This study was conducted to provide reference for plant landscaping, optimization of planting structure and rational allocation of species in Cedrus deodcua gardens. [Methods] With three common garden plants in northern China, Trifolium repens L, Poa pralensis L and Trifolium pralense L, as receptors, the effects of four concentrations ( 0.025, 0. 05, 0.075 and 0.10 g/ml) of C. deodara needle extract on seed germination and early seedling growth of the three turf grasses were studied by the Petri dish filter paper method, using a clear water treatment ( 0 g/ml) as control check (CK). Data were subjected to analysis of variance ( ANOVA) and multiple comparisons (Duncan) using SPSS16. 0. [Results] Different concentrations of C. deodcua needle extract had significant inhibitory effects on seed germination, radicle and seedling height growth of T. repens, T. pratense and P. pratensis ( P < 0.05 ), and the inhibitory effects increased with the increase of concentration. When the concentration reached 0. 075 g/ ml, seed germination and seedling growth of T. repens stopped, and radicle and seedling growth of T. pratense and P. pralensis also stopped. When the concentration was equal to 0.10 g/ ml, germination of T. pralense and P. pralensis seeds was inhibited, and the absolute values of allelopathic index was the largest, that is, the inhibitory effects were the largest. And with the increase of concentration, the absolute value of synthetical allelopathic index also increased. The extract of C. deodcua needles contained main allelochemicals leading to the scarcity of understory vegetation. [Methods] Outer-yellow inner-black double-layer pomelo special paper bags, white single-layer paper bags, yellow plastic film bags, and red plastic film bags were used to cover the fruit of red Massh grapefruit. With the fruit free of bagging as a control, the effects of fruit bags with different materials were compared. [Results] The four kinds of fruit bag treat ments effectively reduced pests and diseases, and increased the good fruit rate, and the effects of paper bag treatments were better than those of film bags. The outer- yellow inner-black double-layer pomelo special paper bags had good air permeability and were easy to operate. The bagged fruit had a smooth and beautiful surface and showed a unique uniform pink color after removing the bags. The fruit had moderate sour and sweet flavor and good overall benefits. [Objectives] This study was conducted to improve the Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation system of Begonia wallichiana. [Methods] With sterilized tube seedling leaves as the recipient material and GBP as the reporter gene, optimization experiments were carried out in terms of infection time and method, co-cultivation time and method, and PCR detection technology. [Results] The transformation effect was better under the conditions of shaking Agrobacterium liquid, infection time of 1 -2 h, and co-cultivation on sterilized filter paper for 2 d. After co-cultivation, the recipient material was first subjected to recover}' culture, and then used for Hyg gradient screening, which was conducive to obtaining resistant transformants. The designed specific PCR detection technology could quickly identify false positives in resistant regenerated plants, and the proportion of transgenic plants was 16.7%. In this paper, the preparation technique of lavender essential oil microcapsules and the construction method of aromatic textiles were expounded, and the research status of bed curtains and lavender microcapsules at home and abroad was analyzed and studied from the perspective of application in textiles. Polycystic ovary syndrome % (PCOS) is a reproductive endocrine disease characterized by ovulation disorder, hyperandrogenism and/or polycystic ovary. The external treatment of Zhuang medicine is a treatment method commonly used from outside the human body. The advantages of external treatment methods are easy operation and small side effects. People are more familiar with medicated thread moxibustion, meridian tendon massage, and acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine. Although the curative effect of external treatment is significant, it is little known due to insufficient publicity and other factors. The purpose of this project was to comprehensively analyze and organize the latest relevant scientific and technological literature graphs in the study on clinical external treatment of Zhuang medicine using CiteSpace software and adopting the research method of visual literature graph search. Current research status and research development process of the external treatment of Zhuang medicine in Chinese literature were summarized, which has been able to present the current trends and future research prospects of the development and research of external treatment of Zhuang medicine in China in detail and comprehensively. Finally, 307 papers were selected and included. Wei Yingcai and Pang Yuzhou were the authors with the largest number of documents and had formed a stable core research team. The analysis showed that Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine published the largest number of research documents, and there was less cooperation between institutions. [Objectives] The use of natural enemies of living insects and their derivatives can effectively avoid the problems of pesticide residues, pest resistance, biodiversity decline, control effect weakening and so on. [Methods] Parasites inject various parasitic factors into hosts to inhibit the development of hosts, adjust the immunity of hosts, interfere with the growth and development of hosts, and reduce the nutrition metabolism of hosts, so as to ensure the growth and development of the offspring. Host pests can escape or conquer the parasitism of parasitic wasps through immune defense system in order to reproduce their own offspring. [Objectives] This study was conducted to detect the contents of heavy metal lead and chromium in food packaging bags. [Methods] The contents of heavy metal lead and chromium in food packaging bags were determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. With concentrated nitric acid and 30% hydrogen peroxide solution as the digestion system, food packaging bags of different materials, plastic packaging bags and paper packaging bags, were ultrasonically digested and then determined for the contents of heavy metal lead and chromium by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. [Results] The determination results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of lead was 0.996 7, and the linear correlation coefficient of chromium was 0.997 7. We studied the intellectual property protection of cotton breeding in the autonomous region from the aspects of biological genetic resources, invention patents, utility model patents and new plant varieties, analyzed the six main problems existing in cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection, and discussed the tactics for cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property. With the application of chromium increasing, wastewater shows an increase of chromium pollution. In particular, Cr (VI) has become a major concern because of its high toxicity. Cr (VI) is recognized to be much more toxic than Cr (III) . Sugarcane residue is a byproduct of the sugar industry, and it is an important renewable biomass resource. In this paper, sugarcane residues were used to remove chromium ions from wastewater in order to develop cheap and efficient heavy metal adsorption materials. The effects of pH, sugarcane residue dosage, sugarcane residue particle size and chromium ion initial concentration on chromium ion removal and the kinetics of chromium ion removal at normal temperature were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of Cr (VI) and Cr (III) increased with an increase of sugarcane residue concentration, and decreased with an increase of particle size and the initial concentration of chromium. The removal effect of Cr (III) increased with increasing pH, and the removal effect of Cr (VI) decreased with increasing pH. The removal kinetics of chromium fitted well with a pseudo-second-order-model. Sugarcane residues had a higher adsorption capacity for Cr (III) than for Cr (VI).
