A vehicle plate location algorithm under complex scenes is presented that based on interest region extraction and morphology. First of all, extract the edge of the lane, obtain the driveway area from the edge of the road, confirm the region of interest with the experiences in the driveway area, it can reduce the scope for searching. Then preprocessing is used in the vehicle image, including gray, edge detection and binary transformation is used. Then a series of morphological operations are used to look for candidate regions that probably contain the characters in range of sizes. Finally, the vehicle license plate can be found according to the median filter.

As the proportion of photovoltaic power increasing, the impact on the power system is evident. An accurate mathematical model for PV power generation system is necessary. This paper demonstrates the detailed mathematic models for PV power generation system consisted of PV cell, converters, flow model are summarized. This work might provide a generic PV power system models for the research of characteristics of PV generation system and its grid-connected operation.

The global energy issues have become increasingly prominent in recent years, photovoltaic power generation as a renewable energy use pattern is widely used, but a large number of photovoltaic power generation to the grid is a big negative impact, it is necessary to predict the output power of the photovoltaic. Power system load forecasting is the reference and safeguard of the power system operation. This article analyzes the main point of the prediction of photovoltaic power system and power load system, then introduces the support vector machine (SVM) based on quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) to do the prediction. And then this paper proposes a generalized system load prediction system containing the photovoltaic power system.

The detonation of fine aluminum-oxygen mixtures was numerical simulated using a hybrid combustion model. The emphasis was laid on the influence of the decomposition of Al2O3 on the detonation structure. Results showed that including the decomposition of Al2O3 will limit the gas temperature behind the detonation wave below a certain value. On the other hand, a double-wave structure will appear in the pressure profiles in cases with rich-dust condition if the decomposition of Al2O3 is not included.

The dissipating of pore water pressure caused by pile sinking is one of the main factors resulting in time effect of ultimate bearing capacity of pile.The pore water pressure is monitored at each observing point during pile sinking and after that. With the pore pressure plan embedded in advance, by means of spot test in the process of pile sinking, under this geological conditions of the pile foundation by referring to the second phase project of the free port logistics processing zone in Dongjiang, Tianjin.The change law of the distribution and dissipation of excess pore water pressure with time, depth, radial distance and permeability coefficient of soil was also discussed. It’s found that the excess pore water pressure attenuates approximately linearly with the increase of the distance from the pile heart and the scope influenced is around 10d. As the numerical simulation accord with the test results effectively, promote the results then get the change rule of pile bearing capacity with time.The formula of pile bearing capacity about time effect in dredge fill was deduced for engineering reference.The effect of soil internal friction angle on the ultimate bearing capacity of pile was discussed. Numerical simulation shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of pipe pile increases over time and keeps stable after 20d.The ultimate limit bearing capacity is 1473kN with increase of 12.3%, the time when it reaches the stable state is in accord with the excess pore water pressure dissipation monitored at each observing point. The larger the internal frictional angle of soil becomes, the more the ultimate bearing capacity is. The angle exceeding 20°,the bearing capacity would not increase as internal frictional angle of soil increases.

Space probes now asks for a correction in aeronautic mechanics. Analysis of the radio tracking data from the Pioneer 10/11 spacecraft at distances between about 20–70 AU from the Sun has consistently indicated the presence of a constant acceleration of 8.6× 10−8 cm/s−2 directed towards the Sun. Currently, an independent research rises from the planetary long-term orbital evolution study and may be helpful to understand the nature of Pioneer Anomaly. Furthermore, calculation shows that the Pioneer data match with the new discovery’s prediction very well. Such nova theory will improve spacecraft and space shuttle design, and could enhance the accuracy, ensuring them into the designed orbit prompt.

In this paper, an on-machine profile measuring system for aspheric ground surface was presented, which involved data processing with improved two-dimensional weighted mean filtering and free form surface fitting. To verify the reliability of this system, a calibration experiment was done by comparing the measuring results of Ф320mm mirror between the WYKO 24 inch interferometer and the on-machine measuring system. The experiment results show that the on-machine measurement is effective and it can provide foundation for compensation machining. By comparing the measurement experiment results of the Keyence LC2430 with the WYKO interferometer, it is demonstrated that the deviation of PV is better than 0.23μm and the deviation of RMS better than 0.08μm.

Asymmetrical conditions that occur during plate rolling can cause front end bending or lead to poor product shape, profile, quality and cause reduced productivity. In these investigations, a model of calculating curvature is deduced according to the theory of rolling, which has been used to determine the effect of surface friction mismatch on the direction and severity of curvature in plate rolling. Results show that the front end bending can occur easily due to the mismatch of coefficient of friction. Moreover, the results have identified that the bending inclination of large reduction, large radius of roll and thin rolling stock is higher than that of the reverse, the bending inclination of the entrance thickness of rolling stock is higher than that of the reduction, and the bending inclination of the reduction is higher than that of the radius of roll.

Ultra precision grinding is currently the main technology for large scale advanced optical lens machining. In this paper, the machining system of ultra precision surface grinder is investigated. The experiments of new wedged aspheric lens with the dimension of 430*430mm have been conducted by SD600 diamond wheel, and the parallel grinding, cup truing and on-machine measuring are used for good accuracy. The results show the effective machining system and the problem for next research.
