The desulfurization process of high-sulfur coal in Weibei was studied by flotation pretreatment and microwave combined with ultrasonic wave and oxidants. Through the single factor experiment which took Chenghe coal as the sample, the optimum conditions of this process had been concluded as follows: microwave power was 250 W, microwave time was 15 min, ultrasonic temperature was 60 °C, ultrasonic time was 30 min, coal slurry concentration was 0.083 g/ml, coal particle size was less than 0.074 mm, the dosage of agents was 8 mL/g, the radio of acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide was 1:3. After fractional release pretreatment, the sulfur reduction of Chenghe coal could reached to 53.10%. As to Hancheng coal, the value was 46.41%. By analyzing XRD and XPS spectra, it showed that most inorganic sulfur were removed by flotation pretreatment, and under the function of microwave combined with ultrasonic wave and oxidants, a part of organic sulfur was removed, such as mercaptan, sulfoxide and thiophene. However, as for sulfone, the removal effect was not obvious. The results proved that the experimental method could remove most of inorganic sulfur and part of the organic sulfur and significantly reduce the coal ash.

Land use change ,which has a great influence on the ecological balance, is one of the major driving force in the evolution of regional ecological system. With coal mining and land reclamation for years , Peixian county’s land structure has been changed, which has a big impact on the ecological environment.Based on TM/ETM imagery interpretation data in 1988-2014, with the aid of remote sensing and GIS method, analysis of Peixian county nearly 26 a mining area land use change, and combining the mine actual situation, fix the corresponding ecological service value, calculate the regional ecological service value and its changing trends.

The paper is concerned with changes of acidity and the amount of microorganism in China Northeast sauerkraut fermentationin.It studies the effect of lactic acid bacteria, culture temperature and the concentration of sodium chloride on sauerkraut acidity ,microbial number, vitamin C and nitrite content .Methods of natural traditional fermentation sauerkraut and artificial inoculating lactic acid bacteria fermentation sauerkraut are compared,the results show artificial inoculating fermentation sauerkraut can effectively prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and inhibit formation of carcinogens such as nitrite,avoid some shortcomings in Chinese cabbage natural fermentation process.

High-speed cutting technology has become an important development direction of modern NC machining technology, but the existing equipments are often not suitable for high speed machining. An effective method is proposed in view of the cutting heat in cutting process, by introducing chiller to the existing cooling system, the coolant temperature decrease, tool and workpiece temperature can also reduce, so general machining center can achieve cutting speed as quickly as possible.

This paper discussed the basic theory of modern technology equipment maintenance process management according to the domestic present situation, and put forward the concept of maintenance process management, it gave the analysis and discussion on the content of maintenance process management through the process preparation of maintenance, maintenance process and process equipment design, maintenance process quota and process management of the scene, so it can provide theoretical basis for the process management of modern technology equipment maintenance.

The crux in the locally linear embedding algorithm or LLE is the selection of embedding dimensionality and neighborhood size. A method of parameters selection based on the normalized cut criterion or Ncut for classification tasks is proposed. Differing from current techniques based on the neighborhood topology preservation criterion, the proposed method capitalizes on class separability of embedding result. By taking it into consideration, the intrinsic capability of LLE can be more faithfully reflected, and hence more rational features for classification in real-life applications can be offered. The theoretical argument is supported by experimental results from synthetic and real data sets.

A capillary electrophoresis method has been developed for the determination of brucine in strychnos. The analytical conditions were optimized after investigating the effects pH and concentration of buffer. Under optimized conditions (20 mmol/L NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4, pH=6.0, 20 kV, 254 nm,), the brucine was separated in 5 min.

In this paper, using capillary zone electrophoresis method determined Vitamin C content in brown rice. 20 mmol/L borax solution and 20% acetonitrile concentration, 20kV voltage, 254 nm UV detection wavelength was chosen for electrophoretic analysis condition. Measured vitamin C content in brown rice was 0.043 mg/g (RSD=7.1%) (n=7).

In order to solve the problem of the second class credit reporting in manual states, we use the system flow diagrams and case diagrams to analysis the needs of users, and use ER diagrams to introduce the SQL database。This article designs the system of the second class credit reporting based on the campus network. The system uses C # as the development language, SQL Server database as a background and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development environment, with high security and stability.

A type of novel solvent absorption method using propyl ether as absorbent was proposed, which the coalbed methane (CBM) was concentrated and simulated in the form of physical absorption. The reasonable process had been designed and analyzed by Aspen Plus v7.3 . Through the simulation method PSRK, effects of the number of theoretical stages and the optimal operating pressure, temperature, amount of fresh absorbent added were studied respectively. The optimal enrichment effect of CH4/N2 feed ratio was determined. Simulation results show that when the feed molar ratio of CH4/N2 is 3:7, it can improve methane concentration to 67.44% with a recovery ratio of 87.11%. When feeding methane concentration increased to more than 50%, it can be enriched to more than 80%, which is suitable for the CBM civil and industrial utilization value. The enrichment process designed can provide an idea for the enrichment of CBM.

In this paper, the software Fluent was employed and the two-dimensional flow fields, such as flow distribution, velocity distribution, pressure distribution, turbulent kinetic energy distribution are obtained. The results show that the flow, velocity, pressure and turbulent kinetic energy distribution are significantly different and asymmetric. The results have referenced significance for design and analysis of the Centrifugal Pump.

A new failure assessment curve of pipeline containing crack is provided in this paper. The new failure assessment curve is based on the J integral calculation method of the effective remote stress, and it is as simple as the R6 option 2. The result of the new failure assessment curve is as accurate as the result of the curve based on strict J integral. Moreover, the new failure assessment curve could be used for any stress-strain relationship material, including Ramborg-Osgood (R-O) material and non-R-O materials under monotonic increasing loading, such as long plastic yield plateau steel. The new failure assessment curve is applied to a case that came from the three pipes burst in a proof test of an oil pipeline. Comparison with the result in the proof test shows the result of the new failure curve presented in this paper is accurate.

In order to reduce the computation amount and to ensure to compute environmental vibrations caused by ground rail traffic load comprehensively and accurately, calculating depth of the model for the ground was researched. The ground is simplified to a single layer elastic half-space model, and the dynamic Green's function of vertical displacement on the surface of the model was derived by using transfer matrix within frequency wave-number domain. vibration displacement amplitude in the range of 10 to 60 m away from the surface of the model to the vibration center were compared with different thickness of model and the elastic half-space model caused by the ground rail traffic load. It showed that the calculation results are quite different with different cover thickness, but with the increase of the cover thickness of layer, the results of single layer elastic half-space model approached the elastic half-space model. When the cover lager thickness reached to 25m, the difference of the magnitude was less than 5%.

So far, the control rooms require a lot of manpower and material resources to repair and maintenance. They are above the borehole-type refuge chamber. It is also possible that the equipment in control rooms is aged and the necessities are overdue. When an emergency appears, it can detain the rescue. Therefore, a kind of emergency rescue car for permanent drilling shelters is developed. It can replace the control room. It combines with relevant regulations, through counting, based on the conditions of mines affiliated to Jizhong Fengfeng Energy Group. The air supply system, the power supply system, the flow food system and the communication system of monitoring and controlling are designed in the car. After conducting laboratory experiments, the model of appropriate emergency rescue car, the types of functional equipment are determined. The layout and connections of each system are also designed in the car. These are based on the data and theories concluded from theoretical analysis.

In this work, the new capillary zone electrophoresis method is used for the determination of the content of gallic acid in jianmin throat tablet. Under the 20 mmol/L borate (pH=9.44), valid separation of gallic acid is obtained in jianmin throat tablet and the content of gallic acid is 0.7096 mg/g (RSD=5.4%) (n=5). The average recovery of gallic acid is 112.4% (RSD=8.4%)(n=4). The method is simple and rapid.

Based on the USEM model and selecting factors of college graduates' employability and adding latent variables of education resources, research established conceptual model of college graduates' employability. The results of 7 facts showed that the fit indicators of the model proposed by this research had high goodness-of-fit. Finally, the paper analyzed the practical significance of this model.

In this paper, the new capillary zone electrophoresis method was studied and the content of the naringenin was determined in xiao’er jindan tablet. The optimized experiment condition was 30mmol/L borate buffer (pH=10.00), 20 kV, 254 nm. The content of naringenin was 0.569mg/g, RSD=1.67%(n=5). The average recovery of naringenin was 85.6%(RSD=7.6%)(n=4). The new method was provided for the quality controling of xiao’er jindan tablet medicine.

In this paper, using capillary zone electrophoresis method determined gallic acid content in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Under the condition of buffer solution containing 20 mmol/L Na2B4O7, effective separation of components to be tested was realized. Measured content of gallic acid in Paeonia lactiflora Pall was 1.15 mg/g (RSD=4.28%) (n=6), the average recovery was 88.48% (n=5). This method is simple and fast.

High performance capillary zone electrophoresis (HPCE) was used in this text to determine the content of ferulic acid in a ready-made Chinese herbal medicine called AI-FUNUAN-GONG (in pills). Electrophoretic separation conditions: Uncoated fused silica capillary column (75um×49/58cm), injection height 7.5cm, 30mmolL-1 borax solution, separation voltage 20kV, injection time 10s, detection wavelength 315 nm, experimental temperature 20°C.Linearity was kept in the concentration ranging from 1~62.5 mg·L-1 of ferulic acid with correlation coefficient of 0.970. The average recovery was 97.541% and RSD value was 6.57%. Sample content of ferulic acid was 0.0715mg/g. This method has the advantages of strong specificity, simpleness, speediness, accurate results and good repeatability in separation and it is useful for determination of ferulic Acid in AI-FU-NUAN-GONG Pills.

In this paper, using capillary zone electrophoresis method determined gallic acid content in terminalia. Under the condition of buffer solution containing 20 mmol/L Na2B4O7, effective separation of components to be tested was realized. Measured content of gallic acid in terminalia was 25.36 mg/g (RSD=6.8%) (n=6), the average recovery was 87.6%. This method is simple and fast.

Shelf life prediction is an important problem in the field of food safety. This problem has been extensively studied in different research fields. In this paper, based on our agricultural IOT (Internet of Things) platform, we study this problem from the viewpoint of data mining. In our agricultural IOT platform, by setting various types of sensors, it is possible for us to collect information of a farm product during its whole life cycle such as planting, storage, processing, transportation and sale. Shelf life of a farm product is very difficult to determine since it will be affected by many factors during its life cycle, such as temperature, air/soil humidity etc. After integrate raw sensor data streams into batch id-based data streams, we adapt Back-Propagation method to the integrated sensor data streams to predict the shelf life of a farm product. Experiments are conducted on real data from our agricultural IOT platform and the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method could provide a very good prediction for the shelf life of a farm product.

The crystal packing is stabilized by O-H...O and O-H...N hydrogen bonding interaction.

A novel Ni metal complex H26Mo6N2NiO30has been synthesized from hydrothermal reaction and the crystal structure has been determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction. H26Mo6N2NiO30, Monoclinic, P2(1)/c. a = 11.3487(14) Å, b = 11.0823(13) Å, c = 11.9350(16) Å. alpha=gamma= 90°. beta= 108.542(2)°. V= 1423.1(3) Å3. It is also striking that the structure of title compound exhibits extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions among water molecules, ammonium cation, and oxygen atoms in the heteropolyanion.

Topic Map, which described as The GPS of information universe, traditionally focused on building knowledge structure and associating them with information resources. In online-education environment, it has been used to address the issues about people disoriented in huge amounts of learning resources, to support learners browse the semantic relationship between knowledge topics and find the learning content effectively and instructors externalize their implicit knowledge both on conceptual and information level. However, as the explosion of knowledge information, people are suffering the disorientation of knowledge topics. Specially, learners are puzzled about what knowledge are valuable and need to learn, and knowledge providers dont know how to update outdated knowledge hierarchy or develop new knowledge product for changing requirements. To address this problem, we extend Topic map by adding a top level, named knowledge requirement level (KRL). This level KRL can be used to guide learners to concentrate on the required knowledge topics, and drive knowledge providers to redevelop or refactor outdated knowledge hierarchy. In order to obtaining social knowledge topic requirement for KRL, we have developed an information extraction tool, named WIE, to extract knowledge requirement information from job-list Webpages for supporting users extract data for different piece of a given structure-fixed Webpages.

The Internet of Things accelerates the development of RFID technology. Logistics, transportation, aviation and other fields has increasingly high demand on the reader's identification distance and reliability. In order to meet the market demand, the design of RFID reader based on the dualmode was proposed. One is 915MHz radio frequency identification mode. The other is 2.4GHz active radio frequency identification mode, which has lower transmission power requirement and farther valid identification distance. An ARM9 microcontroller is used as the main controller of the RFID reader. The design includes communicate with PC, control dual-mode RFID reader, control the reader to write and read tags and the study of anti-collision algorithm. AISI 304L austenite stainless steel was irradiated by a high-current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) source in different process. The microstructures were investigated in detail by electron microscopy. The changes of hardness and corrosion resistance induced by irradiation were also tested. The relationship between corrosion resistance and the microstructures has been explored. The experimental results demonstrate the potential of proper HCPEB processing for improving the hardness and corrosion resistance of metallic materials.

In this paper,we used the heavy oil of Du 84,53-55 well in Liaohe oil field,analyzed of the impact factors of the heavy oil emulsion viscosity.When the droplet size of the emulsion is reduced,the viscosity of the heavy oil emulsion increases,and the non-Newtonian obvious.Heavy oil emulsions exhibit Newtonian fluid properties at low shear rate,exhibits shear-thinning properties in the heavy oil emulsion under high shear rate.Heavy oil emulsion viscosity decreases with the increasing concentration of viscosity reducer,when the viscosity reducer concentration of more than 0.25%,heavy oil emulsion viscosity declines slowed.

Al-Cu alloy and its matrix composites reinforced with different volume fractions of short carbon fibers covered by copper have been produced by powder metallurgy method and heat treatment. The effects of the fiber volume fraction and load applied on the wear and friction behaviors of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the Cf/Al-Cu composites had better mechanical and tribological properties compared to Al-Cu alloy. The applied load did not obviously affect the wear resistance and friction coefficient.

Using cutting speed and the roughness as index, the five factors as pulse duration, peak current, offset, ratio of pulse interval to pulse duration and worktable feed were chosen in dry finishing. Based on the single factor experiment, the central composite design (CCD) method is used to study the effects of the five factors and their interactions on cutting speed and the surface roughness and develop empirical models for cutting speed and roughness Ra. Significant order influencing cutting speed and roughness are found. The results of the verification test show that Ra regression model and cutting speed regression model have high reliability, and can achieve significant prediction effect.

This paper presents a fluid-cell interaction algorithm using the immersed boundary coupled fictitious domain method. We discuss the application of this method to the numerical investigation of motion and deformation of erythrocytes in two-dimensional stenotic microvessels. The erythrocytes are modeled as biconcave-shaped closed membranes filled with cytoplasm. Simulation results of multiple erythrocytes traversing the stenosis in Poiseuille flow are presented. This algorithm is applicable to a large class of problems involving fluid flow with complex geometry and fluid-cell interactions.

Soybean polypeptide mixture was decolorized by adopting activated carbon adsorption decolourization process. Anion/cation exchange process was used in the desalination processing of soybean polypeptide. It was showed that excellent decolorizing and desalting effect to soybean peptide solution was gained in the decolourization and desalination process adopted in this experiment. Optimal dosage of activated carbon was 1.2% solution amount (w/w). After decolorizing soybean polypeptide solution color was yellow. Proportion of anion resin and cation resin of ion exchange resin was 2:3(V/V). The volume of solution processed was 5 times as the volume of anion exchange resin. After desalination processing, ash content of soybean peptide solution reduced to 2.11% (dry basis), salinity decreased by 86%, on the other hand taste of soybean polypeptide was lite.

This paper focuses on the simulation and prediction problem of height of the crops, particularly the wheat, which plays a significantly important role in its yield, in different growing stages. Our model bases on the BP neural network and the ant colony algorithm. Both of these two algorithms has their own advantages and disadvantages. However, through observations, we find that their advantages and disadvantages seem to be complementary, by which we propose the combination algorithm. This combination algorithm can conquer the local optimum problem of the BP Neural Network, and could overcome the shortcomings of the weak local optimum searching capability of the ant colony algorithm. The experiments show that the our proposed algorithm can hopefully yield good simulation and prediction results of the height of wheat in different growing stages.

The shape and mechanical properties of abnormal red blood cells (RBCs) change considerably in comparison with healthy red blood cells (RBCs). In this paper, we perform numerical investigation of the hemodynamics of RBCs in microvessels with stenosis. Our model is based on an immersed boundary-fictitious domain method. We employ a spring model for representing deformability of RBC membrane. The proposed model successfully simulates complex motion and deformation of RBCs in micro scale flow. Our method would be helpful for further understandings of pathology of malaria and some other blood disorders.

Soybean protein Alcalase hydrolysate was further hydrolyzed by adopting Flavourzyme. From this further hydrolysis reaction, bitter of soybean polypeptide mixture was reduced distinctly. The optimal hydrolysis conditions of Flavourzyme was determined as that pH was 7.0 at temperature 50°C and E/S(ratio of enzyme and substrate) was 20LAPU/g. Bitter taste value was reduced to 2 after Flavourzyme hydrolysis reaction for 2 hours in optimal hydrolysis conditions. The change of molecular weight distribution range from Alcalase hydrolysate to Flavourzyme hydrolysate was not obvious. DH (Degree of hydrolysis) of soybean protein hydrolysate was increased to 24.2% which was improved 3.5% than Alcalase hydrolysate. Protein recovery proportion was increased to 73.2% which was improved 0.8% than Alcalase hydrolysate.

Some researchers obtained the achievement of intelligent community by utilizing complex algorithm and advanced equipment that makes the solution very expensive. Our research aims to find out a way to intellectualize residential community that is easy to implement, highly reliable and cost-effective. In this study, we present a system which consists of three layers based on the ring topology. For reliability and the ease of maintenance, we propose an automatic fault detection and handling function that is able to quickly detect any fault of the circuit and automatically eliminate the issue. Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed system is extremely efficient, intelligent, and environmentally friendly while being highly reliable and affordable.

With the spread of logistics service, modern logistics has been the fundamental industry for supporting the economy development in China. The logistics capability has been the modern enterprises' core competitive ability. The development level of modern logistics industry has become the important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.Compared with the launch of logistics service, the human resources especially senior executive administrators in our country seem in terrible demand, which is far from enough to meet the need of modern logistics’ development. The shortage of the talent is the bottleneck which restricts logistics’ large-scale development, and it’s also a problem which needs the academia to resolve. This paper analyzes our country’s main problems of personnel and the logistics training in logistics, and puts forward the strategies in the end.

A computer simulation program is presented for simulating the characteristic parameters of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) by using the MATLAB/SIMULINK and Visual Basic (VB). The simulation program is developed based on the empirical models for PEMFC. The simulation results show that the developed simulation program can be used as a useful tool for simulating the characteristic parameters of PEMFC.

Emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide (AM) and cationic monomer DMC (methyl acrylacyl oxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) was studied. A series of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) emulsion were synthesized using Water in water emulsion polymerization. Influence of polymerization conditions such as cationic monomer (DMC) ratio, reaction time, the initiator dosage on synthetic product strengthening effect to paper pulp was studied. It was showed that the CPAM emulsion optimal synthetic conditions was that AM monomer second adding amount was 60% AM total amount, ammonium persulfate initiator and sodium hydrogen sulfite initiator dosage was 0.138g and 0.03g respectively, mass ratio of DMC and AM was 15:85, reaction time was 7 hours. When the dosage of CPAM emulsion was 1.0% to absolute dry bleached wheat straw pulp, distinct strengthening effect was acquired, tensile index and tearing index of handsheet was increased by 27.2% and 26.8% respectively.

Application in paper pulp as dry strengthening agent of homemade water in water cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) emulsion was studied. Good collaborative effect was achieved when Homemade CPAM was used in bleached wheat straw pulp with strengthening agent E and with cationic additives L as paper pulp strengthening agent. It was also showed that distinct strengthening effect was obtained when homemade CPAM emulsion was applied in mixture of wood pulp which was needle bleached kraft pulp (NBKP) and straw pulp, breaking length and tearing index of hand sheet made of mix pulp was respectively increased by 22.2% and17.0% when the dosage of CPAM was 0.8% of dry fiber. Through analysis of handsheet section scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photos, strengthening mechanism of CPAM emulsion to paper pulp was preliminary studied.

In order to find the most effective hydrometallurgical method of removing iron, aluminum and calcium from MG-Si, a variety of acid leaching methods were presented. The research results show that the order of capacity of metallic impurity removal is HF, HCl, HNO3 and H2SO4. The most effective hydrometallurgical method is the leaching by mixed acid with hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid. Removal efficiency of hydrochloric acid pressure leaching can improved as the pressure increases. Sulfuric acid and nitric acid even using high pressure leaching cannot obtain high impurity removal rate. The leaching by hydrofluoric acid or mixed acid containing hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid is very effective on removal of iron and aluminum, but less effective on calcium.

According to the characteristics of the production measures process in oilfield , the algorithm based on iterative multi-PCA is presented. Building multi-PCA models based on diffident working conditions. The sensor data will be classified automatic through the weight to find the appropriate model for fault recognition. And adopting iterative algorithm to update the models for realizing on-line process monitoring. The simulation experiment shows that the method is effectiveness on fault diagnosis for oilfield's sensor equipment.

The maglev system is a typical nonlinear system, it is difficult to get the best control effect only by nonlinear control method. At first, the maglev system is linearized in this paper, for the classic PID control magnetic levitation system which exists the contradiction between fast and overshoot .This paper adopts the nonlinear tracking-differentiator-based PID controller to control the maglev system. Finally simulation results show that the nonlinear PID controller has fast response speed, no overshoot, and strong robustness in controlling the maglev system.

Dongsheng deposit at the northeast Ordos Basin is one of the largest sandstone-type uranium deposits in China. Its characteristics are quite different from that of sandstone-type uranium deposit in Turpan Basin and Yili Basin, Xinjiang province. One of the important aspects is that Zhiluo group of ore-bearing stratum in Dongsheng deposit was developed with more discontinuous lenticular carbonation and phenomenon of calcified wood rather than the unique non-plant fossils. This phenomenon of calcified-wood alike carbonation is rarely observed in other uranium deposits in Ordos Basin. The identified rock slice is composed of micritic calcite cemented sandstone and crystalline calcite. The former was formed by sedimentary diagenesis. The latter consists of calcite inclusions, which have been observed in water-based solution and CO2 or CH4-based gas inclusions. The temperature of the most inclusions were in the range of 140~170°C. It indicated that carbonate played an important role as hydrothermal fludis in the process of the formation of calcified wood. The analytic results of sparry calcite carbon and oxygen isotope showed that the most of the carbon sources were provided by the organic matter rather than from the process of diagenesis. Combined with the formation and characteristics of Dongsheng deposit where the area oil and gas dispersion exists, the formation of calcified-wood alike carbonation was the result of geological dispersion of oil and gas, which came from the middle of the basin area in the Paleozoic atmosphere filled by calcite crystals. Understanding the formation mechanism of Zhiluo group of ore-bearing stratum has great significance in prospecting for Dongsheng deposit.

A mathematical model considering the inter-phase mass transfer both in the down-comer and the riser of an external-loop airlift reactor was established in this paper. The calculated global volumetric mass transfer coefficient based on the assumption of continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) was different from the local volumetric mass transfer coefficients by the newly proposed mathematical model and the difference was discussed. The effects of mass transfer in the down-comer, the hydrodynamic pressure and the experimental time on the mass transfer coefficient measurement model have been studied in detail. And it was also proved that only the global volumetric mass transfer coefficient, but not the local volumetric mass coefficient, can be obtained from a time-concentration curve in the external-loop airlift reactor.

This paper presents a 3D body measurement system based on structured light. We analyze the principal of projection profile measurement and model binocular system with two cameras which comprise a stereo vision system. The goal of calibration method is to achieve the high accuracy for human body dimensions. The system software based on VS 2008 and OpenGL provides a visual interface with standard data interface for CAD/CAM.

Error modeling and compensation is the most effective way to reduce thermal errors. In this paper, a novel approach to predict the thermal error of machine tool based on M-RAN is presented, clustering analysis is used to select the temperature variables, and then an easy and economical measurement system is applied to measure the temperature variables and thermal shift of CNC machining center. The thermally induced errors are estimated in real-time using the trained M-RAN network. The proposed approach is verified through error compensation test.

This paper aims at getting the finishing process models in HS-WEDM in gas. Using cutting speed and the roughnessRaas index, the five factors of pulse-on time, peak current, offset, pulse interval ratio and worktable feed were chosen in dry finishing. The effects of the five factors and their interaction on cutting speed and the Surface roughnessRaand empirical models for cutting speed and roughnessRawere developed by performing a designed experiment based on the central composite design (CCD) experiments, significant order influencing cutting speed and roughness were found. The results of the verification test show thatRaRegression Model and Cutting Speed Regression Model have high reliability, and can achieve significant prediction effect, more accurate mathematical models are provided for the further HS-WEDM process research.
