Gathering pipeline is used for transporting crude gas without purification in natural gas mine, it has short transmission distance, small diameter, pressure changes and other characteristics . In the natural gas gathering and transportation process, the carrying effect of high pressure and high speed gas, water, sand, acidic medium and other untreated impurities could induce flow corrosion in gas pipeline, pipeline components (referred to as the tube), and other ancillary facilities interior. According to the actual failure case of an acidic gas mine pipeline, based on the CO2 corrosion mechanism, internal flow field analysis of the model and the actual test results, through comparison of numerical results and actual test results, the article gives a research on corrosion location prediction technology in the typical components of natural gas gathering pipeline. The technology has an important significance to guide field inspection, improve the detection efficiency and defect detection rate, and protect the natural gas mine gathering safety.

Based on the FEM software simufact.forming, a finite element model of the radial-axial ring rolling for one ring product was constructed and the rolling process under different drum-shaped blanks were simulated in this paper, which revealed the variation of drum-shaped blank in the rolling process, analyzed the formation process and further proposed measures of eliminating collapse defect. The results show that the drum disappearing rate in initial rolling stage is greater than in later stage and it becomes increasingly difficult to disappear, which leads to collapse defect in the end. The drum-shape can be reduced by greater radial feed in initial rolling stage in the case of small drum-shape or rounding before rolling on ring rolling machine in the case of large drum-shape for avoiding collapse defect. The results provide valuable guiding significance for practical production.

Hailar oilfield Nantun Formation is a set of lacustrine sedimentation, the sedimentation dominated by gravity flow,the rock contains a lot of argillaceous components. This paper analyzes the content of mud in mud sandstone in Nantun Formation by means of X-ray diffractometer, the rock mechanics parameters were measured.The results show that mud content increases with the decrease of the young's modulus, mud content increases with the increase of the Poisson's ratio; at the same time, with the increasing of the shale content, the compressive strength of rock reduce, and the tensile strength showed increasing trend; different clay contents of mud sand rock stress strain relationship is not the same, when the clay content ≤20%, rock stress strain is elastic constitutive relation, the shale content 20%-30%, the stress-strain relationship is approximate to the ideal elastic-plastic, shale content ≥30%, stress strain relation of rock strain hardening and softening of two parts including plastic deformation. Fault mud sandstone first with increasing clay content decreases, when the rock is elastic plasticity, fracture little overall change.

Pot experiment was conducted with the cutting seedlings of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng. By adding lead, copper solution and self-exist zinc in soil, we conducted the research for the phytoavailability of heavy metal in the different soil situation. The characterization methods of the phytoavailability were investigated. Results show that lead, copper and zinc are the strong absorption elements from BAC (Biological Absorption Coefficient) averages of 13 groups experiment. The order of BAC averages is lead > copper > zinc. 0.05mol/L EDTA-2Na can be used as the extracting agent of lead or copper, 0.1mol/L HCl can be used as the extracting agent of zinc. They can be used for the characterization methods about the phytoavailability of lead, copper, zinc in soil by the single extraction method. 0.1mol/L HC1 is adopted to extract soil, and weighted ion impulse of the lead, copper, zinc in the extraction fluid is calculated, which can well simultaneously characterize the phytoavailability of heavy metal lead, copper, zinc in kudingcha soil.

The study of LED reliability becomes more and more important with LED widely used in various areas, and accelerated life test (ALT) as an element of reliability test is widely used to predict the lifetime of LED. In this paper, ALTs have been carried out at various current levels and various temperature levels. In the current ALT experiment, three kinds of stressing currents were demonstrated for 1W white LEDs and lumen flux of the tested LEDs were studied, and based on Eyting model, lifetime of the tested LEDs is calculated about 6.86×105h. In the temperature ALT experiment, two kinds of stressing temperature were demonstrated for the same type of white LEDs and lumen flux were also studied, and based on Arrhenius model, lifetime of the tested LEDs is calculated about 7.41×105h. In addition, the color shifting velocity is faster than lumens depreciation velocity was observed in our experiment, which means the lifetime evaluating of white LED should be paid more attention.

In H2SO4 solution, the arsenic was reduced to arsine (AsH3) by NaBH4, and absorbed by solution of H3PO4-HAuCl4-NH4SCN-gum arabic. The Au3+ was reduced to nanogold, which led to the absorption value at 555nm increased. Under the selected conditions, the value was linear to the concentration of As (III) in the range of 0.07-1.10 μg/mL, a detection limit of 0.03 μg/mL. The proposed method was applied to detect As (III) in water samples, with satisfactory results.

In the presence of stabilizer of citrate and 10 nm gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) at 90 °C temperature, stable AucoreAgshell nanosol was prepared by reduction of AgNO3 by citrate. It was characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. Results showed that the nanosol exhibited a RRS and surface Plasmon resonance (SPR) effect and the particle size is 20 nm.

In the presence of stabilizer of citrate and room temperature, stable green nanosilver sol was prepared by reduction of AgNO3by ascorbic acid. It was characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) spectroscopy, laser scattering and transmission electron microscopy. Results showed that the nanosilver sol exhibited a RRS peak at 496 nm, a strong absorption peak at 414 nm and the particle size is 12 nm.

This study designs an automatic outside wrapping machine of sewing thread barrel according to analysis of manual outside wrapping technology and principle on sewing thread barrel. And it makes a design and development towards the mechanical, pneumatic and control systems of this machine. It brings positive significance for the improvements of productive effect of textile enterprises by verifying various functions with the packaging test developed by the packing production line of sewing thread bar.

A hydraulic steel radial gate (SRG) with two oblique arms is designed by using topology optimization and size optimization. Topology and size optimization are carried out by using CAD software, e.g., Hyperworks. In the current design, the SRG is initially considered to have three main components, i.e., the arms, the supporting frame of arms and a panel for water retaining. To give a better design of these components, e.g., arms and its supporting frame, topology optimization is adopted. By topology optimization method, the shape of arm and the supporting frame are obtained. As construction of the new SRG is reconstructed by the components obtained, the stiffness, strength and stability of the new SRG is checked and some sizes of components in SRG are readjusted by using size optimization. The final design of the SRG is around 24% lighter than the traditional design whilst the safety of the new design is much better.

This paper uses three common AR model power spectrum estimation algorithms which are the Yule-Walker method, the burg method and the improved covariance method. Taking Matlab as a tool, the corresponding algorithms are used to carry out the power spectrum estimation of motor imagery EEG, the relationships and distinctions between the spectrum charts are compared in order to find the relatively appropriate algorithm for analyzing the EEG, which aims at providing a theoretical guidance for processing the motor imagery EEG and laying a foundation for further research.

A series of Mg thin films with different thickness from 10 nm to 200 nm were prepared and hydrogenated. The transmission spectrum and sheet resistance before and after hydrogenation were measured. The transmission increased from nearly zero to 16 %, the maximal changes happened at 561 nm was 17.6% with 50 nm thickness of Mg thin film, and its sheet resistance increased from 2.3 to 75.2Ω/. The results show that the Mg thin films changed obviously from shiny, metallic films to transparent, insulating films. The attractive phenomenon might enlighten the investigation and be of particular interest for switchable mirrors.

Objective: The aim was to analyze Riemerella anatipestifer (RA) Cas1 gene and acquire more useful information for guiding the further study of the gene. Methods: Using bioinformatics method, sequence analysis of RA Cas1 gene was carried out with some databases and software. Results: Composition analysis of RA Cas1 gene, and homology search, sequence alignment, phylogenetic tree analysis and physicochemical property analysis of RA Cas1 protein were performed. Homology search revealed that Cas1 protein sequence of R. anatipestifer showed high similarity to those of strains within the Genus Capnocytophaga and Chryseobacterium, in accordance with the result of multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree analysis. The rare codon analysis showed that there was little rare codon string in RA Cas1 gene. Conclusion: Cas1 gene of R. anatipestifer was evolutionally closely related to those of the Genus Capnocytophaga and Chryseobacterium, and can be over-expressed in E.coli without considering the impact of rare codons on translation.

Objective: The aim was to identify the codon usage bias between the newly identified Riemerella anatipestifer (RA) major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene (GenBank accession No.CP003388.1) and other reference bacteriums. Methods: A comparative analysis of the codon usage bias of the 18 bacteriums was performed by using the CodonW 1.4 program and CUSP (create a codon usage table) program of EMBOSS (The European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite). Results: The results showed obvious differences of the synonymous codon usage bias in the 18 bacteriums indicated by the Codon Adaptation Index (CAI), effective number of codons (ENc), and the value of G+C content at the 3rd codon position. The codon usage pattern of the major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene was phylogenetically conserved and similar to that of the major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene of the Elizabethkingia anophelis Ag1 Contig17, with a strong bias towards the codons with A and T at the 3rd codon position. A cluster analysis of codon usage pattern of the RA major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene with other reference bacteriums demonstrated that the codon usage bias of the major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 genes of the 18 bacteriums had a very close relation with their gene function. The ENc-plot revealed that the genetic heterogeneity in the RA major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene and the 18 reference bacteriums were constrained by G+C content, while gene length exerted relatively weaker influences. In addition, comparisons of the codon preferences in the major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene of RA with those of Escherichia coli, yeast and humans revealed that there were 36 codons showing distinct usage differences between the RA and E. coli, and 37 between the RA and humans, but only 28 between the RA and yeast. Therefore, the yeast system may be more suitable for the expression of the RA major facilitator superfamily mfs_1 gene. Conclusion: Together, these results may improve our understanding of the evolution, pathogenesis and functional studies of RA and possibly contribute significantly to the area of other bacteriums.

This thesis regards TUT-CMDR type coal mine detection robots as the research object and put forward an application of optimized BP neural network based on Quantum Genetic Algorithm in PID Control of motor speed. Transfer function model of speed control system of TUT-CMDR motor was established. Firstly, initial weights and thresholds of BP neural network were optimized by Quantum Genetic Algorithm, and then BP neural network was designed to adjust the parameters of PID on line. Finally, the results show that the algorithm is feasible and superiority.

Based on the current research on the application of cloud computing and internet of vehicle, the design of electric vehicle’s operation management platform based on cloud computing is proposed. Firstly, the subsystem function design of electric vehicle’s operation management platform is analyzed, and the formation of platform is introduced. Then, based on theory of cloud computing and internet of vehicle, the software architecture, including core service layer, service management layer and user interface access layer, is built, and the key technology of operation management platform is analyzed. Finally, the system deployment based on private cloud and hybrid cloud is proposed. The research has an important role on the large-scale construction of electric vehicle operation network.

In this paper, the corrosion behavior was researched which was happen on the 304,321,316Lect. stainless steel materials in the analogue situation of calcining gas atmosphere of ammonium paramolybdate.The oxidized etch which happened on the sample’s surface, phase constituent and element content of the fracture surface, was analyzed by the means of SEM、XRD.The results showed that the phases of Fe2(MoO4)3,MoO3,MoO2.5(OH)0.5,Cr2O3,Cr2Ti5O13, Fe2O3,Fe3O4 ect. are contained on the surfaces of the 304,316L, 321 samples which are calcined. There is an inside oxidized corrosion layer in 304 316L. The oxidizing film is damaged and the oxygen penetrates into the base to form an oxidized layer. A thin and compact oxidation film was formed between 321 corrosion layer and the alloy interface, which have prevented the base from further corrosion, under this experiment conditions, this steel belonged to the inoxidizability materials. The coating deficiency of 321 steel is shallow; the particles of oxidate is thin and without inner corrosion; the weight gain rate of oxidized etch is slow (average rate 5.2×10-2mg/ (cm2•h)), the weight gain is less and corrosion resistance is fine.

In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of electric-vehicle’s charging-discharging, and control the charging-discharging process according to the electric grid’s condition, multiple applications and systems have been developed for monitoring and managing the EV’s charging-discharging. All of these systems are required for EV charging-discharging data support, so it becomes quite an urgent problem that how to share and exchange EV’s charging-discharging information between different systems. To solve this problem, this paper applies IEC61970 CIM to EV charging-discharging system, extends the CIM to cover all the EV charging-discharging facilities. And then a data center of EV charging-discharging has been developed based on the extended CIM to provide charging-discharging data for other systems through CIS service. The research of this paper provides a unified information model for efficient monitoring and management of EV’s charging-discharging as well as integration of related systems and applications.

97.5% of the water on Earth is salty, around one percent of that is brackish groundwater, and fresh water is becoming more and more precious. Mature desalination technologies as reverse osmosis, multi-stage flash, multi-effect distillation as well as electrodialysis are introduced in this paper. Of these, such reverse osmosis membranes as cellulose acetate membrane, polyamide membrane and nanomaterials enhanced membrane are discussed. In addition, several seawater desalination processes are presented, and the working manners of three other novel desalination technologies are illustrated. After all, none of the new technologies seem simple and cheap enough to offer much benefit to people, and the appropriate method should be chose according to different nations.

Based on the field investigation and sampling, seven dominant wild plants and relative soil samples in Hainan Shilu iron mines area were collected. To analyze and study the contents of heavy metals Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in these samples and the characteristics of enriching heavy metals of these dominant plants. Results of this study showed that the contents of the same heavy metal in the soils around roots system of seven dominant plants had a large range of variation, to a certain extent, it reflected the difference of the enriched characteristics of different plants to the same heavy metal. All seven dominant plants had endurance and enriched characteristics to Fe. Bothriochloa root hoarded up abundant Fe, Cu, Zn and its stored characteristics to Mn, Pb, Cd also stood out from the seven dominant plants, so it could be used as good plant which absorbed a large amount of heavy metals but mainly held in the roots, this result had a good consistance with the finding that the enriched and transferred characteristics of Bothriochloa to heavy metals in soil. In the soil of low cadmium pollution, Calopo and Bothriochloa had higher concentration factors of cadmium, this indicated they had a good potential in high cadmium pollution soil. White tephrosia and Cyperus alternifolius had the higher metastasis ability to Mn, Zn, Cd, which had the potential of phytoremediation.

Phosphate ester and its ramifications in the pesticide are virulent and some are known to be human carcinogens. The removal of phosphate ester in the leftover of the pesticide has been a major environmental concern. The Cerium(III) complex made up of a nitrogen unsaturated heterocycle ligand and Cerium ion(III) was used in the catalytic degradation of bis(4-nitrophenyl) phosphate ester (BNPP). This catalytic system showed higher catalytic activity and better reproducibility and stability than other similar Cerium(III) systems. The rate of the BNPP catalytic degradation was about 109 -fold faster than that of its spontaneous degradation at the same conditions. The Cerium(III) complex is an very effective catalyst in the degradation of the phosphate ester.

The intelligent virtual environment in an artificial fish of virtual auditory system is designed in this paper. Firstly, the model of artificial fish of auditory system in intelligent virtual environment (IVE) is built. Secondly, two-layer of artificial fish of auditory perception is designed according to the biological mechanism of auditory. The first layer is based on the design of the low frequency signal. The second layer is based on the design of the high frequency signal. And using the bayesian network(BN) to realize the acoustic signals of artificial fish to learn and memory algorithm. Get a satisfactory result through animation simulation.

A new method is presented in the paper. The fatigue life reliability of submarine cone-cylinder shell is investigated, based on the combination between the methods of conventional Monte Carlo and classical probabilistic fracture mechanics. Firstly, Monte Carlo method is employed to obtain the reliability of given initial fatigue life. Secondly, the two induced factors M1 and M2 in the paper are estimated according to the initial fatigue life and the reliability. Thirdly, based on the two factors, the other fatigue life reliability is obtained by using classical probabilistic fracture mechanics method. Finally, numerical cases show that the proposed method is more efficient without accuracy loss for fatigue life reliability compared with Monte Carlo method. This method can also be applied to predict the fatigue life reliability of analogue structures.

Due to the nature of vagueness inherent to real-life situations, some fuzzy data are deemed to suitable enough to describe the qualitative and/or quantitative estimation for decision making problems. Therefore, a new method for multiple attribute decision making under fuzzy environment is discussed, in which the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. To overcome some disadvantages of existing distance measures like indiscrimination, counterintuitive results and difficulty of interpretation, we introduce a new class of distance for describing the deviation degrees between intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Furthermore, the measure of similarity degree for each alternative to ideal point is calculated through using the new proposed fuzzy distance. A model of TOPSIS is designed with the introduction of the particular closeness coefficient composed of similarity degrees. Then, we extend the TOPSIS method to aggregate the fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and rank the alternatives according to their closeness coefficients. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the proposed approach practicality and effectiveness.

Bismuth oxide is an important metal-oxide semicondutor, the interest in developing methods which can prepare Bi2O3 with unique properties has been a hot issue recently. In this paper, paralled flaw precipitation method has been employed to synthesize nanostructured Bi2O3. It is found that the bandgap and photocatalytic performance of Bi2O3 has a strong dependence on the pH value of precipitation reaction.The prepared photocatalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance. The results show that Bi2O3 prepared under pH value 8.5 has the highest BET surface area, pore volume, the smallest pore size and the average crystal size. Bi2O3 prepared under pH value 8.5 exhibits the best photocatalytic activity. The results of further experiments show that bandgap and the specific surface area all play an important role in promotion of photocatalytic activity of Bi2O3 prepared under pH 8.5.

In this paper, pure,single phase and high crystalline zeolite 4A samples were synthesized by hydrothermal treating by-products of polysilicon production process. The influence of crystallization time and the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 on degree of crystallinity of synthesized zeolite 4A samples was studied. The degree of crystallinity, skeleton structure and particles morphology of zeolite 4A samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,respectively.The results show that synthesized zeolite 4A samples were identical with commodity zeolite 4A.

In Hainan ChengMai Kudingcha Plantation, soil, roots, leaves of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng were obtained from 11 sampling points as “S” and analyzed for Cd and physical and chemical properties of soil, then the concentration and mobility of Cd in tea trees-soil was studied. The speciation of Cd in soil were analyzed by BCR three stage sequential extraction procedure and one-step extraction. Method characterized Bioavailability of Cd in Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng were established through the correlation analysis of Cd speciation in soil to Cd content in leaves and the influence of physical and chemical properties of soil to Bioavailability of Cd in soil was discussed. Results of this study showed that: The majority of Cd in soil was transferred to plant as the strong enrichment of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng Trees, The Cd content distribution was: roots > leaves >>rhizosphere soil; According to the correlation analysis, （F1）、（F1+F2） and Cd-HCl extraction were used to characterize the Bioavailability of Cd in soil due to complex soil environment. The order of physical and chemical properties of soil which affected Bioavailability of Cd was: pH>Eh>organic matter>moisture>volatile phenol, that is to say, lower pH, higher Eh, organic matter, moisture, volatile phenol was in favor of reducing the Bioavailability of Cd and Cd accumulation in tea.

This paper analyses the exiting fault injection technology completely which is a key role in the testability demonstration and evaluation test, lists the problems it faces and proposes a synthetical fault injection system platform to solve the problems. Finally, a fault injection test is done on the secondary electrical power source system of a missile’s fly control module and the test result shows that the platform is much more convenient, efficient and practical in project.

The regulation of stress concentration generated by the edge effect of shrink fit is studied in this paper. Firstly, experiment is designed with Latin hypercube (LH) method; then the maximum compound stress of the shrink fit is obtained by means of FEM; at last, the relationship among the maximum compound stress, shrink range, dimensional sizes of the shrink fit parts and material properties is fitted into a empirical formula via BP neural network. The formula is capable of offering good forecast to the maximum compound stress, and makes up the deficiencies of the design of shrink fit by using elastic mechanics (EM). At the end of this paper, the shrink fit of the drive axle housing is optimized with the empirical formula, and the maximum compound stress is abated greatly on the condition of ensuring the normal use of drive axle housing.

In this study, a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration (UF) membrane was modified by dispersing nano-sized ZnO particles in a PVDF solution. PVDF membranes were fabricated by a phase inversion method. The permeation flux, mechanical properties, rejection of BSA aqueous solution and reclaimed water treatment were examined. The results indicate that the permeation flux of the modified membrane was lower than the neat PVDF membrane. The maximum tension force and tensile elongation length were improved initially for the modified membrane. The rejection of BSA aqueous solution was improved to 98.4%, while the neat PVDF membrane was 87.26%, and the relative water flux reduction was lower than the neat PVDF membrane. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal of the reclaimed water treated by the modified membrane was 46.36%, while the neat PVDF membrane was 14.09%.

This paper presents one on-line model for energy efficiency calculation and analysis. The computation model of combustion rate and other related physical and chemical equations were introduced to the heat balance computing model of boiler. It established one on-line model of thermal process, which can provide the functional relationship completely in real-time measurable variables to the calculation of energy efficiency. And on that basis, the theory on deviation analysis was introduced to establish the model for energy efficiency quantitative analysis to calculate the single-factor distributed consuming difference. The situation of the CG-220/9.81-M boiler’s energy efficiency was calculated and analyzed with the diagnosis model. The calculation errors of thermodynamic parameters related and the errors between the lumped energy efficiency deviation and the sum of single-factor distributed efficiency deviation were both small. The model is reasonably accurate. The on-line model for energy efficiency diagnosis of thermal power pulverized coal boiler was established.

Automotive low frequency noise is difficult to control in a traditional way. Locally resonant phononic crystals (PCs) can forbid the propagation of certain frequency. This PCs’ structure also can be fabricated to apply in automotive noise control. The simulation method is applied to establish the model of two-dimensional (2D) locally resonant phononic crystals in order to research the impact of the parameters on the propagation. The band gap of locally resonant phononic crystals in z mode is calculated using the simplified model.

The flower-like α-Fe2O3superstructures were fabricated by a novel hydrothermal route and sequential annealing at 600 °C for 1 h using FeCl3×6H2O as the starting precursor. The structures and morphologies of the synthesized flower-like superstructures have been characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is revealed that the flower-like α-Fe2O3nanostructures consist of nanorods with the average diameter of about 70 nm and an average length of about 200nm growing from the centers. The critical role of urea in the hydrothermal synthesis of the flower-like nanostructures is discussed.

And the framework, data processing and arithmetic of the system are presented. By continuously running program debugging and optimization settings to modify the parameters, the predicted results and actual test results is to be closer.

The polypropylene (PP)/ poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) in-situ microfibrillar composites were prepared by the melt blending technology using a single screw extruder. Maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) is used as the compatibilizer. The rheology was characterized on capillary rheometer, and thermal behaviors of the PP/PPS were investigated by DSC. The experiment results reveal that the melting PP/PPS composites conform to the law of Non-Newton and show typical shear-thinning behavior. The viscosity of PP/PPS composites is nearly independent of the PPS concentration at 270°С and 280°С , respectively. However, the contents of PPS have an influence on shear viscosity of the PP/PPS at 290С and 300°С . The DSC results exhibit that the crystallization temperatures (TC) of PP in the composites are higher than that of the pure PP, and the TCof PP increases slightly with increasing PP content in the composites. Moreover, the melting temperature of PPS in the composites decreases slightly with increasing PP content.

β' phase precipitation in a cold rolled Cu-Zn alloy under high density electric current pulses was studied in the present work. The results showed that the precipitation of β' phase was controlled by the angle between the current direction and rolling direction. When the angle was 45º, the application of electric current could refine α phase without β' phase precipitation, while at 0º or 90º, β' phase precipitated from α phase boundaries and distributed along the rolled direction. It was proposed that the precipitation of β' phase during the application of high density electric current was determined by the electron wind force and anisotropic electrical resistivity of the grain boundaries.
