A novel PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)-degrading strain, TAYx3 was isolated from mineral oil and heavy metal contaminated soil. Strain identification and characterization showed that TAYx3 wasYarrowia lipolytica.Tests forYarrowia lipolyticaTAYx3 growth on different substances are also described. The strain could use all PAHs tasted as sole carbon source, and showed synergistic interaction with humic acid (HA). With the existence of HA, the degradation rate of TAYx3 was naphthalene 90.7%, phenanthrene91.0%, fluoranthene74.7%, pyrene 86.9%, benzanthracene 84.7%, benzopyrene 74.7%, respectively.

We investigate the effects of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices with structure of ITO/PTFE/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/PTFE/Al by inserting thermally evaporated PTFE films between indium-tin-oxide (ITO) and PEDOT:PSS layers, and also between P3HT:PCBM and Al, respectively. Significant improvement in terms of open-circuit voltage, Fill factor (FF), and thereby in its commensurate power conversion efficiency is achieved compared to devices with PEDOT:PSS and LiF buffer layers. The OPVs performance enhancement is attributed to the formation of an artificial dipole layer resulting from the rich, negatively charged fluorine that facilitates the charge extraction process.

We investigate the effects of Au nanoparticles (Au NPs) on poly [N-9′′-hepta-decanyl-2,14-carbazole-alt-5,5-(4′,14′-di-2-thienyl-2′,1,3′-benzothiadiazole)]:ph-enyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCDTBT:PCBM) based organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices by thermal evaporating Au NPs onto polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) layer which is based on indium-tin-oxide (ITO) glass substrate.Significant improvement in terms of short-circuit current density (Jsc) by 33.6%, fill factor (FF) by 0.9%, and thereby commensurate power conversion efficiency (PCE) by 40.7% were achieved compared to devices without Au NPs. The OPVs performance enhancement is attributed to the formation of Au NPs-induced surface plasmons that increases the rate of exciton generation, and the probability of exciton dissociation.

For the reason of clear conception and simple physical meaning, Duncan-Chang is applied widely in civil engineering field. With the user material subroutine UMAT provided by the FEM software ABAQUS and Fortran language for programming of Duncan-Chang nonlinearity constitutive model, we can easily express the nonlinearity of rock and soil. Meanwhile, the model is applied in sedimentation analysis of high embankment. The results indicate that there is the most horizontal displacement in about middle embankment height; there is the most vertical displacement in about (1/3~1/2) embankment height; there are the most major stress and minor stress in deepest place.

The hydraulic model establishment has created favorable conditions for simulating pipe network hydraulic model.According to the information from pressure monitoring point of water supply pipe network , we can use batch adjustment principle to analyze the calculated variables’ value. With limited resources to simulate real-time network status, build pipe water conservancy network model and simulate network real-time operating conditions. Hydraulic model provides the basis for the water supply network security evaluation, scheduling scheme, pumps and piping renewal.

During the last 3 decades, developing countries especially China has experienced rapid urbanization process, which on one side have brought great leap forward of local economy as well as local social wellbeings, however on the other side such process has also led to great challenges on local ecosystem, which may jeopardize the potential of cities in these countries to meet their residents’ need and pursue more sustainable future. Therefore, a case study was taken in Yantai, a major city in Circum-Bohai Sea Region, and to assess the impact of rapid urbanization process on the local ecosystem services (ES), hence provided suggestions for pursuing more rational way of development of this city. Results showed that the decentralized pattern of urbanization, although has relatively moderate impact on Yantai’s ES, but may have substantially influences on the city’s sustainable future, therefore measures should be taken on restrain the decentralized urban expansion, reform of local authority regimes toward sustainable governance, as well as transforming regional industrial structure from secondary industry depended to more environmental friendly pattern.

Water is the essential element of people's lives, with the rapid growth of population, has become increasingly tense relationship between human and water. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the existing methods, the application of Chinese traditional harmonious thought, proposes a new model (WUHIS) of assessment of urban human-water relationship, and through the establishment of complete index system to quantify the abstraction of human-water relationship and evaluation. Through three dimensions, the new model from three aspects of the human-water system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation, evaluation of urban river health degree (URHD), evaluation of urban development level (UHDD), and assess human-water coordination degree (HRCD). With relevant data of WUHIS in Xianyang city, Shanxi province, the state of the human-water relationship in Xianyang was assessed from each criterion angle and the result showed that water-urban harmony situation as a whole was on the upswing, but observation of each dimension score respectively, has obvious fluctuation. Through this model, we can clearly know the pros and cons of Xianyang city water resources management, for the Xianyang water resources planning provides a clear direction for the future. This model can be applied in all cities, as long as to modify specific indicators.

In order to research the mechanical mechanism of plants anti-erosion and provide some basis to screen windbreak and soil-reinforcement specie for wind and water complex erosion area. This research selected Caragana microphylla Lam, Salix psammophila C.wang et Ch.Y.Yang, Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch and Hippophae rhamnides Linn four kinds of soil and water conservation plants of Inner Mongolia Ordos as the research object. During the period of spring gale, thirteen indicators (single shrub reduce wind velocity ration, shelterbelt reduce wind velocity ration, community reduce wind velocity ration, taproots tensile strength, represented root constitutive properties, represented root elasticity modulus, lateral roots branch tensile strength, accumulation surface area, root-soil interface sheer strength, interface friction coefficient, length of accumulative root, root-soil composite cohesive, root-soil composite equivalent friction angle) of foliage windbreak and root mechanical properties were evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed the index of windbreak and soil-reinforcement were in the sequence of Salix psammophila C.wang et Ch.Y.Yang (0.84) > Caragana microphylla Lam (0.45) > Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch (-0.47) > Hippophae rhamnides Linn (-0.83). Therefore, Salix psammophila C.wang et Ch.Y.Yang could be regarded as the important anti-erosion specie for wind erosion area.

This paper presents an Eye-to-hand system, designed for hand-eye system presents a automatically real-time tracking of moving targets control strategy. The first strategy uses a color mark on the target, the use of binocular stereo vision system for color measurement and then in the visual system of the target three-dimensional reconstruction to give the three-dimensional coordinates in the visual coordinate system when the target position and orientation when changes according to the amount of change in the three-dimensional coordinates of the direct control of the robot arm motion of each joint, enabling the tracking of moving targets.

In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzed the stress of the large capacity skip. Through analysis,we had the relationship with the strength of the skip and section cross-sectional area, the thickness of the skip bucket box plate, the stiffener of cross-sectional area, the spacing of stiffeners, and knew the primary and secondary relationship.

According to the characteristics of laser active imaging and the real-time image features needed, a new image de-noising algorithm based on the voting median filter and integer lifting-wavelet transform was proposed. Firstly, the noise image was dealt with voting median filter to eliminate the interference of impulse noise. Secondly, the noise image was decomposed with lifting-wavelet, wavelet coefficients was processed with Bayes adaptive threshold method. Finally got de-noised image by inverse transform. Through compared with the standard median filter, lifting-wavelet transform, the ordinary wavelet combined with the median filter, experimental results show that this method has advanced de-noising performance and edge retention. Meanwhile it has the less computation time.

Analysis method using orthogonal experimental design factor of four levels of three experiments, electroforming solution components were verified. The algorithm has proved to be a high positioning accuracy and computational efficiency in the test.

Based on air cushion belt conveyor, a new type of belt conveyor named water cushion belt conveyor is proposed. It has a wide scope of applications for its features such as stability and reliability, capability of full load start-up, and environment-friendliness. This paper studies the working mechanism and lubricating mechanism of the water cushion belt conveyor. The basic lubrication equation of the water cushion is deduced from the universal form of the Reynolds equation used to study the pressure film properties of the water cushion. The design of the key part of the water cushion device is described in details. The research can be taken as a reference in practical applications.

In dairy farming simulated wastewater resorcinol as the research object, using hydrogen peroxide treatment method to study the effect of resorcinol, the results showed that: when the initial concentration of hydroquinone 1.0g / L, 1.5g / L, 2.0g / L, 2.5g / L, 3.0g / L, the degradation rate was: 45.95%, 44.72%, 40.86%, 35.37%, 31.23%. Resorcinol degradation rate increases with the decrease of the initial concentration, that is beneficial to the low initial concentration of degradation, but the higher the initial concentration of the degradation rate. When the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 1mL, 1.5mL, 2mL, 2.5mL, when 3mL, the degradation rate was: 60.40%, 63.54%, 68.13%, 75.87%, 80.94%. Studies have shown that ultrasound combined with hydrogen peroxide is a good resorcinol degradation of organic pollutants in new ways.

Self-adapt distance measure supervised locally linear embedding solves the problem that Euclidean distance measure can not apart from samples in content-based image retrieval. This method uses discriminative distance measure to construct k-NN and effectively keeps its topological structure in high dimension space, meanwhile it broadens interval of samples and strengthens the ability of classifying. Experiment results show the ADM-SLLE date-reducing-dimension method speeds up the image retrieval and acquires high accurate rate in retrieval.

This paper analyzes the impact of various fiber parameters on the noise figure, and characteristic of noise index has been simulated by means of OASIX software. The relationship between the pump power and noise figure, and fiber length and noise figure are obtained.

Effect of Cr element on microstructure of Al-3.2Mg alloys was investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDS. Moreover, the tensile and hardness test were carried out. The results show that a minor additive of Cr can refine effectively the secondary dendrite arm spacing and decrease the number of coarse interdendritic structures. In the whole series of the alloys, the secondary dendrite arm spacing of Al–3.2Mg-0.1Cr alloy was the smallest, and the spacing presented an increasing trend with the Cr content. With high levels of Cr, the intermetallic compounds are formed by Cr with Al, Mg and Fe, the shape of the second phase particles were transformed from bulky bone shape to fine bone shape and long striped. The strength and the hardness of Al–3.2Mg alloys were greatly improved when the additions of Cr were 0.05% and 0.1%, but the ductility of the alloys remained at a low level by adding 0.05%Cr. Therefore, combining with the comprehensive properties and the microstructure, the best addition of Cr in the alloy was 0.10% in the whole series.

In this paper, a predicting model of silicon content in blast furnace hot metal is built based on artificial neural network and genetic algorithm, which optimizes the initialization weight values of neural network with genetic algorithm. This model can effectively improve the prediction accuracy and reduce the calculating time. Online application shows that the predicting model can effectively predict the silicon content in blast furnace hot metal and play an important role in production. when required absolute error was within ±0.03, the accuracy of model can reach 81.4%, and when absolute error was within ±0.04, the accuracy can reach 91.4%.

A novel palmprint recognition method based on sparse two-dimensional local discriminant projections (S2DLDP) is proposed. After a description of the basic theory and resolution method for S2DLDP, the paper presents the detail palmprint feature extraction method based on S2DLDP, and tests the algorithm performance by various non-zero elements size and neighborhood size. S2DLDP considerers the class information, local separability, two-dimensional image inherent properties of training samples and sparse projection, which provides an intuitive, semantic and interpretable feature subspace for palmprint representation. The optimal recognition accuracy of EER=2.2% is obtained on PolyU palmprint database, which also illuminates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Formation mechanism of TiC in Al matrix at a rather low melting temperature using in situ technology was studied. And effect of the melting temperature on the microstructure of in-situ TiC/Al composite was investigated. The results indicate that, the resultants of TiC and Al3Ti were found out in the matrix; however, no evidence showed that Al4C3, a resultant phase existed probably in TiC/Al composite in accordance with the relative reference, was found out. Compared to the sample of T750, more TiC and less Al3Ti existed in the sample of T850, and morphography of Al3Ti changed from block to bar with the increasing melting temperature. The melting temperature affected extremely the reaction speed and the resultants.

Based on the principle of active power flow distribution to meet the impedance proportional relationship, thermal stability limit section assessment methods and processes are presented, which can achieve fast assessment on thermal stability limits and restriction faults. Finally, the summer maximum loads mode of Henan Power Grid in 2014 is taken as example, and the thermal stability limit in northern sections is evaluated. The simulation results prove the feasibility of the proposed method. The research results can provide references for dispatchers and related software developers.

With the software of Computer Simulation Technology (CST) constructing the model, coupling current has been acquired. The effect of length, height and impedance on coupling current has been gained. To our surprise, the rise time of HEMP is faster than the time of coupling current. This provides HEMP hardening with the crucial basis.

Accelerator has been widely applied to high energy, low energy physics, Medical environmental and military fields, etc. The magnet power supply is one of the most important parts of the accelerator. At the beginning, the state-space model of the magnet power supply has been established by modern control theories. Then, the PSO algorithm has been used for the weight matrices optimization of LQR controller in order to ensure that the magnet power supply can provide a magnetic field quickly which the accelerator required. The experimental results indicate that the method that proposed in the paper can meet the requirements of fast output response of the system and each control index of the LQR controller is obviously superior to that by the traditional method.

Construction machinery hydraulic cylinder is usually discarded after service cycle. The residual value of discarded products can be recycled greatly by remanufacturing. Disassembly and assembly is the key process in hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing. The construction machinery hydraulic cylinder disassembly and assembly equipment is developed. Hydraulic power is adopted in this equipment. The clamping, positioning of cylinder tube is realized by hydraulic clamping mechanism automatically. The piston component pulling out or into cylinder tube is realized by hydraulic working mechanism automatically. This equipment has been applied successfully in the project of "key technology and equipment for construction machinery parts remanufacturing" in a research institute. The results indicate that the application of this equipment will not only increase the automaticity and efficiency remarkably, but also reduce the damage to hydraulic cylinder key part greatly.

Support vector machine (SVM) algorithm was applied to predict the gas chromatographic (GC) relative retention times (RRTs) for 126 polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) congeners on 7 stationary phases. A total of 151 topological and connectivity indices descriptors were derived from E-dragon software. Genetic algorithm (GA) coupled with multiple linear regression (MLR) was used to select optimal subsets from large-size molecular descriptors. Overall support vector regression predicting training sets correlation coefficients R2are greater than 0.996, except for the CP-Sil19 column, in which Q2loo (correlation coefficient of leave-one-out cross validation) and test sets correlation coefficients R2are larger than 0.992. The excellent statistical parameters reveal that the models are robust and have high internal and external predictive capability.

The paper discusses the disposal of kitchen garbage by means of comprehensive utilization. The method includes four steps: pretreatment of kitchen garbage; preparation of biodiesel from oil-phase by transesterification; Rhizopus oryzae TZY1 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae TZY0 were co-inoculated into water-phase for fuel ethanol production; preparation of protein feed from solid residue of fermentation. Advantage of the method is to make good use of the kitchen garbage, simplify the disposal process, with good prospects for industrial utilization.

The basic principle and limitation of InSAR technique was analyzed. A new object-oriented classification method was proposed based on the HH to HV polarization intensity ratio and HV images of InSAR data at single acquisition time. The developed method was applied to objects classification in certain district of changsha city.The experiments show that the overall accuracy is above 88% and Kappa coefficient is higher than 0.82. The method improves the potential to distinguish the mixture classes of objects.

The hierarchically urchin-like magnetic hydroxyapatite (HAp)/Fe3O4 composites were hydrothermally fabricated and were used for the removal of Pb (II) from aqueous solutions. The morphology, composition and properties of the magnetic HAp/Fe3O4 composites were fully characterized and investigated. The results showed that the HAp/Fe3O4 composites had a 3D urchin-like hierarchical structure with Fe3O4 nanoparticles dispersed among the building units. These urchin-like composites had high surface area and good magnetic responsibility. The equilibrium removal process of Pb (II) by the composites was correlated well with the Langmuir model, resulting in the maximum adsorption capacity of 223.71 mg/g. The high adsorption capacity and good magnetic responsibility suggest that the multifunctional composites have great potentials for heavy metal ion removal.

With the rapid development of spatial information technology and the increasingly artificial intelligence knowledge, MAS plays a more and more important role in conducting image segmentation.Considering the shortcomings of current segmentation method,a new algorithm based on MAS theory is proposed, It combines spectral and shape information in region merging.employer a number of agents to control the merging procedure in different regions and make the global merging control more optimal by utilizing the advantages of MAS,The results show that the algorithm is very effective for image segmentation both in urban and mountainous areas.

The microhardness and microstructure of Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo/TC11 dual alloy joining interface processed by different heat treatment regimes were investigated. The results show that the microhardness of the weld zone and Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo alloy side of the dual alloy processed by gradient heat treatment are higher than that of the specimen processed by balance heat treatment. Moreover, the microstructure differences between the specimens processed by gradient heat treatment and balance heat treatment are very obvious, particularly in the interface between the TC11 alloy and the weld zone. While the joining interface is processed by gradient heat treatment, the microstructure change homogeneously, and the demarcation lines are ambiguous. However, for the joining interface processed by balance heat treatment, the demarcation lines are very obvious, and the microstructure of the TC11 alloy side is bi-morphic, the lath is short and coarse. Therefore, the interface integrity of the dual alloy processed by gradient heat treatment is better, which is an adoptable method to improve the properties of the dissimilar alloy joining interface.

Effects of enhanced ultraviolet B (UV-B, 280-320 nm) on macroalgae have gained particular attention in recent years. We investigated the changes in the growth, physiological and biochemical characteristics of C. ocellatus under UV-B radiation in this study. The results showed that UV-B could inhibit the growth of C. ocellatus (pC. ocellatus were not obvious. The soluble proteins content and MDA content in C. ocellatus were increased by UV-B radiation, and the increase of MDA content was extraordinary significant. The SOD activity and CAT activity were increased when the intensity of UV-B radiation was 7.2 J/m2, while the SOD activity and CAT activity were decreased when the intensity of UV-B radiation was 21.6 J/m2.

Coke on Zn/Hβ catalyst in ethanol to propylene was studied in continuous-flow fixed-bed reactor. The physicochemical properties of these fresh and used catalysts were characterized by NH3-TPD, N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption and TPO. These results showed that the medium and strong acid sites might be responsible for the production of coke and coke mainly deposited on external surface and microporous mouth. In addition, the coke might be consisted of soft coke and hard coke.

This paper introduces a kind of rotary surface processing technique which is realized through installing a main shaft on common digital control wire-electrode cutter to drive rotary workpiece. Then the discharge machining test is conducted to study the surface roughness which is the main factor influences the surface quality, and then it comes to a test conclusion that installing electrode wire restrainer and auxiliary electrode device can improve the machining surface quality of rotary surface discharge. It has also provided the basis for further optimizing machining parameters in later study.

Hyperspectral remote sensing is the multi-dimensional information obtaining technology,which combines target detection and spectral imaging technology together, In order to accord with the condition of hyperspectral imagery，the paper developed an optimized ICA algorithm for change detection to describe the statistical distribution of the data. By processing these abundance maps, change of different classes of objects can be obtained..A approach is capable of self-adaptation, and can be applied to hyperspectral images with different characteristics. Experiment results demonstrate that the ICA-based hyperspectral change detection performs better than other traditional methods with a high detection rate and a low false detection rate.

The effect of MgO on phase composition, alumina leaching properties and the self-disintegrating rate of calcium aluminate slag were investigated by X-ray diffraction and another analysis method. And a feasible method is proposed to eliminate the negative effects of MgO. The results shows that: the phase of 2CaO·SiO2(C2S)、20CaO·13Al2O3·3MgO·3SiO2(Q phase) and 12CaO·7Al2O3(C12A7) are formed when there is MgO in slag with the C/A=1.4 and A/S=1.3. The content of Q phase increase and the leaching rate of slag reduce with increasing the temperature and the content of MgO. MgO would reduce self-disintegrating rate of slag. CaSO4·2H2O can improve the self-disintegrating the leaching properties of slag by promoting the synthesis of C12A7 and inhibit the synthesis of Q phase.

In order to use GCr15 steel scrap from Wuxi, production process of reduction steel powder was studied according to its characteristic, including the effect of magnetic separation process on removing impurity, the selection of reduction process parameters. The results showed that bake in air at 500°C should be conducted to burn lubricant off. Magnetic separation on removing impurity should be conducted after burning lubricant off, and ball-milling in water should be added before wet magnetic separation. Effect of magnetic separation and recovery rate of steel scrap were comprehensive best when magnetic induction was selected at 80mT. Reduction system should be adopted at 850°C, 5 h in reducing atmosphere of dissociated ammonia.-100 mesh particle size and 20mm in material thickness should be selected. Through the above process, performance of GCr15 reduction steel powder produced by steel scrap from polishing process was as follows, TFe content was 97.18%, acid insoluble content was 0.38%, and it can be used to produce powder metallurgy structural parts. Performance of GCr15 reduction steel powder produced by steel scrap from grinding process was as follows, TFe content was 95.14%, acid insoluble content was 2.49%, and it can be used as steel powder for welding electrode.

Based on the thermodynamic calculation, the conditions of calcium treatment to sulfur gear steel are analyzed and the samples of rolled steel are studied. Results show that Calcium treatment to melting steel after RH refining can make the sulfide inclusions and calcium aluminates bind together and form the spindle shaped low melting compound inclusions. In the meanwhile, controlling of w (O) in steel below 0.0012% before calcium treatment is more beneficial to modify the Al2O3 and sulfide by the added calcium and to form the oxide-sulfide compound inclusions only if w (AlS) in steel is adjusted to 0.015%~0.025% before continuous casting. The Ca wire should also be fed at higher temperature.

The toluene being abatement by non-thermal plasma combined with photocatalyst was studied in the paper. As one of main factors, the influence on toluene abatement efficiency of gas flow rate, initial concentration and electric field intensity was analyzed in the study. Furthermore, the energy efficiency was another important index which had been compared among the different padding including of no padding, γ-Al2O3 padding and TiO2/γ-Al2O3 padding. The result of study showed that the technology of non-thermal plasma combined with photocatalyst had better buffer action against increasing of gas flow rate and initial concentration. When the abatement efficiency was more than 52%, the energy efficiency values had the tendency as TiO2/γ-Al2O3 >γ-Al2O3 padding > no padding.

Superfine HZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized by different methods, and their catalytic performance for the coupling conversion of methanol and 1-butylene to propylene was investigated. In addition, these catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption, and NH3-TPD. Z5-A catalyst showed the highest reactivity among these catalysts and could keep good stability, due to its superfine particle size, large surface area and proper acidity.
