Silver nanoparticles have been prepared using reductive polysaccharides (glucan) as protecting agents and silver nitrate as precursor via a facile green approach, and possible formation mechanism of silver nanoparticle was proposed in this paper. Silver nanoparticles appearance, size and size distribution were controlled by different synthesis technologies and reaction conditions. By changing the reaction conditions such as AgNO3 solution concentration, glucan dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, the parameters affecting the product shape, particle size and size distribution were investigated. The samples synthesized were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis spectrophotometer (UV-vis) methods. The results have showed that nanosilver particle with different shapes such as rod-like, sheet-like or flake and tree-like etc. can be prepared by reductive polysaccharides, and it is a green preparation technology.

According to the demand of accuracy detection of the motor energy efficiency, the hardware of testing bench for motor based on torque-meter method was designed. A design emphasis on loading equipment and torque sensor was introduced in accordance with the requirements of torque meter method, realized the rapid response of the load, the low speed stability of the work and electrical energy reutilization. The proposed error modification method ensured the accuracy and reliability of test results.

With the continuous development of the Internet technology in recent years, the number of Internet users in China is increasing, with the Internet as the mainstay of the Internet plays a more and more important role in the whole social public opinion, our country has been the lack of effective means of supervision, which leads to network public opinion events occurred frequently in recent years, a strong need for a reliable method effective to achieve the monitoring of network public opinion. In view of the above situation, this paper introduces some key technology of Internet public opinion monitoring, then gives analysis, public opinion monitoring system design and implementation.

The ill conditioning problem of sensor registration is considered. We analyze the ill conditioning in the dense-target scenario and the dense-sensor scenario, respectively, and present a robust registration method based on the bounded variables least squares (BVLS). The proposed approach can reduce the influence of ill conditioning by means of inserting prior constraints on the desired solution. Simulation results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method.

Physical and mechanical properties of rocks are the fundamental factors affecting the slope stability, the rock physical and mechanical properties of the Luming molybdenum mine were tested and analyzed in the laboratory. The results can provide us the basic data and reference to do numerical simulation and physical simulation of slope stability. The experimental results showed that: the greater the depth of rock of Luming molybdenum mine, the greater the density becomes,so as the freeze-thaw coefficient; the rock strength complies with the general rule; uniaxial tensile strength of dried rocks is much larger than water-saturated rocks; various rocks compressive strength σ3 rose up with σ1 rising; the shear strength of the rocks containing weak structure surface is far less than the shear strength of the intact rocks.

Experiment research on non-carbon metallurgy was explored, which contained three parts: smelting in high temperature, electrolytic iron and hydrogen reduction. A complete set of non carbon metallurgy system should include four technical units: power generation, electric power storage, control module, metallurgy unit. Energy and high temperature over 1600°C can be offered by technology on non-carbon metallurgy, electron also can be offered for hydrogen reduction and electrolysis. Technological parameters and results of three kind experiments were analysed and discussed, the feasibility of this technology and processes were proved.

To improve fuel economy, an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system is proposed to recover waste heat from heavy-duty diesel engines. R123 and R245fa were selected as working fluids. Extensive numerical simulations were conducted to find thermal efficiency of the system under different evaporation pressures, mass flow rates of working fluids and temperature of engine exhaust gases. Results show that the system thermal efficiency was increased with the increase in evaporation pressure for both R123 and R245fa. Efficiency of R123 system was found to be greater than that of R245fa system. For Rankine cycle with both R123 and R245fa, mass flow rate range varied with the evaporation pressure. Limited by evaporation rates and thermal decomposition of the working fluid, the range of mass flow rates in R245fa system was narrower than the R123 system. The thermal efficiency with different temperatures of engine exhaust gases was similar under the fixed evaporation pressure.

The graphite intercalation compound with easy low temperature exfoliated and high exfoliated volume was prepared by chemical oxidation method using natural graphite flakes, C2H5COOH, FeCl3 and CrO3 as raw materials, according to the mass ratio of 1:2.8:0.3:0.2. The expansion volume of graSubscript textphite intercalation compounds was 320 mL•g-1 at 300°C and achieved biggest 580 mL•g-1 at 700°C. The composition, structure and properties of the graphite intercalation compound were characterized and analyzed by SEM, FTIR, XRD, TG, DSC, VSM techniques. Results showed that the intercalant of graphite sandwich were C2H5COO- and FeCl3.

The graphite intercalation compound with large exfoliated volume was prepared by chemical oxidation method. The experimental parameters on the exfoliated volume were discussed in detail. It was found that the optimum preparing conditions went as follows: the mass ratio of graphite flakes:C2H5COOH:FeCl3:CrO3=1:2.8:0.3:0.2, the reaction temperature and time were 30 °C and 40 minutes, respectively. The exfoliated volume of GIC reached up to 575 mL·g1 in the conditions. The composition, structure and properties of the graphite intercalation compound were characterized and analyzed by SEM, TG, DSC, VSM techniques. The millimeter wave (MMW) attenuation performances of GIC were investigated by MMW radar measurement device. The results showed that the MMW attenuation properties of FeCl3-GIC are batter than H2SO4-GIC because of its magnetic absorption for millimeter wave.

Visual emulation Technology is one of the important parts of VR systems. It takes charge of Vision issue in VR systems, and is the most important fact to affect the immersive of the system. To deal with the difficulties of one type artillery radar, such as limited training field, serious radar loss and expensive training outlay, a training simulator system is realized based on scene simulation technologies. Composition structure, function module and key technologies of the system are discussed first. This system is then developed with tools of Multigen-Creator, Vega, VC++6.0, and a living virtual battlefield environment is created. The emulation pictures are listed, the results show that the emulation system simulates operation process of artillery radar livingly and can meet the requirements of real time emulation.

LiFePO4 was spinning with cellulose derivatives by electrostatic spinning for the first time. Processing conditions were adjusted to the solution concentration of 15%, an applied voltage of 25KV, the quality of mixed solvent with 4:1, and then about 0.1μm nano-fibrous non-woven fabrics can be obtained. FTIR showed that the CMCAB was synthesized successfully. Coulomb efficiency of electrode materials before and after the modification was maintained at about 100%, specific capacity of the battery in 2C of discharge rate, it was the first time that discharge specific capacity had increased from the unmodified 147.6 mAh.g-1 to the modified 160.6 mAh.g-1Superscript text. After 200 weeks' cycle, the capacity loss decreased from 11.38% to 5.11%.

In reflection seismology the reflectivity sequence is of primary interest and must be estimated. Estimation of the reflectivity sequence is based on deconvolution of seismic trace data. Modelling the seismic trace as the non-Gaussian moving average time series, we propose a deconvolution method based on the modified estimation, which is consistent estimation of moving average models with heavy tailed error distribution. The asymptotic equivalence is established between the proposed method and the deconvolution using . Simulation studies are presented to validate the equivalency. Furthermore, based on this equivalence the consistency problem of the deconvolution has been discussed.

A series of copolymers P(VP-HEMA) composed of hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and 4-vinyl pyridine (VP) were prepared by a solution copolymerization technique. Based on the copolymer P(VP-HEMA) prepared by the content of VP 50%, the amount of AIBN 3% and the optimized liquid electrolyte, a polymer solution electrolyte with concentration of 9.0% was formed. By addition of 1,4-dibromobutane into the solution, the copolymer gel electrolyte with higher conductivity 6.14mS/cm was prepared. Gelation is caused by the quaterisation between the group of pyridine in P(HEMA-VP) and 1,4-dibromobutane. Based on the copolymer gel electrolyte, a dye-sensitized solar cell was fabricated with short-circuit current of 13.62mA/cm2,open circuit voltage of 0.72V, fill factor of 0.5465 and an overall conversion efficiency of 5.24% under irradiation 100mW/cm2(AM1.5).

The microstructure, mechanical properties and texture of 10Cr17 ferritic stainless strips were researched under two processes condition, without normalizing and with normalizing in the cover-type annealing furnance before picking and rolling. The results showed that the texture {111} was strengthed and the texture {001} was weakened of cover anneal’s strip, and high value of r was obtained. Meanwhile, the crimping defect paralleling to rolling direction was uneasy appeared during stretching and the strip show good deep-drawing performance after cover normalizing.

In this paper, ultrasonic pretreatment was used to improve the aerobic/anoxic digestion of sewage sludge. The extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and enzymes in the digestion were analysed to understand the mechanisms responsible for this improvement. The results showed that the ultrasonic pretreatment enhanced enzymatic activities and accelerated the solubilisation of the EPS. In addition, ultrasonic pretreatment could not only break flocs and release extracellular materials but also destroy cells and release intercellular materials. With ultrasonic pretreatment, the sludge reduction for volatile suspend solids (VSS) in aerobic/anoxic digestion was 41.97±0.66%, compared with 22.81±1.40% for the control treatment, after an aerobic/anoxic digestion time of 10 d. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy results showed that the polymeric compounds, proteins and polysaccharides were easily hydrolysed and biodegraded in ultrasonic-treated sludge.

A series of copolymers P(MMA-NVP) composed of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and N-vinyl pyrrolidone (NVP) were prepared by a solution copolymerization technique. The copolymer could absorb and capture amount of liquid electrolyte within its chain networks structure to form quasi-solid-state electrolyte. The influences of synthesis conditions for copolymers, such as the content of NVP, the amount of initiator 2,2’-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN), and the amount of crosslinking agent triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA) on the ionic conductivity of quasi-solid electrolyte were investigated. The highest conductivity of the copolymer gel was 2.17mS/cm at 25°C. Based on the copolymer gel electrolyte, a dye-sensitized solar cell was fabricated with short-circuit current of 12.16mA/ cm2, open circuit voltage of 619mV, fill factor of 0.4633 and an overall conversion efficiency of 3.05 % under 100 mW/cm2 irradiation (AM1.5).

At present, Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) codes widely used in many fields of communications have the best performance of all the Error Correcting Codes (ECC). This paper mainly studies the decoding algorithms of LDPC. It proposes an improved algorithm which is named Check-Variable nodes Hybrid(CVH) algorithm on the basis of the existing algorithms. The CVH algorithm can reduce the computational complexity during the check-node update while overcome with the correlation between the variable-node news in a code with circles. As well as, comparing with the original algorithms the performance of the new one saves 0.1 and 0.3 dB than Log-likelihood Ratios (LLR) Belief Propagation (BP) and BP - based algorithms under Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel when the Bit Error Rate (BER) falls to through the simulation. This point shows that this algorithm can increase the decoding performance and reduce the error rate effectively.

The modification process of recycled melamine-formaldehyde(MF) plastic on polypropylene(PP) has been studied, and the optimal compounding parameters were obtained by twin extruding system in this paper. The results showed that with increasing of recycled MF plastic in PP, the tensile strength, elongation at break, molding shrinkage and impact strength decreased, the modulus, heat distortion temperature(HDT) and melt flow rate(MFR) increased, which indicates that the addition of recycled MF plastic can improve rigidity, heat resistance, size stability and flowability of PP. More importantly, the oxygen index(OI) of PP was increased with the addition of recycled MF plastic, which indicates that recycled MF plastic can improve the flame-retardant property of PP.

This article investigated the damage conditions of cereals infrastructures in city of Mianyang, Sichuan province, after the ‘5.12’ Wenchuan Earthquake. The guidelines of restoration and reconstruction program with cereals infrastructure were brought forward in this paper. Based on the analysis of local cereals production and consumption, as well as the prediction of social development in the future, this article proposed respectively the restoration and reconstruction projects those should be planned. Economic benefit and social benefit to be brought by these projects were also analyzed. This paper will provide some references to the recovery of other cities those also destroyed in the earthquake.

This article compared the two supporting structure programs which were prepared for the foundation pit of Zhengzhou Exhibition Hotel, from the angle of cost, duration, and deformation conditions. The better one was selected for the project. Monitoring results of two important indicators with the security of supporting structure were analyzed, they were deep displacement in supporting structure and displacement of pile top. With the conditions of continuous excavation, this paper also concluded shifty discipline and tendency of the supporting structure, which could provide some references to similar projects.

The hexaphenylamine cyclotriphosphazene (HPACTPZ) was synthesized using titrating technology of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene solution and the synthesis parameters were investigated, and the structure of HPACTPZ was analyzed by FTIR and NMR in this paper. Using HPACTPZ synthesized in the work as flame retardant, the epoxy molding compound(EMC) for packaging of large-scale integrated circuits with halogen-free flame retardance was prepared. The results have shown that the flame retardance of EMC flame-retardanced by HPACTPZ was up to UL 94 V0 rating(3.2mm) and the oxygen index of the EMC was up to 35.8%, which indicates that HPACTPZ has much better flame retardance for EMC than traditional halogen flame-retardants. Meanwhile, HPACTPZ accelerated the curing reaction rate of EMC, which can be used for manufacturing the quick-curing EMCs or afterward-curing-free EMCs.

The tri(o-phenylenediamine) cyclotriphosphazene (TPCTP) was synthesized using titrating technology of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene solution and the synthesis parameters were investigated, and the structure of TPCTP was analyzed by FTIR in this paper. Using TPCTP synthesized in the work as flame retardant, the epoxy molding compound(EMC) for packaging of large-scale integrated circuits with halogen-free flame retardance was prepared. The results have shown that the flame retardance of EMC flame-retardanced by TPCTP was up to UL 94 V0 rating(1.6mm) and the oxygen index of the EMC was up to 34.5%, which indicates that TPCTP has much better flame retardance for EMC than traditional halogen flame-retardants. Meanwhile, TPCTP accelerated the curing reaction rate of EMC, which can be used for manufacturing the quick-curing EMCs or afterward-curing-free EMCs.

Based on the strong coupling and interval requirement of multiple quality indices, the interval-index-oriented optimization method is proposed to effectively realize the optimal control of alumina blending process. Firstly, the lexicographic interval goal programming model is built to describe the process requirements for quality indices. Then, based on the characteristics of the programming model, a kind of classificatory knowledge base is constructed by using the empirical knowledge accumulated in long-term production and the expert reasoning strategy is proposed to realize the optimal control of quality indexes with interval constraints. The results of industrial application shows that the proposed method can realize the optimal control of quality indices. It provides a good optimization mode for other blending processes of nonferrous metal production.

By means of matching filling of five kinds of spherical silica with the particle size of 2μm, 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm respectively, the epoxy molding compounds(EMC) for integrated circuits(IC) were manufactured. Using classical particle accumulation theory, the particle distribution according with Dinger-Funk-Alfred equation was calculated by Matlab simulation software, and then the optimal particle size formulations were obtained. Adding the mixed silica according to the above optimal formulations into epoxy resin, the EMCs were manufactured by twin-roll compounding at 95~105°С . The melt viscosities of varied EMCs were measured by Rotating Rheometer. The results showed that the matching filling of different silica with different particle size can improve the flowability of EMC greatly.

Silicon-containing epoxy resin (CNE-Si) was synthesized from diphenylsilandiol (DPSD) and ortho-cresol novolac epoxy resin using SnCl2 as catalyst. The chemical structure of CNE-Si prepared in this paper was characterized by 1H-NMR and FTIR. The thermal stability was analyzed by TGA. The result showed that the –Si- group enhanced the thermal stability of the epoxy resin. The curing kinetics of the system was studied by non-isothermal DSC. The kinetic parameters of the curing reaction including the activation energy were calculated using Kissinger and Ozawa method. The results showed that the system containing CNE-Si has lower curing temperature and more quick curing speed compared to CNE, which can be used for manufacturing the quick-curing EMCs or afterward-curing-free EMCs.

The style of fabric with flat filament is unique, but the flat filament will twist naturally when unreeling, and which will be showing on the surface of fabric after being woven; and the surface of flat filament is clean, and it easily slips from rapier head when weaving. Therefore the object based on the technology of flat filament weft bootstrap will basically solve the problems of the flat filament twist when being unreeled by installing certain unreeling equipment and improve the way of weft bootstrap. Also, it will solve the problem of griping flat filament and handshaking weft by improving flexible clamping piece of rapier head. At the same time, it improves the effect of fabric by our established appreciation method, which has been proved usability. The result of experiment shows that the twist numbers on the sample with flat filament could be decreased by 80 percent when installing certain weft unreeling equipment.

The surface modification of silica for epoxy molding compounds (EMC) was conducted by plasma polymerization using RF plasma (13.56MPa), and the modification factors such as plasma power, gas pressure and treatment time were investigated systematically in this paper. The monomers utilized for the plasma polymer coatings were pyrrole, 1,3-diaminopropane, acrylic acid and urea. The plasma polymerization coating of silica was characterized by FTIR, contact angle. Using the silica treated by plasma as filler, ortho-cresol novolac epoxy as main resin, novolac phenolic-formaldehyde resin as cross-linking agent and 2-methylmizole as curing accelerating agent, the EMCs used for the packaging of large-scale integrated circuits were prepared by high-speed pre-mixture and twin roller mixing technology. The results have shown that the surface of silica can be coated by plasma polymerization of pyrrole, 1,3-diaminopropane, acrylic acid and urea, and the comprehensive properties of EMC were improved.

Polydichlorophosphazene was synthesized from hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene by high-temperature ring-opening polymerization, and poly(2-(2-methoxyethoxy) ethanol phosphazene)(MEEP) was synthesized by reacting polydichlorophosphazene with alcohol sodium. The optimal synthesis parameters were obtained and the structure of MEEP was analyzed by NMR. Then polyphosphazene electrolyte was prepared by mixing MEEP with LiCF3SO3. The results indicated that the electrolyte prepared in this paper has high decomposition temperature, and its room-temperature conductivity is up to 1.187×10-4 S/cm.

Based on Matlab as the software platform, chaos detection principle and methods used for weak signals detection are studied. The model used for simulation is established, then the simulation results of weak periodic signal detection in strong noise atmosphere are given and the steps for detecting weak signals with chaos method are listed. Furthermore, the influence of sampling period on system’s performance is studied. Simulation results show that the chao detection approach proposed in this paper can detect the signal even if it is small to 10-10v, and even when it is in the environment with strong noise, small signal with magnitude of only 5×10-9 v can be found. Chaos method has strong capability for weak signal detection which lay important foundation for exploiting virtual instrument.

The melting viscosities of different kinds of epoxy resins have been investigated in this paper. The results showed that tetramethyl biphenyl epoxy resin(TMBP) has very low melting viscosity(0.02Pa•s at 150°C) and can be blended with ortho-cresol novolac epoxy resin(ECN) in order to decrease the melting viscosity of epoxy molding compound(EMC). When the content of TMBP in the blend of ECN/TMBP was up to 40wt%, the viscosity of the blend decreased to 0.15 Pa•s from 0.8 Pa•s of ECN. In addition, the effects of the content, particle size of silica on the flowability of EMC have been researched systematically in the paper. The results showed that the melting viscosity of EMC increased greatly with the filling increasing of silica, and the particle size and the match of silica with different particle diameter had markedly influenced on the flowability of EMC. The melting viscosity of system with higher filling content of silica changed complicatedly with the increasing of shear rate, i.e., the viscosity of the system decreased with the increasing of shear rate in the range of low shear rate, then increased with the increasing of shear rate in the range of high shear rate, but decreased again with the increasing of shear rate in the range of higher shear rate. The system filled by silica with small particle diameter had low melting viscosity at low shear rate and high melting viscosity at high shear rate, but the melting viscosity of the system filled by silica with large particle diameter changed by contraries.

The wollastonite/PP composites were manufactured by twin-screw extruder and the effects of compatabilizer, feeding method and screw configuration on the properties of wollastonite/PP composites were investigated in this paper. The dispersion of fibrous wollastonite in PP matrix was determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the strength, toughness and flowability of the composite were simultaneously guaranteed by using three different types of PP resins, and the interfacial adhesion was improved greatly by adding the compatabilizer of PP-g-MAH, which increases the comprehensive properties of wollastonite/PP composite. The fibrous dispersion of wollastonite in PP matrix was achieved by using of side feeding and the weak-shear screw configuration, which reaches the good reinforcing effect.

The nano-CaCO3/polyacrylate core-shell inorganic-organic complex nano-particles were prepared by in situ emulsion polymerization based on fresh slush pulp of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) nanoparticles in this paper. The dispersion and encapsulation of nanoparticles were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis(ESCA). The results showed that in the presence of nano-CaCO3 particles, the in situ emulsion polymerization of acrylates was carried out smoothly, and polyacrylates successfully encapsulated on the surface of nano-CaCO3.
