Carbonic anhydrase(CA)has a catalytic effect on calcium carbonate (CaCO3) deposition, and can also control the deposition of CaCO3. Screening strains that can produce carbonic anhydrase can solve the microbial CA from the natural environment in the role of CaCO3deposition. Through the single and orthogonal test, the present paper focused on temperature, pH value, culture time and inoculation of 4 factors to optimally culture the psychrotrophic strains, which could produce CA by independent screening from Huanglong of cold calcified water, in order to get high yield of CA psychrophilic strains. The results showed that the optimal condition of the 15-33 strains producing enzyme was temperature 15 °C?, incubation time 12 h, pH 6.0, and inoculation 2.0 mL. The 18-10 strains,was temperature 15 °C?, incubation time 24 h, pH 6.5, and qinoculation 2.0 mL.

Three dimensional (3D) geologic modeling is used to study the reservoir quantitatively from a three-dimensional angle, and its core is the prediction to reservoir of multi-disciplinary integration, quantitative and visualization. Compared with traditional reservoir research, it has a significant advantage. This paper makes geological modeling research and builds structural models sedimentary micro-facies models and phased property model for Hei46 block of Daqingzi oilfield by utilizing 3D geologic modeling technique and petrel software on the basis of integrated using of geology, logging, oil production test, production of dynamic information, thus it provide a reliable basis for reservoir's development and adjustment.

In this paper, the deformation of Cobb-Douglas production function was used to separate the Variable term, which the proportion of each industry affect economic growth, and further introduction of three industrial structure variables. The relationship between three industrial structures for 2001-2012 in Shaanxi and economic growth was analysis by the least squares estimation, the influence ratios, which industrial output value of share of GDP changes on effects of changes in economic growth can be acquired. The results showed that the adjustment of three industrial structure in Shaanxi conducive to economic growth, which meet the development of the three industrial structure in developed countries and consistent with the law in line with economic growth, namely a stable development of primary industry, optimizing the development of secondary industry, vigorous development of the tertiary industry.

The DC-bus voltage control is critical for stable operation of the three-phase four-wire Active Power Filter. DC-bus stable voltage loop and balance voltage loop are established based on the small signal model. Considering the disadvantages of the traditional PI control, second-order low-pass filter is introduced into the proposed controller. Simulation and experimental results are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

This paper presents the principle of iron ore reduction measuration system. According to characteristics of temperature developing in experimental, the proper control rules are adopted in different temperature ranges and the self-optimizing algorithm is used in controller design. A new fuzzy controller with self-tuning factor for temperature control system can replace the traditional instrument control device and achieve precise temperature control. The result of experimentation shows that the control system has satisfactory performance with better reliability and efficacy. This method adopted in controller is practical and worthy for reference.

Yellow Stone National Park (YNP), USA, is well-known as its glorious travertine geomorphology as well as Huanglong National Scenic District in Sichuan, China. But there were some difference between them. The travertine deposition of YNP were formed from geothermal activity, meanwhile Huanglong Scenic District is located in high attitude and cold area and the travertine deposition appeared in the cold water. With the increasing attention to global carbon cycle, origin of life and the life action in the extreme environment, the geothermal travertine formation origin and mechanism were focused by the scientists from different field. The research plan was also a part of “the Mars project”. The reason was that the Mars’s surface environment is similar to that of the ancient Earth. This article reviewed the research results of the microbiology diversity, community structure and distribution, function gene and special microbial carbon metabolism passway in the hot spring of YNP. We also summarized the biological factor in the process of the travertine deposition of YNP. After comparing the research progress on the travertine deposition between YNP and Huanglong Scenic District, we put foreword the further strategy to understand the biological effect on the travertine deposition of Huanglong Scenic District.

Methods of automatic hydrochemical logging and in situ titrating combined with indoor analysis were used to study the dynamic variation of the physical chemistry in Huanglong Scenic. The water quantity, pH, conductivity, DO, temperature, bacterial quantity (CFU/mL) of different springs were analysis. It was found that the spring 2#、5# and 6# were the major source of spring water in Huanglong scenic and the water flow of decreased spring was changed with the change of the rise spring in the same time. HCO3- concentration of the rising spring water was around 900ppm, while that of the decreasing spring water approximately 350ppm.

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) is a kind of common sealing materials for the electric hydraulic servo mechanism, there exists the aging failure problem in its storage environment, which is the key factor determining the storage life of the electric hydraulic servo mechanism. Through the analysis of aging failure mechanism of the NBR o-ring, the degradation path that varies with the changes of aging time based on compression set was established. And the Arrhenius equation, which is the acceleration equation of the aging reaction velocity varies with the changes of temperature, was established as well. In order to obtain the related parameters of the model, the accelerated aging test was conducted and its data were processed by applying the approximation standards and least square method. Also through the test the prediction of storage life of NBR o-ring under special storage conditions was made, and its predicted results were basically identical with the actual storage life.

Steel structure dam, as a newborn dam type in hydropower engineering field, is proposed in this paper. The conception, operating mechanism, bar concection and the design and calculation methods are introduced. The characteristics of the steel braced frame that overall force and stability are fully utilized, and also the steel properties, such as high strength, high tenacity and high wearing. As a new technique and method, it opens up a new way for the application of rich steel resources in the hydropower engineering, which shows a good development prospects.

The rolling force model and energy calculation equation for 20CrMnTi steel are constructed based on practically measured data and theoretical math model. In the practical production, the heating temperature of 20CrMnTi steel is lowered from 1150°C to 1050°C, and in consequence, the total energy consumption is reduced by 5.81%. Moreover, the mill and motor abilities are still met and the rolled goods’ properties and surface quality are still guaranteed. Thus, energy saving is successfully realized.

To investigate the therapeutic measures and clinical efficacy of mycoplasma mixed infection in children with pneumonia. We selected the pediatric ward of our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012, 106 patients received hospital treatment MP pneumonia cases, the patient specimen collection and virus detection, analysis and its clinical manifestations and treatment. Different kind of different ages in children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection mixed. MP childhood pneumonia combined with other pathogens than a simple MP infectious pneumonia symptoms is heavier, duration longer. In terms of treatment, diagnosis of MP infection, should be applied as soon as possible the effects of the macrolide antibiotic azithromycin treatment, treatment was combined with other pathogens, done immediately virological testing, chlamydia and sputum culture examination should be considered, according to the corresponding inspection.

Ternary lithium-ion battery is currently one of the hot cathode materials. In this paper, with acetate of nickel, manganese and cobalt as raw materials and lithium hydroxide as precipitation agent, LiCo1/3Mn1/3Ni1/3O2 was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. LAND charge-discharge testing was used to study the electrochemical performance of materials at different rates (0.5C, 1C, 2C), and AC impedance spectroscopy was employed to study the rate performance and reasons of cyclical stability. The results showed that the stable SEM film formed under high rate was the main reason for the increased rate.

The abnormal vibration of H5 mill’s gear box has influenced the implementation of the energy-saving process in the alloy bar production line of special steel branch, Baosteel limited company. The reasons of the abnormal vibration have been determined by experiment and ANSYS finite element analysis, and corresponding measures have been provided. The rigidity of the gear box has improved by reinforcing ribs. By applying the reinforced gear box, the abnormal vibration has been effectively inhibited and the implementation of the energy-saving process has been guaranteed.
