This has been generating the lots of waste in day today life. Increasing population, its demand & consumption pattern has triggered a sharp rise in the input material demand & price. India's limited natural resources makes it difficult to suffice need of population. Circular Economy (CE) is the solution for the imbalance in supply vs. demand. It will bring societal changes towards circularity of product and material. Circularity helps to optimize the manufacturing cost and bring down product cost. CE enables the reduction in the waste generation in manufacturing industry as well as at customer end. CE is one of the biggest contributing factors towards United Nations Sustainable Goal (SDG12) of Sustainable Consumption & Production. CE Model serve the need of different economic layers of society. In most developing countries, the need for conventional construction materials leads to the overexploitation of natural resources utilized for their manufacturing process, and also affects the environmental scenario of the society. Such as steel, which is the most consumed material because of its high tensile strength. But this is very costly and also affects the environment badly as it produces a sufficient amount of carbon gases to pollute the environment during its manufacturing process. And to cope with this situation, bamboo is used as a substitute for steel reinforcement in the manhole cover. Also, the possibility of being stolen is increasing due to its good amount of scrap value and if holes will remain open due to stealing of covers there will be a chance of an accident. This research paper is focused on replacing the steel reinforcement with bamboo which is naturally available, highly renewable, and strong in both tensions as well as compression. With the help of different methods of surface treatments used by various researchers, a good amount of efficiency of bamboo can be achieved for the many construction sectors by getting adequate bond strength as close to steel reinforcement. The steel reinforcement cost is 3 times the cost of bamboo reinforcement that also includes its treatment cost. The overall cost of bamboo reinforced manhole cover is approximately 36% less than steel reinforced concrete manhole [1]There will be a good impact of this newly developed product on cost and environmental aspects. Currently, the permanent reduction of the carbon footprint in every sector is actively resonating in professional circles at home and abroad. 'Green' activities and options that have a positive impact on the planet and the environment in which we live, as well as sustainable practices and methods to prevent the depletion of natural resources in order to preserve the ecological balance, are being implemented. Constructing buildings using electrical construction equipment has several bonuses. Not only do they meet the primary objective of reducing exhaust emissions, but they also bring with them a reduction in noise, fuel costs and vibration. The implementation of light and heavy-duty electric vehicles requires a specific approach and specific site requirements. The first major impetus can be the public sector, with municipalities mandating maximum emission and noise limits for construction sites. Without these, it will be more to put pressure on the market, the private sector to implement low and zero emission vehicles in their construction activities. Environmental sustainability is the study of how a natural system functions, remains diverse and produces everything it needs for the ecology to remain in balance. Sustainability considers how we might live in harmony with the natural world around us, protecting it from damage and destruction. Today, we live in a modern and largely urban existence throughout the developed world and consume a large amount of natural resources every day. Sustainability and sustainable development focuses on balancing that fine line between competing needs to move forward technologically and economically, and the needs to protect the environment in which we and others live. While Malaysia has been pegged among the top Electric & Electronic manufacturer worldwide, E-waste has continued to become a known problem across the globe. The objective of this paper is to identify the impact of the environmental sustainability implementation as well as to determine specific collaboration between vendor and suppliers in handling the environmental issue in a case study, named Company A. A series of interview session were conducted for data collection in the company. The narrative content of interviews and open-end survey questions was then analyzed for key patterns. From the data obtained, it was observed that major contributions towards sustainability come through strategic collaboration between both vendor and suppliers in maintaining their environmental requirement aspects. A positive data trend was identified to conclude the efficiency of this collaboration. The analyzed data revealed that effective implementation of environmental sustainability in industry will not only be advantageous to the earth as a whole, but it will also prove to be highly beneficial for the company itself. One of the obvious advantages for the company is the cost reduction when recycling and reusing processes are being implemented. Reducing the environmental impact of business will improve the sustainability in business. If a company is less dependent on natural resources as compared to its competitors and has means to deal with rising costs due to climate change, the business will have a greater chance of long-term survival and success. Natural resource education plays an important role in the success of sustainable development programs, namely increasing student sustainability literacy. This paper wants to reveal one of the lecture approaches that take socio-scientific issues as a context for classroom learning. The research method is a field study. The results showed: (1) Mapping of social and environmental issues that can be raised as a learning topic in class (2) A natural resource education learning framework, and (3) Design of natural resource education learning for pre-service teachers. This study concludes the importance of raising socio-scientific issues as a context for developing natural resource education courses to improve students' sustainability literacy. The energy system in African countries is mostly dependent on coal, gas, and oil, which in turns leads to environmental challenges and an imbalance of energy usage in some area of the countries. Given that, a mostly rural area in Africa suffers from the unsustainable energy system, thus it necessary to integrate renewable energy into the rural area for social and economic development. A sustainable energy system built on a clean energy such as renewable energy based on the availability of the natural resource is the main focus of this paper. Renewable energy is a solution for service delivery and when deployed everyone would be able to access electricity power, particularly in the remote area (which can be a suburb or rural environment) where the absence of national power grids. Renewable energy opens new opportunities for an economic development and sustainable solution to employ for energy efficiency, energy delivery, and energy management by the people and upon that a platform to promote environmental friendliness. In this paper, we explored the reasons for switching to renewable energy, saving energy and the awareness of potential and use of renewable energy in the rural area. IBM’s SPSS is used for the quantitative data analysis. The results showed that sustainability of the National utility grid to the rural area is low, with over 80 percent of participants agreeing to disruption of power supply.
