“Living and working in peace and contentment” is the ideal goals of people since the ancient times, while old community’s renovation is an important aspect of it. This paper firstly analyzes the definition of livable community and the necessity of old community’s renovation，establishing the livable evaluation index system about old community’s renovation, and try to use the BP artificial network to analysis the livability.

With the development of economy and society, the pace of urbanization process is fast. And old community renovation has become the focus of government and residents. This paper summarizes several typical renovation management patterns. They have some guidance and reference value for other old community’s renovation.

In this thesis, the Shenyang municipal government green management through research, such as actively establish a government green management concepts, build a green management service-oriented government organizations, develop green development strategy, the government green building management system and other measures to vigorously promote resource-saving and environment-friendly society model of economic development, regional economic, social, natural organic coordination and Shenyang sustainable economic development. Shenyang provide a theoretical basis to achieve "national model city of environmental construction," the goal.

This paper analyzes the development evolution of urban ecosystem health of old industrial relocated area on the base of the urban ecosystem health theories and methods. Taking Tie Xi District in Shenyang city as an example, the paper discusses the assessment index system of the urban ecosystem health of old industrial relocated area. Then the paper employs Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weights and takes use of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to study the case.

This paper describes the creation of the national environment in Shenyang city in the process model, green city status and created some problems, and analyzed the causes of these problems, finally, to solve the problems of the measures proposed.
