In the present study, Li-B-H films contained LiBH4 and Li2B12H12 were fabricated under different hydrogen pressures (20, 70 Pa) at ambient temperature by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The corrosion behaviors of the films were studied over a time of 1-24 h in the air at ambient temperature. Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to analyze the formed oxidation film. The results indicated that an oxidation film with obvious cracks and holes were formed, which was composed by Li2B4O7 and Li2CO3. The films were mainly reacted with H2O and CO2, so the oxidation of Li-B-H could be prevented by avoiding exposed to air.

In order to study the development characteristics of low permeability gas reservoirs, long cores sampled from natural outcrop are selected to carry out depletion development experiments by using two development modes, namely constant production and constant pressure development modes. The results show: when the average flow rate is equal to bottomhole pressure,constant production development mode is adopted, reservoir pressure drops evenly and gas produces stably. Therefore, its requirements for gas production equipment are relatively low, although its recovery percent is 2% lower than that when constant pressure development mode is adopted. Moreover, when constant production development mode is adopted, the higher the flow rate, the shorter the stable production period and lower the recovery percent. The fitted experimental data shows that the gas well may get reasonable production which is stability and high efficiency when produced in 20%~30% of AFO.

Stratigrafic division and correlation are the basis study on sedimentation and reservoir. Guided by the theory of sedimentology,using drilling,logging,sesmic and other data,with the integrated application of various methods,124 wells which drilled in formation Yingcheng-Shahezi of Lishu rift were carried out classification and correlation,which have shown that formation Shahezi overlapped from sag to high positon,and formation Yingcheng suffered severe erosion later. Three regional marker beds can be identified,formation Yingcheng and Shahezi can be divided into four sand groups. Sangshutai sag was the deep depression of each sand group,Qinjiatun,Sujiatun and Shuanglong area were sub-sags,sedimentary center steadily developed.

The purpose of this study was to establish a relationship between the raw material properties and granulation behavior in extrusion wet granulation (WEG) and high shear wet granulation (HSWG). moisture content (MC), Carr index (CI), angle of repose (AOR), and mean size distribution (MSD) of binary mixtures were examined. The effect of these variables on the processibility and performance of the granulations was evaluated by monitoring such response along with granule growth. The prominent involved findings were that moisture content and Carr index had significant impacts on granule growth, followed by particle size, while angle of repose showed a minimal correlation. These results were physically interpreted by the previous wet granulation theories. The granule growth was linked to the properties of primary mixture. And in the process of high shear and extrusion granulation process, flowability showed an important effect on critical attributes of final product. Understanding the impact of primary properties of raw materials will be useful in mapping a new material to predict its performance in these two different granulation methods.

We herein constructed a electrochemial sensor for T4 DNA ligase detction. In the sensor, the hairpin dsDNA terminal-labeled with 4-((4-(dimethylamino)phenyl)azo)benzoic acid (dabcyl) and thiol group was immobilized on Au electrode surface as the probe by Au-S bond, and the CdS nanoparticles surface-modified with β-cyclodextrins (ZnS-CD) were employed as electrochemical signal provider and host-guest recognition element. After T4 DNA ligase repairing single-strand breaks in duplex DNA, the dsDNA probe underwent a significant conformational change, which forced dabcyl away from the electrode. As a result, formerly shielded dabcyl became accessible to host-guest recognition between β-cyclodextrin and dabcyl, thus the target repairing event could be sensitively transduced to electrochemical signal provided by ZnS-CD.

Under the effect of an adjustable magnetic field (0-0.6T), porous silica gel was synthesized via sol-gel process by phase separation method to investigate the effect of magnetic field on the formation time of porous silica gel and the influence of porous silica gel synthesized under the induction of magnetic field (m-SiO2) on Pb2+adsorption property. The findings of this study show that the reaction rate can be increased and the gelation time shortened under the effect of magnetic field. Within the range of intensity of the magnetic field in this study, the 0.25T magnetic field affects the porous silica gel most significantly and can reduce the gelation time from 120min to 90min; the Pb2+adsorption property of m-SiO2is better than that of ordinary silica gel (SiO2); under the condition that the solid-to-liquid ratio and the pH value change, the Pb2+equilibrium adsorption rate and equilibrium absorption capacity of silica gel synthesized with the 0.25T magnetic field, compared with ordinary silica gel (SiO2), can averagely increase by 11.32% and 11.20mg/g, respectively.

Several results and suggestions were proposed.

Taking crop Acoustic emission (AE) signals as the main monitoring index for plant diseases or dehydration, the crop AE wireless sensor network monitoring system was established based on DSP and ZigBee network. Crop AE signals were conducted on A/D transformation and data processing and then sent to the monitoring center based on wireless communication module SZ05. AE signals received at the monitoring center were demonstrated in waveform display. Based on the variation of AE signal’s frequency the system can diagnose disease and prevent dehydration for crops.

Blast furnace gas ash is one of the main solid wastes in iron and steel enterprise. The recovery of zinc from gas ash can result in considerable economic and environmental benefits. The effect of NH3/NH4+, L/S, [NH3]T and leaching time on the zinc leaching rate of blast furnace gas ash by using ammonia leaching process had been investigated in this paper. The results show that L/S and NH3/NH4+ are the main influence factors under the experimental condition. The optimal conditions for leaching process are: NH3/NH4+=2:1, L/S=4:1, [NH3]T =5mol/L, and the leaching time is 3 hours. The zinc leaching rate is 82.84% under the optimized conditions. The lead content in leaching solution is high, so the main task is to improve the removal rate of lead in the purification process.

Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) films were deposited on quartz substrates by using a gas mixture of hydrogen-methane-oxygen in the Star-Shape Microwave Plasma enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (MPCVD) reactor. The pretreatment parameters include the pretreatment methods and the pretreatment time was optimized. Results showed that ultrasonically abrasive in the acetone solution with nanocrystalline diamond powder in it was an efficient pretreatment method to advance the deposition of DLC films, and 10 minute turned to be the most appropriate time for this pretreatment. The Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer (FTIR) showed that the DLC films synthesized by the optimized technics have high transparence fit for optical applications. These indicated that the Star-Shape MPCVD reactor was the perfect equipment for the volume-produce of DLC films for its unique big reactive cavity.

The purpose of this work is to study a novel zeolite synthesized from coal fly ash that were pretreated by alkaline fusion method. The main characters of the zeolite like mineralogymorphologyspecific surface area (SSA) cation exchange capacity (CEC) and thermal stability were studied during synthesis process. The XRD result showed that the synthesized zeolite was identified as zeolite X. The CEC of the synthesized zeolite was tested to be 195mmol/100g. The specific surface area (SSA) of the zeolite was determined by the nitrogen adsorption method and the SSA of the zeolite were 44.72m2/g.

TiO2 nanosheets have been successfully synthesized via a simple sol-gel process. These nanostructures were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and x-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The sheet-shaped single-crystalline nanostructures are pure rutile-phase structure, with landscape dimension of 10-45 nm. EDS investigation confirms that the TiO2 nanosheets are only composed of Ti and O, and the atomic ration of Ti and O is close to 1:2. High photocatalytic activity might be expected for those TiO2 nanosheets due to their large surface area.

By the means of Metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy spectrum analysis, the development of SPA-H surface middle longitudinal crack was studied. To find out the causes of the longitudinal crack, statistical method was adopted. The result shows that, the generating process of longitudinal crack was: the changing of mould powder owing to Ti and Al element, low overheating degree, and bad slag smelting, which leading to bad transfer heat of slab and depression. The market for 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PDO) is growing rapidly due to its expanding uses in the polymer material industry. Catalytic hydrogenolysis of glycerol is a promising new way to produce 1,3-PDO sustainably. This paper reviews the recent advances in studies on heterogeneous catalysts for the selective hydrogenolysis of glycerol to 1,3-PDO. The main employed metal catalysts include platinum, copper, rhodium and iridium. With the intent to give a rationally guide to the development of new catalysts in future research, the catalysts performances are summarized and discussed with reaction mechanisms.

Preliminary studies on the hydrogenolysis of glycerol over the titania-supported Ru-based bimetallic catalysts (Ru-Fe/TiO2, Ru-Co/TiO2, Ru-Ni/TiO2and Ru-Cu/TiO2) were reported. The introduction of a second transition metal can obviously increase the selectivity to 1,2-propanediol of the Ru catalysts, but a deactivation effect was also found. The catalytic performances of the Ru-based bimetallic catalysts were discussed with a proposed reaction mechanism. The addition of Fe, Co, Ni or Cu enables the Ru-based catalysts to favor the dehydration route over the retro-aldolization route in the reaction process.

In order to build multi-domain collaborative simulation systems, the method of making MATLAB programs join into HLA/RTI based distributed interaction simulation system needs to be studied. Aiming at giving full play to the advent-ages of MATLAB in visualization and engineering computing, improving the efficiency of collaborative simulation systems, this paper has proposed a method making MATLAB programs and SIMULINK modules seamlessly join into HLA/RTI based simulation system. The principles of the method are elaborated, and the designs of the related modules are introduced. The demonstrations and testing results show that the method could fully execute the visualized simula-tion functions of MATLAB, and has advantage in simulation efficiency over existing methods.

Electronic structure and chemical bonding in tetragonal KNbO3 have been studied by first-principles calculations. The band gap is indirect and a value of 1.64 eV was determined. Chemical bonding feature shows that a significant hybridization between Nb 4d and O 2p states. The bonding between K and NbO3 is mainly ionic nature while covalent nature was confirmed between Nb and O.

Data exchange between 3-D CAD systems has a very important research value both in theory and in application. This paper presents a general outline of a Universal Feature Definition (UFD) frame, which provides universal support for todays 3-D CAD systems. Through the medium of UFD feature, this frame can realize the conversion of 3-D CAD models from source system to target system according to API mapping. This CAD model conversion method may overcome the disadvantage of traditional geometric method that the target model is not editable. This frame also provides the conversion interface of user defined features, which is convenient for the user to customize the desired conversion process. The frame has been implemented between Catia and UG with successful results.

To prevent the damages of the moored ship and the wharf structures in heavy weather, the ship motion and its effects on the wharf are analyzed. The moored ship motion in high winds with big waves was investigated. Firstly, the lateral wind loads and wave loads were considered as periodic impulsive forces, and the simplified dynamical model was presented. Based on the presented nonlinear impulsive differential system model, the numerical simulations and analysis were performed. The effects of recovery coefficient, damping and stiffness parameters on the system behaviors were discussed. Finally, some suggestions were made to guarantee the ship's stability or practical stability in heavy weather, and the safety of the wharf structures is thus assured.

The disposal of acid wastewater generated by a copper-nickel smelting enterprise by using abandoned tailings mortar combined with sulfide precipitation and coagulation indicated that this method has demonstrated good results: the effluent can acheive “Emmission standard of pollutants for copper, nickel, cobalt industry” (GB 25476-2010); the heavy metals in the sediment is not apt to experience dissolution, thus less possible for secondary pollution of soil and groundwater. The optimal combination conditions of this process for sludge/wastewater mass ratio is 14:1; sodium sulfide’s dosing is 20 ml, reaction time is 20 min; FeSO4 and acid waste water volum ratio is 0.05, the reaction time is 30 min.

A series of experiments have been done such as density, molecular weight, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, acid soluble rate and core flowing experiment. The results were obtained through tests, including temporary plugging agent density of 1.2297 g/ml, average molecular weight of 1.27×105, glass-transition temperature of 61°C, temporary plugging particles covering fixed effect was ideal, acid soluble rate after four hours of 95%, temporary plugging rate >99%. They can meet actual conditions in worksite.

The dynamic properties of semi-active seism isolator for building made of magnetorheological elastomers (MRE) were studied. Semi-active seism isolators were designed with MRE, and their dynamic properties at different amplitudes, frequencies, preloads or currents were tested. The results show that the dynamic stiffness decreases with the increase of amplitude or preload, but increases with the rise of frequency or current; the damping ratio ascends with the increase of amplitude, but declines with the rise of preload.

Shale characteristic is very important in the exploitation. Using NMR determine the pore distribution of shale, it is found that the pore radii of shale samples is mainly between 3-10nm, which is in accordance with the results of mercury injection. NMR is also applied in the determination of movable fluid of shale, gas saturation of the measured 14 samples is mainly between 12% and 28.1%, no relationship is found between gas saturation and porosity or permeability.

Through studying the inclusions of low carbon steel slabs produced in different casting stages, the results are dawn as follow. The reoxidation of liquid steel is very serious in casting starting,but the casting ending is not. Most of large-inclusions containe K or Na are found in the first and final slabs, which may relate to serious slag entrapment in the mould in the casting starting and ending. Many MgO-Al2O3 and Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-MgO inclusions suggest the serious entrapment of the tundish in the casting ending.

In this paper, using environmental hormone dibutyl phthalate (DBP) in the contaminated foods as the template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate ester (EDMA) as cross linking agent, the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared on the silica surface. The MIP was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimeric analysis (TGA) and automated surface area analyzer. The property of adsorption was tested using static adsorption method in water phrase. The results of FTIR indicate that there are recognition groups in the microspheres after imprinting. TGA illustrates the silica gel surface has been coated with a layer of polymer after the synthesis reaction. And the MIP can bear the high temperature of 200 °C. The thickness of the imprinted polymer coated on silica gel surface is estimated via the pore size data is about 1. 5nm. The result of static adsorption experiment shows that the saturated adsorption capacity of the MIP was 8.940mg/g.

Visualization simulation can reflect the dynamic characters of object studied lively. Satellite Tool Kit (STK), developed by Analytical Graphics Inc., is a software used for 3D simulation and analysis. It has the characteristics of powerful model library, 3D effects and sound and rapid development. This paper discusses the application mode of STK/Connect, and proposes a method that a third-part program controls the STK scenario through STK/Connect to build a 3D visualization simulation system. A case is given to prove the feasibility of the solution.

The hydrogenolysis of biomass-derived glycerol was studied on Ru-Co bimetallic catalysts, including Ru-Co/TiO2, Ru-Co/ZrO2, Ru-Co/SiO2 and Ru-Co/γ-Al2O3. The addition of Co to the Ru-based catalysts can promote the selectivity to 1,2-propanediol (1,2-PDO). The support material and Ru/Co atomic ratio has a significant effect on the catalytic performance. Ru-Co/ZrO2 exhibited the best performance as regard to both the activity and the selectivity to 1,2-PDO. Co is a promising second metal component to adjust the catalytic properties of Ru-based catalysts for the selective hydrogenolysis of glycerol.

According to the particularity of magnetorheological fluid (MRF), provided the design project of embedded magnetorheological fluid damper (MRFD) controller based on ATmega8. The controller adopted Buck converter to achieve input\output power conversion. The feedback loop used voltage and current double feedback adjustment to control PWM drive circuit, so that adjusted the output of Buck converter. According to the set value, the MRFD controller outputted the matching value by the high frequency PWM output. The testing of output responding time was done. The results show that MRFD controller has much higher reliability and faster responding, satisfying the using demand of MRFD.

Creep age forming (CAF) is an effective process to manufacture aircraft panels with better performance including improved strength and toughness, lower weight and increased resistance to fatigue and corrosion. Due to restrictions of aging cycle to create the desired property, springback in CAF is larger than other forming processes. That makes its prediction one of the key technologies in CAF. A solution is developed to predict springback in CAF of aluminium components. The studies are mainly concentrated on the pure bending of aluminium strips. Comparisons of predictions with experimental data yield agreement. Effects of T-beam’s structural factors, like width, skin thickness, rib width and transitional radius on springback are investigated. And a relationship between geometrical data and springback is given by the proposed algorithm.

According to applying feature of power supply and distribution system in aerospace experiment field, the intelligent monitoring system is designed by adopting hierarchical distributed network structure which includes field layer, network layer, management layer, and command center layer. The monitoring software based on configuration software realized such functions as unify electric force management, optimize electric force balance, economize electrical energy loss, extend lifetime of equipments, improve qualities of environment protection, promote efficiency and managing level. Applying result indicates: the system satisfies the requirement of aero experimenting task.

By means of Oxygen and Nitrogen Analyzer, Metallographic Examination, SLIME, SEM, EDS, etc, the cleanliness of ultra-low carbon steel first slab produced by LD-RH-CC, and the comparative analysis with the cleanliness of normal slab is studied. The results show that T[O] and [N] are obviously decreasing with the increasing of casting length. The micro-inclusions and large-inclusions are generally decreasing with the increasing of casting length. The micro-inclusions of the first slab are mainly from deoxidization products and reoxidation of liquid steel. And the sources of large-sized inclusions mainly are reoxidation of liquid steel, slag entrapment in mould or tundish and stuffing sand. The cleanliness of ultra-low carbon steel first slab is closed to those normal slabs at the length of 3.5m.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the internal liquid sloshing and its effects on the ship motion. A mechanical model of ship motion under sloshing impacts is described. The lateral sloshing forces are included in the model. The nonlinear dynamical system is introduced to describe the sway motion of the ship. The results of the numerical simulation and the effects of the internal sloshing loads are analyzed. The feasibility of the approach is thus verified.

The hydrogenation of biomass-derived ethyl lactate was studied over several ruthenium catalysts. The effect of support (TiO2, SiO2, γ-Al2O3, NaY and active-carbon) on the catalytic performance was evaluated. The ruthenium catalysts were characterized by inductively coupled plasma (ICP), N2 physisorption, powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The catalytic performance of the ruthenium catalysts is dependent on the intrinsic property of the support. Ru/SiO2 was found to be an efficient catalyst for the hydrogenation of ethyl lactate to 1,2-propanediol (1,2-PDO).

The actual acoustic intensity (I) that reaches membrane is measured by ultrasonic power measuring meter. I is altered by changing the height of membrane (H), the nominal ultrasonic power, or ultrasonic frequency in ultrasonic cleaner. The evolution of the property of polymeric membrane exposed to ultrasonic irradiation is followed by the calculation of membrane damage factor (R). Effect of acoustic intensity on the extent of membrane damage is investigated. The results show that the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane is comparatively resistant under ultrasonic irradiation, the polypropylene (PP) membrane is less resistant, but the nylon 6 (N6) membrane can be damaged seriously by ultrasound. When ultrasonic frequency is 45 kHz, I decreases from 1.04 W•cm-2 to 0.10 W•cm-2 as H rises from 3 cm to 9 cm; I increases from 1.04 W•cm-2 to 1.33 W•cm-2 as the nominal ultrasonic power rises from 200 W to 400 W, and R increases as I rises. When the nominal ultrasonic power is 200 W, I rises from 1.04 W•cm-2 to 1.45 W•cm-2 as ultrasonic frequency increases from 45 kHz to 100 kHz, but R generally remains stable when ultrasonic frequencies are 80 kHz and 100 kHz. Membranes are resistant under ultrasonic irradiation when ultrasonic frequencies are 80 kHz and 100 kHz.

Effect of ultrasonic intensity on the degradation of phenol solution is investigated by changing the nominal ultrasonic power, ultrasonic frequency and the position of reactor. The actual ultrasonic intensity (I) that reaches reactor is measured by ultrasonic power measuring meter. It can be found that the ultrasonic intensity varies with ultrasonic parameters. With the nominal power input improving from 60 W to 150 W, the ultrasonic intensity rises from 0.21 W•cm-2 to 1.06 W•cm-2 and the degradation rate of phenol solution (η) increases from 21.7% to 43.7%. However, when I reaches the highest value of 1.71 W•cm-2 at the frequency of 100 kHz, η decreases to the lowest value of 21.5%. The ultrasonic intensity distribution is uneven in the ultrasonic bath and η increases with an increase of I in the vertical direction. The ultrasonic degradation of phenol solution is affected by ultrasonic intensity, but η doesn’t definitely increase with an increase of ultrasonic intensity.

From the cost-effective viewpoint of low cost Bank-to-Turn (BTT) Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV) and target drone, a low cost flight control system, with the fewest number of sensors, is studied in this paper for the fixed-wing UAV. The structure of the control system is described which is able to estimate necessary information to provide stabilization and guidance for a small fixed wing BTT UAV. The practical flight control system structure and control law for roll hold loop, altitude hold loop, trajectory tracking loop are designed based on the sensor configuration with only a MEMS rate gyro, a MEMS pressure sensor and global positioning system (GPS) receiver only. A prototype low cost autopilot is trial-produced to control a typical UAV. The Experimental results show the effectiveness of navigation and control methods of f the proposed methodology.

In this paper, a novel solution combing heuristic constraints with physical-based method for virtual interaction is proposed. With which, a grasping simulation is divided into three stages including pregrasping, preliminary grasping and stable grasping and the two techniques have been used in different phases. A dexterous virtual hand, consisting of geometric model, kinematics model, collision model and contact force model, is also constructed to be used in this solution. By analyzing the physical structures and perceptual characteristics of human finger, a haptic rendering algorithm is presented to obtain natural and stable virtual interaction.

The catalytic transfer hydrogenolysis of 2-phenyl-2-propanol was studied over Pd/C catalyst, using formic acid and formate salts as hydrogen donors. The Pd/C catalyst was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma (ICP), N2 adsorption/desorption and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of hydrogen donor, molar ratio of formic acid to 2-phenyl-2-propanol and water content were evaluated. Under mild reaction conditions (80 °C, 2h), 2-phenyl-2-propanol can be hydrogenolyzed to isopropylbenzene with very high selectivity (96.5%) and high conversion (92.8%) in the presence of Pd/C and formic acid. From the viewpoint of environmental friendly principles, this study may open the way to a new approach for the production of propylene oxide.

It’s difficult to measure bottom pressure in the fractured-vuggy reservoir, and measuring cost is usually high; In this paper, using the modified Beggs-Brill method, the variety of wellbore pressure has been calculated and analyzed. Results show that the variety of wellhead pressure is consistent with that of bottom pressure, and the variety of wellhead pressure is greater than that of bottom pressure. Thereby a simple method of predicting bottom pressure through wellhead pressure is established. Through example calculation, it’s confirmed that this method has a certain reliability and practicability.
