Lidar is the main standoff detection system against bioagent/bioaerosol, An infrared lidar has been developed for bioagent/bioaerosol monitoring. The overall architecture and specifications of the lidar were described. The results of overlap coefficient, horizontal and slant measurements at Hefei, such as comparison of observed horizontal extinction coefficients between commercial MPL Lidar and the IRLidar, the slant path time-space extinction coefficient distributions have been revealed and discussed. The results show that the IRLidar is a reliable lidar with advanced performances.

The capability planning is a fundamental task when designing a Weapon System of Systems (WSOS). Uncertainties exist when building WSOS. It is difficult to select the most appropriate alternatives under the background of system operations. The programming of capability of WSOS is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. To resolve this problem, a scenario-based multi-criteria decision-making methodology is proposed. Scenario describes the future situation may occur, and also presents the uncertainty of reality. In this paper, scenario was modeled by the key variables in which experts and stakeholders are interested. TOPSIS was also improved based on multiple scenarios. Finally, the method is validated by an example of armored weapon systems.

The core-shell acrylic resin emulsion is prepared by seed polymerization technology, with styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile as monomer, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid as shell monomer, and the of nanoTiO2 is introducted in shell emulsion. Infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure of the prepared coating agent. The preparation of TiO2/acrylic resin emulsion for leather finishing agent, and discusses its influence on the leather properties. The results show that the synthetic finishing agents for dyeing after the fatliquoring leather finishing, good finishing effect can be obtained.

The research of anti-slip control for slurry pump is to prevent the cavitation of pump,protect flow passage components of pump from cavitation corrosion.Through the analysis,the size of the inlet velocity is regarded as the characterization whether pump cavitation.Calculate the five kinds of inlet velocity when the slurry pump is in the normal work, make the procedure is versatility. PLC programs are compiled and imported into hydraulic-pneumatic experimental platform,experimental platform simulates the results of pump system is accord with anti-slip control requirements.The program is used in slurry pump avoids the occurrence of cavitation phenomenon and simplifies the complicated site operation.

Highly crystalline FeWO4 nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized via the hydrothermal synthesis method while amorphous FeWO4 NPs were prepared by the room temperature precipitation method. It was found that a dissolution-recrystallization process appeared due to the Ostwald ripening when room temperature precipitates undergo the hydrothermal process. Photocatalytic performance toward the degradation of methylene blue showed that crystalline FeWO4 NPs displayed a higher activity than amorphous samples, mainly ascribing to the substantial elimination of defects after crystallization because the defects promoted the recombination of electron-hole pairs.

Palladium hollow spheres were synthesized at room temperature using cobalt nanoparticles (NPs) as sacrificing templates. Cobalt NPs can be prepared simply by solvothermal method. The hollow nature of sample Pd were observed from the TEM image and the SAED pattern indicates the polycrystalline nature of the sample. It was found that Pd hollow spheres showed high catalytic activity towards the electrooxidation of alcohols, especially ethanol with the current density up to 2047 mA•mg-1. The formation mechanism and the structure-property relationship of Pd hollow spheres were discussed based on the experimental results.

In the oil field development and production, fluid flow is an extremely important parameter which determines the transmission characteristics of the oil production, real-time monitoring of fluid flow parameter provides a scientific basis for oil and gas optimization exploration and increase of reservoir recovery. A method for interrogating fiber optic sensors using flow-induced pipe vibration is proposed, then the fixed relationship between standard deviation of pipe wall’s vibration induced by fully developed turbulence and mean flow rate is determined.The advantage of this method is applicable to small flow measurement with non-intrusively.

Due to present situation of equipment management in power plant, a development platform for equipment management application which is to achieve hot-plugging module has been presented. The functions of business framework platform and technology of hot-plugging module have also been introduced. Some base functions of business framework platform have been elaborated, such as design of base class, module management function, and menu authority management etc. How to plan module file hierarchy, plan function file hierarchy, design business page, release business module, and install or uninstall business module in the process of business development have been illustrated.

Switched reluctance motor is widely used in industrial and commercial uses, especially in harsh conditions. In this paper, the power generation control strategy of switched reluctance generator are given and analyzed. Five control strategies are as follows: Angle Position Control, Current Chopping Control, PWM Control and Exciting Voltage Control, Full Conducted Current Chopping Control. The simplicity & compactness of switched reluctance motors suggests the possibility using on special environment such as wind power generation.

On the basis of the quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) method and the quantum chemical descriptors including molecular van der Waals volume (Vmc), dipole moments (μ), the most negative formal charge in solute molecule (q-), and the most positive formal charge on a hydrogen atom in solute molecule (q+) of organic compounds, the values of activity coefficients at infinite dilution, , for 16 solutes in ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethylphosphate ([EMIM][DEP]) at 323.15 K were correlated with the descriptors. The result showed that the QSPR model had a good correlation and could successfully describe . The quantitative relationship between organic molecular structure and in [EMIM][DEP] was obtained and the correlation parameters were analyzed to understand the interactions that affect activity coefficients at infinite dilution.

Methylene blue (MB) was used as model molecule to investigate the effects of surface properties and solvent pH values on the adsorption and desorption (or release) behaviors of mesoporous SBA-15 materials. It was found that the treatment of SBA-15 with a pH 7.8 aqueous solution can enhance the adsorption rate and capacity in comparison with the pristine SBA-15. The effect of pH values on MB releasing from the weak base treated SBA-15 and the pristine one have been studied and been compared in pH values range from 0.5 to 7.0. Both of them showed a maximum releasing rate at about pH 2 and all of the treated SBA-15 samples showed a higher releasing quantity than the pristine ones. The influence mechanisms of base treatment on the adsorption ability and that of pH values on the releasing properties of SBA-15 samples have been analyzed and been discussed based on the composition, the morphology, the surface area and pore size distribution and adsorption/desorption measurements.

In order to increase the efficiency of composting vinegar residue, the effect of different strain combination,a thermophiles(OP-2) and two rhizopus(FM1,SL10) combined,on the composting pocess and effect was studied. The results showed: Inoculating thermophilic bacteria OP-2 can increase the speed of composting vinegar residue, which can increase the heap temperature to 70°C in 7days ahead. Also inoculating inocula accelerated the mineralization of organic nitrogen. In the end of composting, the contents of total nitrogen、total phosphorus and total potassium, as well as GI were higher than the control treatment, which showed that inoculating inocula can accelerate the maturity process of composting vinegar residue and increase the composting quality.

In order to solve the problem of low accuracy and high power consumption, A new ultrasonic flow measurement method was proposed in this paper. With this method, the influence of the delay-time in the circuit was eliminated,the temperature of fluid was compensated automaticly and the accuracy of the flow measurement was improved. The ultrasonic flow-meter was designed with the micro-power timing chips TDC-GP2 and MSP430F435, which reduced the power consumption effectively. The experimental results showed that the accuracy of the ultrasonic flow-meter was 1.5% and the average operating current was lower than 35uA.

Polystyrene (PS) spheres encapsulated core-shell composites of SiO2or TiO2nanoparticles were prepared by the spray drying technique and hollow spheres of SiO2or TiO2nanoparticles were then derived by removing the PS cores with calcinations. The PS spheres were dispersed into the SiO2or TiO2colloids, forming a suspension and then the suspensions were sprayed to form micrometer-sized droplets, as the droplets rush through the drying chamber, the PS spheres were encapsulated into the core of SiO2or TiO2particles due to the high temperatures and the instant evaporation, obtaining PS@SiO2, PS@TiO2or PS@SiO2/TiO2core-shell composites. After removing the PS core by calcination at 550°C, SiO2or TiO2hollow spheres were then derived. The influence of drying temperature, the concentration of the SiO2or TiO2particles and the ratio of PS sphere to the particles on the structures and specific surface area of the hollow spheres were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements.

Directing an important kind of joints of the machine tool—roller linear guide, the force analysis of the contact deformation zone of it was presented. In this study, a new structure calculation model was applied to calculate the deformation of the contact area of the roller linear guide, and the contact zone deformation model was built. The abrasion for roller diameter at the middle and both ends was obtained by running test at last. The research results can provide reference to corresponding roller design and service life evaluation.

One kind of vinyl ester has been synthesized by treating epoxy resin with acrylic acid in toluene and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). FTIR results showed that the epoxy resin is indeed reacted with acrylic acid through epoxy group and carboxyl of acrylic acid. The influences of reaction factors have been studied in detail. Experimental and properties testing results showed that this kind of vinyl ester, which obtained under the conditions of the temperature is 100 °C, amount of catalyst is 1.0 wt% and the feed ratio is 1.02:1(the molar ratio of acid to epoxy), is suitable as thickener for SMC(Sheet Moulding Compound).

Carbon/TiO2 composites were prepared via the reaction under Autogenic Pressure at Elevated Temperature (RAPET) using alkoxides as precursor, and then porous TiO2 hollow spheres were derived after removing the carbon ingredient by calcination at 600°C. The influence of surfactant additives, including the addition ratio and the nature of the surfactants, on the morphology and the structures of the Carbon/TiO2 composites and the derived TiO2 were also studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrophotoscopy (DRS) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements. The results revealed that the morphology of the products turned to spherical and then fusiform and the structures turned from hollow to solid with the increasing of surfactant additive. The BET surface area of the hollow TiO2 was modified from 12m2/g to 57m2/g after calcinations. The XRD investigation indicates that the phases of the TiO2 in both the carbon/TiO2 composites and the derived TiO2 hollow spheres are anatase.
