2. Immobilization of Acidic Ionic Liquid in Silica Gel for Catalytic Oxidative Desulfurization of Fuel Oils(I): Preparation and Charaterization of Catalysts

A series of highly dispersed ionic liquid catalysts were prepared by immobilized acidic ionic liquid [BMIM]HSO4 in silica gel through sol-gel methods. The structures and properties of the catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XRD. The results showed the [BMIM]HSO4 had been successfully confined or encapsulated in a silica-gel matrix.

The Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short-range radio technology operating in the frequency of 13.56 MHz. This paper introduces a kind of double sided PCB loop antenna which is designed for small size NFC tag working in complex environment, and proposes a solution to improve the quality factor of NFC tag. Based on the electromagnetic wave theory, the NFC communication protocol and the tag equivalent circuit, we discuss the effect of inductance and resistance to the resonance point and the quality factor of NFC tag with MATLAB mathematical tools. Then we use ADS software to modeling and simulation of the label and loop antenna. The designed NFC tag loop antenna meets the resonant requirements and has good properties of S11 and quality factor.

This article gets thepopulation data based on China Population Statistics Yearbook ,and establishes a model for forecasting thegrowth of population grouped by ages. First, a difference equation model invector form is established for urban area, town and rural arearespectively. In equation (I), matrix is determined byfertility rate and survival rate of urban area, townand rural area respectively. The short-term population size predicted from thismodel has calculated the gross population of each year during 2002~2020. The 19data we got were used to generate a function between population size y (hundredmillion) and time x (year) by polynomial fitting : , and the max of this function is y = 1.47121 billion when x= 20, which means that the Chinese total population will peak at 1, 471, 210,000 in 2021.

A new type of silicon semiconductor temperature sensor applied for RFID tag chip is designed based on the linear temperature characteristic of base-emitter voltage of parasitic substrate PNP transistor. A novel switched capacitor integrator based on positive-negative synchronous integration is introduced to amplify the weak temperature signal precisely and provide a method to represent the temperature in analog domain. Temperature quantization is accomplished by a 12-bit ultra-low-power successive approximation analog-to-digital converter providing a resolution of 0.03125°C/LSB. The circuit was simulated by using device model of 0.18-μm CMOS process. The output integration swing is 2VPP and the average current dissipation is 38.91μA at 1.8V supply. The sensor achieves an accuracy of -0.1°C to +0.33°C in the temperature range of -39°C to 89°C.

Meshless collocation method based on generalized multiquadrics radial basis function is used to study the free vibration of simply supported laminated composite plates. The generalized multiquadric radial basis function g=[r2+c2]q has the exponent q and shape parameter c that play an important role in the accuracy of the approximation. Genetic algorithm is utilized to optimize the shape parameter and exponent of generalized multiquadrics radial basis function. The natural frequencies of simply supported laminated composite plates are calculated using the generalized multiquadrics with optimal shape parameter, exponent and compared with the analytical solutions.

Proportion, integration and differential gain of nonlinear PID Controller is nonlinear function of controlling error. This paper performed the non-linear PID controller parameter optimization of vertical take-off and landing stage for tilt rotor aircraft using the genetic algorithm. Dual loop control is used. Inner loop is angular velocity loop. Outer loop is angular position loop. According to the features of stability control of vertical take-off and landing stage of tilt rotor aircraft, system ascend time, steady error, and weighted overshoot are chosen as objective function of optimization. Simulation results show that controller designed by the present method can meet the requirement of control.

The choice of shape parameter of radial basis function has the important effect on the accuracy of meshless radial basis function collocation method. The natural frequencies of simply supported laminated composite plates are calculated using the inverse multiquadrics radial basis function with optimal shape parameter and compared with the analytical solutions.

This paper utilized the genetic algorithm to optimize the PID controller of vertical take-off and landing stage of tilt rotor aircraft. According to the features of stability control of vertical take-off and landing stage of tilt rotor aircraft, system ascend time, steady error, and weighted overshoot are chosen as objective function of optimization. Simulation results show that PID controller designed by the genetic algorithm possess the excellent flexibility, adaptability and can produce the better control effect.

A model of wireless network data interchange was built to solve cross-platform exchange data in intelligent robot. In the framework of embedded Soft-PLC - Codesys real-time operating system, we apply Socket network programming technology based on TCP/IP communication protocol to set up a physical channel between VC++ platform and the Codesys platform. It realizes the real-time data exchange between host-computer and slave-computer uploaded embedded operation system of robot. A special multi-threaded processing class was developed to enhance the multi-tasking allocation ability of the system. Exchanged data was packaged and analyzed to ensure the accuracy of transmitted data. The experiment shows built communication system platform is justifiable, and data transmission speed is less than 10ms. It is able to meet the needs of real-time control in intelligent robot.

The main goal of this research include: deploying PLM component library using open source project OpenStack and KVM; studying the component communication method under heterogeneous environments on the basis of distributing framework model Remote Method Invocation (RMI); designing PLM soft component’s facet and interface; putting forward the steps of developing the distributed PLM component based on EJB technology (include Session Bean, Entity Bean, Message Bean); issuing distributed PLM component that is packed into Web service in order to achieve the mapping between PLM soft component and Web service by using J2EE Web service component; developing a PLM component library management system based on SOA framework.

The accuracy of calibration is a critical link which affects the accuracy of the machine vision system. Several factors affecting the accuracy of the binocular vision calibration were analyzed. To construct a reprojection error was as a cost function. Deference controllable factors were set to getting intrinsic parameters. And then reprojection error was depicted utilizing a variety of graphical form, such as 2D coordinate drawings, line charts and cross-hatched map. The correlation between parameters which were paid attention in calibration process was analyzed clearly and directly. The selection of optional parameters is described based visualization. The selection basis of optional parameters was offered by experiments.

An angle maneuver control strategy of spacecraft with two flexible appendages based on component synthesis vibration suppression (CSVS) method is put forward. Unwanted flexible vibration modes can be eliminated while desired rigid motion can be achieved by this method. Jet device and Momentum wheel system are used as the actuator of the spacecraft’s angle maneuver. Several time-fuel control strategies are designed for spacecraft with flexible appendages. Simulation results validate the feasibility of the CSVS method. The DC motor control method is researched in order to combine momentum wheel system with CSVS method.

To solve the problem of massive PLM product data analysis, a PLM product data analysis system based on OpenStack cloud platform was proposed.It includes a data analysis method of structured products based on data warehouse and a data analysis method of non-structured products based on Hadoop. By means of the former method, firstly product data was filtered, tranformed and loaded into the warehouse, then the required data cube was extracted, lastly the structured product data was analyzed with the analysis tools of data warehouse. By means of the latter method, the product data firstly was loaded into the distributed file system,and the non-structured massive PLM product data was analyzed by the data mining algorithm,which was programmed by JAVA language based on MapReduce. By applying the methods mentioned above to massive PLM product data analysis, it shows that these methods hava a higher efficiency.

This paper briefly introduces the basic ideas of the four methods and compares them. Some challenging topics are presented based on the reviewed papers.

18. A Study Designed to Improve High-Temperature Thermal Stability of SiC Fiber

In a high-temperature environment, the pyrolytic reaction of the SiC fiber destroyed the chain structure of the fiber and cause fiber apparent weightlessness, the surface and internal of fiber produce porous structure defects. In order to improve high-temperature thermal stability of SiC fiber that the reunion composite powder (CP) of perlite and nanozirconia was prepared by atomized granulation technology, and the CP is sprayed the surface of SiC fiber by plasma spraying technology. The SiC fiber was completely ablation at 1200°C for 3h. On the contrary, the spraying CP of fiber is not affected, showing favorable high-temperature stability. The surface appearance of the fiber was analyzed by means of SEM, and the flame temperature Spray Watch.

Radar obtains motion information of target from received modulated electromagnetic waves, which is usually periodical pulses or continuous waves. In this process, noise will affect the detection performance. However, as a modulated transmitting signal, noise has incomparable advantages over traditional radar. In this article, the mechanism of noise as modulation signal is introduced, and subsequently focused on the principles of distance ranging the corresponding estimation methods are proposed. Besides, the interference resistance characters of noise radar is verified by simulation.

With the development of modern logistics system, the automatic logistics distribution centers have been built in most tobacco enterprises. The packaging system plays important role in the distribution center, it is necessary to construct a set of scientific method to evaluate the packaging system mode. According to the real situation of tobacco logistics distribution center, the cost and benefit are set to the general goal. For these three modes of packaging system, packaging by hand, automatic packaging and packaging by heat-shrinkable material, the evaluation index system and hierarchical structure are built. Refer to the hierarchical chart and the principle of AHP, the weight of each index is calculated. On the basis of weight that worked out by AHP, the final evaluation result can be found and analyzed follow the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, reference the consequences of the FCE, the DEA model based on FCE is used to enhance the integrality and systematic of the evaluate result.

For the current smart building energy control algorithms are still large energy loss, poor energy-saving effect and other issues, this paper presents a fuzzy neural network algorithm based on improved BP algorithm, the improved algorithm of BP neural network algorithm first reverse dissemination and weighting coefficients are adjusted to accelerate the convergence rate of the original algorithm, and then build the improved BP neural network algorithm for fuzzy neural network, and then to improve it fuzzy membership function parameters to improve the efficiency of fuzzy neural network learning. Simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy neural network algorithm based on improved BP algorithm in the intelligent building energy control, with the algorithm is better than traditional BP neural network energy savings, reducing the energy loss rate.

With the increase of the load capacity and the development of the automation degree, the power dispatching center has a higher requirement for the primary frequency regulation function of the unit aircrew. After a certain period of time when the unit has been put into operation, the primary frequency regulation function must have the conditions to be put into operation, so that the unit can be involved in grid frequency at any time when the conditions are satisfied and the power supply quality can be fully guaranteed [1]. The regulation performance of primary frequency regulation plays a vital role in maintaining the stability of the unit aircrew and the power grid, so it is very necessary to conduct the frequency tests for the thermal power units [2]. In this paper, we describe the disturbance tests and recovery tests under different load points and different network frequencies. Through the analysis, we can draw the conclusion that the primary frequency regulation function of unit 1 can fully meet the requirement of the frequency regulation of the power grid.

23. Properties of X80 Pipeline Girth Welds for Different Welding Procedures

The X80 girth welds were produced by solid-wire gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and shield metal arc welding (SMAW) using two welding consumables respectively, which contained different mass fraction of C, Mo and Ni. The tensile properties, notch toughness, hardness, and microstructures of welded joints were evaluated. The results indicate that high strength and good toughness of welded joints can be achieved. But the tensile properties of all weld metal of GMAW and SMAW process were evidently different because of the difference of mass fraction of C, Mo, Ni. The strength reduced slightly in softening zone of HAZ. Using welding consumable which contain higher Mo additions, the microstructure in filler weld and fusion zones were IAF+GB and GB+M respectively. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of X80 pipeline welded by single wire welding and double wire welding respectively have been compared. The double wire welds exhibited lower yield strength but higher toughness compared to the corresponding single wire welds.

The paper proposes a manipulation principle teaching system of the main clutch based on PLC control with a high degree of automation. It is designed combining with the working characteristics of a certain type main clutch and its purpose is to meet the training needs of armored vehicles driving manipulation skills for junior commanders in military academies. The sensor signals can be collected by the system to simulate the driving manipulation signals. The actuators are consisted of displaying lights, electromagnets and stepper motor. So the various actuators can be controlled comprehensively to imitate main clutch mechanism to show different working conditions which can be converted according to the teaching needs.

The octane-succinyl-chitosan (C8-SCCHS) was synthesized by modifying chitosan (CHS) , characterized by IR, 1H NMR, WAXD and octane-succinyl-chitosan/polyethylene glycol (C8-SCCHS)/PEG interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) hydrogel was prepared by croslinking of C8-SCCHS and PEG. The swelling behaviors of hydrogels in different pH solutions have been studied. The pH sensibility were researched. Micromorphology of the external surface of the hydrogels were imaged by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Aciclovir as a model drug to study the performance of their release. The results show that the gels have porous cross-linked network structure, which is beneficial to absorbing water or drug, and have ability of controlled release for aciclovir.

In this paper, the pyrolysis characteristics ofChlorella vulgaris(C. vulgaris) (a kind of microalgae) under different microwave power and pyrolysis atmosphere are studied by microwave oven. The results show that under N2atmosphere, a power of 1500W is required for optimal oil production, 2250W for optimal gas production and 750W for optimal residue. Under CO2atmosphere, a power of 2250W is required for maximum oil production, 1500W for maximum gas production and 750W for maximum residue.

This paper conducted a study on fatigue properties of the most widely used joint at hoisting equipment-steel Q235 butt welded joint’s, based on the improved linear equivalent structural stress method, the stress of the weld joint can be obtained, and the master S-N curve of Q235 weld joint be acquired through fatigue test, thus the joints stress distribution under different stress environment can be gained through improved linear equivalent structural stress calculation and the fatigue life of the joint can be realized at the master S-N curve. The stress distribution situation and the fatigue life of butt welded joint can be calculated by integrated finite element software, this have profound reference significance to hoisting machinery industry.

High wind speedandloudnoise usually occur in the hydropower station spillway tunnel, which will impact the producing environment of operators. In this paper, turbulent model and VOF modelwere combinedto simulate wind speed and the volume of ventilated airin ventilation holeandthreeaeratorsin the spillway tunnel on the right bank of a hydropower station in China. The results show thatVOF modelcan well simulate ventilated air induced by water drag, andthe volume of ventilated air in ventilation hole is the largest.Wind speed distribution on the longitudinal sectionof the inlet of ventilation hole is non-uniform,and loud noisewill occurthere. Wind speed on the left side of three aerators is higher than that on the right side. The results of the volume of ventilated airin threeaerators simulated by VOF modelare credible, but we should improve the VOF model to more accurately simulate aerated flow.

At the same time it was been verified correctly in RFID communication system. And the results are verified in the specified clock frequency in xc2vp4-6fg256 device in FPGA Xilinx kit using VI-IDL in RTL level. It with strong portability could extend to all CRC system.

Based on the typical adjacent project of extension of LianHuo expressway which is constructed on WenXiang tunnel, the finite difference software, Flac3D, is adopted to stimulate the process of the construction. In this paper, from two aspects, the deformation of profile and cross-section, serviceability state is analyzed in detail. In the profile plot, usually displacement of the invert arch is less than that of the vault, and affected by the mutual position of topography and excavation, the maximum displacement, 6.3mm, merges at 50m of the vault in the profile plot; in the cross-section plot, due to occurrence of unloading effect brought by overlying excavation, tunnel structure has the tendency of rising toward the excavation. The calculated result shows that the displacement of WenXiang tunnel locating on the line of ZhengZhou-Xi’an Railway High-speed can be well controlled by adopting the excavation method of layering excavation at vertical direction and section excavation at longitudinal direction, which makes the safety of serviceability state of extension of expressway and the operation of Railway High-speed.

The technologies of ion exchange resin for ultra pure hydrogen peroxide production are more and more focused.The aim of this research was to select suitable parmeters for effective removal of P ion impurities from the experimetal aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution to produce ultra-pure hydrogen peroxide. Dynamic experiments for the different operation conditions, i.e., initial concentrations, flow rates, ratios of height to diameter were carried out. The concentrations of P anion of the effluent samples from the anion exchange resin column were determined by ICPS-7510.The breakthrough curves of P ion were measured and analyzed. The results showed that P ion could be reduced effectively from the experimetal aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution with the fitting conditions of ion exchange resin column, It provided the basis for determining of the suitable operating conditions of ion exchange column of commercial plant.

Dissolved organic matter is an important and active component in both terrestrial and aquatic ecosystem. It has become a hotspot in environment science, with active functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, amino that can influence adsorption and migration of heavy metal contaminants in soil system. Through soil column leaching experiment the article demonstrates that Cr (VI) is dominated by physical adsorption in soils. By using DOM eluent and distilled water to leach at different temperatures in soil, this article shows that release ability of Cr increases with temperature rising, while its deposition capacity increases with temperature decreasing in Water Level Fluctuating Zone. Combined with Gibbs theory, Cr (VI) may take complexation reaction with DOM in soil medium. Thus, new substances appear under the proof of XRD graph.

The paper presents a numerical simulation to investigate the heat transfer enhancement of a rectangular pipe with longitudinal fins for the automobile thermoelectric generator. The fins were inserted near the pipe wall. The effects of flow rate (wi=10m/s-50m/s), fin length ( l=100, 133, 200, 400), fin spacing (d=20, 30, 40, 50), fin height (h=20, 30, 40, 50) on Nusselt number (Nu), friction factor (f) and overall enhancement ratios (ƞ) are investigated under constant wall temperature , using air as woking fluid. Number calculations were performed with FLUENT code. The obtained results reveal that all geometric parameters have important effect on the thermal performance of pipe, and the finned pipe show better thermal performance than smooth pipe. It is also found that the overall enhancement ratios increase with increasing fin length and fin height, also the overall enhancement ratios decrease with increasing fin spacing. All finned pipes have good heat performance with ƞ greater than 1. The best overall enhancement of 1.25 was achieved for wi=10m/s for which the fin dimensions is l = 400mm, d = 20mm, h = 50mm.

In order to establish and solve vehicle-bridge interaction matrix equations more easily and able to be applied to any vehicle-bridge interaction problems, a procedure has been programmed based on the ANSYS and MATLAB. Its feasibility and accuracy has been verified via comparing the results of a simple example with another verified procedure programed in the same method based on MATLAB. A study of contrasting moving load model and moving sprung mass model has been done with the former procedure. It indicates that the inertia force of the mass has a low effect on the dynamic response of vehicle and bridge when the vertical roughness of the bridge and damping effect are ignored.

The poly-histidine (poly-HTD) film was prepared at glassy carbon electrode by electropolymerization, and its electrochemical behavior was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. Results show that the behavior of this poly-HTD film is in good agreement with quasi-reversible process characteristic. At low scan rates, the electronic transfer process of electrode reaction is controlled by surface process. At this poly-HTD film modified electrode, an excellent electrocatalytic ability towards the redox of hydroquinone (HQ) and catechol (CC) with decrease of the overpotential and improvement of the redox peak currents was found. Differential pulse voltammetry was used for the simultaneous determination of HQ and CC in their mixture, and the peak-to-peak separation ΔEpfor HQ and CC was 110 mV. Therefore, this polymer modified electrode can be used for the simultaneously selective determination of HQ and CC without interference with each other.

Most of photocatalytic reaction taken place in a slurry type reactor, which is of poor light utilization and difficulty to recycling of photocatalyst. To overcome these drawbacks, a floating photocatalyst (TiO2/EP) was prepred by hrothermal method, in which EP(Expanded Perlite) was used as an substrate. Photocatalysts activity was evaluated under UV light using Rhodamine B as the pollutant model. The effect of heating temperature, heating time and dosage of EP on activity of TiO2/EP were Discussed. The results showed 2h and 200°C were the optimal conditions and the dosage of EP has no significant effect on activity of TiO2/EP. The results of XRD and SEM showed TiO2 is anatase form, well crystallized and dispersed; its particle size is about 100~150nm. This floating photocatalyst can remove about 97.4% rhodamine B(10mg/L) during 90min under UV light. It has broad prospects for engineering applications.

The degradation rules of glycan in reed ethanol/water cooking process were studied. The degradation rules of polydextrose and polyxylose were obtained in the cooking process by means of ion chromatography determination of glucose and xylose in the reed ethanol pulp content under different holding time. Results showed that cellulose (polydextrose) removal rate obviously was divided into two stages, rapid removal stage at the holding time of 0-90min and slow removal stage at the holding time of 90-210min; hemicellulose (xylan) removal rate was also divided into two stages, slow removal stage at the holding time of 0-60 min and rapid removal stage at the holding time from 60min until the end; meanwhile the change rules of lignin and ash content were achieved.

Variamine blue (VB) polymer coatings can be obtained by electrochemical polymerization at glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behavior of this stable polymer film at glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The surface coverage, Γ,the charge transfer coefficient, α , and the charge transfer constant, ks, for electron transfer between VB and glassy carbon electrode were calculated as 9.0×́10-5 mol·cm-2, 0.47, 2.97 s-1 respectively. This VB polymer coatings modified electrode shows good electrocatalytic activity toward ascorbic acid (AA), uric acid (UA). It can be used in simultaneous determination of AA and UA in a mixture.

This article studied the pulp contrast of reed three-stage counter-current cooking and single-stage cooking, meanwhile analyzed the regulation of the yield , the hardness of pulps and the properties of the waste liquor from each cooking stage of reed three-stage counter-current batch cooking with ethanol-water process. The SEM and IR-FT were employed to gain more understanding on the change of lignin on fiber surface and the structural change of lignin separated from waste liquor of each stage. The results show that single-stage cooking need to keep 190°C for 4.0 hours to get the best results, while the three-stage counter-current cooking need 1.5 hours more, but the highest temperature fallen by 20°C and the screened pulp yield increased by 3.9%, also the Kappa number decreased by 11. In the process of reed three-stage counter-current batch cooking with ethanol-water, the degradation and removal of lignin and glycan occurs mainly in the first stage. After the first stage cooking, most fibroblasts did not reach the fiber separation point and the screened pulp yield is only 38.7%. After the second and third stage cooking, the fiber separation became better ,the screened pulp yield increased to 49.72% and the Kappa number decreased to 25.6 . As the analysis of the results from the each-stages lignin by IR-FT, the structure of lignin had no significant difference .
