In the big cities, the shield undercrossing metro project has become critical to the safety of the metro, this paper takes the South-North Water Transfer Project shield under traverse Beijing certain subway project for construction background. It makes technical schemes comparison, analyses the deformation law of the existing subway structure and propoes protective measures to prevent the existing subway structure. The analysis showed the following conclusions: in shield undercrossing the metro project, in order to reduce disturbance on surrounding soils and the existing metro structure, we should take the necessary control measures such as grouting and determine the optimum shield parameters; the overall trend of the monitoring results accords well with numerical simulation results; The reason why the actual values and model calculation values has certain deviation is that it is difficult to consider shield parameters such as the pressure of shield thrust, pressures of grouting and so on in numerical simulation.

In this paper, a predictive model has been established for the combat effectiveness of amphibious assault vehicles by the method of supporting-vector regression. It has a good fitting result after trained with the samples. Then this model is used to predict the combat effectiveness of the sample under evaluation. The SVR approach can convert the practical questions into the high-dimensional feature space through non-linear transfer, and construct the linear decision functions in the space to realize the original non-linear decision functions. This approach has its significance for the prediction of combat effectiveness of AAVs.

A multi-residue method for determination of pesticide residues in vegetables, using ethyl acetate extraction and determination by means of GC–MSD, is presented. The method includes as many as 27 pesticides such as organophosphorous, organohalogen, organonitrogen and pyrethroids pesticides, which are in common use or forbidden on vegetables in China. After extraction with ethyl acetate, the extract is concentrated and evaporated to dryness and redissolved in ethyl acetate before injection on GC–MSD. The recoveries were obtained in the range 70–100% with 5 exceptions in lettuce and 7 exceptions in cucumber, relative standard deviations between 1.92% and25.39% by means of standard addition to the vegetables blank extracts. The degradation of some pesticides in the 27 was studied by the method developed, the mixture of the pesticides commercial formulations was sparged on the vegetables, then the residues of samples obtained in different time were determined by the developed method. The determination indicated that (all pesticides were used as the instruction): 1.a pesticide, used on different plants, the quantity of the pesticide on the part for people’s dietary differs greatly; 2. some pesticides, degradating slowly and with a large dose, are inappropriate used on vegetables which remain on cropland for a short time. This research does not develop models for pesticides degradation, but provides some data on the safe intervals of the pesticides and a potential method for the study of multi-class pesticides safe intervals on a plant simultaneously.

Wenrui river system in the north of Fanyou is located in Wenzhou city. In recent years, river water quality has been improved by the implementation of ecological water diversion with the phenomenon of large area of black smelly basically eliminated. But there is still no fundamental improvement in river water environment. In this paper, sluice scheduling, scheduling of water supply and optimized control scheme is studied based on the one-dimensional river network model, on the basis of current situation of ecological operation, through analyzing the characteristics of river water system in north of Fanyou, water source and the distribution of main control sluice. It is turned out that water quality of Wenrui river system in north of Fanyou cannot be comprehensively improved by ecological water diversion and can only be targeted to the important areas and key rivers, due to the large area, complex river net and limited ecological water supply. Pollution reduction is the most fundamental way to improve river water quality. But currently, on the premise of difficultly cutting down complete pollutions, river water quality can be improved to a certain extent by ecological water diversion with Puzhou sluice as the main control sluice, combined with other sluices for joint scheduling. In the future, if pollution load can be reduced and enough water supply can be guaranteed, river water quality can reach class II or III in the key areas along the Ou River and river water in other areas also has different degrees of improvement.

Against the sticking patch design problems of pass damage of aircraft skin repair, by using the calculation method of mechanical analysis, the stress analysis of pass damage is completed. The calculation methods are used quantitatively to determine the sticking patch dimension of pass damage repair, which is compared with analysis sticking patch design method calculated by the repair empirical equation of aircraft skin of Airline Company. The reason of error is analyzed and the measure to correct empirical equation method is put forward. The optimization of the critical parameters of pass damage empirical equation is completed.

7A52 aluminum alloy was welded by using 5356 welding wire added Sc, Zr and Er. Microstructure of the welding joint was observed by using optical microscope (OM). Bending property was tested by bending tester. The results demonstrated that, compared to employ traditional 5356 welding wire, the grains in welding zone (WZ) were much finer; The grains in fused zone (FZ) nucleated and grew from the matrix; The grain size along heat affected zone (HAZ) dercearsed gradually.The welding joint prepared by using 5356 welding wire added single 0.3%Sc possessed maxium face bending strength. The welding joint fabricated by using 5356 welding wire added compond 0.1%Sc+0.2% Er possessed maxium rear bending strength. The fine isometric crystal and isometric dendrite generated at the welding zone when the new type 5356 wire added gingle Sc or compound Sc+Er was employed, which make the welding joint represent excellent bending property, respectively.

It is studied that the growth of entire functions defined by multiple Taylor series by means of Polar coordinates, and established two sufficient and necessary conditions.

SrMoO4:Eu3+ micro-spheres with well morphology were fabricated by a one-step and template-free ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method using strontium nitrate and ammonium molybdate as precursors. The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectra (PL). The XRD results indicate that all the XRD peaks can be indexed as SrMoO4 with a pure tetragonal scheelite structure. The SEM photographs show that the sample particles are spheres with regular spherical shape. The excitation and emission spectra demonstrate that the phosphors could be excited effectively by the ultraviolet light with wavelength 394 nm or visible blue light with wavelength 466 nm, and the highest emission peak locates at 615 nm.

For the high-speed machining aero engine casing hole, according to the principle of metal forming and the characteristic of metal cutting plane strain, with selecting some key physical factors of the cutter - chip contact friction and abrasion model, the Cartesian orthogonal cutting model of aero engine casing hole was established by using the Deform, a sort of finite element analysis software. With taking cutting temperature for preferred aim of the cutting parameters, select the appropriate cutting parameters, the aim of aero-engine casing high-speed (cutting speed up to 700m/min) cutting has been achieved by simulation, and the feasibility of the cutting process was researched and confirmed in theoretically by analyzing the cutting force, cutting temperature and tool wear condition.

According to the comprehensive performance of electric glass regulator detection process, the installation screw hole of the glass regulator often was damaged when electric glass regulator was installed, so the flexible clamping mechanism of floating force was is designed, to fix and clamp the electric glass regulator, and all flexible clamping mechanism was emulated and analyzed, the results show that the flexible clamping mechanism is safe and reliable, so the theoretical basis was provided to optimize and design the online comprehensive performance equipment in the further.

The pomponlike CaMoO4:Eu3+ red phosphors were synthesized via a ethylene glycol (EG)-mediated hydrothermal method in the presence of urea at 140 °C for 1 h. The structure, morphology and luminescent property were characterized and investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL). The results show that the Eu3+-doped CaMoO4 micropompons were well-crystallized and assembled by nanosheets. The products display a strong red emission under near ultraviolet (UV).

In this paper, the method based on the testing of the Fourier transform near infrared (NIR) spectra is proposed to identify natural bamboo fibers and flax fibers. The discrimination models between natural bamboo fibers and flax fibers are established by means of Ward’s algorithm and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis after the first derivative and vector normalization pretreatment. The verification results indicated that these two kinds of fibers could be classified into two separated groups for the identification and the near infrared spectra model is high accuracy.

In this article, we propose the matching pursuit algorithm of combinatorial optimization based CGLS and LSQR. We use non-negative matrix factorization for measuring discrepancy of solution sequence between CGLS and LSQR, and represent combinatorial optimization based CGLS and LSQ to choose optimal solution sequences. The experiments indicate our method is extended to the case where target signal has been corrupted by noise, it demonstrate perfectly recovery ability of signal with noise.

In this paper, pure metals aluminum was used to study the effects of pulse current on their mechanical properties. The results showed that the pulse current caused the tensile strength of metals to decline remarkably. The elongation of metal rose and was enhanced with increasing current density. At the same time during the performance of plastic deformation, pulse current heating effect could change the mechanical property to some extent and can not be ignored.

In a closed pulverized coal preparation system, a special device must be installed to vent flames and pressure during unexpected dust explosions. A vent flame arrestor is a key element in this device, which helps prevent a dangerous second explosion by venting flames. Traditional vent flame arrestors are designed with mounting metal fiber or rock fiber on both the sides and the top of the arrestor to cool dust flames and arrest burning dust during an explosion. This type of arrestor is widely used, but their application is still problematic, even for St1 dust at low reduced pressure (Pred). To solve these problems, we designed two types of flameless venting devices. The first is intended for St1 dust explosion venting at Pred 0.07 MPa, and was modified from an original device by adopting a labyrinth-like structure in the interior space to successively reduce the strength of the dust flame. The second is intended for St1 dust explosion venting at 0.07 < Pred 0.18 MPa, and was modified from the first type by adding a special suppressant in the interior space to make the dust flames cooler than the ignition point of the dust. Our experiments confirmed that our designs yield improved efficiency of flameless venting devices, leading to safer vent flame arrestors.

In this paper, pure metals Ti and Ta were used to study the effects of impulse current on their mechanical properties. The results showed that the impulse current caused the tensile strength of the two metals to decline remarkably. The elongation of metal Ta rose and was enhanced with increasing current density. But as for metal Ti, the elongation hardly rose. Theoretical analysis suggested that the impulse current had little apparent effect on HCP metals, for it had less slip systems; however, it had obvious effects on the elongation of BCC metals, for they had more potential slip systems. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observations showed that crystal microstructure of the two metals had not changed significantly.

Cylindrical TiO2nanotubes and hexagonal TiO2nanotubes were obtained in the anodizing process of titanium in fluoride-containing electrolyte. Based on the experimental findings and viscous flow model, a mechanism of self-ordering process of hexagonal cells arrangement for porous anodic TiO2nanotubes (PATNT) is proposed in this paper. The analysis results show that oxygen evolution in the pore bottoms plays an important role in the self-ordering process. Oxide grows around the oxygen bubbles in the pore bottoms, which results in the formation of cylindrical TiO2nanotubes. Volume expansion of TiO2takes place during the anodizing process. Plastic deformation and repulsive force caused by volume expansion are responsible for self-ordering process of PATNT hexagonal cells.

There are several hundred of abandoned oil wells in Jianghan oil field now. They were mainly started to be used in 70-80`s of last century, and mainly closed around 2000. After closure, the soil around the oil wells left uncultivated because of oil pollution, which caused serious waste of soil resource. In the present paper, 135 soil samples were collected from 15 oil well areas. Salinity, pH, petroleum hydrocarbon, heavy metals and some other elements were analyzed. According to the investigation, the soil of Jianghan oilfield showed high salinity, and tended to alkali. Petroleum hydrocarbon is dotted distribution, and some sites showed extremely high content as 24.67%. Some elements containing some heavy metals in Jianghan oilfield exceeded standard values and control samples, which may also be caused by oil exploitation.

The quality and cost of a product rely heavily on selecting suitable engineering materials, and therefore the ability to select the most appropriate material for a given application is the fundamental challenges faced by the design engineer. The general grey relational analysis (GRA) has three weaknesses: (1) weight determination depends only on expert judgments; (2) the qualitative indexes are only simply quantified with exact number; and (3) the general GRA only takes into account the relationship between the imaginarily best material and the candidate materials. The GRA is extended to RGRA, weights are determined by combining subjective and objective weights based on maximum deviation, and the qualitative indexes are fuzzily quantified through trapezoidal fuzzy number (TFN). The illustrative example shows that the presented method enables decision making results to be more reasonable and trustworthy.

This paper focus on the water distribution of secondary cooling for beam blank continuous casting process. Analysis of the influencing factors and initial determination method for important parameters of secondary cooling water, including specific water, water ratio in each secondary cooling zoon and the amount of water in outer arc, inner arc and sider at one secondary cooling zoon. After that, according to the simulation heat transfer process of the secondary cooling, to improve the secondary cooling system is given. This work provides a reference to the development of secondary cooling system.

This paper discussed application of modified non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (MNSGA-II) to multi-objective optimization of a coal-fired boiler combustion, the two objectives considered are minimization of overall heat loss and NOx emissions from coal-fired boiler. In the first step, BP neural network was proposed to establish a mathematical model predicting the NOx emissions & overall heat loss from the boiler. Then, BP model and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) were combined to gain the optimal operating parameters. According to the problems such as premature convergence and uneven distribution of Pareto solutions exist in the application of NSGA-II, corresponding improvements in the crowded-comparison operator and crossover operator were performed. The optimal results show that MNSGA-II can be a good tool to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization of a coal-fired combustion, which can reduce NOx emissions and overall heat loss effectively for the coal-fired boiler. Compared with NSGA-II, the Pareto set obtained by the MNSGA-II shows a better distribution and better quality.

Nanocrystalline Y2O2S: Eu3+, Mg2+, Ti4+red long-lasting phosphor was synthesized successfully by combustion method using thiourea and citric acid as fuel. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of these phosphors were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The experimental results revealed that the phosphor was composed of sheet-shaped Y2O2S with hexagonal crystal structure. They exhibited strong red emission at 617 nm and 626nm. In addition, the dosage of citric acid has great effect on the phosphor. When molar ratio of citric acid to Y3+is 1.3, the resulted phosphor gives the highest emission intensity.

The red long persistent phosphors (Sr 1-x Ca x) S: Eu 2+ , Dy 3+ (0≤x≤0.4) were prepared by sol-gel thermolysis method under reducing atmosphere. The results of XRD indiSuperscript textcated that the phosphor of the major phase was SrS (0≤x≤0.4) and the diffraction peak positions shift to higher angles with increase in x. The spectral properties are measured, and it found that the emission wavelength and decay properties of the phosphor varied with x. With increasing x, the luminescence intensity increased at beginning ,then decreased, and at x=0.3, the initial brightness and the afterglow time of the phosphor became maximal.

The CaMoO4:Eu3+, Li+ red phosphors were synthesized by combustion synthesis with urea or urea-thiourea as fuels, and their crystalline phase, morphology and luminescent properties were investigated. The XRD results demonstrated that all the diffraction peaks of the products can be well indexed to the pure tetragonal phase of CaMoO4. The SEM photographs showed that the particles of sample using urea as fuel are agglomeration, while the particles of sample using urea-thiourea mixture fuels are non-agglomeration. The powder can be effectively excited by ultraviolet with wavelength of 395 nm, and exhibits a strong red emission with maximum wavelength at 615 nm. The luminescent intensity of the phosphor with mixture fuels had 2.2 times stronger than that of the phosphor with single fuel, and its chromaticity coordinates (0.65, 0.35) was closer to NTSC standard values (0.67, 0.33).

Hollow spherical CaMoO4:Eu3+, Li+red phosphors have been successfully synthesized by spray pyrolysis method. The crystalline phase, morphology and luminescent properties of the obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence emission spectra (PL). The XRD results demonstrated that all the diffraction peaks of the samples can be well indexed to the tetragonal phase of CaMoO4. The SEM images showed that the particles were composed of hollow spheres, whose diameters are about 1.4 μm. The as-prepared CaMoO4:Eu3+, Li+hollow spheres show a strong red emission corresponding to the5D0-7F2transition of the Eu3+ ions under ultraviolet light.

The control of subgrade settlement has been the main influencing factor on highroad pavement quality, so estimating settlement amount after construction based on designed embankment height and planning the construction filling height beforehand through the settlement prediction is a very important work. Because of the complex coupling properties and high nonlinear characteristics of the factors influencing foundation settlement, a soft-roadbed settlement prediction model based on RBFNN (Radial Basis Function Neural Network) is proposed, combining the global fitting properties of RBFNN. The analysis shows that the model owns good fitting property and high prediction precise, and certain practical value.

A flux with MnCl2 is used to control the morphology of microstructure in Al-1Fe alloys. An orthogonal test plan (L(33)) was employed to study the effect of the ratio of Mn/Fe, temperature and holding time on the morphology of the Fe-rich phase. Metallographic and image analys is techniques have been used to quantitatively examine the microstructural changes occurring with Mn addition. XRD analysis is employed to identify the phase of intermetallic compound in the alloy. It is found that when the ratio of Mn/Fe in the melt is located in the range from 1.5 to 2.0, the original needle like iorn phase can be transformed to be massive morphology, such as Chinese script, globule or polyhedral, and the area fraction of iron phase in the Al-1Fe alloy can be reduced by adding MnCl2 during the melt processing.

The Cr1-xAlxN coatings were deposited onto M2 tool steel using ion arc plating technique. The effect of current density on the surface morphology and mechanical properties of TiN/CrAlN coating was made. It was found that adjusting the pure metal target currents is not only to change the metal atomic ratio, but also to influence the surface morphology, their hardness and adhesion. The micro hardness Hv increases almost linearly with Al content of the coating in this study, and the Cr0.41Al0.59N coating reaches Hv 2950. The adhesion force between the coating and the substrate reaches maximum value 55N, when the [Al]/[Al+Cr] ratio is 0.44.

The supramolecular structure of 1,5-diaminotetrazole was investigated by first principles calculations, based on the plane-wave psedopotential method. The exchange-correlations potential was performed with the Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof (PBE) functional of generalized gradient approximation (GGA). The Muliken population, total electron density and electron density difference were calculated. As a result, there are strong intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds among 1,5-diaminotetrazole molecules. The mainly reason for the formation of supramolecular structure of 1,5-diaminotetrazole is that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N(5)－H(5B)…N(4) and N(6)－H(6)…N(2).Moreover, chemical bond analysis showed that there are strong non-bond actions and the N(1)－N(5) bond seriously distorted was observed. The performance of 1,5-diaminotetrazole is quite related with the supramolecular structure.

Aiming at such performance indexes in fused deposition modeling (FDM) as dimensional error (DE) and warpage deformation (WD), and selecting four process parameters, wire-width compensation (A), extrusion velocity (B), filling velocity (C), and layer thickness (D), as controlling factors, this paper optimized the four process parameters by means of Taguchi method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The optimization results show that the parameter with the most significant influence on the performance indexes is A, followed by B, D, and C, and that the optimum combination of the process parameters is A1B1C2D3.

This paper presents an experiment investigation on the effects on the surface quality and strength of a model in FDM, of critical factors including stratification parameters, build orientation, brace structure, auxiliary brace, and defects in STL files. With experiments using MEM-300, the conclusions can be drawn that, no matter what the number of interval is, greater filling line width always easily lead to poor surface quality, and that when the demands on surface quality and strength conflict one another, the demands on the both must first be balanced to obtain the better economical processing program.

s: Fused deposition modeling (FDM), a representative prototyping technology with no use of toxic materials, has been widely used in offices. The reason of interlayer stress and warpage deformation are analyzed in this paper. Under certain conditions, the calculating formula of interlayer stress and the stress-distributing diagram in cut planes are provided, and the mathematical model for warpage deformation calculation is also established. Besides, the influence of the various process parameters on the deformation, such as the number of deposition layers, scanning line length, chamber temperature, and layer thickness, is quantitatively analyzed with measurements provided to minimize deformation.

Based on analyzing the influences of build direction on stair-stepping effect, supporting structure, efficiency, and deformation, etc., analytical hierarchical process (AHP) is introduced to make decision for build direction in layered manufacturing. The applications to optimizing the build direction of a computer mouse during prototyping show that the proposed method increases the rationality during decision making and improves quality and efficiency for the prototyping part.

The qualitative indexes are fuzzy quantified through trapezoidal fuzzy number (TFN). The method is applied to the bearing material selection, and results show that the method make multi-attribute decision making more reasonable, so as to have important application value.

This paper proposed the regulations of conversion of uncertain capability parameters into interval numbers, and an innovative solution to retrieval to rapidly single out the best MR. Finally, with a practical example, the solution was further illustrated simple but effective.

Xiawan stream belongs to Xiangjiang River as an important tributary in Zhuzhou city, it is located in Qingshuitang heavy industry zone. The industrial pollution in the zone destroy the ecological environment there, and directly affects the Xiangjiang River water quality, therefore, it also brings some negative impact to the drinking water for people who living in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city group. It needs an urgent regeneration planning to recover the good quality water ecological environment. There will be tow methods to deal with this problem, the first, repairing the canal and both banks to support the ecological recovering; second, using green infrastructure around the river to heal the recently damages and to build an sustainable ecological system.

The hydrolysis of cinnamaldehyde in aqueous solution catalyzed by amino acids has been investigated. Eight amino acids e.g. glycine, proline etc. have been employed as the small molecular organocatalysts. The effect of reaction time, temperature, buffer concentration on the reaction has been studied. Spectroscopic analysis indicated the reaction product is 3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropanal.

β-Sialon/ZrO2 composites were prepared using 10 wt. % β-Sialon powder (where the z =1, 2, 3, respectively) and 90 wt. % ZrO2 powder as the starting materials. The effects of the Z value of β-Sialon on the bulk density, apparent porosity, water absorption rate, room temperature modulus of rupture, thermal shock resistance, microstructure and composition of the composites were investigated. The microstructure of sintered specimens was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and X-Ray diffraction (XRD). The results revealed that with increase of the Z value of β–Sialon, bulk density gradually increased, apparent porosity and water absorption rate gradually decreased. The specimen possessed a maximum MOR (71.46MPa) when the z=2. In carbon embedded condition, the residual strength ratio of the specimen reached 60% and the lowest thermal expansion rate was obtained (0.55%) when the z=1. The phase compositions were cubic ZrO2 (c-ZrO2) and monoclinic ZrO2 (m-ZrO2). β-Sialon/ZrO2 composites exhibited overall optimum performance when the z equals 2

The effects of polar solvent on the surface morphology, glass transition temperature, crystalline structure, dimensional changes and dye uptakes of m-aramid fibers were characterized by SEM, DSC, XRD, FTIR and dyeing process after dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solvent treatment under different conditions. After DMSO solvent treatment, the surface of the fiber is roughened, the diameter of the fiber increases, and the specific surface area is increased. The crystallite size shows a little increase, but the glass transition temperature of the fiber drops sharply. Electron diffraction shows that effects of DMSO on the fiber structure is non-uniform, and the obvious structural changes lie on the outer surface of the fiber. Dye uptake increase has been achieved through the DMSO induced structural changes. The results have been used to improve the dyeability of meta-aramid fiber.

Improving part quality during rapid prototyping is the important problem. The part errors during rapid prototyping is classified in dimension error, shaped error and roughness of surface. The shaped errors have many forms in fused deposition modeling (FDM), largely including warpage deformation, stair-stepping effect, and so on. There are several reasons for the errors, including principle, process and equipment. The reasons inducing these errors are analyzed, and the measures improving part accuracy are proposed

Ancient architectures have always been of great interest to a variety of studies. In this analysis, the distribution of ancient architectures in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province is investigated. In each area of the distribution, the characteristic of the ancient architectures are recorded, such as story number, building materials, construction time, etc. The various types of information are then input into a GIS (Geographic Information System) database, which also contains some typical images of the ancient architectures. Some of the data are from GoogleEarth or archived CAD (Computer Aided Design) files. Consequently, the distribution and characteristic of ancient architectures are analyzed consulting the GIS map and attribute table. Although the ancient architectures are similar in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, there exist some notable differences. The commonness and differences would be significative for the preservation and planning for ancient architectures.

Dabashan Thrust and Fold Belt is situated in the transfer zone between Qinling Orogen and Sichuan Basin, where multi-generation calcite veins were developed. Two kinds of veins, bedding-parallel and fracture-filled veins, were collected for analyses of rare-earth elements (REE), samarium-neodymium and strontium isotopes. The total REE contents of the calcites from the bedding-parallel vein are much higher than those from fracture-filled veins and are rich in light REE (LREE). The chondrite-normalized patterns of REE curves of the calcites from fracture-filled veins are flatten. The 87Sr/86Sr and 143Nd/144Nd ratios of calcites from bedding-parallel vein are from 0.71068 to 0.71115 and from 0.51192 to 0.512058, respectively. On the 147Sm/143Nd vs 143Nd/144Nd diagram, the six samples from the bedding-parallel vein give a Sm-Nd isochron age of 357±230 Ma (2σ)( MSWD = 24) with an initial 143Nd/144Nd ratio of 0.51168±0.00019. However, the plots of the four samples from fracture-filled veins are rather scatter either on 147Sm/143Nd vs 143Nd/144Nd or on 87Sr/86Sr vs 143Nd/144Nd diagram. The fluids, from which the two kinds of veins precipitated, are different in origin and flowing.

In order to improve filtration efficiency and precision of the filter media, two methods of surface refining treatment were presented, which were the co-stretching PTFE micro-porous membrane and foam coating on nonwoven filter media. During the process of co-stretching, the pore diameters and thickness of the membrane were different on the surface. The double-layer PTFE base sheet was simultaneously stretched, which induced the reduction of pore sizes and uniform thickness of the filter media. After foam coating, the pore sizes of nonwoven filter media were reduced to under 10 μm because of the micro-pore membrane formed on the surface. Therefore, filtration efficiency and precision were remarkably increased.

β-Sialon bonded ZrO2 composites were prepared by reaction sintering process using β-Sialon and CaO stabilized ZrO2 powders as raw materials.The effect of β-Sialon powder additions on the properties of the composites was investigated. The results show that the samples with 10 wt% of β-Sialon addition had the lowest apparent porosity (29.80%) and the highest of flexural strength (68.70MPa). The thermal shock resistance in carbon addition of the composites could be improved by addtion of 5wt% β-Sialon. It may be relative with that the sample had the lowest thermal expansion coefficient in vacuum.

The long afterglow phosphor CaAl2O4: Eu2+, Nd3+was prepared by combustion synthesis, and the influence of glycine on the luminescent properties of the long afterglow phosphor was studied. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy (PL) etc. The results showed that the main phase of the combustion products is CaAl2O4with monoclinic crystal structure. The introduction of glycine prolongs the afterglow time.

AZO nanometer powders were prepared by combustion synthesis. The influence on the synthesis of AZO nanometer powders were investigated in conditions of using single fuel or dual fuel by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The results showed that the AZO powders were well-distributed with smaller grain size when using dual fuel.

This paper presents an algorithm for detecting the small infrared target under complex background. An method, Local Mutation Weighted Information Entropy (LMWIE), is proposed to suppress background. Then, enhance targets’ gray value by calculating the local energy. For the problem that the gray value of noises is enhanced with the gray value improvement of targets, image segmentation bases on the adaptive threshold. Experiment results indicate that it is a robust and effective small target detection algorithm.

In view of the problem that it’s hard to determine the control points and morphing is not intuitionistic in traditional surface free-form deformation technology, an interactive surface free-form deformation method is proposed in this paper. Using this method, the user no longer needs to dynamically set constraint points outside the model. The point picked up by the user according to the desired deformation is used as a control point, and the neighborhood range of deformation or the deformation shape is controlled by deformation function. The designer can interactively deform the model simply by setting control parameters. The experiment results by applying the method to face modeling show that the proposed method is feasible and effective, providing a convenient way for the local modification of three-dimensional models.

Al-Ti-B-Sr-RE master alloys were prepared firstly by the reaction of complex halide salts with molten aluminum at 800°C, and then the addition of Al-RE and Al-Sr master alloys into the melt. The constituent phase and microstructure were characterized by XRD, optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The element content was analyzed by spectrometer, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and electron probe microscope. Ti2Al20RE, SrB6, LaB6, Al4Sr and Al11La3are the constituent phases in these master alloys. The constituent phases containing Sr and RE in the Al-Ti-B master alloy depend on the ratio of Ti and B. The critical ratio of Ti and B is 2.2:1. Obviously, SrB6and LaB6phases are the reaction products of AlB2with Sr or La during master alloy fabrication. The two layer lump-like Ti-Al-RE particles formation mechanism is proposed.
