Modifications of red mud for activating available silicon (Si) by phosphates were carried on in this paper. And then the modified red mud materials were used to stabilize Cd in an ore soil. Results indicated that phosphates efficiently increase the content of available Si in red mud. In the stabilization, exchange Cd was decreased by 90.97% when using 5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate modified red mud, which was better than using raw re mud as the decrease was 77.08%. In rice pot soil, increases of residue Cd were positively correlated with the increases of available Si (P

In this paper, the effects on measurement missing distance due to the movement of target are analyzed, and the new method for missing distance measurement error correcting based on space coordinates correction is studied. With the optimal one-dimensional search algorithm in the miss distance calculation obviously increase the processing speed. The simulation results show that this kind of error correction method can effectively reduce the miss distance measurement error.

This paper calculates the carbon emissions from energy consumption of 30 provinces in China through 2000-2010, and research correlation of factors such as regional economic gap and regional characteristics of carbon emissions in the process of regional economic coordinated development. The LMDI decomposition model is used to decompose the growth rate of China’s carbon emissions into 4 types of driving factors, i.e. GDP, industrial pollutants emission intensity, industrial structure and imbalance of regional economic development, to analyze influence of scale effect, technical effect, industrial structure effect and regional spatial structure effect on carbon emissions in the process of China's regional economic development. The results show that: The scale effect is determinants of carbon emissions increasing. The technical effect is the most important force to inhibit the increment of carbon emissions. Industrial structure effect and regional spatial structure effect on carbon emissions are not yet stable, but have a certain pull impact on increasing carbon emissions.

It is a complex coupling of multi-physics field for metal deformed flow behavior under the condition of adhesive friction, which has been studied in this paper. In this paper, ring upsetting has been carried out with various press amounts. By comparisons of the transient displacement figure of internal & external metal particles under different press quantities, deformed flow state of metal particles is obtained, and inverse flow is found under the adhesive friction. Based on transient displacement obtained by ring upsetting, the flow orientation of the whole specimen is specifically acquired by means of piecewise cubic hermite polynomial interpolation. In the end, representation model of deformed flow behavior is put forward to illustrating and predicting the flow behavior of metal particles.

A type of composite resin substituted for cement slurry was developed for channelling and leakoff blockage in oil production and water injection wells of sandstone reservoirs in Huabei oilfields.Laboratory evaluation showed that the controlled reaction time was 3~8h at 40~110°C,the tensile strength of curing samples was 10.8 ~ 13.1 MPa, the compressive strength 13 ~ 87MPa, and the shear strength 9.2 ~ 28.9MPa.Any corrosion ratio in 10%HClNaOHNaCl was less than 1% at 100°C for 24 hours. Field application was successful and the pressure drop was less than 0.5MPa after shuting down for 30min.

In view of rapid water cut increasing and poor oil recovery with banded distribution with high permeability belt in sandstone reservoir of Huabei Oilfield,the electrical bridge technique for water shut-off is proposed. Based on years practice of vertical wells and similarity in Ohms and Darcys laws,the electrical model involved variable resistors series/parallel instead of reservoir distribution,the arm-bridge circuit combined with signal detection. Then response of the circuit by variable water shut-off could be simulated. The results indicated that,the driving pressure and seepage quantity at mid-low permeability channel could be greatly improved by the strong in-depth water-plugging at high permeability channel (L=20~40m),and the low permeability flowrate increased to a maximum of 55.3%. Then the gel dam in-depth fluid diversion technique was verified by water plugging and circuit simulation. The conclusions provided a valuable guidance for horizontal wells development enhanced.

To improve the system efficiency of rod pumped wells is a systematical engineering which depends on various cost control methods during the operational process and technologies of improving equipment & system operational efficiency, and closely related to pumping equipment selection, production parameters optimization design and well management. This paper analyzes the existing problems under current management mode and proposes to establish management control mode where application and of rod pumped well engineering design system software is organically linked with maintenance from the perspective of the user.

This paper presents a novel topology and the coordinating control strategy of the hybrid cascade energy storage and bi-directional power regulation device. First, the voltage gain and power transmission characteristics of isolated half-bridge DC/DC converter have been analyzed. On this basis, the coordinating control strategy of the two kinds of converters is mainly studied. Finally, a detailed bi-directional power regulation device model is established on a PSCAD/EMTDC platform.

In order to solving the establishment problem of satellites formation establishing in elliptical orbits, the problem of Lambert transfer based on two-impulse control with unfixed time and initial position is studied. The Niche Genetic Algorithms (NGA) is used to locating the optimal transfer orbit, and the transfer time and initial position are coded into genetic algorithms, as well as the fitness functions are designed to total coasting. The results show that the NGA can solve the optimization problem of two-impulse control effectively, furthermore, the performance of NGA is more effective than the traditional genetic algorithm. The research provides a way for satellites formation establishing based on two-impulse control.

Eco-compensation for Coastal Principal Function Zoning (CPFZ) is a novel and important research topic. This paper chooses the coastal area of Xiamen Bay as the study area, and attempts to research on the eco-compensation under the framework of CPFZ. At first, the paper discusses the connotation of eco-compensation for CPFZ, and points out that the main consideration should be given to two aspects: the compensation for losses of coastal ecosystem services caused by the leading industry, and the compensation for losses of the restricted or prohibited industries due to the leading industry priority. Then, based on the framework of CPFZ in Xiamen Bay, this article estimates the losses of ecosystem services caused by the leading industries and the corresponding eco-compensation amount, as well as the losses of the restricted or prohibited industries and the reference amount of the claim, using the valuation of ecosystem services combined with the expert judgment method, and the market price method, respectively. Finally, the compensation approaches and the relevant policy are suggested. This work will be helpful to promote the operability of CPFZ and provide reference for further related researches.

The dynamic response of the casing string under the mud line is concerned by engineer when deepwater drilling operating. Considering with the nonlinear characteristics of seabed soil, a dynamic differential equation of the casing string below mud line was established. Then the Newmark method was adapted to solving this equation by time step. Results illustrate that, the deformation and internal force of the casing string in low frequency region have little difference with the static situation. The amplitude of the string displacement increases gradually at the natural frequency. And the hysteretic phenomenon more and more obviously at this point also. In general, there are almost no influences to the dynamic lateral bearing of the casing string when not considering the wellhead vertical force. Use a static method to analyses the wellhead stability and the string bearing capacity can meet the project requirement. The dynamic analysis of casing string coupled with the marine riser is very necessary to future work.

Palm vein pattern recognition is one of the newest biometric techniques researched today.At present, literatures selecte the center of the palm as the ROI of palm vein recognition. However the vein image in this area is not clear in some peoples palm. In this paper, we proposed a new location method of ROI which takes thenar area as the ROI. In the experiment part, it compares the recognition rate between the new and the traditional ROI in self-established contactless palm vein database. The result shows that this new method has got the recognition rate of 98.9258% and has increased recognition rate 2.0911% compared with the traditional one.

This paper presents a new methodology for power cable monitoring. The methodology makes the transient voltage and current of the power cable as the source; decomposing the transient voltage and current to the harmonic sequence, then the defecting insulation identification function can be built. Calculating the distribution of the identification function in harmonics and the frequency characteristics of the equivalent insulation resistance , the power cable insulation defects monitoring and diagnosis can be achieved. Only the existing monitoring system hardware without external source can be used by the method ology mentioned, the cable insulation defects can be monitored simply and practically. The methodology is benefit for Power cable insulation defects contribute to the development of monitoring cable insulation defects technology.

Different vegetation patterns have difference influenced on the soil nutrients and the soil nutrient contents of different soil layers in the same vegetation patterns are also different in size. In this paper, we analyze the main soil nutrients of different soil layers in different vegetation patterns in Huanghuadianzi small watershed in Ao HanQI of Chifeng in China. The result shows that in different vegetation patterns, the secondary forest of natural bush have an obvious effect on the nutrient and concentration of organic; in the artificial forest, mingled forest has a better improving effect on soil than the pure forest and natural grassland has the smallest effect; in the same vegetation patterns, organic, total nitrogen present an overall reduction trend with the deepening of soil layer accept 40-60cm soil layers. The analysis result of this paper can provide a theoretical basis for further researching the dynamic nutrient change, tree variety optimization arrangement and regional land use planning in forest grass zone.

Planar target is a location reference that is widely used in vision detection system. Based on monocular vision and circular markers on the planar target, a new method of determining the pose of target spatial plane is proposed. Since CCD image of a circle is an ellipse ,determining the pose of spatial plane may be transformed into determining the pose of ellipse. Ellipse curve equation of circle’s image is deduced and the independent parameters of ellipse are obtained, the relationship between spatial plane and ellipse parameters is established, thus the pose of spatial plane can be determined. By calculating the relative displacement with the standard plane that its depth information is known, the depth information from the center of ellipse image to the camera coordinate system is obtained. The algorithm is simple and fast, and it can be widely used in monocular vision detection.

In order to explore effects of Chinese herbal medicine extracts on preservation of fresh areca nuts, extracts from ginger, garlic and leaves of several Hainan tropical drug plants such as Macaranga hemsleyana Pax ＆ Hoffm, Canthium horridu Bl., Hainania trichosperma Merr., Vatica mangachapoi Blanco, together with water-soluble chitosan were used to preserve fresh areca nut. In the process, changes of apparent, weight loss, pH value, VC content and total sugar content were determined. Results showed that the Macaranga hemsleyana Pax ＆ Hoffm extracts give the best fresh preservation effects on areca nuts. With the same preservation time, fresh areca nuts rate is the highest and changes of every measured value are smallest. The fresh keeping period can be stretched from 12days to 21days under the same circumstance.

The research analyzes the residence buildings in winter in China which use toilet exhaust units and kitchen ventilator in various combinations as the existing exhaust system, meanwhile, set adjustable air intakes above bedroom and living room windows respectively. In order to provide certain security to solve the comfortable living environment, the indoor transient CO2 concentration distribution is simulated in different exhaust conditions by software Airpak.

It is the considerable measure that adopting the ventilation solar wall to make up the indoor air in winter because this method embodies the effective use of renewable energy. This paper analyzes the needed volume of make-up air in the different conditions of indoor air exhaust in winter and builds a solar wall to heat the make-up air. Under the conditions of different solar wall size of air channel thickness and so on, Conclusions can be simulated by using CFD software. When the optimum cavity width B is 50mm, the height of air supply outlet D is 30mm and the volume of make-up air is 200 m3/h,the maximum temperature rise of the air rises to 24°C.But when the volume of make-up air is 600 m3/h, there has the best energy-saving effect.

For controlling emergency escaping by a bus driver in the case of air control door cannot be opened normally, the paper presented a multi-manual emergency escaping system of pneumatic bus door. Bus driver and passenger can control doors expediently. The pneumatic circuit of the system and its overall arrangement is discussed. A manual control device with special valve core structure is designed. The working performance of the manual shift directional valve is analyzed. The results indicate that driver and passengers can control the bus doors under the state of abnormal condition via manual control devices in series connection rapidly. Driver and passengers control is without mutual interference. Manual shift directional valves are convenient, reliable and fast.

The establishment of process cost estimation model based on features and intelligent computation can quickly and accurately estimate the process cost of product with high precision. In the condition of poor basic data and inadequate labor power, material and financial resources, carry out the study and practice on the locomotive axle process cost estimation based on features and intelligent computation from the product process. This method can quickly estimate the cost of the product with a high use value.

Non-contact measuring method based on CCD camera is desirable for product quality of high temperature long-shaft heavy forgings. In the light of the characteristics of RGB primary color and halation in forging image, the mean red gray value in the high temperature area is proposed as the dynamic threshold to acquire external contours. Internal edges in the image of the hot forging are blurry and discontinuous. For these characteristics, a method based on quadratic B-spline curve is employed to extract and fit the internal contours. Experiments show that this method can effectively remove pseudo features and extract accurate internal and external contours for images of high temperature squaring and chamfering forgings of 900 0C to 1050 0C.

This paper chooses a land reclamation project of Dadeng sea area, Xiamen as a case, and put emphasis on discussing how to calculate the marine eco-compensation standard of land reclamation from sea based on the losses of ecosystem services. It starts with the classification of coastal ecosystem services and the analysis of adverse impacts caused by the reclamation project, and then builds the relevant valuation models of ecosystem service losses under the above classification framework and estimates the losses of coastal ecosystem services incurred by the project. On the basis of these, the paper puts forward a method for calculating the theoretical compensation standard and applies it to the case study. The results show that, the total loss of ecosystem services caused by the land reclamation project amounts to 40.88 million yuan/a, in which the loss of space resources (i.e. mariculture space) in provisioning services is the largest, amounting to 30.71 million yuan/a, and the loss of per unit sea area is about 4.19 yuan/m2a. The estimated compensation standards are 209.6 yuan/m2 with discounting rate of 2% and 93.2 yuan/m2 with discounting rate of 4.5%, respectively. It is proposed that the compensation amount can be determined through bargaining between compensators and compensation receivers in practice, based on the theoretical compensation standard as well as the compensation receivers’ willingness to accept, the economic level of land reclamation area, and the local cultures et al.

In this paper, we present a density-method-based model to allocate the refining cost to petroleum products such as gasoline and diesel. By using this model, we also present an empirical study of China, which is based on a virtual crude oil refining process proposed referring to the technical configuration of oil refining industry in China. Three scenarios of the cost of gasoline and diesel are illustrated referring to different settings of the change of the international crude oil prices. The results indicate that the cost of gasoline and diesel change nearly the same amplitude as the change of crude oil price. However, the margin between the cost of gasoline and diesel will slightly increase with the rise of crude oil price. Besides, we also present a sensitivity analysis of the operation cost of each unit in the refining process. The results reveal that the operation cost of catalytic reforming is the most important influencing factor of the cost of gasoline, while the operation cost of hydrogen cracking influences the cost of diesel mostly.

Hydraulic motor is one of the elements with a high occurrence rate of failure in hydraulic system of amphibious assault vehicles. When the motor leakage reaches the limit value allowed, the motor should be renewed or overhauled. Through an analysis of the influencing factors that affect hydraulic motor leakage of amphibious assault vehicles, this article establishes a support vector regression model for motor leakage and gets a maximum relative error of 4.29% between the fitted value and the measured value of motor leakage, which offers more reliable evidence for scientific determination of renewal period or overhaul period of hydraulic motor

A method which utilizes the power bond graph to establish the flexible hose model is described in this work. By using this method, the paper establishes mathematical modeling for the location of electro-hydraulic proportional control system with the flexible hose. And then, this article completes dynamic simulation by MATLAB and analyses the results of simulation. The effect of the flexible hose parameters on dynamics characteristics of the hydraulic system is also studied.

In this paper a method of on-line adaptation to illumination is proposed for mobile robot based on omni-directional in a changing illumination environment. Illumination condition is represented by an average luminance distribution of a reference object in a time series images. Illumination change is detected by computing the KL-divergence between two different distributions. A dual-threshold strategy is used to classify the current illumination into known conditions or an unknown one. According to illumination the robot decides to switch to a corresponding color calibration or learn a new one. Experiments have been carried out on the soccer robot M-TR. Experimental results show the efficiency of the proposed method.

In order to find the typical acoustic emission (AE) parameters for distinguishing the original specimen without being welded and the specimen with blowhole defect all made of WELDOX960 steel. Three-point bending test on the two specimens were conducted respectively. Firstly, from the procedural map, we deduced that the reason why there was such a sudden energy leap is because of the activities of welding crack, and the multistage energy release also because of the step by step propagation of welding crack in despite of any kind of welding defect. AE parameter distribution map and statistical distribution analysis results also validated the before-mentioned judgment. We found the parameter distribution map of amplitude, count, duration time and centroid frequency of the two specimens were distinctly different, thus those characters can be used as the indicator on its own for distinguishing the two kinds of AE source, i.e., the plastic deformation and the crack generation and propagation

CT technology was used in nondestructive testing procedure of Wood-plastic composite in the paper as well as computes the CT number range of different Wood-plastic composite tomography slices in statistic method. A fitting mathematical model between CT number and Wood-plastic composite density was Calculated, because of the linear relationship exists between Wood-plastic composite density and CT number. Hence, a new method in the nondestructive testing of Wood-plastic composite density was provided.

In order to improve the accuracy of tiger skin texture recognition, a skin texture identification method based on fuzzy closeness is put forward in this paper: four skin texture stripes extracted from a tiger texture image are selected as a research object. The image treatment process is: firstly, connected their endpoints to form three quadrilaterals, then regarded the quadrilateral area, bottom length, and left bottom corner features as the characteristics index of the object, the fuzzy closeness degree derived from the characteristics is compared with the standard models, and the final closeness degree is obtained. Experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of tiger skin texture recognition, and identify the tiger skin texture effectively to achieve individual identification of tigers finally.

The precise edges of forging should be extracted from the image when measuring the dimensions of high temperature forging based on the non-contact image measurement technique. It is difficult to distinguish the forging boundary precisely due to the continuous variation of the air temperature near the forging. The two-dimensional simplified cross-section models, including the squaring, chamfering and rounding models, were established by the symmetrical modeling method. The air-cooling process from 1200°C to 800°C of high temperature long-shaft heavy forging was simulated based on ANSYS software. The variation regularities of temperature with the distance and time were obtained, which provides a theoretical basis to determine the edges of high temperature objects in non-contact measurement.

Because of the problem that how to formulate standard working hours quickly and accurately in the process of making time quota for enterprises at the present stage, we propose a concept which is a set of operating action and process feature. Considering the similarity of the attribute of process feature between the parts, and seeming the class of locomotive wheels as the object of research, we design a typical template of formulating standard process auxiliary processing time using MOD, this template faces process feature. In actual application, enterprises only have to modify the template slightly in view of the actual situation to meet the requirements.

In competitive petroleum markets, oil price forecasting has always been an important strategic tool for oil producers and consumers to predict market behavior. In this study, we researched the monthly crude oil price in the period between 1988 and 2009. Firstly, we present a state space model to represent oil price system. Secondly, we determine the parameter estimates of the state space model for oil price through a faster algorithm to compute the likelihood function. Lastly, we use the Kalman filter method to estimate the next three months’ oil price and compare it with the econometric structure model as a benchmark. Empirical results indicate that the state space model performs well in terms of some standard statistics indices, and it may be a promising method for short-term oil price forecasting.

The thesis researches relevant theory about process design of pressure vessel, analyzing and standardizing process documents of pressure vessel, and conducting research on general model and relevant technologies of pressure vessel CAPP management based on network. Utilizing JSP software and MS-SQL SERVER data base, we design a practical platform for pressure vessel CAPP management standardization based on network, realizing product information lay-in/log-in of pressure vessel, derive/design of fabricating process flow card, automatic generation of flow chart, derive/design of product quality plan, user authority management, module management and expansion etc. functions, giving out system sample.

A strain improvement program was developed to increase lipase production by Acinetobacter calcoaceticus D29, in which mutants were generated by Ultraviolet (UV) radiation and selected by resistance to 1.5% (w/v) sodium citrate. One of the mutant strains UN9 exhibited 48.69% more lipase activity than the original strain did. Although the UV random mutagenesis alone is an effective method for general strain improvement, our results showed that UV mutagenesis combined with selection for sodium citrate resistance is a more efficient strategy for screening mutant strains with enhanced lipase production.

To study whether the architectural parameters are sensitive to the shape of volume of interests in micro-CT scanning, six human C5 body samples were scanned by micro-CT. Cubic and cylindrical volumes of interests were acquired as the length of cubic samples was being changed continually. The nonlinear curve fitting method was employed to explore the correlation between the parameters and the volume of interests. The selected morphological indices showed a significantly variable tendency for the lengths of cubic and cylindrical regions of interests, except the Tb.Th and BS/BV. The Dunnett-t tests were performed to compare the architectural parameters of different region of interests against that of control group. There was no significant difference observed between the architectural parameters from cubic region of interests and that from the cylindrical region of interests.

The dose calculation parameters of 103Pd radioactive seed need to be determined strictly before clinical application for tumor implanted treatment. The radial dose function and the anisotropy factor are data analyzed and nonlinear fitted based on the value of dose parameters in American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) TG-43 and TG-43U1 by Cftool and SFTool toolbox in Matlab. Result was selected according to the optimum principle of fitting accuracy that is the coefficient of determination is close to 1 and gets the minimum value of the sum of square of deviations in fitting process. The calculation of the radial dose function and the anisotropy factor result are obtained in an ideal situation, and then the dose calculation of 103Pd radioactive seed is determined. The calculation of 103Pd radioactive seed provides a theoretical basis for 103Pd implanted treatment of tumor in clinical.

In the present work, expanded graphite (EG) was prepared by microwave irradiation. Then, the expanded graphite/polyaniline (EG/PANi) composite was synthesized in the typical method. The samples of EG and EG/PANi were characterized by SEM and IR analysis techniques. Adsorption property of EG/PANi composite for removing the dye, reactive brilliant red K-2BP, from aqueous solution was investigated. The effects of initial dye concentration and contact time, pH, sorbent dosage on the adsorption process were studied. Experimental data were modelled by Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. Langmuir isotherm model fitted well the equilibrium data for EG/PANi composite comparing to the Freundlich isotherm model. The uptake capacity of EG/PANi for K-2BP was found to be 1.03047 mg/g. The results indicated that EG/PANi composite is not an ideal sorbent used for reactive dye removal.

Product tolerance is one of the important factors which affect the quality and cost of product. However, influenced by many complicated factors, there are still many problems which need to be resolved compared with other research works in CAD field. How to determine tolerances of product effectively is still a big problem. Based on exponent model of tolerance-cost, the relationships between tolerance and other characteristics influencing processing cost are studied in this paper. A relational model of tolerance-cost is come up with based on the above relationships. And then, internal relation between tolerance and lifetime is discussed. Meanwhile, along with the lifetime converted into the cost, the compensated relational model of tolerance-lifetime is presented. Finally, the method on the decision of tolerance grade is analyzed. This paper realizes the organic combination of tolerance, lifetime and cost, and effectively decides how to generate tolerance grades.

This paper deals with the synthesis and characterization of poly(ethylene glycol)-grafted expanded graphite (PEG-grafted EG) as a novel composite material. The PEG-grafted EG composite was prepared by grafting PEG in the EG layers using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as coupling agent. The EG was prepared after microwave irradiation treatment from the expandable graphite, the obtained EG modified by an excess amount of IPDI. Modified expanded graphite (MEG) mixed in anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and grafted PEG at low temperature atmosphere. The samples of EG and PEG-grafted EG composite was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis technique.

High temperature in fire have serious influences on the structural behavior of reinforced concrete structure, and causes damage in structure, even leads to overall collapse. By thermal and structural analysis using finite element method, the whole-course behavior of a reinforced concrete bridge in fire is simulated, and the transient temperature field, deformation and stress is discussed. These information supply the basis for fire resistance of concrete bridge design.

With the social reform and economy development, both laid-off and employment of university students become the more important social problems. Based on the re-employment project of intelligent building, the technical training characteristics and training strategy have been analyzed. Moreover, in order to improve the professional training effect, some factors should been pay more attention and guaranteed primarily, such as improvement the publicity of related departments, students learning basis and ideological trends, quality education and creative ability training, reasonable arrangement of the training mode, widen training form and so on.

Use of hydrogen as a temporary alloying element in Ti alloys is an attractive approach to improve the mechanical properties of the materials, enhance processability and thereby reduce manufacturing costs. In this paper, the hydrogen diffusion process and the phase transformation both between Ti particles and in Ti sheets were simulated to analyze the mechanism of hydrogen diffusion in different phases (α-Ti, β-Ti and TiHx). With the simulation based on the kinetics and thermodynamics, quantitative behaviors of the hydrogen diffusion and the phase transformation were analyzed. The simulation results provide an insight into the diffusion process and improve the fundamental understanding of the mechanism of diffusion and phase transformation.

In order to identify the Amur tiger individual more accurately and conveniently, a new characteristic of Amur tiger is proposed in this paper. The images of the Amur tiger fur’s texture were first processed by computer through the method of image processing technology. After that it was easier to extract the characteristic from the image. In the Amur tiger’s sideways image, the eigenvalue is the ratio of the specified texture’s area in tiger sideways and standard area. The specified texture’s area is formed with the black stripes whose shape is similar to diamond. Standard area is a triangle area and its vertices are the spine’s highest point, abdomen’s lowest point and caudal vertebra’s central point. Experiments show that the characteristic is a unique characteristic of the Amur tiger individual and it can be used to identify the Amur tiger individual.
