Based on three kinds of composite T-joints with different connection way for tension test outside the plane, it was obtained contrastively that how the ordinary adhesive, Z-pin reinforcement and stitching reinforcement three different fitting influence tensile strength, damage failure process and failure mode of composite T-joints. The test results showed that compared with ordinary adhesive connection mode, tensile strength of the Z-pin reinforcement and stitching reinforcement T-joints increased by 13.6% and 11.4%, respectively; and the largest deformation increased by 19.2% and 15.1%, respectively. After reaching maximum load condition, the ordinary adhesive T-joints had brittle failures, but Z-pin reinforcement and stitching reinforcement T-joints all showed that the ductile damage behavior, corresponding to the load-displacement curve appeared saw-tooth wave platform. Obviously, the Z-pin reinforcement T-joints had the most significant reinforcement effect on tensile properties of composite laminates T-joints.

Modifications of red mud for activating available silicon (Si) by phosphates were carried on in this paper. And then the modified red mud materials were used to stabilize Cd in an ore soil. Results indicated that phosphates efficiently increase the content of available Si in red mud. In the stabilization, exchange Cd was decreased by 90.97% when using 5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate modified red mud, which was better than using raw re mud as the decrease was 77.08%. In this study, we investigated the effect of biochar on NH3volatilization and N2O emission in brown soil by using enclosed acid absorbing method and static chamber-gas chromatograph method. The results showed that without fertilizing, there was no significant effect of biochar effect on NH3volatilization and N2O emissions but if biochar was combined with urea, a dramatic mitigation of which could be found. Biochar application was supposed to regulate urea-N transformation more easily than soil nitrogen. Under the conditions of this experiment, both NB20 (20 t·hm-2of biochar and conventional nitrogen fertilizer applied) and NB40 (40 t·hm-2of biochar and conventional nitrogen fertilizer applied) treatments reduced NH3volatilization and N2O emissions significantly. By contrast of NB0 (single urea), the accumulated NH3volatilization and N2O emissions of NB20 and NB40 decreased by 15.6% and 24.4% and by 21.76% and 19.56% respectively. Under conventional fertilization conditions (NB0), 10.35% of nitrogen in fertilizer was lost in the form of NH3and N2O, and compared with NB0, NB20 and NB40 reduced nitrogen gaseous loss from fertilizer by 2.76% and 4.12% respectively.

Few study was about the fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in Nanning. This paper analyzed the time-space distribution character and influences of PM2.5in Nanning. We collected data of 4 monitoring stations in 2013 year in Nanning, Guangxi. Our results showed that concentration of PM2.5in Nanning were Dec. > Jan > Oct. > Nov. > Mar. > Apr. = Sep. > Feb. > May = Aug. > June > July. The obvious hazy day occurred in winter and autumn. The monitoring stations located in the north suffered higher PM2.5pollution compared with the other stations. Concentration of PM2.5was significantly higher in the month when currents came from island than the month when currents from sea. The increased monthly concentration of PM2.5was associated with the northwest and northeast currents from inland. A combination of lower speed of wind, northwestly wind and regional transport made contribution to the evaluated PM2.5concentration.

An experiment was conducted to investigate bag breakup process of round liquid jets in crossflow. The objective of this study is to research pulsation law. Specifically, this study measures the onset position of bag, the breakup position of bag, the breakup position of the jet. High-speed camera was used to observe the formation and breakup of bags. The diameter of the nozzle used in the experiment was 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm. The test liquid was tap water. Wea number covers the range of 6~30, and liquid-to-air momentum flux ratio varied from 22 to 211. Present results indicate that in the direction perpendicular to the gas flow, the dimensionless pulsating amount of the onset point of bags (yonset/d) is linear to q, while the dimensionless pulsating amount of breakup point of bags (ybag/d) and the dimensionless pulsating amount of breakup point of the jet (yjet/d) is linear to ln (q). The dimensionless pulsating amount of these points in the direction of gas flow is irregular.

Considering the important role of the electrical equipments in the power grid, electrical equipment seismic fortification level should be further improved. Through comparison of electrical equipment related seismic codes in China and abroad,it is recommended that the seismic fortification level of electrical equipment is taken as strong shock, whose exceeding probability is 2% in 50 years.Combined with the results of typical groundby seismic hazardanalysis in different fortification intensity zones, the peak acceleration values corresponding to suggest seismic fortification level was proposed, that is 2 times of the value of medium shock.

As a key component of power transmission and distribution systems, HV reactor bushing made of porcelain have suffered serious damage in previous earthquakes. In order to enhance seismic ability, the new type bushing made of composite material have been used in high seismic fortify-cation intensity projects. The test requirement in this analysis included: the selection of dynamic magnification factor、the selection of excited wave、the control of tolerance between input peak acceleration and output peak acceleration. During the shaking test, the dynamic characteristics, including frequency and damping ratio, and the seismic response of the composite bushing was obtained. Based on the analysis results of the bushing, the judgment of the seismic capacity was achieved.

Since the strong coupling property between partial discharge and external interference, how to obtain an acceptable Resolution is a huge challenge during partial discharge measure. In terms of interference suppression, many methods associated with analog and digital technique are devised. Whatever the methods are, the way to eliminate pulse interference is the toughest task due to the closest feature in the respect of time and frequency field compared with partial discharge. In this paper, we propose a wavelet based interference separation method to separate partial discharge signal compounding with random pulse signal, mobile communication signal and white noise, providing valid data for the following partial discharge measurement. Both simulation and practical results verify the effectiveness of our proposed method.

In view of the present shaft alignment to optimize focused on one-way location optimization, and less the method for shaft alignment optimization. By MATLAB invoking ANSYS, the finite element method is combined with intelligent algorithm, which is used to optimization calculation for shaft test platform. In the calculation, the minimum stern shaft bearing load as the goal, the vertical shaft bearing and axial location is optimized based on a new intelligent optimization algorithm-invasive weed algorithm. Compared with the linear programming and genetic algorithm, the results showed that the invasive weeds algorithm has better global optimization ability. ANSYS simulation combined with MATLAB can provide a new approach for shafting design, shafting alignment and vibration calculation.

In order to improve the accuracy of surveillance for the airport surface moving targets, the interacting multiple model (IMM) algorithm, adopting three motion models including the constant velocity (CV) model, the constant acceleration (CA) model and the constant turning (CT) model, is combined with the particle filter (PF) algorithm. Besides, the airport map information is utilized to amend the measured data and the output estimates so as to further improve the accuracy of airport surface moving target tracking. Numerical simulations show that the improved algorithm described in this paper is more feasible and effective in tracking the airport surface moving targets.

The SPI was applied in food industry widely, but its functionalities may change during storage. The effect of store temperature, time, RH and package material on emulsibility and the component of SPI were studied, when SPI was packaged in 100% N2 and Al, 80%N2:20%CO2 and Al, 60%N2:40% CO2 and Al, vacuum and Al, white paper/plastic/HDPE, and PE and then stored for 5 months in the conditions of RH 80% and 30°C. It was observed by SDS-PAGE that the subunit of SPI disaggregated and molecules aggregated. Comparing the functionalities of SPI with different packaging material, it was shown that the sequence of the barrier property of material to T and RH was Al packaging>factory packaging>PE packaging. Analyzed by relatedness, it was shown that the 7S/11S of SPI with PE packaging storage was not significant with emulsibility. The content of -SH with PE was significantly positive with emulsibility (EAI 0.975**/ESI 0.985**), but the -S-S- of SPI in PE was significantly negative (EAI -0.975**/ESI -0.967**) correlation with emulsibility.

Ti-PILCs (Ti-pillared Montmorillonite Nanocomposites) was obtained from which Ti (n-C4H9O)4cross-linked Na-montmorillonite through Sol-gel means. The analysis results of BET, FT-IR and TG-DSC shows that a large amount of middle porous of 2-4nm exist in the Ti-PILCs interlayer and the porous distributing is not uniformity, meanwhile, the thermal stability is over 900 °C. In this study a food company in the production of sauerkraut pickled wastewater as an object, using the anaerobic biological filter and biological contact oxidation pond process, feed water salinity, HRT are investigated, and the effects of each process. The results showed that anaerobic biological filter when HRT is 36 h, the COD removal rate can reach 81%. Biological contact oxidation pool when HRT is 60 h, when the COD removal rate reached 85%. Anaerobic biological filter - biological contact oxidation coupling process of pickling wastewater removal effect is obvious, after processing salted COD removal rate reached 88%.

Then the model of urea demand was established, and the comparison was made with the actual urea supply. In addition, the causes of the differences between them were analyzed.

In this paper, we use the theory of direct torque control to research the speed regulation system of asynchronous motor direct torque control principle and its main component. Use Matlab/Simulink library to build the simulation model of induction motor DTC complete simulation and results show that the direct torque control run time has good control effect in asynchronous motor.

Rusults show that, the high temperature zone nearby the nozzle is growing long and widely with the combustion. When hot gas and cold air encounters, the eddies appear. The distribution law of sodium monoxide is similar to the temperature. The lowest concentration of sodium monoxide appears at the bottom of the burner where the eddies exist.

Waste heat utilization reduces thermal pollution and fosters energy conservation. Based on the investigation and research work on potential usages of waste heat from cooling water, the preliminary study on the eco-design of comprehensive utilization scheme of waste heat was carried out, with the application of ecological engineering theory and philosophy of eco-design. The feasibility analysis showed that the industrial use and district heating of waste heat have better environmental and economic benefits. The evaluation indexes system was established based on the positioning of final result of the ecological design of cooling water waste heat utilization scheme for a nuclear power plant.

Object: The antioxidant dose-effect relationship and the mechanism of Xiongma Dripping Pills were study to explore the protective effects of oxidative damage in PC12 cells of different doses of Xiongma Dripping Pills containing serum. Method: Oxidative stress injury model of PC12 cells was established by peroxide hydrogen (H2O2), sodium nitroprusside (SNP), content and cell culture supernatant lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the liquid content of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) were detected by chemical colorimetric determination. Results: There was a plasma concentration peaked in Xiongma Dripping Pills 8 times (6g•kg-1) dose group, ferulic acid plasma concentration was 10.59 ± 2.92, the plasma concentration gastrodin 18.13 ± 4.63. H2O2 and SNP could cause injury in PC12 cells, and increased LDH leakage, reduce the content of GSH-PX (P2O2 and SNP induced oxidative damage of PC12 cells and its mechanism was relevant with clearing the free radicals, enhanceing antioxidant enzyme activity in vivo. There was the most significant effect on Xiongma Dripping Pills 8-fold dose group, and there was positive correlation on plasma concentration and pharmacological effects.

Objective: The determination and ratio of ferulic acid and gastrodin in Xiongma Decoction extract by different extraction process were compared, to provide scientific research basis on creating new drugs, controlling the quality combination of modern Compound Chinese, determining the main effect and compatibility. Methods: Chuanxiong and Tianma were extracted by different extraction method such as the boiling method and ethanol extraction by different concentrations to make ​​Xiongma Decoction. The content of ferulic acid and gastrodin were determination by HPLC to make Xiongma Decoction and their ratio was calculated. Chromatographic conditions of ferulic acid: mobile phase: methanol-0.01 % acetic acid solution (30:70, V/V), the detection wavelength: 310nm; chromatographic conditions of Gastrodin: mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.05 % phosphoric acid (3:97, V/V), detection wavelength: 220nm. Results: The determination of ferulic acid was 0.976mg • ml-1, gastrodin was 1.586mg • ml-1, the ratio of ferulic acid and gastrodin was1:1.6 in boiling method; while the determination of ferulic acid was 6.08mg • ml-1, gastrodin was 3.57mg • ml-1, the ratio was 1.7:1 in ethanol extraction. Conclusion: There are different determination and ratio, when there is different extraction process in the same prescription. This may bring about changes the main effect in prescription. This suggests that the ratio of the main active ingredient should be included in the quality inspection, when preparation process of the traditional recipe was changed.

A novel MPPT control strategy with only sampling the port voltage of the solar cell is presented in this paper. The principle of the MPPT system is analyzed and the criterion to reach the maximum power point is deduced. Based on the obtained criterion, a novel algorithm realizing MPPT is proposed. The feasibility of the proposed control strategy and the correctness of the theoretical analysis are verified by the experimental results.

Objective: To study the effects of a mixture of ferulic acid and gastrodin on spontaneous activity in mice, we explored the pharmacological effects on the central nervous system. Methods: 50 healthy adult mice were randomly divided into five groups, each 10 mixture times the dose groups, respectively. We measured the spontaneous activity in mice before and after the administration of 10min, 20min, 30min, 40min, 50min, 60min, 80min, 100min, 120min, 180min, 240min, 360min. The Madang river reach in the lower Yangtze River is multi-branched and slightly curving. This paper combines measured data analysis with planar two-dimensional flow and sediment numerical modelling. Navigation-obstruction characteristics and waterway regulation measures were also researched and revealed the following problems : The south branch of the Madang reach is the main branch where the river regime is very stable. Navigation-obstruction characteristics primarily show that the right branch entrance at the Mianwai Sandbar may have a problem of insufficient water depth. The main flow of the right branch entrance of Guazihao Island (in the area of sunken ships) may result in navigation depth deteriorating. The transition section at the entrance of the Dongliu straight waterway is narrow and shallow. These problems can be solved by a series of remedial measures, including implementing beach protection projects at the head of the Mianwai Sandbar, a submerged dike in the left branch of Guazihao Island, a fish-bone type dividing dike at the head of Guazihao Island, a spur dike at the tail of Guazihao Island, and bank protection at key position. The aims of these measures are: aim to stabilize branches and create a better configuration of Guazihao Island for stabilizing the main flow of the right branch entrance of Guazihao Island and enhancing the transition shallow incision.

Channel characteristics in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river were complicated and changing, which showed up as mainstream swing frequently, staggered beach moving down significantly, delta and channel change dviolently.etc. In this paper, navigation-obstruction in the Jiepai Reach in the middle reach of the Yangtze River and its countermeasures were discussed based on the analysis of the historical riverbed evolution of the Jiepai reach. The Jiepai Reach is characterized by a frequent sway of mainstream, significant moving down of the intersectional point bar, and drastic changes between main channel and floodplain. Navigation-obstruction in the Jiepai Reach can be described as follows: the dredged channel location is very unstable, leading to the navigation obstruction of refloating in the frequent transition between the left and the right branch. Besides, the frequent sway of mainstream causes different levels of damages to the existing regulating structures. These problems can mainly be attributed to the unstable and less controlled distribution of the Jiepai reach between main channel and floodplain. The general idea of regulating the Jiepai reach is: based on the existing projects, according to the facilitating pattern of main channel and floodplain during the river evolution, appropriate engineering measures can be taken to gradually form efficient patterns between main channel and floodplain phase by phase, which will improve the navigation conditions. In the early stage, bar protection engineering should be implemented in the transition section the low shallow beach, which controls an appropriate location of the transition section, and promotes the formation of a stable transition channel. In the later stage, according to the adjustment of the channel, dam and bar protection structures can be applied in the control engineering of the upper point bar and beaches above Luoshan. Model test results showed that the implementation of the project could produce sound regulation effects, and efficiently improve the navigation conditions.

Polyether imidazole ionic liquid (PIIL) was blended with general-purpose epoxy resin (EP). PIIL/EP was cured by ethylenediamine curing agent. The structure of PIIL/EP was determined by FTIR. The effect of the content of PIIL on the impact strength of EP was studied. The toughness of epoxy resin could be significantly improved by PIIL. The impact strength of the modified EP was improved with the increase of PIIL and leveled off when the content of PIIL was more than 45%, and the modified EP showed rubber elasticity obviously.

Transition metal oxaides especially manganese monoxide (MnO) are being intensively studied as candidate anode materials for next generation lithium ion batteries in high efficiency energy storage applications. In this paper, MnO/CNTs composite is prepared by hydrothermal reaction and subsequent annealing process. The results of XRD and SEM showed that MnO/CNTs composite is rod-like with good crystallinity, and its diameter is about 300 nm. It could deliver a reversible charge capacity of 689.6 mA h g-1at the current density of 14.4 mA g-1, and the specific discharge capacity is 500.5 mA h g-1after 185 cycles. All the above makes MnO a promising anode material for lithium ion batteries with high capacity, long life time, low cost and environmental benignity.

A phosphate rock containing MgO 7.95% and SiO29.64% has fine dissemination size, which is from Yichang city in Hubei province, China. Technical conditions of the ore were investigated by performing the desilication process of double reverse flotation, which adopted GE-609 to flotate silicon. The results showed that under defoamer DE-1 36g/t, phosphate concentrate with P2O531.91%, MgO 0.97%, SiO29.46% and recovery of 88.71% were obtained by employing the process of close-circuit reverse flotation.

In this paper, the mathematical model of eccentric follower cam contour and pressure angle was obtained from theoretical calculation, formulated the program diagram, and used MATLAB programming to realize the theoretical calculation. Through the analysis to influence of the base circle radius, eccentricity and lift angle to the maximum pressure angle of cam, proving that the maximum pressure angle could be controlled by the method of cam contour modeling based on MATLAB programming, and this method could realize the precise control to the maximum angle.

Failure mode mitigation process is vague, unfocused, and its effects on RMS index are not clear for complex product development. Firstly, a complete failure mode mitigation closure process and an approach of failure mode mitigation basing on logic decision were proposed. Secondly, the effect models of failure mode mitigation on RMS index were established, and the decision model of the failure mode mitigation order through the rough set theory was put forward. Based on the static loading experiment of four reinforced concrete floor slabs, the paper studied their loading mechanism and bending performance, such as deformation, bearing capacity and fail modes,there is much significance to provide a scientific basis for application in the field of practical engineering of the reinforced concrete floor slabs and to popular this new type of reinforced concrete floor slab.

A new type mechanism of anti-loosening bolt has been developed on the basis of the recovery characteristics of Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy. Based on that, Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy (SMA) anti-loosening bolt was processed, and its loose torque was increased by axial and radial restoring force generated in the process of heating. The anti-loosening experiment of the Fe-Mn-Si SMA bolt matching the common nut shows that the loose torque of pre-strain bolt increases with the increment of temperature, when the temperature is up to 500°C, the loose torque is 3 times than that of common bolt, which fits in with the characteristics of Fe-Mn-Si SMA phase transition; According to the failure criterion of fasteners, 80% decrease of loose torque, the vibration failure time of Fe-Mn-Si SMA bolt is 7 times than common bolt, so its anti-loosening effect is remarkable.

In order to reduce the viscosity of crude oil for transport, we often use the way of heating delivery for high pour point, high wax, and high viscosity oil. Crude oil at high temperature, through long-distance transmission, the temperature and pressure changes on the piping stress greater impact. In this paper, in order to explore the main factor of hot oil pipeline stress and the location of key points, we build the XX hot oil pipeline stress analysis model used CAESAR II software, analysis of the impact of changes in temperature and pressure on piping stress when hot oil pipeline running, draw hot oil pipeline stress distribution, clearly identifies the location of key points of stress concentration, and we have come to that temperature is a major factor in generating pipe stress.

Objective: To evaluate the influence of three pattern materials on the marginal fitness of Co-Cr alloy inner crown of porcelain fused to metal (PFM) endocrown. Method: Standard molar abutments mould with 90°shoulder, 6°convergens, 5.0mm occlusal-gingival height, and 15.0mm neck diameter were made of stainless steel. Three kinds of pattern materials, including Inlay wax (group A), Casting Pattern resin (group B), and Pattern Resin (group C), were used to fabricate the pattern of Co-Cr alloy inner crown of PFM endocrown. The fitness of the inner crown finished was evaluated. T test was used for statistical analysis. Results: The means of marginal gaps between inner crown and abutment shoulder made of three pattern materials were 55.9μm for group A, 37.1μm for group B, 63.1μm for group C respectively. There were statistically significance among the 3 groups (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: As a pattern material, Casting Pattern resin is suitable for fabrication of Co-Cr alloy inner crown of porcelain fused to metal endocrown.

This study aimed to optimize the process parameters for the ultrasonic spraying of a nanooptical film coating on a large-area glass substrate, using the Taguchi experimental design. The key process parameters affecting spraying performance include the speed of the spray nozzle, flow rate of spray solution, airflow strength, spray height, and spray distance. The Taguchi quality characteristic used was the uniformity of light transmittance. With a glass substrate area of 52 cm2, the optimal process parameters for uniform spraying of silica solution were obtained via the Taguchi design method. The experiments confirmed that the optimal process parameters could effectively improve the uniformity of visible light transmittance; the S/N ratio of optical transmittance uniformity rose by approximately 2.79, transmittance reached 92.02%, and the transmittance uniformity was controllable to within 0.12%.
