Since the development of economics and society, secured and reliable power supply has become essential. Model and diagrams management remains the fundamental technology for distribution automation and smart distribution system. However, distribution system develops rapidly, simple model and diagrams management and maintenance with GIS would not satisfy the requirements by system operation. In this paper, we propose panorama dispatching technologies as integrative solution for smart distribution system. Firstly, the framework of panorama dispatching technologies is established; then key technologies for panorama dispatching technologies are introduced. With our proposed methods and technologies, the distribution system operators can not only manage and examine accuracy of model and diagram, but also work on a unique strategic diagram to better understand and dispatch the system with multiple levels and views of panorama diagrams. The results in this paper are very useful for distribution automation and smart distribution system.

Under the background of ecological civilization, the energy saving and emission reduction, low carbon eco-city construction is booming. At present, China industrial carbon emissions account for more than half of total carbon emissions in the whole society. The analysis of industrial carbon emissions and its spatial distribution is quite important. Consider the Park of Shenzhen international low-carbon city as the research object; based on the enterprise data from the 2011 industrial census, it combines both the top-down and bottom-up methods to evaluate its current industrial carbon emission levels and then discusses the relationship between the industrial structure and carbon emissions. Comprehensive utilization of the spatial distribution function of GIS, the spatial distribution characteristics of industrial carbon emissions and carbon intensity is evaluated, so as to provide the references for the related policy-making of low-carbon ecological city.

To study the effects of Cu/Ba ratio of precursor on YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) film, we have employed the technique of metal-organic chemical vapor deposition to prepare 500 nm thick YBCO films on CeO2/YSZ/Y2O3 (YYC) buffered Ni-W alloy tapes at series of Cu/Ba ratios of precursor. The analysis obtained from X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope revealed that the YBCO films crystallized better and became more continuous and denser as Cu/Ba ratio increased from 0.81 to 1.00, yielding that the critical current density (Jc) of YBCO films at 77K and 0T rose from 1.0 MA/cm2 to 1.4 MA/cm2. Moreover, the energy dispersive spectroscopy indicated that the increase in Cu/Ba ratio of precursor made the Cu/Ba ratio of the YBCO film matrix closer to the theoretical value of 1.5. However, for the Cu/Ba ratio of precursor in the range of 1.00~1.21, the crystallization and texture deteriorated severely and many unexpected precipitates of Ba-Cu-O and Cu-O arose, resulting in the dramatic drop of Jc from 1.4 MA/cm2 to 0.1 MA/cm2.

Damped AC (DAC) voltage method is widely used in partial discharge (PD) detection of power cable. The frequency of DAC voltage is changed due to different length of testing cable. To study the PD characteristics in the heat-shrinkable cable accessories under DAC voltage at different frequencies, four different cases of artificial defects in cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables were investigated. These defects include termination without stress tube, incorrect use of insulation tape as the semi-conductive adhesive tape in the middle joint, void and metal particles on the surface of XLPE insulation. Furthermore, some characteristic PD parameters including the partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV), the partial discharge extinction voltage (PDEV), discharge magnitude, discharge times and so on were compared and analyzed. The results show that PD characteristics are different as the DAC frequency changes, which provides guidance for the practical application.

Pedestrian Dead Reckoning (PDR) is a core component in pedestrian navigation. Usually, PDR algorithms use the current position and movement information to figure out position in the future in order to accomplish the navigation task. Step detection, as a basic portion of PDR, is significant for the implementation of Pedestrian Navigation. In this paper, a step detection algorithm is designed based on the existing research in the relative area. To improve accuracy, the algorithm involves a Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) for optimizing. At last, an experiment is conducted for this algorithm, and the error rate of step detection is less than 1%.

According to the characteristics of the mountain river, we explore new methods of river ecological studies in mountain revetment application. As the existing river training measures based mainly on engineering, it makes the linear shape of the river, the rules section of the river, revetment material hardening of the river. While increasing the river's flood drainage capacity, it destroyed the river's natural ecosystem. This paper presents an ecological revetment method combine chain-typed concrete with sash concrete, achieving better results in the application of Shikui River training works, it not only meets the requirements of flood control embankment, but also reduces soil erosion, while keeping biological diversity, and sustaining use of water resources. It has a good prospect in the maintenance of ecologically sustainable development in the environment engineering construction.

The optical jacquard decorative fabric which had patterns in dynamic display was woven with side-emitting polymer optical fibers (POF) and common textile fibers. The side-emitting POFs were designed as surface wefts in luminous parts of the fabric, and the POFs were back in other parts. These POFs were divided into different groups according to luminous sequence. Then the POFs were connected with light sources and a specific circuit. Finally the patterns of fabric could display like animation. When POFs didnt emit light, the fabric kept the effect of traditional jacquard fabric.

In this paper, the impact of the gradient delay and its anisotropy on FSE-MRI was studied. It is shown by experiments that FSE imaging sequence is sensitive to uncorrected gradient delay. A simple correction method of this problem is proposed, in which the delay of the gradient waveform is compensated by shifting the gradient waveform directly. We have demonstrated that the proposed method is effective to overcome the image quality degradation cause by the gradient delay. The correction does not depend on specific samples or subjects and total delay can be used without recalibrating in each scan.

With an extended service life expectancy of space crafts, fluid lubricants attracted intense interests of the fields of tribology, due to their long life under EDH conditions, higher thermal conductance, lower frictional and torque noise, and rapid processing compared to the solid lubricants. However, there are still some disadvantages of fluid lubricants, such as finite vapor pressure, narrow range of operating temperature, degradation of some oils, viscosity temperature-dependence and so on. So far, there have existed some space fluid lubricants, such as PFPE, MAC, PAO and mineral oil based lubricants. It seems that there will be a challenge for a new type of fluid lubricants to come out without any limits above. Recent arisen nanostructured materials assisted in improvement of the research of space fluid lubricants, and the results indicated that some nanostructured materials exactly promoted the tribological properties of fluid lubricants. This paper reviewed recent development of nanostructured materials as additives in space fluid lubricants.

Electricity is the basic industry in China, which has the important strategic significance to maintain the social stability, ensure the national security and promote the economic development. With the rapid development of power market reform and the establishment of bidding for access mechanism, the competition among the power generation enterprises becomes much drastic. To evaluate the development ability of wind power enterprises in the power new energy, the authors proposed a novel particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, which used the randomness, the rapidity and the global characteristics to obtain the pheromone distribution, and had the faster convergence velocity. The development ability evaluation of 12 wind power enterprises showed that the results given by this model were reliable, and it is feasible to evaluate the development ability using this method.

Aiming at electromagnetism efficiency evaluation of large ground interference antenna is complex, the paper proposes to model and simulate it by FEKO and then the radiation pattern of the antenna can be obtained. The simulation result is conform to the fact. In view of the large power of the vice and back orientation of antenna from the simulation, adopt the method of installing electromagnetism shield wall to solve. Through the simulation shows the efficiency of electromagnetism shield wall in improving antenna’s electromagnetism compatibility.

708C Ball bearings were made of 9Cr18 steel which had precision of class 4, MoS2-Ti composite coatings were deposited on inner and outer races of ball bearings by unbalanced magnetron sputtering system, and bearing cages were made of PTFE-based self-lubricating polymers. Bearing’s tribological torques as a function of storage time in high humidity environment were studied by using LHU-2 thermal & humidity test chamber and Bearing 2000 torque measurement device. Developing bearing vacuum performance test rig to research bearing’s torque as a function of running time, bearings were dismantled after test and using XPS to analyze the surfaces of bearing’s races and balls. The results show that storied in the environment of 30°C, 85% RH, bearing’s running torques increased proportionally as the storage time went on. When run-in the bearings which were storied for 440 days, the start and average running torques of bearings could come back to the level which was the same as the test start, but the fluctuation of bearing’s average running torque increased. Running in one direction at the speed of 650 r/min, in vacuum environment (~10-4Pa) and ambient temperature, tested bearings showed good running performance with low friction torque varied only between 1g·cm~2 g·cm until to the test ended at 1.872×108 revolutions. XPS analysis showed that a stable and sustainable solid lubrication system was established among bearing’s races, balls and cages.

The MoS2/Sb2O3 films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering. The films were stored in humid environment (25°C, 60%RH) 30 days. The anti-oxidation properties of MoS2/Sb2O3 were studied by XPS. The composition was studied by XRF. The results show that the anti-oxidation properties were improved by doping Sb2O3. Introducing Sb2O3 into the films provides a substantial benefit to tribology properties of film.

Five commercial PTFE based self-lubricating composites were selected for candidates in space. The hardness was measured by depth-sensing indentation in CMC mode. The tribological properties of composites sliding against a 440C steel balls were investigated using a vacuum rotational ball-on-disc apparatus. The result show the hardness of Rulon 945, Rulon XL, GR 0348, D 5813 and LW 155 are about 62.01 MPa, 45.42 MPa, 84.62 MPa, 116.59 MPa and 569.40 MPa, which are higher than pure PTFE composite. The friction coefficient of Rulon 945, Rulon XL,GR 0348, D 5813, LW 155 obtained in vacuum are, 0.08 to 0.20, 0.06 to 0.10, 0.05 to 0.10, 0.06 to 0.10 and 0.05 to 0.15. Rulon XL, GR 0348 and D 5813 show very stable friction level around 0.08. For volumetric wear rate, D 5813 have the biggest volumetric wear rate of 2.36×10-7mm3/mm, which is twelve times of Rulon 945 and nearly five times of Rulon XL, GR 0348 and LW 155. Rulon XL and GR 0348 have the best friction and wear properties.

This paper puts forward a simulation program of crystal growth, using TSSG method which is based on the finite element simulation technology. The core program FETSSG is developed on the basic of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. By using this program, we can simulate the process of crystal growth in all kinds of process conditions, and the numerical results include the single crystal furnace temperature field and fluid flow velocity field. These numerical results are in consistent with the laboratory results, which are valuable to the users.

In this paper, the study of the navigation system is to build a system of clear categorization so that users can make full use of search results and build relations between search results; By using FCA the search results are processed for the second time, during which a categorization system is built to organize these results. Through the navigation of search results, users can gain the search results they need more quickly and the search scope is also narrowed effectively.

Three binary Fe-based alloys Fe-S, Fe-Si, and Fe-Mn has been designed and melted in order to investigate the effect of static magnetic field on the migration behavior and distribution of the three elements during the solidification process in this study, and microstructure and chemical composition on the samples have been inspected by optical microscopy and Original Position Analysis technologies. It has been found that the magnetic field can effectively change the distribution of S, Si and Mn, and the migration behaviors of the three elements are different.

A psychophysical experiment on evaluating of Perceptual Rendering Intent in sRGB v2 and v4 profile as source profiles in ICC printing workflows was conducted. The Perceptual rendering intent in the sRGB v4 preference profile obtained higher scores than that in v2 profile in terms of both preference and subjective accuracy. No single tested workflow performed best on both preference and subjective accuracy. In terms of the observers’ reliability, expert observers had a higher consistency and smaller variance than the naive observers did.

Sliding wear was investigated for ZrO2 ceramics against M50 bearing steel under vacuum condition. The research was studied on the ball-disk machine under different loads and steady sliding velocity. The worn surfaces of tested samples were examined using optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that the friction coefficient of ZrO2 was decided by the applied load, the critical load of ZrO2 was 10N applied load under vacuum condition, the specific wear rate of ZrO2 drop rapidly with exceeded applied critical loads. The ZrO2 ceramics materials have transferred on the M50 bearing steel surface under high vacuum condition. The dominant wear mechanisms of ZrO2 ceramics were mico-adhesion, tribochemical wear, brittle scraps and micro-furrow wear under vacuum condition.

High quality hydroxyapatite (HAP) nanorods have been synthesized at 180 °C by a facile hydrothermal method using calcium chloride and diammonium hydrogen phosphate as precursors in the absence of any surfactants. The diameters and lengths of HAP nanorods are in the range of 40-80 nm and 0.2-2.0 μm respectively. The sizes and morphologies of HAP nanorods can be controlled by adjusting the synthetic parameters, such as reaction temperatures, and types of surfactants. A possible mechanism was also proposed to explain the growth of the HAP nanorods.
