Sulfurized polyacrylonitrile was well known for its excellent electrochemical performance. In this work, a kind of gel polymer electrolyte with PMMA as polymer matrix was prepared through in situ thermal initiated polymerization in this work. The interactions between polymer and traditional carbonate electrolyte were studied by IR. Its electrochemical performance in Li/SPAN batteries was investigated in detail, using LSV, CV, EIS et al. The results show that high ionic conductivity was achieved, with a value of 4.2 mS cm-1 at 30◦C when the content of PMMA was 15%. A reversible capacity of 975.3 mAh g-1 could be maintained after 50 cycles.

A study of the effect of the addition of polyethylene glycol grafted cellulose nanocrystals on the properties of a polyurethane matrix was carried out. The resulting nanocomposite films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, micro–control electronic universal testing machine and thermal gravimetric analysis. Remarkable improvements in the mechanical and thermal properties of polyurethane could be attributed to well–dispersion of nanofillers in polyurethane matrix and the formation of hydrogen bonding network within the polymer matrix.

To overcome poor mechanical properties of polyurethane, carboxylated cellulose nanospheres were incorporated into polyurethane in an organic polar solvent, dimethylformamide to prepare the nanocomposite films. Morphological, structural, mechanical and thermal characterization of the nanocomposites was done with scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, micro–control electronic universal testing machine and thermal gravimetric analysis. The critical challenge to achieve high macroscale properties of the bulk nanocomposites is the ability to obtain well–dispersed cellulose nanospheres in polymer matrices.

By applying improved ant colony algorithm, this paper analyzed multi-objective design problem in optimal design of cam mechanism profile curve, which were then transformed into TSP problem, that is, multi-objective function minimization problem into TSP shortest path searching problem. For the multiple complex variables and target weight parameters in design, a concept of multidimensional space node in ant colony optimization path was proposed, converting multi-objective function with weight coefficient into a multidimensional space nodes (city).At the same time, improved ant colony algorithm, combined with genetic algorithm, was used to avoid optimization calculation falling into a locally optimal solution. Exemplified by dual objective function in cam mechanism profile curve design, this paper solved optimal value problem of dual objective optimization design involving the biggest fullness coefficient and minimum abrasion quantity of variable weight coefficient under the three-dimensional parameters n, m and w.

This paper introduces the relevant concept of observer pattern and realized method. Based on .net framework, we make detailed discussion about the principle and method of observer pattern, which is simplified and improved by delegate and event mechanism.

Recoil distance is an important evaluation index to reflect the performance of gun recoil mechanism. It can not allow to fire of artillery if recoil distance exceeding the prescribed distance. So it played an important role to ensure the normal firing of artillery. Previous artillery recoil distance is read by artificial indicator through the recoil, which affects the firing efficiency and has no conducive to the implementation of fast attack. This paper designed the gun recoil distance memory and alarm device by using the sensor technology and SCM programming. The device not only can record the recoil distance of each firing projectile and the total number of it but also can alarm if the recoil distance exceeds the specified maximum. The device effectively solves the problem that the recoil indicator artificial read and record. It has practical significance to improve the efficiency of the shooting.

The classical mean shift (MS) algorithm is the best color-based method for object tracking. However, in the real environment it presents some limitations, especially under the presence of noise, objects with partial and full occlusions in complex environments. In order to deal with these problems, this paper proposes a reliable object tracking algorithm using corrected background-weighted histogram (CBWH) and the Kalman filter (KF) based on the MS method. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional MS tracking in the following aspects: 1) it provides consistent object tracking throughout the video; 2) it is not influenced by the objects with partial and full occlusions; 3) it is less prone to the background clutter.

Based on fluid mechanics, the theory of gas-solid flow and jet theory etc. Dust migration regularity in fully mechanized workface was studied and simulated under far-pressing-near-suction ventilation with FLUENT Simulation technology. When the ratio of blowing to suction (μ) is larger than 1, the range of high dust concentration reduces and the maximum dust concentration decreases. The sketch of flow field of the different μ, the short of traditional far-pressing-near-suction ventilation and the superiority in practical of dust removal mode with the forced ventilation shunt were summarized and analyzed. The dust migration regularity in different shunt parameters (K) in this mode was simulated. Increasing shunted air quantities (Q) is beneficial to the control of dust diffusion in the roadway. But dust concentration near pressure air side will increase if the value of the shunted air quantities is over a critical value.

In order to systematically and comprehensively study human gait law, the method combining motion capture with software simulation was used. Firstly, Motion Analysis, a passive optical motion capture system, was selected to collect the motion information of the volunteer walking on the flat ground. Secondly, according to the experimenter’s body segmental parameters, a model was established in LifeMOD. Thirdly, the collected motion data were used to set parameters and complete the inverse dynamics simulation for obtaining the gait simulation results. Finally, after processing and analyzing of the simulation results, the gait law of the experimenter was achieved. Through comparing the analysis results with the previous research results, the method of gait analysis used in this paper was confirmed validity. The analysis results provide reference for the understanding of human gait motion and joint force, and the verification results provide the basis for using LifeMOD to conduct gait simulation and gait law research.

Based on the principle of vacuum counter-pressure casting, a low gas pressure infiltration technology was developed to fabricate the Ni-coated carbon fiber reinforced A357 alloy composites. The soundness and microstructure of the as-cast composites were investigated. The results show the relative density increases with the increase of melt temperature, while it firstly increases and then declines as the fiber temperature and infiltration pressure increased. The enhancement of melt and fiber temperature can eliminate the incomplete infiltration defects and improve the uniformity of fiber distribution. The insufficient infiltration pressure leads to some micro-pores in the matrix alloy. However, the over high fiber temperature and infiltration pressure may result in the separation of nickel coating and the fiber aggregation respectively, both of which are responsible for the partial un-infiltrated or insufficient filling defects. The appropriate infiltration parameters identified in this study could provide a reference for inhibition of the hazard interfacial reactions by optimizing the low gas pressure infiltration process.

Knowledge reuse is of great significance for enterprises which rely mainly on new product development or design. For reusing knowledge, knowledge component is a feasible and efficient method. However, the implementation of knowledge component is still a new field to be researched. In this paper, a B/S-based multi-server framework to support knowledge component implementation was proposed. In the framework, a B/S-based knowledge component operating structure was introduced to make it easier for the product designers or developers to use the knowledge component. In order to reduce the computing time and alleviate the workload of the server-side, a multi-server mode was designed to separate the knowledge component operating process into three tiers (data tier, logic tier and computing tier). To improve the utilization of the limited computational resource, a real-time scheduling scheme was proposed to allocate the application software service to dynamic requests. Testing results proves that this framework is feasible and can help the designers reuse the existing knowledge rapidly. This framework will be significantly helpful to those enterprises interested in unlocking the potential of design knowledge reuse.

ABAQUS software is used to simulate the stamping process of the Y-shaped tube to study the feasibility of stamping forming. The simulation results are analyzed to study how fabrication holes affect the ability of sheet metal forming. The results show that it is possible to form the Y-shaped tube by stamping; fabrication holes with reasonable size and location can improve the distribution of stress and strain, and enhance the limit deformation ability of the sheet.

This paper analyzes the wireless local area network existing safety and efficiency problem. It put forward the VPN tunnel technology to solve these problems. Theory explains that it is very the advantages of layer second tunneling protocol in a wireless local area network. This technology is proved to be reliable by Network Simulate 2 tool. It is proved that the technique is the advantage of high efficiency and safety.

Coal accumulation of Lower Member of Shanxi Formation in Northwest part of Ordos basin has been researched according to the principle of base level cycle based on outcrops, core description, and well log. Sedimentary face analysis, base level correlation, condense data controlling mapping were adopted. Coal forming has a close relation to base level cycle, face distribution, and coal-forming latter stage of short-term base level ascending cycle. Coal measure distribution has a complementary relationship with distributary channel. In peat swamp far from distributary channel, coal layer has greater thickness, with lower ash content, and lack of waste rock interlayer. Near the distributary channel, coal layer is thinner and sparsely-distributed, with high ash content, and transition to clastic rock. From shan23 to shan21, thick coal layer has a trend of retreat towards north, showing that the lower member of Shanxi Formation constitutes mid-term base level ascending cycle.

This article studies on energy saving experience of the traditional houses of farmhouse forest in Western Sichuan, sums up farmhouse forest in Western Sichuan and its traditional residential building energy saving experience, and recommends appropriate energy-saving improvements. To using experience and measures that can be referenced in the construction of new countryside in Sichuan, create traditional characteristics of low carbon and energy-saving new rural houses.

Aiming at the work and structural characteristic of dual clutch transmission (DCT), the control of clutch torque is analyzed during shifting process; A system dynamic model has been established; Several key influence factors of clutch transmit torque are raised, and then the accurate formula for each factor is derived respectively; Model and simulation are made up by MATLAB /SIMULINK, and then the clutch torque is analyzed during shifting process for a DCT car. The results indicate that the jerk will be reduced effectively by coordinated control for the changing ratio of clutch torque during shifting process.

In order to get the optimistic structure property and design parameters of a car body, the system of vehicle body concept design (VCD-ICAE) was developed by us to make the body design in the conceptual phase in the paper. It can build parametric geometry modeling and FEM model of body-in-white (BIW) automatically, and the structural stiffness was calculated. Based on the former model, a multi-objective optimization of the total body was designed to afford the reasonable parameters for detailed model of BIW, which realized lightweight of the whole body and high stiffness. In the paper, the total theory and flowchart of vehicle body concept design were afforded. An example with real body’s data was shown to prove the validity of the multi-objective optimization module in VCD-ICAE system. Finally, the optimal design scheme of the body was provided.

Based on the control principle with a constant engine speed, the coordination control process between engine and clutches during launching was analyzed. The maximum engaging speed of clutches and the maximum change rate of throttle were calculated with the maximum degree of jerk as the limited condition, and the control strategy of launch with two clutches was established. Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the distribution coefficient of torque between two clutches. The simulation results show that the control strategy of launch with two clutches using two clutches work together and the reasonable distribution of torque could be advantageous for clutches enduring life.

Cement emulsified asphalt mixture is a kind of composite materials, which is comprised of organic and inorganic materials, such as emulsified asphalt and cement, and has both advantages of cement concrete and asphalt concrete. Aiming at the problems of cement emulsified asphalt mixture that adhesion decline and road performance down in the using of process, the Discrete Element Method (DEM) was used to simulate two different kinds of aggregate used in the mixture. Through comparing the splitting strength, stress-strain curve, fracture development situation, and so on, suitable aggregate type, limestone aggregate, was obtained, which had higher adhesion property with cement emulsified asphalt binders.

Combing with the concept of soft matter and demulsification mechanism of cationic asphalt emulsion, the authors analyzed mechanism of structure formation of cement asphalt emulsion mixtures; thought that minor dosages of cement make properties of asphalt emulsion concrete be changed greatly, and structure of the mixtures mainly results from structure of asphalt emulsion concrete and solid net structure made from asphalt emulsion particles and cement particles; put forward four functions of cement in structure formation of the mixtures, and discussed influence rules of two kinds of binding materials, cement and asphalt emulsion, on structure formation of the mixtures.

Ni-P alloy electrode was prepared by electroless plating on the Cu-Zn substrate. The surface morphology and textural properties of electrode were characterized by Scanning electron microscope(SEM), Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The performance of Ni-P alloy electrode was tested by cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results of cyclic voltammetry showed that: At room temperature, Ni-P alloy electrode had significant catalytic effect on the electrocatalytic oxidation of ethanol in alkaline solution. Results of chronoamperometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy further confirmed the catalytic effect of Ni-P alloy electrode on the electrochemical oxidation of ethanol.

In this paper, TiO2crystallines doped with transition metal ions have been prepared by sol-gel method. The UV-visible spectra indicated that the doping with transition metal ions (especially Cu2+, Mn2+and Cr3+ions) could effectively improve the absorption of TiO2crystals in the visible-light range. The XRD results showed that the doping does not affect the anatase phase of TiO2. The band structure and the UV-vis absorption spectrum of Mn2+ions doped-TiO2were also calculated by DFT (density function theory) method, which indicated that the doping with transition metal ion could make the band gap of TiO2smaller and a red shift in optical absorption.

There are many areas in the world where the ground water has been contaminated by arsenic. One process to purify the water is to use TiO2 to adsorb the arsenic. As the TiO2 surface can be cleaned and reused, it has a promising potential as a water purifier. In this paper, the plane-wave function method, based on the density functional theory, has been used to calculate the structures of arsenic(III) on a perfect TiO2 anatase (1 0 1) surface. All the arsenic(III) solution species such as H3AsO3, H2AsO3-1, HAsO3-2 and AsO3-3 are put onto the surface with many different possible structures to obtain the adsorption energy. Based on the adsorption energy, the bidentate binuclear (BB) adsorption configurations of arsenic(III) on the surface are more favorable at low concentrations, whereas BB form and monodentate mononuclear (MM) form may coexist at higher concentrations. The models and results fit well with published experimental results. The results and conclusions will be of benefit to further research on arsenite adsorption and its photocatalytic oxidation on a TiO2 surface.

The reflectivity of ferrocene-doped carbon fiber-reinforced cement-matrix composites against the electromagnetic radiation was measured in the frequency range of 8-18 GHz for different carbon fiber contents of 0.4, 0.6, 0.89, 1.33, and 1.78 wt% by mass of cement. The ferrocene was doped in 0.89, 1.78, 3.56, 4.89, and 6.27 wt% by mass of cement respectively. The maximum reflectivity reached -4.0 dB when the fiber percentage was 0.89 and the ferrocene was 3.56. The microwave was attenuated by 64 % through reflection. The minimum reflectivity -7.5 dB occurred when the fiber percentage was 1.33 and the ferrocene percentage was 4.89. The microwave was attenuated by 67.5 % through absorption. Prior to the fiber percentage of 0.89 and the ferrocene percentage of 3.56, the reflectivity kept rising.

In this paper, styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion SD622S was adopted to modify cement mortar; mechanical properties of cement mortars were studied and microstructures was analyzed by means of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Specific Surface Area & Pore Distribution Analyzer. The results show that in contrast to ordinary cement mortar, if water to cement ratio (W/C) is constant, compressive strength of modified cement mortar can decrease, while flexural strength and toughness, ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength, increase with the increase of polymer to cement ratio in mass (P/C) at 7 and 28 curing days. With the increase of P/C, net structure made from polymer and cement hydration products is developed and pore whose size is smaller than 200Å begins to increase, which indicates pore diameters in modified cement mortar change to be finer. So microstructures of modified cement mortar become denser and display higher toughness.

Asphalt emulsion composites are energy-saving, ecologically safe materials because they do not need any heating processes which can emit gas and fire hazard in their use. Their use for highway structural layers has attracted relatively little attention largely in China because of the problems associated with the time taken for full strength to be achieved after paving and the susceptibility to early life damage by rainfall. This research work aims at studying influences of using ordinary Portland cement to asphalt emulsion composites. The asphalt emulsion composites were prepared using a three step; road properties were studied and mechanisms were analyzed with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis (EDXA). The results indicate that ordinary Portland cement addition improves road properties of the composites, such as Marshall stability, compressive strength, dynamic stability and ratio of splitting strength after freezing-thawing cycles. Splitting strength at low temperature of the composites increases with the cement increase, but if the cement dosage surpasses 3.0%, the composites become brittle. So optimal cement dosage is 3.0% in aggregate mass. There is much hydrated calcium silicate(C-S-H) gel in the composites with the cement, which can increase mass and atom percentage of Ca element and Si element, decrease proportions of free asphalt and make mastics in the composites more dense. Road properties of asphalt emulsion composites can be improved.
