The urbanization rate of Nanjing is at the forefront of the country. According to the objectives and requirements of Nanjing to build a modern, international, humanistic green city.Firstly, this paper analyzed the connotation and the basic conditions of green ecological wisdom of Nanjing. Then it proposed the idea , objectives, principles and path of green ecological wisdom city construction of Nanjing. And highlighting the top-level design, building the green ecological environment, focusing on mechanism innovation to promote the city construction reasonably, strengthening the technical innovation to promote the interactive construction of city, promoting the industrial and construction of urban interaction were also proposed .It was needed to promote public goods , focus on public service platform, innovate governance model and build double-acting system with markets and government.

This paper first describes the importance of structural damage identification and diagnosis in civil engineering, and introduces domestic and foreign status of damage identification and diagnosis methods, and on the basis of this, it also introduces all kinds of methods for damage identification and diagnosis of civil engineering structures, and finally puts forward the development direction of civil engineering structure damage identification and diagnosis.

Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper has analyzed the connotation of Nanjing new urbanization. It has been pointed out that promoting green building technology is one of the important paths to achieve Nanjing new urbanization. And the countermeasures of developing green building techniques have been put forward at the respect of standard formulation and execution, improving the green building design technology, strengthening the promotion application of green construction technology, constructing management, strengthening the construction of energy-efficient management, and strengthing the operation process management. All of above aim to explore a new urbanization path which not only conforms to the law of development of urbanization but also conforms to the city case of Nanjing, so that we can build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly beautiful new Nanjing which is rich, harmonious, wise and green.

The dynamic Davidenkov model is used to model dynamic characteristics of soils, and plastic-damage model is used to model dynamic characteristics of station structure concrete. So that, considering the influence of soil-station structure interaction for 2D finite element analysis, the dynamic interaction of soil-station structure is modeled. The damage characteristics and energy response of station structure under seismic motion is analyzed. The result shows that damping energy and hysteretic energy are monotone increasing under ground motion, and the seismic characteristic has significant effect on the energy response of subway station structure. Furthermore, concentration effect of hysteretic energy of subway station structure is measured by hysteretic energy density. It is found that the hysteretic energy is the most centralized in the column, so the dynamic response of the columns is the maximum. Furthermore, the nonlinear damage evolution law of station structure is analyzed. The law of local and global damage index is consistent essentially, and the damage index is increased by the effect of accumulative deformation.

The existing Java Virtual Machine (JVM) based on Qt3 can not meet the requirements of the user experience in the field of digital television. By means of analyzing the functional blocks of abstract windowing toolkit (AWT) and the features of Qt4, this article gives an implementation of the JVM using Qt4 and illustrates the implementation details and improved algorithms of three blocks, i.e. components, graphic, and event processing. Finally, evaluation of the JVM ported on platforms indicates the good performance.

Switched Digital Video (SDV) is an emerging method of distributing TV programs through the Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC). Compared with traditional broadcast method, it reduces spectrum requirements by sending TV programs only to those subscribers who actually ask for them. The focus of this paper is to calculate the minimum bandwidth consumption to launch SDV service, which depends on human TV watching behavior, the popularity of available TV programs, the number of available TV programs, streaming bit-rate composition and subscriber group size. Through the analysis of the characteristics of these factors, in particular subscribers channel flipping behavior, we develop a traffic model of an SDV system and present an advanced access network design tool. Our results suggest that channel flipping has much effect on the bandwidth requirements.

Corn silk polysaccharide (CSP) was investigated for the treatment of different kinds of diseases. In order to characterize the chemical properties and antioxidant activities of CSP, the CSP was isolated from corn silk and purified by DE-52 cellulose column chromatography. Four components were separated, and the highest one named CSP-A. The CSP-A was characterized by FTIR and the monosaccharide components were analyzed by HPLC. The FTIR spectra indicated that CSP-A was characteristic of β-glucosidic bond and α-glycosidic bond. The CSP-A mainly comprised of glucose, galactose, arabinose, mannose, rhamnose. The antioxidant activities of CSP were determined by hydroxyl radical (•OH) and DPPH radicals scavenging assays. When the concentration of CSP was 10mg/mL, the scavenging capacity of •OH and DPPH could reach to 40% and 48%, respectively.

Goat milk was fermented by different strains of lactic acid bacterias in anaerobic tube, strains with high angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity were screened from 28 probiotic Lactobacillus strains by the criteria of ACE inhibitory activity and pH. The results showed that 20 strains had ACE inhibitory activity and among them the activity of 4 strains were extremely high, they were Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosu and Lactobacillus helveticu. In vitro experiments, the ACE inhibitory activity of goat milk fermented by these 4 strains reached 95.92%, 84.61%, 82.79% and 78.57%, respectively. After incubation, pH of them were 6.17, 3.88, 5.24 and 3.71, respectively.

In the history, water towns in the southeast of China had undergone a traffic mode change from waterborne traffic to road traffic. This research took Tong-li as an example, explored how this change has its effect on various aspects of the town: spatial structure, land-use distribution and the emerged and went down of commercial streets. The method applied here are literature review, historical map analysis, site observation and space syntax. It is found that the changing traffic mode has an far-reaching impact on the pedestrian network of Tong-li.

Select 45 pieces of silk, cotton and wool fabrics in total, with semi-circular skirt modeling as object of study, investigate the relationship between flare sagging in straight & inclined grains of skirt pieces and fabric types, analyze the influence of hem parameters on flare sagging of semi-circular skirt and obtain multiple linear regression equation by disposing the measured data with SPSS statistical analysis software. The study result shows that the skirt hem of silk fabric is sagging more significantly than that of cotton and wool fabrics and there is a multi-linear relationship between semi-circular flare sagging and parameters.The research of this subject has both theoretical value and practical value.

The study on the hysteretic characteristics of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) members is the basis of nonlinear seismic analysis of such structures. So in this paper, by summarizing the hysteretic features of SRC members, a quadrant-linear restoring-force model is suggested. Then the model is verified with available experimental results and proved to be effective and reliable.

The paper describes the operation principle of optically powered sensor to measure differential pressure. Its probe powered by LD light only consumes tens micro watt .The optical source for power and signal can be transmitted to and fro by a single multiple mode optical fiber. The power and signal lights have different wave length. The system design is introduced and its parameters are selected. The signal and power are transmitted by fiber, and the probe is low power consumption, so this pressure measuring system can work in flammable and explosive environment. Adopted differential measuring signal processing technology, its anti-noise ability is improved. Experimental results show that this system has high precision and high reliability.

The instability of seam smoothness for worsted fabric is always a big problem in suit industry. With substantial development and application of new worsted fabric as well as the comprehensive application of various fiber materials，it is difficult to control seam smoothness of suit, creating the quality of suite to descend and adversely affecting the brand development in suit industry. The purpose of this paper is, therefore, intending to study the relationship between worsted fabric mechanical properties and garment seam smoothness grade as well as the effect of environmental air temperature and humidity conditions on smoothness of seam sample, by selecting several pieces of worsted fabrics and testing their mechanical properties through FAST. The goal of this paper is to facilitate textile and garment enterprises to improve their own textile process and finishing as well as the sewability of worsted fabrics.

The invention of functionally graded structure cemented carbide is a significant revolution. In this paper, graded structure cemented carbide with cubic carbide free layer (CCFL) was prepared. Using scanning electron microscope (SEM), metallographical microscope, electroprobe microanalyzer and microindentation, the gradient characteristics were investigated. The variation in elemental compositions from surface to inner is gradient, the concentrations of nitrogen and titanium are very low in surface layer, only element of tungsten, cobalt and carbon exist. A cobalt concentration peak occurs, which is higher than the average composition in bulk. Wherein binder phase piles up, its volume fraction is much higher than nominal value, resulting in a decrease in hardness and forming a tough layer.
