Sodium chloride (NaCl) is often used for warm mist elimination because of its easy deliquescence performance. In this paper, how dosages of NaCl with two sizes affect warm fog was investigated. The changes of light transmittance (T) and fog drops inside the fog chamber were monitored. Results indicate that NaCl particles smaller than 40μm work better than that of 40-100μm, shortening time of the light transmittance recovering to 60%(t60%) by 83.3% with 25g. Reasons for this are they can decrease the percentages of small droplets, increase that of large droplets and the average sizes of fog drops, which are results from the condensation growth and coalescence growth.

The high density and well ordered TiO2nanotube array material was successfully application in photocatalytic degradation aniline organic wastewater analog under 254 nm, 300 nm and 365 nm UV irradiation. The results exhibited that the rate of degradation of aniline reached 99% under the concentration of aniline was 0.33 mmol•L-1, PH=7, intensity of UV irradiation was 254 nm and reaction time was 120 min. The factors that influence the rate of degradation were also investigated.

Using methods of spatial autocorrelation analysis and trend analysis, the paper studies the spatial distribution pattern of NDVI based on the GIMMS NDVI dataset (1998-2008), in Western Jilin. The maximum value for 15d is got through the method of MAX processing. Results show that: the NDVI in growing season shows a rising trend in western Jilin in 1998-2008. In the study area, the NDVI in Western Jilin shows positive spatial autocorrelation in the whole region, but the partial NDVI is apt to scattered distribution, which means the vegetation cover of Western Jilin is generally fragmental.

Sodium polyacrylate as a kind of high absorbent resin, has an excellent water absorption performance, is low in price and isn’t corrosive. Compounds of different particle sizes and components were prepared using sodium polyacrylate and sodium chloride. They were used in the fog chamber to disperse warm fog respectively then. Experiments were carried out to investigate how particle size and composition affect the warm fog dissipation. Results as follows are obtained: the time light transmittance recovers to 60% (t60%) is 85min when the fog dissipates naturally; 30g sodium polyacrylate whose average size is 30μm has a good effect on warm fog dissipation, t60% being 14min; when the sodium polyacrylate and sodium chloride are mixed by 1:2 in mass ratio, the fog elimination effect is the best, with t60% 6min. The reasons are analyzed at the same time.

The toxic metals released into the aquatic environment though various industrial processes are detrimental to all living species. This paper used banana peels as an adsorbent for studying heavy metal Cr(III) containing in waste water. Respectively, the effects of the adsorption dosage, temperature, contact time, pH, initial Cr(III) ions concentration and shock time on adsorption were investigated. The results showed that under the following condition: the dosage was 0.1 g, the pH value of the wastewater was 2, the temperature is 30 °C, the shock time was 2 h, the initial mass concentration of Cr(III) was about 30 mg/L, the adsorbing capacity can be 22 mg/g. The adsorption reaction is an endothermic process and mainly physical adsorption. Using banana peels to treat chromium-contained wastewater has a very good application prospect.

To strengthen the bottom cooling is one of the key technologies of directionally solidified ingot process. Stool cooling scheme has a significant impact on the solidification process of the ingot. The study optimizes chassis cooling scheme according to the air gap between the ingot and the stool. With multiple sets of cooling system, water-cooled stool makes the basal water cooling adapt to air gap distribution through subregional cooling of different intensity control, and be uniform with it in the longitudinal direction solidification. The paper establishes mathematical model of unidirectional solidified ingot on temperature field of conventional water-cooled stool and improved one respectively. By the aid of finite element analysis method, numerical simulation of 45t ingot with algebraic model is carried out. In order to optimize parameters of ingot unidirectional solidification, temperature fields influenced by conventional water-cooled stool and improved one in the process of unidirectional solidification are simulated. The numerical results show that the optimized chassis cooling can result in the ingot in a longitudinal uniform solidification. The numerical simulation results can provide important reference for the optimization of unidirectional solidification process.

In order to reduce the pressure of type test resource of construction machinery and make full use of type test organization, a type test prediction model was established on the basis of type tests analysis. The type test demand and test limit of old construction machinery was predicted according to test data history, the national standards and industry standards. Then the type test demand of new construction machinery was predicted according to development data history, and was corrected by the national policy factor, the national economic situation factor, the enterprise's current economic factor, the current economic factor of construction machinery and the market factor. After that, the type tests of construction machinery were prearranged according to all the type test demand and test limit. Finally practicability and effectiveness of the prediction technology were verified by enterprise application.

This paper mainly gets a equation of crack width calculation. To get the result, the lineared bond-slip model between FRP bars and concrete is used, combining with the bond stress distribution model which is found by You Chunan. Finally, the value of this paper is compared with the value of ACI440.1R-06 and JSCE code, which prove the result is right.

The nanosized channels of SBA-15 molecular sieves were used as template and arsenano-III (ASA-III) was trapped inside the SBA-15 molecular sieves by means of liquid grafting method. The prepared nanocomposite materials were characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction, low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption and solid diffuse reflectance absorption spectra. The powder X-ray diffraction indicated the structure of the (SBA-15)-(ASA-III) still remains two-dimensional hexagonal mesostructrure. The low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption research showed that the ASA-III was present on the inner surface and partially occupied the channels of the molecular sieve. The UV-Vis solid state diffuse reflectance absorption spectra of the prepared composite materials showed the steroconfinmment effect of the host SBA-15 channels on the guest ASA-III and the guest was in the channels of the SBA-15 host. Luminous spectra showed that the prepared (SBA-15)-(ASA-III) nanocomposite materials have the investigating optical properties.

This paper analyzes the battery dynamic characteristics as well as some existing battery models, then presents a universal battery model applicable to micro-grid simulation. The model is composed of a controlled voltage source in series with a constant resistance .The voltage of the controlled voltage source is a one-to-one correspondence with the state of charge (SOC) of the battery, which can effectively avoid the algebraic loop problem. The parameters of the model can be easily extracted from the battery discharge curve. The simulation results shows that the biggest advantage of this model is that the initial SOC of the battery can be set accordingly, which allows the battery to be charged or discharged from any SOC conveniently.

Firstly whole machine tests of construction machinery were analyzed. Secondly whole machine test service of construction machinery was analyzed. Thirdly the architecture, function structure and database were designed. Then the application steps of the system were discussed. Feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by a case of enterprise application.

To save manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment, a manufacturing resource deployment evaluation system in construction machinery was designed and applied. At first evaluation indexes of manufacturing resource deployment were analyzed. Then the architecture and function structure were designed, and the database were analyzed. And some technologies adopted in the system were introduced to ensure security, stability, and interoperability of the information. Feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by a enterprise application case.

The wide usages of masonry materials in construction are always accompanied by great consumptions of energy and resource during their life cycle, so it is necessary to evaluate the EI of masonry materials objectively. This paper uses BEPAS, an LCA-based quantitative EI assessment system developed based on our previous studies, to assess the life cycle EI of three kinds of common used masonry materials: autoclaved flyash brick, sintered clay brick and aerated concrete block. Starting with establishing the environmental profiles at the producing, constructing and demolishing phases of these three materials respectively, the environmental impacts are categorized into three safeguard subjects: ecosystem damage, resources depletion and health damage. Then, based on WTP (willingness-to-pay) method and the updated monetization weighting factors, one integrated EI value per functional unit (10m3) of masonry partition wall is obtained. Finally, a comparative study is conducted on the EI values to analyze and compare the life cycle environmental performance of the three materials, resulting that autoclaved flyash brick is the most environmental friendly in a sharp contrast to sintered clay brick. Results also indicate that reusing more wastes, as well as reducing weight and increasing the volume of unit block are the most effective measures to improve the environmental performance for masonry materials.

Daqing Oilfield has more than 10,000 million kilograms of oil through tertiary recovery every year. However, eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing severely impede the implementation effectiveness and large-scale utilization of tertiary oil production when injecting viscoelastic fluids containing polymer. Therefore, a plunger pump lifting viscoelastic fluid is designed based on the analysis of the mechanism of eccentric wear. The principle to reduce eccentric wear is increasing hydraulic and viscoelastic friction, and expanding clearance. Due to make use of the plunger pump lifting viscoelastic, laboratory experiment and field application have demonstrated effective reduction of eccentric wear, extend the life of the sucker rod and tubing, and improve pump efficiency.

UV curable vinylic polymethylsilane (v-PMS) was synthesized by a facile one-step Wurtz route, the products’ molecular structures were characterized by FT-IR and the mechanism of the chemical reactions was discussed in detail. The influences of screen ruling on printing quality in lithographic printing process based on CTP workflow were investigated by experimental method. Firstly, the test form was output with the screen rulings of 175lpi and 220lpi respectively; then the imaging results of the plates and the prints were compared, and the causes of the differences were analyzed and discussed; at last, corresponding measurements for tone reproduction and process optimization were put forward. Results showed that there were both advantages and disadvantages to increase screen rulings, and the combination of CTP process and finer-than-normal screen rulings would effectively improve the printing quality.

The application of Buckling Restrained Braces(BRBs) in the frame structure becomes mature, but relevant research hasn’t reported for application of steel arch structure with BRBs, so according to the large-span steel arch structure characteristics, puts forward BRBs to replace some braces of steel arch structure system, using finite element method, analyzes the damping performance for steel arch structure with BRBs and compares it with original under different excitation, results show that large-span steel arch structure with BRBs is provided with better damping performance.

The application status and existing problems of liquid wallpaper paint screen printing in wall decoration were analyzed, and through the analysis original production, screen plate-making, the effects of printing process on the quality of liquid wallpaper paint printing on the wall were discussed. Experiments find that when screen mesh was in the range of 150 to 300 mesh per inch, scumming can be effectively avoided, the thickness of the film can be guaranteed, and can making printing stereoscopic; Limiting the exposure time from 45 to 65 seconds can get high quality screen plate. To take manual scraping with the blade angle of about 45 degrees, can guarantee the best printing quality and film thickness etc.

The paper designs the models of double-tube BRBs with contact rings by applying the existing general materials and carries out an experimental research on static properties, exploring on its bearing performance under the condition of unidirectional loading and the relationship between the bearing performance and the stiffness of outer-tube, clearance and slenderness ratio of inner-tube, so as to provide references for the engineering application of double-tube BRBs with contact rings.

A new type of wear-resistant hydraulic feedback self-sealing plunger pump is proposed. finite element analysis and optimal design of orthogonal parameters are applied to determine the structural parameters. The pump overcomes the conventional piston friction, low efficiency, short life. Laboratory tests showed that the pump free down stroke, full returns, leakage reduction 1,000 times than the standard API. Field experiments indicate that pump efficiency attain to 60-80%, achieved a good energy saving effect of improving the pump efficiency.
