on the fabrication technology, the temperature measurement precision and stability of the Quick Response Tungsten-Rhenium Thermocouple probe are discussed. The results show that the temperature measurement precision and stability of φ0.05mm Fine W-Re Thermocouple wires reach that of Type S thermocouple wires. The crack of W-Re Thermocouple wires can be avoided and the length of thermocouple wires can be cut more shorter in the process of manufacturing the Quick Response W-Re Thermocouple probe with φ0.05mm Fine W-Re Thermocouple Wires, so that the product yield and efficiency can be advanced.

As the feature of faulty signal in high voltage direct current transmission technology based on voltage source converter (VSC-HVDC) system is complicated to extract and its difficult to carry on the fault diagnosis. On the basis of the PSCAD simulation model of VSC-HVDC system, the DC current faulty signal is analyzed. Then, the wavelet analysis method was adopted to extract the eigenvector of faulty signal, and combined with method of Bayesian regularization back-propagation (BRBP) neural networks, the system fault was identified. The simulation results show that the method is more efficiently and more rapidly than the adding momentum BP neural network on the VSC-HVDC system faults diagnosing.

The application of Ultraviolet Imaging Technology (UVIT) in the electric equipment Partial Discharge (PD) was proposed and the operating principle of Ultraviolet Imaging Technology Instrument (UVITI) was analyzed in the paper. By describing the current development trend of UV imaging technology in China and foreign country, the several factors influencing the detect accuracy of the UVITI was analyzed. The results show that: the environment temperature, the back light, the air humidity, the instrument gain level, the wind level and the measurement distance will influence the accurate measurement of PD level and location seriously. In order to detecting the PD level and locating the fault position accurately, electric equipment PD measurement should be taken in low environment temperature and humidity, short measurement distance and avoiding big wind. For the disturbing of environment noise on measurement signal, the instrument gain level should be improved.

This paper analyzes the modular design method of the photovoltaic power generation system and presents a 5KW solar power inverter with variety of operating modes. Depending on the signal interface model, the hardware circuit is divided into several modules, including DC-DC main power circuit, DC-DC control circuit, DC-AC main power circuit, DC-AC control circuit and auxiliary power supply module. The circuit detail design is given and this system has been already used in the solar power stations. The circuit has a reusable and beneficial photovoltaic inverter standardized design. The experiment results prove that this system has features of reliability, easy maintenance, strong scalability and meets the requirements of the solar-energy generation system.

Large scale underground caverns are under construction in high in-situ stress field at Houziyan hydropower station. To investigate deformation and damage of surrounding rock mass, a elastoplastic orthotropic damage model capable of describing induced orthotropic damage and post-peak behavior of hard rock is used, together with a effective approach accounting for the presence of weak planes. Then a displacement based back analysis was conducted by using the measured deformation data from extensometers. The computed displacements are in good agreement with the measured ones at most of measurement points, which confirm the validities of constitutive model and numerical simulation model. The result of simulation shows that damage of surrounding rock mass is mainly dominated by the high in-situ stress rather than the weak planes and heavy damage occur at the cavern shoulders and side walls.

The exploitation and utilization of renewable energy, construction of sustainable energy system has gradually become the consensus of the international community, the research of microgrid technology with solar, wind and other renewable energy generation is becoming more and more deeply. According to the needs of the development of microgrid technology, in this paper a better functional architecture system of centralized control system for optimizing microgrids with new energy power generation system is proposed. First, according to the layered and distributed idea, a system of physical architecture which can run in the situations of both coordination control and self-control is designed, the system is mainly divided into physical components layer and the central station layer; and then the paper proposes the functional architecture system, it describes all the function modules and their interactions. Finally emphatically introduces the real-time security and stability control, energy optimization scheduling and other function modules which can improve the utilization ratio of renewable energy. The research of this system will play an important role in improving the absorption capacity of renewable energy; reducing fossil energy consumption and environment pollution.

t is one of precondition of determining rock material dynamic parameters for one-dimension assumption of the elastic pressure bar. In order to analyze its effect by loading wave type, the dynamic stress was simulated with Ls-dynamic finite element software, when SHPB(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar) pressure bar with diameter of 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm were impacted respectively by a cycle rectangular loading wave and half sine loading wave. The stress waves of cross section in different diameter pressure bar and the different distance with pressure bar end were compared and analyzed. The results indicated that the dispersion of stress waves was very serious and the matching ability of stress wave at different distances in pressure bar was poor when the rectangular wave was loaded. However, the dispersion of stress wave was not obvious with the increase of the diameter of pressure bar and the change of pressure bar when the half sine wave was loaded. The half sine loading wave which can strictly meet the one-dimension assumption is one of the ideal loading waveforms of the rocky heterogeneous materials.

Replica metallographic examination in hardness heterogeneous zone shows abnormal microstructures. Ostwald Ripening structure was caused by uneven temperature control during heat treatment. Lower cooling speed is the main cause of forming tempered sorbite in weld joints.

The light-emission efficiency of InAs/GaAs quantum dots (QDs) affected by proton implantation and subsequent annealing is investigated. The photoluminesce (PL) intensity is determined by the carrier capture time and non-radiative center (NRC) lifetime. The intermixing-induced carrier capture enhancement and the implantation-induced NRC generation mutually compete, so there exists a critical implantation dose (). When is less than , the intermixing is the main effect and the PL intensity increases with . On the other hand, when is larger than , the implantation damage is so large that the intensity decreases with the dose. The higher the annealing temperature is, the larger becomes.

A kind of environment-friendly Cr-free insulating coating for grain-oriented electrical steel is exhibited in this paper. The tensile stress and the magnetic properties for both Cr-free and Cr-containing insulating coating were measured. The results showed that the more the coating on the metal, the bigger the tensile stress produced. The contribution of the Cr-free insulating coating to the reduction in P1.7/50 varies from 0.092 to 0.192 W/kg, while the reduction in P1.7/50 by the Cr-containing insulating coating is from 0.066 to 0.177 W/kg, with the weight of the coating varies from 4 to 6.5 g/m2. In comparison with the traditional Cr-containing insulating coating, the Cr-free coating produces larger tensile stresses in the metal, thus leads to better magnetic properties, especially in the magnetic losses. The adsorption of Pb (II) on hydroxyapatite/(Poly Vinyl Alcohol) composite material was studied in this paper. HA/PVA was prepared firstly. The effect of initial Pb (II) concentration, composition of absorbent were investigated in batch experiments. The adsorption kinetics was calculated. The kinetics of the adsorption followed a pseudo-first order model.

This paper, taking cumulative incremental oil production per unit thickness as evaluation index through variance analysis method, optimizes the injection rate and concentration of types of well groups with polymer flooding in the second-class oil-bearing layer of Daqing oilfield. The results show that for the ontocline and poorly communicated well groups, the optimal injection rate ranges from 0.10 to 0.15 PV/a and the optimal concentration ranges from 800 to 950 mg/L; for the supermature but poorly communicated well groups, the optimal injection rate ranges from 0.10 to 0.15 PV/a and the optimal concentration should be over 1200 mg/L; for the ontocline but well communicated well groups, the optimal injection rate ranges from 0.15 to 0.20 PV/a and the optimal concentration ranges from 850 to 950 mg/L; for the supermature and well communicated well groups, the optimal injection rate should be over 0.20 PV/a and the optimal concentration should be over 1100 mg/L.

Figuring out the rule of remaining oil distribution after polymer flooding is the basis for continuing study on development policy after polymer flooding in Daqing Oil Field. Based on the basic principles of percolation mechanics, percolation mechanics of polymer flooding reservoirs under fixed injection pressure and injection rate was studied, the mechanism of remaining oil changes after polymer flooding was investigated; According to the numerical simulation results, the rule of remaining oil distribution in Daqing oilfield has been given out. This will be theoretical and practical guidance for enhancing oil recovery after polymer flooding.

Beijing has experienced a rapid urban sprawl over the past three decades, along with accelerated socio-economic development. This study investigated the change patterns and figured out the driving forces of urban expansion in the study area. To obtain urban class, decision tree classification techniques were used to identify the land cover types using four scenes of Landsat images from four periods of 1978-era, 1992-era, 2000-era and 2010-era. Then, the urban areas were identified by excluding water, agriculture, forest, grassland and bare land. The analysis results showed that: 1) urban construction land had been expanded very quickly and the urban area is mainly in the south-central part of the municipality; 2) the urban area increased by 96284.97 ha and the ratio was 5.88%; and 3) population growth, economic development, urban construction and industrial structure adjustment could explain the expansion. These analysis results can provide significant information on the monitoring and management of sustainable urban development.

This document explains and demonstrates the composing of power losses of MOSFETs in DC/DC converters which are based on Single-ended Forward topology and Resonant Reset technology and how to calculate the losses by equations. For the purpose of validating the correctness of these equations, two different MOSFETs are chosen and uesed in the same DC/DC converter. Furthermore, some practical method is presented in choosing the most suited MOSFETs for certain DC/DC converters.

Narrowly-distributed poly (methyl methacrylate)/polyacrylonitrile (PMMA/PAN) core-shell particles with a target use as the precursor for fabricating carbon microspheres and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were prepared using the seed adsorption method. PMMA, acrylonitril (AN) and potassium persulfate (KPS) were used as the seed latex, the second-stage monomer (shell monomer) and the initiator, respectively. The effect of process parameters, such as monomer adsorption time, monomer/initiator stoichiometry, presence of surfactant as well as reaction temperature and stirring strength etc., on the morphology and size distribution of the PMMA/PAN composite particles was studied. The process condition under which uniform PMMA/PAN composite particles can form was then identified. Morphological observation by SEM revealed that upon the formation of the core-shell structure, smooth surface of PMMA spheres changed into rambutan-like rough structures.

Multi-core processor technology is getting more and more common for both business and private use. However, the operating systems and applications are not keeping the same pace with multi-core hardware. In the mean while, to get better performance, more factors need to be considered under multi-core platform, e.g. load balance, cache, task relationship, etc. This paper focuses on making full use of multi-core processor through scheduling the tasks to proper core with CPU priority Algorithm which calculates a priority of each core when scheduling a task. With CPU Priority, it is easier to take interesting factors into account and combine several factors together. We did our work based on a scheduler simulator implemented with Python and we observed that, with CPU priority scheduling algorithm, it does suggest a flexible way to schedule the CPU assignment and is able to gain some satisfactory improvement on the response performance according to our simulation.

To investigate the effect of drying temperature on the fermented soybean meal, we examined the water content, protein solubility, and kinetics and thermodynamics of small peptide elimination. Results showed that the drying process of the fermented soybean meal could reduce the water content to safe level, and higher temperature (> 70 °C) would shorten the drying time, but at the same time, decrease the protein solubility and the content of small peptides. Kinetic parameters indicated that the highest rate constant k at 90°C was 18.6 times of the lowest k at 50°C and temperature effect was stronger than the time effect in the reaction, as a result, reducing their content. Thermodynamic calculation appeared that there was the chemical endothermic reaction of peptides and higher temperature also accelerated the elimination of the small peptides in this drying system.

The aim of this study was to optimize the variables which affect the protein content of fermented soybean meal (FSBM) with multi-strain in solid state condition. Response surface methodology (Box-behnken design) was used to design the experiments. Also, the effects of each factor and their interactions on protein content were analyzed. Regression equation between the influencing factors (moisture content, inoculation ratio and fermentation period) and the response value (protein content) was established and the results revealed that the optimal conditions were 56% moisture content, 9.5% inoculation ratio and fermentation periods was 43.5 h. Under these conditions, the actual protein content of FSBM reached 56.96%, which was very close to the predicted value (57.08%). The good correlation between predicted and actual values proved the validity of the response model.

U-boot is an open source project under the protocol of GPL, which has been widely used as boot application on embedded system. Normally, U-boot initializes hardware and send to hardware information to the embedded OS. In mobile thermals, especially in the arm-based mobile device, U-boot has played an important role. U-boot supports many kinds of development boards. However it does not support every board, so it needs to be modified to fit other board. This paper analyses the boot procedure and the source code of U-boot, studies how to add a custom command on U-boot source, analyses the protocol of USB, then gives us a new way to download the binary U-boot file or the kernel directly to RAM and run. In this way, we do not need to burn the binary U-boot file or the kernel to Flash. This has save a lot of time in embedded system development.

In this study, the optimization of soybean meal by solid state fermentation was investigated using temperature of start, the ratio of material to water and inoculums concentration. This work showed that temperature and moisture are the factors that most strongly influence SSF byBacillus subtilisBS-GA15 using soybean meal as substrate. The growth conditions that optimize degree of hydrolysis production are temperature of start at 30 °C, soybean meal and water at a ratio of 1:1.0(w/w), and inoculums concentration at 10%. In optimum conditions degree of hydrolysis of 13.14% was obtained.

This work presents an experiment research on Acoustic emission (AE) signal and the surface roughness of cylindrical plunge grinding with the different infeed time. The changed infeed time of grinding process is researched as an important parameter to compare AE signals and surface roughnesses with the different infeed time in the grinding process. The experiment results show the AE signal is increased by the increased feed rate. In the infeed period of the grinding process, the surface roughness is increased at first, and then is decreased.

The theory of grey systems has been used for performance prediction, relational analysis and decision making in many areas. In this paper, the grey relational analysis is applied to optimize the stainless steel cylindrical grinding parameters, and the corresponding grinding parameters are considered, such as spindle speed, feedrate, radial depth of grinding and workpiece speed. An orthogonal array was used for experiments design, and the surface roughness and the roundness were valued in the experiments. By analyzing the grey relational grade matrix, the most influential parameters could be selected. The results of confirmation experiments indicate that grey relational analysis can effectively acquire the optimal combination of grinding parameters.

In this paper, the phenomenon of roller scratch in Elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) state is simulated successfully. A complete thermal EHL solutions of finite roller with scratch are obtained. Comparasions between current numerical film contours and Cameron’s optical interferometry graph shows satisfactory agreement. The characteristics of pressure, filmthickness as well as temperature distributions are discovered numerically. It could be concluded that surface scratch will generate a pressure increase, a high temperature and a thin film distributions on both outsides of the scratch, as well as a pressure drop, a low temperature and a thicker film distributions at the inside location of the scratch. Therefore, it will produce a local sharp maximum stress concentration and may possiblly lead to lubrication failure, which will accelerate the process of surface fatigue.

This paper aims to develop in the semiconductor plant molecular filtration efficiency with properties of semiconductor materials in the real-time. The goal of the assessment is to propose a new device based on the technologies assessed. First, the Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer Spectrometer with CPC (SMPS+C), a description of how each counter works is given. Second, a new experiment method for HEPA/ULPA filter efficiency certification in the real-time in semiconductor industry is developed. The experimental results showed that the performance of capillary had been installed and cleaned. The SMPS mean diameter fell within the range of the NIST standard. And, the HEPA/ULPA filter efficiency certification is explored. The best filtration efficiency particles size is 0.16μm. The results of this research provide the engineers with very useful information in semiconductor industry.

This study develops a methodology to assess the probability for the degraded PWR steam generator to rupture first in the reactor coolant pressure boundary, under severe accident conditions with countercurrent natural circulating high temperature gas in the hot leg and SG tubes. The first step performs thermal-hydraulic analysis to predict the creep rupture parameter of the tubes in severe accident. The next step applies the creep rupture models to test the potential for the degraded SG to rupture before the hot leg. Then, the mean of the SG tube rupture probability was applied to estimate large early release frequency in LERF (Large and Early Release Frequency) model, and the overall LERF risk due to the Induced SGTR was calculated. In the final step, implementation of severe accident management guidance (SAMG), such as the RCS depressurization and refilling to SG, is evaluated using PSA approach. It can be found that strategy of RCS depressurization and refilling to SG can mitigate the result of induced SGTR and LERF effectively.

In this paper, the Steering theory and running theory are introduced. Then the virtual prototype of the shovel loader with four tracks was established and the simulation study was carried out, which proves that after changing the tires into tracks, the steering qualities of the shovel loader was nearly keep the same. In the end, the experiment was done to validate the correctness of the virtual prototype. As the track conversion technology can not only keep the former vehicle’s maneuverability, but also greatly improve the vehicle’s passing ability, it has great popularize and application value
