Dye-sensitized solar cells are attracted much interest in the fields of clean energy. In this work, a novel ruthenium terpyridine dimeric complex (N749 dimer) was designed and synthesized through the coordination of 4,4',4"-tricarboxy-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine with ruthenium trichloride, bridging with 4,4'-bipyridine and basic hydrolysis. The calculated and experimental UV-vis absorption spectrums for N749 dimer were compared to those of the commercial black dye N749. The results showed that N749 dimer exhibits wider spectrum absorption range and higher molar extinction coefficient. Dye sensitized solar cells were fabricated based on the N749 dimer. The cell efficiency could reach 2.9% battery efficiency under simulated sunlight irradiation of 100 mW/cm2 power AM1.5G ruthenium. The results provide a new direction for designing the ruthenium dyes.

δ13C and δ15N dual stable isotope signatures were used to determine the impact of mangrove materials and other organic carbon sources to fish, crab (Scylla paramamosain) and land use communities in an ecologically significant mangrove ecosystem of Hainan Island in the southern part of China. The mean δ13C values of the leaves ranges from-36.72 to 32-89‰ suggesting that mangrove trees follow the C3 type photosynthetic pathway. The analyzed specimen on the crab was found to have δ13C and δ15N values ranging from-21.41 to-19.74‰ and 7.60 to 7.78‰ respectively, and that of fish from-12.92 to-13.02‰ and 7.01-7.53‰. Crabs showed low δ13C values as compared to the fish. The δ13C revealed that the mangrove crabs directly relied on the mangrove materials. The variation of carbon and nitrogen concentration respectively showed considerable difference in the ultimate sources of carbon and trophic level. It was observed that mangrove leaves contribute to the food sources. The land usage that contributes to pollution and the nutrient distribution reflects anthropogenic loading of nitrogen in the mangrove area. Thus, this calls for the need to conserve the mangrove ecosystem at Hainan.

Supercritical water gasification (SCWG) of food waste was carried out to investigate the effects of increasing alkali catalysts (NaOH, KOH, Ca (OH)2, Na2CO3, NaHCO3and K2CO3) concentration on hydrogen yield. Food waste containing twenty-eight different Chinese food items was gasified at a temperature of 400°C (held for 10mins) and pressure of 24MPa. The basicity of the reacting medium was an underlying factor influencing the effects of the different alkali catalysts concentrations on the hydrogen yield. In this study, KOH generally had the highest catalytic effects on hydrogen yield. Additionally, increasing the concentration of alkali catalysts significantly suppressed the CO2content in the product gases. Suppression of CO2by NaOH and KOH was due to their catalytic effects during the water gas shift reaction (WGSR) in order to increase the hydrogen yield. Suppression of CO2by carbonates on the other hand was due to their catalytic effects on the methanation reaction, thereby hindering the WGSR and resulting in lower hydrogen yields. Finally, increasing NaOH concentrations was very effective to decarbonize the product gas of the various reactions. This study seeks to discriminate the effects of increasing alkali catalysts concentration on hydrogen yield during the SCWG of food waste.

Based on the current system dynamics theory and related research experience, we construct the residential electricity price (REP) dynamic simulation model including the subsystems such as residential affordable price, feed-in tariff and distribution price. Then, taking Beijing for an example, we make the simulation of the REP policy and summarize some valuable results.

In this paper, condensation mechanism of the Freon refrigerants outside spiral grooved tube is discussed. The heat transfer coefficient of Freon refrigerants condensation outside spiral grooved tube is obtained. A calculation example of heat transfer coefficient on the tube bundle of condenser with baffle bars is presented. It shows the excellent thermal performance of the spiral groove tubes compared to smooth tubes.

High electricity cost generated from the residents dispersion and the market failure resulted from the natural monopoly of the electricity supply industry make the traditional pricing theory which is based on the cost, market and competition suffer challenge in the decision of residential electricity price (REP). The paper analyzes the main factors influencing residential electricity price policy (REPP) to assist the relevant government decisions from perspectives of the residential affordability, the average electricity sales price, alternative energy and other policies. Furthermore, the conduction path of the factors influencing and deciding REPP is analyzed and a cause-effect diagram is produced with system dynamics software.

A series of bis (2-tetrahydrobenzofuranyl) alkanes in good yield under solvent-free conditions from differently aromatic substituted aldehydes and 3-methyl-6,7-dihydrobenzofuran-4(5H)-one in the presence of H2SO4•SiO2as catalyst at 90oC. Their structures were characterized by NMR, IR and ESI-MS. The proposed mechanism for the H2SO4•SiO2-catalyzed condensation reaction have been discussed in the work. This versatile approach has the advantages of broad functional group compatibility, short reaction times, simple operation and environmentally benign nature.

A three-factor-three-level experiment was developed by the central composite design (CCD) and Response surface methodology to discuss the effects of concentration of K2CO3, activation temperature and time on the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon (AC) derived from the rice husk and to identify the key preparation parameters. The performance of the AC was characterized by nitrogen adsorption isotherm as Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. The optimal parameters were obtained: Rice husk was soaked in K2CO3 solution (2.32 mol/L) with an impregnation ratio (rice husk: K2CO3=1:3) (wt. %), activated at 1239 K for 0.48 h. The results showed that iodine adsorption capacity of the AC was 1268.52 mg/g, the error between the models predicted (1356.98 mg/g) was only 6.2%. The AC has a large apparent surface area (SBET = 1312 m2/g), total pore volume (0.78 cm3/g) and average pore diameter (11.92 Å).

Aiming at the problem that there are many .NET based software need to access COM based OPC servers. This article developed an OPC client for .NET based advanced control software. Firstly, this article introduces the structural characteristics of OPC, then describes the whole process to develop this client software, and finally shows the experiments result that the client could access data with an OPC server stabilized. This client could be a good solution to solve the communication problem between .NET and COM platforms.

It becomes common practice to reduce a large-scale power grid into a simplified one using transient stability simulator and have it modeled on electromagnetic transients programs. However, the procedure of network reduction may produce negative resistance, which may result in some problems in electromagnetic transient simulation. This paper firstly demonstrates that the negative resistance will probably lead to numerical instability in electromagnetic transient simulation. And then the forming mechanism of the negative resistance during network reduction using Gaussian Elimination is revealed. Several schemes for negative resistance elimination are presented at last.

The chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm was presented to solving optimal power flow. The proposed OPF considers the total cost of generators as the objective functions. To enhance the performance of algorithm, a premature convergence strategy was proposed. The strategy can be divided into two parts. In the first part, a method is introduced to judge premature convergence, while another part provides an advance method to improve the performance of algorithm with searching the solution in total feasible region. The control strategy used to prevent premature convergence will obtain starting values for initial particle before program iterating, so it can provide bitter probability of detecting global optimum solution. The simulation results on standard IEEE 30-bus system minimizing fuel cost of generator show the effectiveness of the chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm, and can obtain a good solution.

A pair of triazole-linked bistetrahydrobenzofuran derivatives were prepared in high yields through Cu (II)-catalyzed click reaction under mild conditions. All of the intermediates and target compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. Thein vitroH+/K+-ATPase inhibitory effect for the target compounds were also evaluated by MTT methods, and the (E)-isomer of the bistetrahydrobenzofurans exhibited the better H+/K+-ATPase inhibitory activities than the commercial omeprazole with the IC50of 37.90 μM. The bioactive compound might be potentially used as anti-ulcer agents in the treatment of acid-related diseases.

Financial agglomeration is the transfer and concentration of financial resources in space , this transfer and concentration can make the zone enterprises obtain financing at lower cost, particularly financial agglomeration can reduce the enterprise financing cost, time cost, and unstable financial risk cost ; then this paper uses the listing Corporation and the various provinces and cities in 2011 which issued A shares of the financial as the sample data, starting from the financial agglomeration effect on the enterprises' financing behavior as the point of empirical analysis, the results show that: the financial agglomeration degree and the enterprise financing cost is negatively related, namely the financial agglomeration reduces the financing cost.

Railway ballast dynamic stability operations is an important work in the line maintenance and repair operations, the selection of dynamic parameter is usually dependent on field trials and practical experience, for lack of theoretical basis. This paper creates discrete element analysis model of railway ballast using the discrete element method, the numerical simulations are carried out to study the lateral ballast resistance during dynamic stability process. We focus on the influence of vibration frequency during dynamic stability process; an optimal vibration frequency of the simulation analysis is obtained and compared with the recommended vibration frequency of a product of a China Railway Large Maintenance Machinery Company, it is found that the two vibration frequencies are basically consistent. This result verifies the correct validity of the discrete element analysis model of railway ballast during dynamic stability process.

The rapid prototyping technology was introduced, including its definition, principle and characteristics. The advantages of rapid prototyping technology in new product development were analyzed. Application of rapid prototyping technology in design of mechanical parts, industrial model, medical model, ceramic products, automobile model and products based on ergonomics was discussed. The feasibility of rapid prototyping technology in product design and the optimization direction was prospected.

According to the deficient situation of study in merging unit performance evaluation, this paper set up a comprehensive evaluation model for merging unit performance evaluation. Introduced triangular fuzzy number and determined the index weight through certain processing conversion, and set up a scientific system of performance indicators, and then selected normal distribution as the membership function. On this basis, this paper established a hierarchical and sub-aims comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the model was applied for evaluating a merging unit performance. The evaluation result showed that the weight was effective and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was simple and reliable.

The temperature and humidity on the lawn and brick underlying surface at differnet distances from the bank of Yellow River in Lanzhou, Gansu province, China (Lanzhou reach of Yellow River) were continuously monitored from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for 5 days in August and September 2013, respectively. With increasing distance, the temperature gradually increased, but the humidity remarkablely declined. The influence of Lanzhou reach of Yellow River on the temperature-humidity effect on the two underlying surfaces was dependent on the distance from the bank of Yellow River. The relationship between the temperature on the lawn or brick underlying surface and the distance was a significant positive correlation, but the humidity in this thesis and the distance showed the remarkable negative correlation relationship. The maximum distance of the temperature and humidity effect from the water of Lanzhou reach of Yellow River was calculated, and their range was 236.4-317.1 m and 248.8-289.2 m, respectively

The friction and wear properties of cast iron with different graphite morphologies and matrix microstructure were investigated at high speed dry sliding against GCr15 steel on the MMS-1G high-speed tribometer apparatus. The various wear micro-mechanisms and tribo-metallographic phases were studied by using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that as friction material, vermicular iron exhibits excellent comprehensive tribological properties. The friction coefficient of cast iron sliding against GCr15 decreases while the wear rate increases with the increase of sliding speed, friction coefficient and wear rate decline with the increase of pearlite content. Under the experimental condition, the main wear mechanisms of flake iron are abrasive wear, of vermicular iron are abrasive wear and oxidative wear and of nodular iron are oxidative wear, abrasive wear and fatigue spalling.

The paper provides a simple, fast and practical method which follows the rule of maximizing minimum transmission angle to design crank-rocker mechanism. The method which uses the optimal design method is based on the research of papers[1]~[3] . Through the analysis and calculation, the paper gives the conclusion and drawing of k-φ-d-(γmin) max and k-d-a-b.

This paper introduces the Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method to explore factors which influence the Dynamic Capabilities effectively. A hierarchy of 8 criteria in 3 dimensions is formed to denote the influence levels and weighting of factors based on the expert survey from twelve related expert who are familiar in semiconductors industry, particular for DuPont’s Dynamic Capabilities. The result of the analysis showed Social Capital, Management of Cognitive and Organizational Resources are the major factors with characteristics of high Prominence and high Relation, which significantly affect other factors of Dynamic capacity build-up. Thus, the enterprises can build-up the Dynamic Capacities for competitiveness achieving by focused on enhancements of these 3 factors.

Cellulose hydrogel was prepared from cellulose/NaOH aqueous solutions. Silica was added into cellulose hydrogel by TEOS hydrolysis method. Finally aerogel was obtained by the freeze-drying technique. The influence of silica on the properties of cellulose aerogel was studied in detail. With cellulose content 3%, the water absorption of cellulose-SiO2composite aerogel was only about 50% of the water absorption of cellulose aerogel. The result showed that silica could effectively reduce the water absorption of cellulose aerogel significantly and reduce the extent of structural damage that resulted from highly water absorption of cellulose aerogel. At the same time, with the increase of cellulose content, density of cellulose aerogel increased, while porosity decreased. It led to the water absorption of aerogel decrease with the increasing of cellulose content.

Nonlinear TE-polarized surface plasmons localized at the interface between graphene and metamaterials are investigated analytically. The normalized momentum of graphene surface plasmons at the interface between graphene and metamaterials composed of arrays of wires and split-ring resonators (SRR) embedded into a nonlinear dielectric exhibits bistable behavior with the magnetic field intensity. The effect is explained by the hysteresis-type dependence of the nonlinear permeability of metamaterials on the field intensity.

Spinous spheres of Mn3O4nanoparticles have been successfully prepared using cationic monomer doped manganese acetate as precursory solid and thermal decomposition at 400 oC. The product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The adsorption performance of spinous spheres composed of Mn3O4for 1-Naphthyl ethylene diamine-4-azobenzene-4-sulfonic acid was investigated. The adsorbent showed high efficiency for the decolorization of 1-Naphthyl ethylene diamine-4-azobenzene-4-sulfonic acid for in contaminated water.

Discovery of bioactive ingredients from plants and fungi is always the hot spots in medicinal chemistry. The trametenolic acid B was a bioactive lanostane-type triterpenoid inTrametes lactinea(Berk.) Pat. In this work, four semi-synthetic derivatives were synthesized, characterized and evaluated the anti-gastric cancer activities against HGC-27 cells with the aim of obtaining better anti-tumor agents. The compounds2aand3bpossessed good anti-proliferative effects under normal physiological conditions, and their anti-cancer effects increased as the pH decrease to 5.5 with the IC50of 17.55 and 10.63 μM, respectively. These compounds might be further developed as anti-gastric cancer drugs.

Rapid Prototyping (RP) technology makes it possible for manufactories or Institutes conceiving the product directly from its CAD models without any tooling or human interference. This study explored the modeling process of toy aircraft based on Pro/Engineering through a component drawing, introduced the basic setups of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process by using a rapid prototyping machine. Summarized the advantages and shortages of FDM,point out that the method using CAD&RP technology may be useful in designing a new product , it promising development in making of complex component or mould, and the need of colorful materials used in RP.

Regarding to the electric vehicle (EV) with dual-energy storage system (DESS) composed of batteries and ultra-capacitors, study on the structure and drive modes of DESS, after a detailed analysis of energy storage system based on power, resistance and constraints in driving, establish a mathematical model of energy management system of EV with DESS, and an energy management based on the fuzzy control strategy is designed. Finally, a simulation of EV with DESS by using ADVISOR simulation platform is studied, whose results show that the EV with DESS based on fuzzy control strategy can be more effective in distributing power between energy storage systems, and the dynamic performance as well as economic efficiency are also improved

Reverse engineering is a process of using 3D geometric modeling method to reconstruct actual objects CAD model based on these points, which is used physical digital measuring equipment to measure the three-dimensional coordinates of points on the surface of the object accurately and rapidly. Based on reverse engineering technology as the theoretical basis, the paper used three-coordinate measuring machine to measure ashtray surface data. After data was be handled, which was used to reconstruct 3D entity in Pro/E software. Last, the 3D entity of ashtray was printed out through rapid prototyping machine, which can be achieved by physical sample to rapid manufacturing of products, shortening production cycle, reducing production costs.

We reported a structure-based virtual screening of acompound library derived from 3-acyl-5-hydroxybenzofurans to develop potentialdrugs for treating breast cancer. A library of 160,000 compounds was generatedand screened based on the G-score between ligands and receptor ERα. The topstructures were further analyzed to evaluate the receptor-ligand bindinginteractions. By comparing the binding characteristics and docking scoringvalues to the existing ERα analogues, we determined top 200 compounds aspotential drug candidates for breast cancer.

The velocity and sludge distribution in the aerobic tank of step-feed A/O process were simulated by the two-phase flow model. The aeration process was simulated by the discrete phase model and the influence of the aeration on the sludge distribution was studied. The space distribution of the wastewater-sludge-bubble in the aerobic tank was determined. The results showed that the sludge age is hard to be control led as the eddies in the aerobic tank have a strong influence on the sludge retention time. The impact of the aeration on the mean sludge concentration is neglectable. The uniformity of sludge distribution along the vertical direction and the sludge sedimentation on the bottom layer are improved by the process of aeration. The results have great theoretical significance and guidance for the optimal design of the aerobic tank of step-feed A/O process.

The feasibility of the rigid-lip hypothesis was studied in the flow field simulation of the reaction tank in the step-feed A/O process. Two models were built. One model applied the rigid-lip hypothesis was called as rigid-lid model and the other was called free surface model. The results showed that the velocity distribution of the rigid-lid model is basically consistent with that of the free-surface model. On the vertical monitor sections, the error of the mean velocity between the two models is less than 8%. The results showed that the much less expensive rigid-lid model is applicable to simulate the flow field of reaction tank.

Four 3-aminoindolizines were synthesized from the substituted 2-bromopyridines and propargyl amines with the aim of obtaining potential anti-inflammatory compounds, which were characterized by NMR, IR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. Their biological activities were evaluated by the bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation of mouse cells in the RAW264.7 inflammation model. The target compounds4a-4drevealed moderate anti-inflammatory effects with the inhibitions of 45%~61% at 50 μM. The bioactive 3-aminoindolizines might be used for further optimization as potential anti-inflammatory drugs.

As the booming civil aviation industry has seriously polluted air and tremendously jeopardized environment, ICAO has published a specific goal on the reduction of civil aviation emission. Besides, petroleum crisis is more and more severe, consequently alternative energy and emission reduction form a strong impediment for further development of civil aviation industry. In this paper, focusing on how to solve the challenges faced by civil aviation industry, combining with current situation, three mitigating methods are introduced and contrasted. Furthermore, According to the historical data of civil aviation industry development, the feasibility and prospect of three solutions are analyzed with the method of AHP. Finally, considering present aviation techniques and time cost, a dynamic mitigating method to reduce aviation emission is proposed.

Several tonnes of useful chemicals are produced every year for use in households, agriculture production and industries. However, these chemicals move from their original production or application sites through the air, surface or groundwater or soils and are deposited in unintended places. The resultant contamination of these matrices and the subsequent effects on living organisms, have become a major concern for researchers and policy makers. This study aimed at using literature to briefly review the role of plants in identifying trichloroethene contamination in groundwater. It was found that plants, through direct contact with the soil and such processes as advective uptake, translocation, diffusion and particle deposition are able to incorporate most of these contaminants into their tissues and store them in leaves, branches and trunks. The entire process of removing TCE by this method has thus been found to be inexpensive, easy to undertake and has been shown to be environmentally friendly. It may therefore be an effective way for the identification and analysis of this contaminant.

Establishing bias and central entity model of slider-crank mechanism in this paper, then the bias model is imported into the ADAMS for kinematics simulation, and we can get the sliders law of motion. Then using ANSYS and ADAMS jointly to establish the multiple rigid body and the coupled model of slider-crank mechanism, and carrying on kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis to compare the two simulation results. Through build simulation of the coupled model with UG, ANSYS and ADAMS, the result of this calculation is better to reflect the true movement of the mechanism.

In order to accurately study a tracked vehicle movement on the ground in hard and soft features, this paper uses multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn tracked vehicle subsystems Track (LM), establishing a three-dimensional multi-body vehicle dynamics model. For tracked vehicles at an inclination of 10 degrees slope, through the soft and hard ground steering process dynamics simulation and comparative analysis. This paper provides an accurate basis for the future in-depth research on Tracked vehicle.

Pyrrolo [1,2-a] pyrazine possessed widely bioactivities due to its particular structure. In this work, three pyrrolo [1,2-a] pyrazines derivatives were synthesized from the 2-bromo-5-methoxypyrazine and propargyl amines or ethers through the Pd-catalyzed intermolecular cycloisomerization strategy. Their structures were characterized by NMR, IR, EI-MS and elemental analysis, and all of them exhibited moderatein vitroanti-inflammatory effects with the inhibitions of 43-59% against IL-6 at 50 μM. The compound3crevealed relatively good anti-inflammatory activities. The bioactive pyrrolo [1,2-a] pyrazines might be potentially used as anti-inflammatory agents.

In this paper, the thickness of the different layer of the multiple-layer homogeneous structure. is optimized designed on the condition that the absorption effort is the best Using the transfer matrix of sound pressure and particle velocity of each layer and the continuity condition at the interface between two lagers, the absorption coefficient of the multiple-layer homogeneous structure is deduced. According to the absorption coefficient, the thickness of different layer is optimized designed on the condition that the absorption effort is the best when the sound wave incident to the multiple-layer homogeneous structure with different frequency. In the last, an experiment is carried out, and the experiment results test the theoretical analysis is correct which can be applied to solve the same kind problem. Hydroxylchalcone are known to act on various physiological targets. In this study, a series of nine hydroxychalcones were synthesized via the aldol condensation with the aim of obtaining bioactive small molecules. Their structures were characterized by NMR spectra. The anti-breast cancer activity evaluation indicated the monohydroxychalcones exhibited the better anti-proliferative effect than dihydroxylchalcones against MDA-MB-231 cells, and the compound3bshowed the best anti-breast cancer activities at 18 μM. The bioactive compounds might be used to develop as potential anti-breast cancer agents.

The plane docking mechanism is the core part of the 6-DOF hybrid assembly and calibration platform, while the 6-DOF hybrid assembly and calibration platform has a core position in the entire assembly and calibration system device. The plane docking mechanism position and orientation docking accuracy directly affects accuracy of the entire docking process. For the purpose of efficiency, precision and security of the modules on end platform, error model was built. Meanwhile, the simulation verification and error compensation were done for the output platform. Ultimately, the smooth running of the entire laser device was ensured.

Absorption coefficient is an important parameter of the absorption function of the absorption material. Traditional measurement methods of absorption coefficient are standing wave tube and reverberation which have some shortcomings. In this paper, phase of the sound pressure measured by two equal distance microphones placed in the front of the absorption material is delayed in order to attain the absorption coefficient. At the last, an experiment for one absorption material is carried out, the experiment results compare with the results of the other methods above mentioned that denotes that the theory is correct and practicable. With the aim of obtaining potential IL-6 inhibitor for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, four 3-aryloxylindolizine derivatives were synthesized from the 2-bromopyridine and aryl propargyl ether through the Sonogashira coupling/5-endo-trigcycloisomerization domino strategy. These compounds were characterized by NMR, IR, EI-MS and elemental analysis. Their biological activities were evaluated by the bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation of mouse cells on the RAW264.7 inflammation model. All the compounds revealed good anti-inflammatory activities with the inhibitions of 71~82% against IL-6 at 100 μM. The bioactive 3-aryloxylindolizines might be used as potential anti-inflammatory drugs.

Automatic identification of defects on solar cell modules is the key of improving components efficiency of power generation and achieving the maximum utilization of energy[1]. This paper took the debris defects as an example. Considered the fact that scale factor would have an impact on moment invariants in discrete state, this paper adopted an improved moment invariant for the image feature extraction of debris defects. The scale factor of the new moment invariants is eliminated by transformation. Therefore they have the properties of translation, rotation and scaling simultaneously. Meanwhile, SVM (Support Vector Machine) classifier was used to identify the debris defects. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional moment invariants, the identification rate of using the improved moment invariants for feature extraction is 96%.

Compared with the experiment which generates balls only by OpenGL, the experimental results show that the CUDA has considerable advantages in parallel operation and the speed increased 6 to 7 times than simply using OpenGL.

We study web advertisements scheduling problem by fully considering the interaction of web users and web advertisements publishing system. We construct a Markov Decision Process (MDP) based web advertisements scheduling model and schedule advertisements publishing during the whole process of web surfing by the users, thus we make maximal use of personal behavior characteristics of every web user in the scheduling model. We also track the user habit with reinforcement learning, solve the MDP model by TD(λ) algorithm combing the function approximator, and obtain adaptive online scheduling policies for web advertisements publishing.

The synthesis and interleukin-6 (IL-6) inhibitory activities for a series of 3-alkyloxylindolizine derivatives were described. The target products were characterized by NMR, IR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis, and two compounds revealed better IL-6 inhibitory effects on LPS-induced IL-6 expression in mouse macrophages with the corresponding inhibition ratio of 66% and 74% at 100 μM. The bioactive compounds might be a good generation for further optimization as potential anti-inflammatory agents.

Filter paper splash procedure is a kind of measuring means to raindrop size. It is used widely and operated briefly and its cost is low. The article mainly introduces the influence of different heights to the stain diameter and the relationship between stain diameter and the raindrops. According to the experiment, the relation between the stain diameter and the raindrops is d=0.478D0.610.it is the research foundation of filter paper stain method. According to the data from Fangxian area using the method of filter paper splash procedure, we can conclude that the raindrop kinetic energy has a positive relationship with rainfall intensity. The research is useful for measuring the water and soil loss.Water and soil loss is one of the global environment problems. The most important factor which can cause water and soil loss is rainfall. The research on raindrop kinetic energy is important for the further analysis of water and soil loss. A classical approach for the research on raindrop kinetic energy is paper splash procedure. The relationship between stain diameter and raindrop diameter shall be calibrated in this approach. In general, influences from titrated water drop height and stain diameter are not considered in the calibration process. In this experiment, influences of rain drop height on stain diameter are researched in the stain calibration, settling basis for the research on local volume of water and soil loss.

A series of four 3-acyl-5-hydroxybenzofuran derivatives (4a-4d) were synthesized by one-pot method under microwave irradiation from aldehydes, dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal (DMFA) and benzoquinone in high yields. These compounds were characterized by IR, NMR and ESI-MS, which were also tested for in vitro anti-proliferative activity against human breast cancer ER(+)-MCF-7 and ER(-)-MDA-MB-231 cell lines. The bioactive compound 4d exhibited the best anti-breast cancer activity against MCF-7 cells with the IC50 values of 43.08 μM. The compound might be used as a potential anti-tumor agent for the further structure modifications and development.

Five novel bisabolonalone hydrazone carboxamides were synthesized as potential anti-ulcer agents. Their structures were characterized by NMR, IR and ESI-MS. All of the compounds possessed the better H+/K+-ATPase inhibitory activity than the commercial omeprazole with the IC50 of 18~68 μM in vitro. These compounds could be potentially use for the treatment of ulcer related diseases.

According to the development status of large-scale PV power station, this paper expatiates the topology and functions of the monitoring and control system of large-scale PV power station, The system consists of monitoring center, fiber optic ring network and control subnet, and the main functions are SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition), AGC (automatic generation control), AVC (automatic voltage control), system state assessment, equipment maintenance, and power generation benefit analysis. The system is flexible and reliable, and will promote the efficiency of operation and maintenance of large-scale PV power station.
