In machining process, the machining systems are usually described by the stable theoretical model. However, there are still various process errors existed. To recognize, compensate and eliminate the errors, a method of process system error tracing based on PSO is proposed to explore the errors existing in the machining process. The determined theoretical model is defined and actual measurement data samples are used to find the optimal solution, get the deviation value of each error sources. Finally, the process system error tracing of the Arc Cam is taken as an example to prove the stability and validity of proposed method.

After studying the influencing factors and interaction rules of the damage for reinforced carbon fiber in different jet medium on the basis of analyzing carbon fiber damage for traditional acupuncture process, a lower damage process scheme of preform based on jet for layered carbon fiber composite is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the carbon fiber puncture damage is clustered and formal described by using graph theory, which the analytical method for a complex combination of puncture damage is obtained successfully. Then the stress and strain distribution of carbon fiber puncture damage is analyzed through simulation. So this paper has proposed a new technical approach for improving the quality of the needle perform.

A detailed analysis is provided to discuss the effects of acoustic driving frequency and amplitude on bubble radial oscillation based on a revised bubble dynamical model. Numerical study demonstrates that 3 types of bubble radial oscillation can be achieved according to different driving signal frequency; driving signal amplitude affects oscillation differently due to its value, and a certain critical value of acoustic signal amplitude was found where the oscillation is becoming chaotic.

Present paper investigates the steady criterion of the forced, isothermal, and incompressible capillary channel flow in both parallel plates and wedge-shaped channel, which has prominent application in liquid management technology in space. One-dimensional refined Bernoulli equation for parallel channel in Rosendahls work is modified mainly on geometric factors to establish algorithms for wedge-shaped channel. Liquid pressure loss theory is applied to explain the physical behavior of the flow collapse and critical volume flux is determined as a function of length of channels. Theoretical analysis of flow in both parallel and wedge-shaped channels demonstrates better liquid management performance in the wedge-shaped channel. Such results may be valuable in the capillary channel design for space liquid transport application.

To analyze the radial oscillation of forced acoustic gas bubble in liquid, a revised model including the effect of compressibility is mathematically formulated. Based on proposed model, the effects of fluid viscosity and temperature are discussed respectively. Numerical study demonstrates that gas bubble oscillation may change from nonlinear chaos into linear one due to the augmentation of fluid viscosity. Meanwhile, the stable oscillation may diverge with a sensible rise in temperature.

Due to the demands of dynamic quality control in manufacturing process, a system framework of dynamic coupled quality control (DCQC) was proposed. The framework analyzed the coupled relation between quality attributes (QAs) of product, and established the weighted coupled network (WCN) model by defining the nodes properties formalized. According to the model, the coupled mechanism was analyzed and the monitoring technique of key quality points was put forward based on brittleness analysis and autocorrelation analysis. Furthermore, the dynamic quality improving mechanism was performed to realize the real-time control. Finally, an application analysis was presented to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method.

Casting sprue is required to parameterize for suiting material processing and developing casting quality so as to find the best casting sprue for the corresponding material. In this work, parameterization for casting sprue for different materials is conducted using Visual LISP. The main procedures are like this in sequence: establishing dialog for the casting sprue parameters of variable materials, drawing programming, entering the shape parameters of one material into the dialog, directly outputting its model through CAD. Combining techniques of material casting, CAD and Visual LISP together offers following merits: (i) simplify repetitive sprue design among different materials and develop drawing efficiency by making certain CAD function automatic. (ii) develop sprue design efficiency among different materials by leaving many similar structures of different materials to a computer program.

According to the characteristics and working environment of the unit and based on the result of the fault tree analysis made on a detection and control unit, it easily to reach the prime failure mode of the unit. Failure mode of the main environmental factors of the detection and control unit were analyzed, then the main synthesis stress which may affect the unit were ensured, so that the unit’s potential weak link as the main concern of the RET can be identified. A testing plan of the unit based on the theory of RET was designed.

To improve the product innovation ability and comprehensive entropy management level, a standardized evaluation index and evaluation system is proposed, and a product innovation alliance dynamic evaluation method is constructed to give a new way for sustainable development of enterprises and constant innovation and upgrading of products.

To realize machine tool modular customization and configuration, the driving and mapping model of customer requirement is established in the environment of various customer requirement and mass individualized customization, which can transform processing of parts driven by customer requirement into function configuration FC, structure configuration SC and appearance configuration AC (3C) of module features. Besides, to solve the question of module manufacturability, by module compatibility analysis on dynamic, kinematic and aesthetic (MC3), a multi-dimensional configuration method for manufacturable of modular machine tool based on MC33C is proposed in this paper. Finally, A case study is given to prove effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed method, and the result shows that the various and individualized requirements are meet and design efficiency is improved.

A new developed Intelligent Auto Sampler is introduced in this paper. The configuration and features of the new product are also presented in details with the hardware structure and system controlling. A simulation analysis of the design is given out with the UG 3-D simulation software in this paper. The design proved to be stable.

The compilation of oil production project of oilfield is a huge and complex decisions making process, which involves multi-properties, multi-objectives problems. Considering the fact that the traditionally empirical methods already couldn’t meet the requirements such as scientific, advanced, and economic, we divide the decision making problems in oil production project into two categories: predictable decision making and evaluation decision making. Based on the characteristics of these two types of problems, we design the decision supporting system in oil production project of oilfield, which use B/S model, composing by model base, method base, database, and user interface. This system made full use of the history data of oilfield, improved the value of data, and greatly enriched the decision making methods for oil production project compilation. It also made the decisions more reasonable and improved the quality of project.

Considering the increasingly tense relationship between construction land supply and demand, we study the inherent rules and the spatial evolution in construction land use. In order to solve the problem of parameter optimization effectively, we analysis the fundamental theory of Support Vector Machine and finally accomplish the combination of genetic algorithm and support vector machine. Meanwhile we apply this model to analysis the construction land use and propose a new model, which is based on the support vector machines with genetic algorithm, for construction land evolution. Taking Guandu district in Kunming, Yunnan as a case, we find out that the new model is far superior to recent models in terms of predicting accuracy, algorithm complexity and computational efficiency. And therefore, we believe that this is highly precise, practical and efficient model for forecasting construction land use and evolution.

The micro-structure, the thermal and electrical transport properties, and their corresponding relationship of carbon micro-coils were discussed, based on the experimental results. The disordered micro-structure and the helical conformation of carbon micro-coils were responsible for the characteristic of their transport properties.

Triclinic and hexagonal structure of TbBO3 was synthesized by Sol-Gel combustion method and high temperature solid state method respectively. The TbBO3 crystal was grown by fluxing Czochralski(CZ) method and LiBO2 as flux. The crystal structure was studied by FT-IR and DTA. The results of powder magnetic susceptibility of hexagonal one showed that TbBO3 may be a good candidate magneto optical material.

This paper presents results on mechanical behavior of multilayer piezoelectric stack actuators for use in active member under combined electro-mechanical Loadings. The objective of this study is to investigate the behavior of piezoelectric materials and to determine the properties necessary for design of such actuator systems. Two types of experiments are performed: influences of the preload on characteristics of the stack and dynamic test. The measurements indicate strong dependence of the actuator piezoelectric properties on the electro-mechanical loading conditions. The displacement output is initially enhanced with an increase of the mechanical preload, and the maximum value is obtained at the preload of about 0.4 KN. But much higher preload will cause the decrease of the displacement output. Within low frequency band of about 400 Hz, the displacement magnitude of the stack is nearly constant, and the phase lag increases with the increase of the driving frequency at the applied sine sweep voltage with the amplitude of 150V.

Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) method was adopted to synthesize powder containing CaB6, and the power was leaching by sulfuric acid. Effects of reaction atmosphere, magnesium addition, H2SO4acidity and leaching temperature on the performances of CaB6powderwas investigated, the microstructure of products were researched by SEM and XRD, the results show that the phases of products by SHS are CaB6、Mg3B2O6and Ca3B2O6, and high purity CaB6powders are obtained after the products by SHS was leaching by Sulfuric acid. The SHS conditions are the vacuum atmosphere and 30% excessive magnesium addition and the leaching conditions are 55% acidity of Sulfuric acid and 40°C leaching temperature, the perfect and uniform grain of CaB6powers are obtained at the above conditions.

Al-Ca master alloy was prepared by molten salt electrolysis method, using a mixed molten salt system of CaCl2-CaF2and feeding CaO as electrolysis material. The technological parameters such as back electromotive force (BEMF), cell voltage, and current were measured by testing device of molten salt electrolysis. The effects of current density, CaO addition, electrolysis time and feeding period on the back electromotive force in the electrolysis process are studied. The results indicate that back electromotive force increases with current density increasing, the feeding period is 30min measured by potential control method. Finally, the Al-Ca alloy with the Ca content of 11.6wt% can be obtained by electrolyzing for 1h at the current of 7A and at 740.

The effects of microwave radiation pretreatment on the leaching behavior of diaspore were investigated. The influence of sodium hydroxide addition, microwave irradiation temperature and microwave irradiation time were studied, the mechanism of microwave roasting pretreatment was also studied. The results show that microwave roasting pretreatment can greatly improve the leaching efficiency of Al2O3, and decrease the mole fraction of digestion liquor. The optimal microwave roasting condition is that the sodium hydroxide addition is 100kg/t, the microwave irradiation temperature is 535°C, and the microwave irradiation time is 5min the roasting mechanical is that the increase of effective affecting acreage and the formation of high active alumina.

The thermal and electrical transport properties of carbon micro-coils under the condition of common use were measured and discussed. The temperature-dependence, the load-bearing stability, the explicit and implicit values of those properties were brought forward to provide the references for their reliable industrial design and high efficient service.

Based on customer requirements-driven, a multi-dimension configuration for modular machine tools was proposed. The method comprehensively employed QFD and rule-based reasoning to work out the mapping between customer requirements and product attributes and identify the optimal values of technical requirements. Finally, taken cost and delivery time as optimal objects, the proposed method was verified by a case of machine tools.

To improve the quality control effect and decrease the manufacturing cost in the product’s multistage machining processes, based on the quality loss of single stage machining process, an overall mean quality loss model of multistage machining processes is established by the integration of Duncan cost model, Taguchi quality loss model, mean shift index and average time to signal (ATS). By using this quality loss model, the overall mean quality loss optimal function of multistage machining processes is constructed and the control parameters of this function are optimally solved. Besides, The Shewhart control chart and Cause-selecting control chart can be optimally designed with the control parameters of this optimal function. Finally, on the basis of an application, the multistage machining quality control based on minimum overall mean quality loss is verified to improve the control chart’s performance under the condition of the minimum overall mean quality loss.

In this work, we have investigated the influence of the pulsed substrate bias voltage on the evolution of the surface morphology and sp3 hybridization degree of Ag containing diamond-like carbon (Ag-DLC) films deposited by using a mid-frequency dual-magnetron sputtering system. The unipole substrate bias voltage at 0 V, -60 V, -100 V and -150 V, respectively, was employed on AISI 440 substrate with the duty ratio uniformly set at 70%. The surface morphology was observed by AFM and the hybridization degree of the DLC films was performed respectively using Raman Spectroscopy and Rockwell C indenter. In these samples, the surface morphology and sp3 hybridization degree of Ag-DLC films show a certain dependence on the pulsed substrate bias applied. The evolution tendency of the surface morphology is found different with that of the sp3 hybridization degree of the DLC films under action of the pulsed substrate bias. These phenomena imply that the energetic particles may induce a balance between recombination of the particles and change of the internal stress in the DLC films.
