The purpose of the current study is to investigate the effects of adding nano-natural powders to the unsaturated polyester. The method: nano-pumpkin powders with different weight fractions of (3, 6, and 9) were used to improve the mechanical properties of a matrix of polymer for composite materials. The Hand Lay-Up method casting was used to cast the composite samples in this study, which were made of polyester resin reinforced with nano-pumpkin powder. Tensile, flexural, impact, and hardness tests were performed on the composite materials prepared in this research. The result showed the amounts of the flexural modulus, the impact of strength, and the hardness feature were raised to the rising weight fraction of the nano-pumpkin powders. In contrast, the tensile strength amount, tensile modulus, the percentage of elongation, and flexural strength were reduced. This work publicized the assets of nano-pumpkin powder hybrid reinforced polyester composites, which have not been tried up to now. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
