Through the polymerization and grafting reaction of bisphenol A dianhydride and bisphenol A diamine, the polyimide activator (PI activator) of acyl caprolactam end capping is obtained and then the anionic in-situ polymerization modified nylon 6 resin is obtained. Viscosity analysis shows that PI consumption is higher than 0.1 (of monomer mass), the reaction temperature is higher than 160°C, the viscosity rises rapidly in a short time and the rapid polymerization molding can be realized; when PI consumption is higher than 0.15 (of monomer mass), the water absorption of matrix resin will be lower than 1.4%; compared with the nylon resin, its water absorption is significantly lowered and its mechanical property is improved greatly; microscopic analysis shows that PI molecules fail to enter the crystalline phase of the nylon 6 and form lamellar crystals in the nylon matrix, which plays a role of enhancement and obstruction; differential thermal analysis shows that PI reduces the melting enthalpy and melting point temperature of nylon 6 resin, which indicates that PI reduces the crystallization capacity of nylon 6.

Today, since diabetes has become one of the killers that threat human health, the full use of advanced mobile Internet technology to achieve the real-time information exchanged between medical institutions, doctors and patients, improve the efficiency of rehabilitation is a priority task for the research workers. In view of this, the project focuses on analyzing the functional requirement of each link in the whole process which includes medical institutions, doctors, diabetes disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and management and so on. Based on the mobile Internet, we do some systematic design for diabetes rehabilitation, treatment and management and carry on the detailed design and program implementation code for mobile client reception, Web site, data acquisition and transmission, user rights management, and background database. The system can realize the functions of disease data collection, transmission, analysis, feedback, user privilege management, rights query and management, and some other features. This topic provides different platforms and services for different users and business requirements.

Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) technique allows characterizing the nanomicrostructure of the ferritic Oxide Dispersion Strengthened (ODS) steels which are candidates for the structure material of fusion reactor and fast reactor. A SANS study of domestic ferritic ODS alloys are presented. The main objective is to study the evolution of the oxide dispersion nanoparticle during the different stages of the fabrication and different content.

In the northern part of China, the heating system of the Chinesekangoccupies a significant proportion of usage, particularly during the winter. To achieve better heating effect, this article explored the wind tunnel (commonly known as the “dog hole”) of the Chinesekangin the Northern area. The paper conducted three experiments, established a two-dimensional mathematical model on the flow of high temperature gas in the chimney, utilized the FLUENT software to simulate the flow, and analyzed the inlet flow of the chimney flue and effect of wind tunnel on the heating system of Chinesekang. Wind tunnel was found to prevent natural reversed wind effectively and reduce the influence of outside wind.

In order to grasp how the sectional sizing optimum design imposes effect on the global stability of latticed shell, with an example of K6 single-layer reticulated shell whose span is 60 meters and vector height is 6 meters, the impact of different ways in rods grouping and valuing sectional size on bars buckling discipline and mechanical performance was analyzed. Factors like the strength and slenderness ratio of members, local and overall stability of structure are entirely taken into account to guarantee the accuracy of the analysis results. The results show that optimum design of sectional sizing on single-layer latticed shell can reduce the steel consumption, change the buckling discipline and improve the ultimate stable bearing capacity of structure, but simultaneously it would bring about a smaller deformation, and no significant early warning of damage comes up when structural instability failure occurs.

In the modern world, the theme of low carbon economic development trend advocates energy conservation and discharge reduction, and the energy-saving technology of thermal insulation film of automobile glass and construction glass has attracted increasing more attention. This paper adopts liquid phase precipitation process to prepare nanoSnO2 polyacrylate thermal insulation organic film: first, select precursor solution concentration in favor of generating outphase precipitation and pH value to prepare SnCl4 solution with low concentration 2 mM-10 mM, and hydrochloric acid with concentration 0.1 M-0.4 M; select methyl methacrylate 34.5%-90%, BA 10%-35.5%, MAA 0%-30% and AIBN 0.1%-0.3% to prepare polyacrylate film; put the prepared PA film in SnCl solution, control reaction temperature to be 40°C-80°C, maintain reaction time 6-18h, take out the film, wash and dry to get nanoSnO2organic thermal insulation film. According to XRD analysis and SEM observation, SnO2 is uniformly deposited on the surface of organic film, having good thermal insulation performance.

Kinetic parameters are calculated based on the reactive temperature rise curve measured by adiabatic approach at the temperature of 145 to 160 °C with the catalytic system of NaOH and acyl caprolactam End-capped butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber (CHTBN) or styrene-butadiene rubber (CHTBS). The reaction order is first order, the activation energy is between 72.91−73.16 kJ∙mol−1 and the pre-exponential factor is between 3.22×1011− 3.38×1011 mol1−n∙s−1 in the system of CHTBN/NaOH. While in CHTBS/NaOH, the reaction order is between 1.23-1.34, the activation energy is between 85.55－86.88 kJ∙mol−1 and the pre-exponential factor is between 4.52×1011−5.0 9×1011 mol1−n∙s−1. The adiabatic reaction kinetic model of caprolactam anion was constructed based on the existing research findings, by which the polymerizing reaction is simulated. The coincidence between the simulation results and the experimental data revealed that the model is reasonable and correct.

The calculated reaction heat of 134.5−137.3 J∙g−1 was in consonance with the literature value of 138.6 J∙g−1. The adiabatic reaction kinetic model of caprolactam anion was constructed based on the existing research findings. The coincidence between the simulation results and the experimental data revealed that the model was reasonable and correct.

Classification of lettuce growth peroid is the premise of records of lettuce growth information. In this study, lettuce images in every growth period are collected. And visible images are preprocessed to extract features to establish initial feature library of lettuce images. Through R cluster analysis on many features, good image eigenvector are obtained. Classification of the lettuce samples are obtained by modeling and analysis of the neural networks. The experimental classification results compared with practical classification results, the recognition accuracy is up to 88.4%.

A rapid development of intensive livestock and poultry, results in a large number of Aquaculture wastes, it is increasing important that timely consumptive farming wastes, and reduces environmental pollution on protection ecological environment and improving recycling agriculture. In this study, cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and ducks five categories manure were as material, and it carried out that microbial agents used in compost, equipment, process and control software, and especially passivation of heavy metal residues in manure, degradation technology of estrogen and antibiotics of pollutants. As final, two kind products such as a high—quality organic fertilizer and gardening products, were produced with a better benefits on economic, ecological and social.

Disc Sickle; Acoustic Emission evaluation; pitting corrosion damage Abstract. By the pitting corrosion simulation test in the laboratory, the law that the Disc Sickle corrosion degree and AE signal vary with corrosion time has been studied, and relationship curve between corrosion damage and AE parameter has been obtained. This explains that AE technology can be used for detecting forepart pitting corrosion, researching the law of pitting corrosion development, and evaluating corrosion damage.

In order to link missile of actuating mechanism to CAN bus, an interface between actuating mechanism and CAN bus has been designed. It provides a method for the designing and realization of the hardware and software of interface. This interface has been used in reality. It proves that this design is feasible.

Because of the weak borehole sealing and inadequate use of the initial free face, the higher investment and unsatisfactory blasting effect still exist in the mine tunnel excavation blasting. In order to improve the blasting effect of drifting, on the basis of a discussion on blasting mechanisms, the author take Xinhong Mine fine sandstone roadway for example, select reasonable blasting parameters and determine the proper cutting form. So that the efficiencies of blasting and excavation have been increased greatly, and good economic results has been achieved.

The gas is one of the most important factors which endanger the security of the mining production. Most of serious accidents are the gas explosion accidents in coal mine. By investigating the damage situations of the gas explosion accidents and the related material, finding out why these incidents happen is an important way to prevent or reduce the gas explosion accidents. Based on the occurred gas explosion accidents, the author use the FLUENT software to simulate the process of gas explosion and get the variation law of various air current parameters is obtained in gas explosion. The explosion causes and development course are discussed. Compared with the explosion parameters collected on scene of accident, it provides comprehensive scientific basis for the accident investigation. The conclusion is helpful to adopt suitable measures to prevent the gas explosion.

In view of the characteristics of the blasting tunneling roadway, the paper has analyzed the distribution law and the movement rule of dust in roadway. Combined with the practical problems existing in the field, a series of methods were conducted to investigate and analyze the the dust source of tunneling, the authors propose the following optimal comprehensive directional measures: At first, using the wet shotcrete technology as more as possible to improving the shotcrete. Taking use of the corresponding measures of spraying and watering, and the use of water stemming is mandatory. The amount of wind in the exit of the ventilation duct should be controlled and the quality of water should be improved, enhancing the atomization effect. The settled dust on the walls of the tunnel should be moistened with sticking agent and the individual safeguard should be done better. Adopting the above dustproof measures should effectively solve the problems of a large amount of dust and the working environment of high dust concentration in the heading face by blasting. The working environment can be improved by the effective control for the dust concentration in the heading face .The work of dust comprehensive prevention in the heading face is of significance.

In range of high pressure, the performance of two stage compression cycle with an expander (TSCE+IC) is better than the two stage cycle with an intercooler (TSCC+IC). In the cycle (TSCE+IC), the optimum discharge temperature is 42°C and the highest COP is 3.3, in the cycle (TSCC+IC), the optimum discharge temperature is 50°C and the highest COP is 3.07. In the cycle (TSCC+IC), the optimum intermediate pressure is 5.8MPa and the highest COP is 3.08, in the cycle (TSCE+IC), the optimum intermediate pressure is 6.2MPa and the highest COP is 3.33. With increasing of evaporating temperature or decreasing outlet temperature of gas cooler, the performance of cycle (TSCE+IC) or cycle (TSCC+IC) is an increasing trend. Under the same conditions, expander cycle performance superior to the throttle valve performance. Some fundamental data were obtained for improving cycle performance and developing the products of CO2 refrigeration air condition and heat pumps.

The AR-Tri-training algorithm is proposed for applying to the abnormal voice detection, and voice detection software is designed by mixed programming used Matlab and VC in this paper. Firstly, training samples are collected and the features of each sample are extracted including centroid, spectral entropy, wavelet and MFCC. Secondly, the assistant learning strategy is proposed, AR-Tri-training algorithm is designed by combining the rich information strategy. Finally, Classifiers are trained by using AR-Tri-training algorithm, and the integrated classifier is applied to voice detection. As can be drawn from the experimental results, AR-Tri-training not only removes mislabeled examples in training process, but also takes full advantage of the unlabeled examples and wrong-learning examples on validation set

The extruder key components consist of extrusion-screw, sleeve and nozzle. Its structure and size decides extrusion effects of the extruder, even to the capability of the whole machine. In this paper, the 3D entity modeling of the extruder key components were established by using the parametric design software of Pro/Engineer, then it was transferred into data that will be used in finite element analysis. The stress analysis was carried out by ANSYS which software of finite element analysis. The results showed that strength of the extrusion-screw, sleeve and nozzle meet the design requirements. Parametric modeling and finite element analysis was the effective way for optimal design of the extruder.

Based on the mass balance principle, mineral contents of the bentonites from Yangxian of Shaanxi province, Queshan of Henan province, and Chifeng of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were estimated by resolving the Phase Mixing Equation constructed from the data of X-ray diffraction, microprobe analysis of montmorillonite grains, and chemical anaysis of the bentonites. The crystal formulas of montmorillonite in the bentonites were calculated based on the anion hydrogen equivalent method. The cell lattice constants of the principal minerals in the bentonites were calculated with a FORTRAN90 program CELLSR. When compared with both methods of the methylene blue absorption and XRD Rietveld quantitative phase analysis, the Phase Mixing Equation was confirmed to be the most effective modal analysis method for determing content of montmorillonite in bentonites with several minerals coexisted.

Based on thermodynamic principles, the coupled systems performance of the Rankine cycle and the transcritical CO2compression cycles with a throttle valve and the cycle with an expander were analyzed, respectively. The results show that the corresponding maximum performance in transcritical CO2heat pump, there is an optimal efficiency of the coupled system. With the temperature increasing of boiler feed water, the efficiency of the two coupled system showed an increasing trend; with increasing of discharge pressure of condenser or outlet temperature of gas cooler, both of the two kinds coupled system efficiency showed a downward trend. Under the same conditions, the efficiency of the coupled system with an expander is better than the system with a throttle valve. This paper can provide the fundamental datum for the power plant waste heat recovery.

With the question of Ozone Depression Potential and Global Warming Potential popping out day by day, the Freon refrigerant alternative has become one of the current research contents of refrigerant. Based on the given Freon refrigerant R22, R134a and natural refrigerant CO2, the differences of their properties were compared, and the relevant alternative refrigerants conducted an investigation. The results show that the natural refrigerant CO2instead of Freon refrigerant has good application prospects; it provides basic data to develop new products, which enhance the COP of air conditioner and heat pump.

Three different chiral ionic liquids, chloride (R)-(+)-β-(1-methyl-imidazole)–propio-nate, (R)-(+)-β-(1-methyl-imidazole)-propionate terafluoroborate and hexafluorophosphate, weresuccessfully synthesized via the nucleophilic substitution reaction and the anion metathesis reaction, with (S)-(-)-2-chloro-propionic acid as the chiral source. Structures of the chiral io-nic liquids have been characterized by the infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonancespectroscopy and quantum chemical structure optimization method. These new ionic materia-ls can be used as building blocks for the synthesis of ionic liquids.
