Hydrocracking of Venezuelan heavy oil with no catalyst, dispersed Mo catalyst and Mo/Al2O3catalyst were carried out to investigate the effect of Mo/Al2O3catalyst component on the composition of residue hydrocracked product. Experimental data revealed that both dispersed Mo catalyst and Mo/Al2O3catalyst improved the conversion of Venezuelan heavy oil and inhibited the formation of coke, but the two types of catalyst have the opposite effects on generation of light products. Besides, the activity metal suppressed the formation of isomerization product while the acidity support enhanced it.

As the main influence factors on price fluctuations of corn futures is more complex, so analyzing these factors that is very difficult. In this paper, China's consumer confidence index and consumer price index are selected as variables of the rational expectations so that the econometric model is created in multiple regression by EViews software. Finally, this paper forecasts the future developing trend of corn futures price, and it would have certain theoretical meaning and realistic significance. Finite element analysis and fuzzy multi-objective optimization technique have been integrated to solve the die structure design of sheet metal forming by transforming fuzzy multi-objective problem into a normal optimization problem. A mathematical model of fuzzy optimization for bending die was established. A fuzzy goal set was constructed. The fuzziness of multi-objective functions and constraints were defined. The optimal solution and optimal constraint value of individual objective function in the feasible field were found using the genetic algorithms. An electronic part bending case shows that this approach is more effective and accurate than traditional finite element analysis method and the ‘trial and error’ procedure.

Pressure vessel is not only the equipment used in the process industrial production, but also a more vulnerable to accidents special equipment. Under normal circumstances, in addition to bear the majority of media pressure, pressure vessels usually accompanied by the joint role of the high temperature, high pressure or media corrosion. Therefore, the design on the pressure vessels in anomaly conditions and the dynamic response not only helps to the research and development of warning surveillance and prevention technology about pressure vessels in anomaly conditions, but also contribute to the correct evaluation of the feasibility and reliability.So the simulated annealing algorithm based on penalty strategy is adopted to solver the optimization model of pressure vessels.
