A cable-strut tensile structure model with the diameter of 5.0m was designed and made to study the prestress and static behavior on the base of theory analysis. New schemes of the boundary compression ring, the cables and struts with the adjustable length, the connection nodes were designed and the least square method to fit the element force and strain curve was proposed. The initial prestress distribution and the responses of the model under full-span node load, half-span node load and 1/4-span node load were investigated. The experimental results indicate the cable-strut tensile structure will achieve the designed initial prestress while every element was tensioned to designed length. The outer planar stiffness of the structure is poor and easy to lost stability when subjected to asymmetric loads. The measured values and computed ones are almost consistent, which indicates the validity of the model design and the accuracy of the proposed methods.

In the process of enterprise integration which carried on in the environment of could computing, we met the problems of multi-factor and the lack of systematic design. To solve the problems, the paper gives analyses on the enterprises integration requirements, and then puts forward the architecture of enterprise integration based on the SaaS platform. The paper designed the enterprise integration form the platform layer, the logic layer, the data layer, the exhibition layer and the business layer. And then focused on the technology of interface integration, data integration, service integration and business integration, the paper gives the design and realization of the key technology. In the practical application, we used the architecture on the design of the automobile supply platform which can realize the integration of the enterprises in the automobile supply chain, and improve the efficiency of the enterprise evidently.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease that affects millions of people. Currently, there is no effective drug treatment for it. The purpose of this study is to investigate the chondroprotective effects of 5,7,3’,4’- tetramethoxyflavone in isolated cartilage chondrocytes cultured pre-treatment by IL-1β. The results showed that 5,7,3’,4’- tetramethoxyflavone could significantly down regulate the concentration of MMP-13, but up regulate the expression of TIMP-1, increase the proliferative activity of rat chondrocytes.

As air conditioning system long-time running, microorganism like bacterium and fungus propagates easily in high humidity environment such as filter equipment. After the microorganism entering indoor environment through air conditioning system, the air quality would be affected seriously. Air conditioning system which is regarded as potential microbial pollution source is becoming more attention. The study was about isolation and identification of fungal microorganisms on the filter surface of the central air conditioning system in a gymnasium, and then researching on the colonies and mycelium grown and reproduce regular of fungal microorganisms in different thermal environment using thermal methods, aim to lay groundwork of propagation and diffusion mechanism study of fungal microorganisms in air conditioning system and effective air microbial contamination solve by thermal methods. By physiology biochemistry experiment and molecular biological identification, it was shown that the dominant fungi were Penicillium spp. and Cladosporium spp., colonies were 600 cfu/cm2 and 140 cfu/cm2 respectively.

In this paper, according to the method of keeping wavelength the same, while the amplitude and unfolding length approximately equivalent, trapezoidal wave is transformed into sine wave. On this base,the bearing capacity under axial compression, pure bending, shear of corrugated web member of two kinds of wave forms converted respectively are compared. Results show that under the same loading condition, stress distribution of the two kinds of corrugated web member section is basically the same. By using different waveform conversion method presented in this paper, the equivalent conversion between different corrugated web member can be easily realized.

During dry-wet spinning, diffusion is very important for the formation and mechanical property of fibers. In this paper, the diffusion dynamics of acetic acid (HAc) and water (H2O) during coagulation process of cellulose acetate filament were investigated in detail. The diffusion coefficients of HAc and H2O were calculated based on the Ficks first law of diffusion according to the experimental data. Several factors which affect the coagulation process including concentration and temperature of coagulation bath were discussed respectively. The result showed that the diffusion coefficients of HAc and H2O increased with the increasing coagulation temperature and decreased with the increasing coagulation bath concentration.

Clustering System is constituted by interconnected dependent nodes, which can provide more reliable services for clients. Election is to choose a special nodes using for executing particular tasks from the nodes set. There are many election algorithms, Bully Algorithm is one of the classic algorithms, it is applied widely because it is easier to implement and the time wasting is controlled. However, the fixed priority rules of Bully Algorithm will lead the communication increasingly grow up with the system running time. Therefore, this paper presented the Balance Algorithm to solve this problem.

Field geological outcrops play a crucial role in the field geological observation. They can reflect the regional stratigraphic occurrence, lithology, structure and other information. The traditional field geological outcrops can hardly descript and real fully reflect the actual situation of the field geological. This paper puts forward to use the WEB2.0 Flex rich client technology, combine with the panoramic imaging technology to create panoramic field geological image web shared system program to solve the problem of the outcrop information sharing problems. Xingcheng practice base of Jilin University is using this system for teaching and research.

A new multi-component corrosion inhibitor was prepared from itaconic acid homopolymer, polyepoxysuccinic acid ,polyaspartic acid derivative and sodium gluconate. The preformances of the corrosion inhibition and biodegradability were studied by rotary hanging piece weight-loss tests,electrochemical and biodegradability tests. The corrosion test piece was observed by SEM.The results showed that the multi-component corrosion inhibitor had good performances of corrosion inhibition and biodegradability.

The aerogel-type wood is prepared under crafts of dissolution of wood materials by 1 - propenyl -3- methylimidazolium ionic liquid and followed supercritical drying process. And then, cellulose fibers as supporting frame with incomplete three-dimensional cross-linked network are reformed after dissolution of aerogel-based timber. The reformed cellulose fibers possess microstructure that similar with light wood, stable chemical and physical properties, dry density of 0.221 g/cm3 and porosity over 87%. Additionally, the novel wood-based material achieved by green chemical treatment can continue to fix and store carbon absorbed during the growth stage of trees, and will also play a certain significance in areas of low-carbon and environmental protection.

Application of fractal method to establish geological data fractal model is an important way to identify geological anomaly. Using derivative identification method, it can divide the fractal model’s non-scale range respectively. It determines the abnormal areas according to the abnormal lower limit value. In this paper, the geological data of Au element is calculated by "C-A" fractal model in Mohe Heilongjiang province. On the same non-scale range the double logarithmic fitting curve has the similar local slope and the second-order derivative of this curve within the same non-scale range could be slightly fluctuate near zero. Using the threshold , the non-scale ranges can be identified by this method. The abnormal lower limit value identified by this method is lesser than the artificial recognition method. On the Matlab software platform to calculate Au abnormal areas’ dimension value is 2.65, and the element abnormal lower limit value is 2.9. The abnormal areas delineated by this abnormal lower limit value contain all the gold ore sites we have known.

This paper presents a method of a new system of heating vulcanizing machine by heat transfer oil, it is a system that based on neural network of fuzzy temperature control. One one hand, compared with the traditional PI control of relative ratio, we can make a conclusion that in the heating system of fuzzy control, the heating system robustness could be enhanced. One the other hand, through the analysis of the simulation results, this programme guarantees the stability of heating system and emission the temperature fluctuation which is caused by heating plate. The last but not the least, we can take these advantages and control the system easier.

The The mechanical properties of reservoir rock are more complicated and the various mechanical parameters of rock itself have a strong uncertainty. The mechanics characteristics of rock in the study area can not be well determined if only a limited number of experimental datas. Therefore, in this paper, the third segment of Wumishan formation in Renqiu oilfield is taken as an example, the probabilistic models are used to describe the uncertainty of the rock mechanical parameters based on ANSYS, in which predict and analyze the degree of fracture development at key wells in the target layer of the study area.

The ideal strengths of several hcp metals (Be, Mg, Ti, Zn, Y, Zr and Ru) have been investigated by first-principles stress–strain calculations. The results reveal that the ideal shear strengths of these hcp metals occur mainly on basal plane or prismatic plane. Particularly, for basal plane the peak shear stress in direction is smaller than that in direction. The calculated tensile strengths and elongations in direction are broadly consistent with the available theoretical results. Furthermore, both the ideal shear and tension strengths become stronger with the decreasing of c/a for these simple metals or transition metals. The calculated electronic structure further reveals the inherent mechanism of hcp metals.

Mobile station (MS) localization which plays an important role in the process of target continuous localization has received considerable attention. In this paper, a novel multidimensional scaling (MDS) method based on Minimum norm solution is proposed for passive emitter location in wireless networks. It is shown that the proposed approach is a generalization of the mobile localization method based on multidimensional scaling (MDS) analysis. Through computer simulations, we can see that the proposed algorithm has a better performance compared with classic MDS and subspace algorithms in time of arrival (TOA) measurements.

Based on the assumptions:(1)The grouted soil is homogeneous and isotropic;(2)Slurry is Newtonian;(3)Slurry be injected into the strata from the bottom of grouting pipe;(4)In the soil slurry was spread in the ball shape, theoretical formula of the column (ball) expansion of the pressure grouting is derived , and described the FH3’s curing mechanism. This research could provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of grouting.

Random medium theory is introduced in this paper. It derived the vertical and horizontal displacement of the surface subsidence with the random medium theory, which caused by excavation, and integrated the overall surface displacement. It was verified with practical examples. The results can provide technical information for the excavation and supporting.

A spherical amine modified lignin-base adsorbent had been prepared (L-BAA) by condensation polymerization of lignin with epoxy chloropropane and diamines. The modified products were characterized by FTIR spectra and scanning electron microscopy. Few researches on adsorbing Pb (II) of high concentration from aqueous had been reported. The spherical lignin-base adsorbent was used to adsorb Pb (II) of high concentration from aqueous solution. The effect of shaking time, pH value and temperature on adsorption had been investigated in the study. It was indicated that the adsorption was dependent on pH and temperature of Pb (II) aqueous solution. The maximum adsorption capacity was 151.0 mg/g at follow condition: pH value was 4.00 and temperature was 35°C. The adsorption capacity was better than other reported adsorbents.

Barium zirconium titanate, Ba (Zr0.20Ti0.80)O3(BZT) powders were prepared by sol-gel method. These powders were characterized by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal gravimetric analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD). The grain size and lattice constant were determined. The decomposition of the precursors was monitored by TG-DTA. XRD patterns reveal that BZT powders heat-treated at 800°C present single phase with perovskite type cubic structure. The average particle size of the BZT powders is about 25 nm.

La-doped barium titanate ceramics with 0~1.0 at.% La2O3 were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. The crystal structure and dielectric properties of La-doped barium titanate ceramics were investigated. Lanthanum ions have entered the unit cell and substituted for Ba2+ ions on the A sites of perovskite structure. The a-axis lattice constant increases and the c-axis lattice constant decreases as lanthanum content increases. Addition of lanthanum leads to the fall of the Curie temperature of La-doped BTO ceramics. There are two different doping mechanisms for La-doped BTO ceramics. The dielectric loss of BTO ceramics with 0.3 at.% La2O3 is higher than that of pure BTO ceramics. When lanthanum content is above 0.5 at.%, the dielectric loss of La-doped BTO ceramics decrease with the increasing of lanthanum content. The result of dielectric constant as a function of temperature at different frequencies indicates that La-doped BTO ceramics are not relaxor ferroelectrics but ferroelectrics with diffuse phase transition.

In order to drill a deep steps hole with a big belly in hard-cutting material parts, a special boring cutter is designed by analyzing cutting technology of this kind of parts. On the basis of single-tube inner chipremoval ejector drill (SIED), a new tool radical movement mechanism is pulled by a wedge plate installed inside the tool rod at one end of the rod and plate is driven horizontally by a motor controlled by a numerical control device. A straight hole whose diameter is same as the minimum one of the steps holes is firstly machined by an entity drill. And then the tool is used to get the big belly hole in the middle of the straight hole and begin to move radically at the same time as axial feed just in the location of belly. The tool is retreated to the original position at the end of the big belly. Experiments show that this kind of tool can not only drill belly holes effectively but also improve the processing quality.

BiFeO3 powders were prepared by sol-gel process and calcined at different temperatures. The DTA curve shows an obvious exothermic peak near 480.5°C, the temperature close to BiFeO3 formation temperature, which is agreement with the XRD results (450°C). After calcining at 600°C for 1h, XRD spectra has the emergence of several sharp diffraction peaks, compared with the standard XRD spectrum of the crystal BiFeO3. As the calcining temperature increased, the diffraction peak intensity of the XRD spectra of BiFeO3 gradually increased and the diffraction peaks became sharply, indicating that the grain size gradually became larger. There is a clear endothermic peak near 825.1°C, which is the α phase to β phase transition from the knowledge of the phase diagram and in good agreement with the reported Curie temperature.

In order to do research on dynamic characteristics of auger miner’s working mechanism, three-dimensional entity model was built by software Pro/E, some components of working mechanism were made flexible and corresponding Modal Neutral Files were created by software ANSYS. Through the date exchange among Pro/E, ANSYS and ADAMS, dynamical simulation model of working mechanism was built in ADAMS environment. ADAMS/vibration, a plugin in ADAMS, can solve the dynamical simulation model and obtain dynamic characteristics of working mechanism. The establishment of the model can lay the foundation for the research on dynamic characteristics of working mechanism. The resolved results of the model can provide reference for structural design and performance improvements of working mechanism.

With the development of NC machine tool and NC machining, the postprocessor is play a vital role increasingly, which is an interface of operations in CAM and NC machine tools transformed cutter location data into machining control data. The general kinematics model of various machine tools was constructed by analysis of machine tools configuration and NC control systems. The coordinates were of machining files calculated using Coordinate transformation matrix in the process of post-processing. Finally, a postprocessor develop by VC++ and secondary development tool in UG, through the implementation of the postprocessor and the verification with the commercial NC simulation software VERICUT as well as the machining experiment, the effectiveness of the proposed methods were demonstrated.

Michelia macclurei wood with moderate strength is a fast-growing wood in South China. However, it has not been fully utilized. We first prepared it into wood-polymer composite with purpose of good performance by impregnating methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA) into wood pores and following in-situ polymerization. The micro structure of wood-polymer composite, and the morphology and reaction of polymer in wood were characterized by SEM, FTIR and XRD. The SEM observation showed that the MMA monomer polymerized into polymer under the employed conditions and filled up wood cell cavity. FTIR analysis indicated that the monomer rarely reacted with wood cell wall during its polymerization. XRD characterized that the polymer from MMA monomer mainly physically existed in wood pores and remained as an amorphous form.

In order to study cubic compressive strength of recycled coarse aggregates-filled concrete systematically, recycled coarse aggregates with the particle size from 50 to150mm are made from waste solid contents, which are artificially broken from abandoned rubble and concrete blocks. Based on the mix proportion design method of ordinary concrete and test code for hydraulic concrete, 3 groups of recycled coarse aggregates-filled concrete cubic specimens were prepared and the compressive strength of the specimens were tested. The results showed that basic failure pattern of recycled coarse aggregates-filled concrete are longitudinal splitting failure, and that cubic compressive strength is higher than that of self-compacting concrete.

To apply Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) in slope monitoring, on the base of brief summary of principle of TDR, and with types of indoor shear tests and situ construction of different cables, reflection waves of types of different cables are studied. Compared with the monitor results by TDR and oblique monitoring result by drilling hole, the following conclusions can be gained, i.e. TDR can be fast applied in determining the sliding plane, more economical, safety, and precisely. By the research results, to satisfy different monitoring goal, the application rules of types of TDR is put forward , and TDR is a very useful tool for slope survey.

In order to study the flexural behavior of coarse recycled aggregate-filled plain concrete beams, two beams were made. The experiment of simply supported beam under concentrated loads is performed, which makes us get the ultimate flexural capacity, midspan deflection and the development of cracks of each beam, and the numerical simulation of the damage process of beams is also carried out using finite element software. The results indicated that the tension property of coarse recycled aggregate-filled plain concrete beam is better than ordinary concrete beam, and some failure forms of bending is similar; the strength of recycled aggregates greatly influences flexural behavior of coarse recycled aggregate-filled plain concrete beam.

In this paper, did the numerical calculation of the mixture slope’s development and changes of the stress field, seepage field ,displacement field under fluid - solid coupling effects at different levels, researching and analyzing the water-rock interaction mechanisms of the mixture slope ,and based on strength reduction , calculated the slope safety factor at different water levels, revealed the failure mechanisms of a mixture of earth and rock slope when it considers the rainfall.

Different construction technologies of grouting piles bring different properties of interfaces of pile-soil thus influencing bearing capacity. In this paper, theoretical calculations can be done with the values of , and considered to determine impacts of construction technology on bearing capacity of grouting piles. At the same time, side resistance and bottom resistance of piles is discussed though the pore forming method of non-compaction, part compaction and compaction.

A novel intumescent flame retardant (IFR), melamine modified enzymatic hydrolysis lignin (MEHL), was synthesized and well characterized by FTIR and TGA. The results showed that the decompose temperature of MEHL is much higher than that of enzymatic hydrolysis lignin (EHL). In order to improve flame retardancy and dripping resistance of EPDM, MEHL and microencapsulated red phosphorus (MRP) were added into EPDM as IFR system. The flame ability and thermal stability of IFR and EPDM composites were investigated by UL-94 vertical burning test and LOI measurements. The results indicated that FV-0 was reached and the LOI value was 35 when per hundred rubber (phr) together with 12 phr MRP and 50 phr EHLM were added. SEM photos showed that the char residue was continuous, and a barrier between flame and rubber was formed, while there were also small holes in its surfaces. On all accounts, EHL used as a carbonization agent instead of petroleum chemicals, such as pentaerythritol, was more environmental friendly and beneficial to economy.

The modified desulfurized ash is prepared through autoclave curing the desulfurized ash for 6 h at 175.4 oC in the presence of 2.0 wt% Fe2O3 and 0.75 wt% H2O2. In this process, 47.64 % of the calcium sulfite in the desulfurized ash is converted into calcium sulfate. The autoclaved brick is made by 36 wt% modified desulfurized ash, 24 wt% fly ash, 32 wt% sand and 8 wt% stones. The water-solid ratio is 0.10. The compressive strength of the brick is up to 15.7 MPa. For this method, the calcium oxide and calcium sulfate in the modification desulfurized ash are used to replace the lime, gypsum and other materials. The solid wastes are reused and natural resources are saved.

The demand of dependability of SaaS(Software as a service) based platform supporting the industry chain coordination (in brief, PLATFORM) is analyzed, the characteristics of virtualization technique in the respect of enhancing the dependability of computing system are researched ,then the virtualization technique based dependable Architecture of PLATFORM is designed and the process of enhancing dependability of PLATFORM is discussed in the paper. The dependable Architecture of PLATFORM proposed in the paper can well satisfied dependable characteristic includes Reliability, availability, maintainability and security etc, and system crashes, system halt and data loss by reason of system fault , system error, system failure can be effectively prevented which can provide good support for SaaS based system applications.

Auger mining machine which is used in thin coal seam gets coal by drilling. Its drilling distance always is dozens of meters. Because of the long Drilling distance, the deflection of the drilling tool was produced by deviating force . In order to improve auger mining machine’s preventing deflection character and scope of application, the research on preventing deflection mechanism of auger mining machine combining theoretical analysis and experimental research was carried out on the basis of a simplified drilling tool structure. The studies we have performed showed that: increasing the drilling assembly bending rigidity or the drill pipe weight can prevent deflection; reducing the distance between the drilling stabilizer and drill is another method to reduce amount of deflection.

To research the change law of the load of the helical cutting mechanism cutting into the rock, the cutting experiment was done basing on the constructed rock. The constitutive model of the cutting load was build according to the experiment load, and the mechanical model of the rock was build too. Simultaneously, the mechanical model of the helical cutting mechanism cutting into the rock was build according to the actual working condition underground; and the cusp catastrophe model of the cutting process was build basing on the catastrophe analysis, the stiffness condition and the energy condition of the helical cutting mechanism cutting into the rock were acquired. Research results indicate that: the stiffness of the haulage system of the helical cutting mechanism must be smaller than the resistance stiffness of the rock, otherwise the strong vibration will be caused, and the helical cutting mechanism and the transmission system will be damaged too; the energy release rate of the helical cutting mechanism must be bigger than the required energy of the rock broken, or else the helical cutting mechanism will be lockout, even the cutting motor is damaged.

In order to reduce the oxidizing and volatilizing caused by Mg element in the traditional methods for synthesizing Mg2Sil-xSnxsolid solutions, Mg2Sil-xSnxsolid solutions have been prepared by Microwave-assisted Synthesis techniques. The heating behavior of Mg, Si and Sn fixed powder was investigated under microwave irradiation. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to characterize the powders. The results suggest that the temperature-rising rate is also dependent on the initial green density and higher green density provides lower heating rate while power setting are fixed. XRD patterns show that Mg2Sil-xSnxsolid solutions have been well formed under microwave irradiation.

Space steel structure stability has been a focused problem in the engineering field, in the past the study mainly concentrated on the single layer dome structure stability and elastic stability analysis, but with the structure shape complex, new type structure emerges continually, it needs more accurate stability analysis method. In this paper the linear and nonlinear buckling theory and analysis method are introduced firstly, and then a new type steel space structure with partially double layer dome structure is chosen as the computational model. The structure self vibration mode, linear buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling process and buckling characteristics are studied by the FEM commercial code ANSYS; the nonlinear load-deflection curves at the different points are gotten and some conclusions about this kind of structure are drawn.

The dynamic pile driving process is so complex that till now the analysis on the process had been focusing on the filed test or laboratory test. However, the past study about the dynamic process is a time consuming one; with the computational method development, the numerical simulation on this process is possible. In this paper, explicit dynamical analysis method is adopted, the pile is simulated using the elastic solid element, two computational cases are considered and finally the pile driving process dynamical stress is studied.

A novel Wood-Polymer Composite, Wood-PSt composite combining both advantages of wood and polystyrene was fabricated by determining the polymerization craft of monomer in wood porous structure through impregnating monomer into wood pores and followed by in-situ polymerization through a thermal-catalyst treatment. The performance was examined, and its structure was also characterized by SEM and FTIR. The results indicate that the optimum polymerizing craft is: 80oC, 8h and 3% AIBN. Under the optimum craft, the mechanical properties involving modulus of elasticity and compression strength were linearly increased with content of polystyrene. SEM and FTIR show that styrene polymerized under the employed polymerization craft, and the resultant polystyrene relatively full generated in wood cellular structure, in accordance with the results of the optimum polymerizing craft. Such composite having good mechanical properties and biomass features can be widely used in fields of construction, traffic and furniture.

To improve machining efficiency and accuracy for surface, a method of machining Non-Uniform Rational B-spline (NURBS) surface based on IGES was put forward. The algorithms for surface information processing machining path planning and real time locus interpolation involved in this method have been worked out from the research results. A prototype of the CNC milling system with “PC+PMAC motion controller” is designed by toolpath planning, coordinate transformation and acceleration-deceleration control, which using VC ++ and openGL in Windows NT + RTX system platform. The simulation experiment was conducted to test the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.
