The mortality rate in the intensive care unit (ICU) is still high. Several risk factors for death of patients in the ICU need to be identified so that further treatment planning can be carried out to reduce mortality. This study used cross-sectional retrospective data from the medical records of patients who died in the ICU at Jogja Hospital in 2022. Data analysis used multivariable logistic regression analysis with a significance level of p <0.05 to determine the risk factors that influence patient mortality in the ICU. In this study, 107 subjects were treated in the ICU in 2022, consisting of 48 women and 59 men. The number of subjects who died was 50 (46.7%), and 57 (53.3%) were alive. Risk factors for ICU death include sepsis/septic shock, hypertension, hypovolemic shock, diabetes mellitus, kidney failure (including CKD), heart problems (including CHF, IHD, HHD, STEMI, UAP and cardiogenic shock), pulmonary disorders (including pneumonia, ARDS, and edema), pleural effusion, central nervous system disorders (including hemorrhagic and non-hemorrhagic stroke, cerebral infarction, and encephalitis), status epilepticus, and hepatic disorders (including liver cirrhosis and hepatopathy), abnormal white cell count, anemia, thrombocytopenia, hypo albumin, electrolyte disturbances, acidosis, use of mechanical ventilators, and hemodialysis. From the multivariable logistic regression test it was found that septic shock, hypertension, kidney failure, neurological disorders, hypo albumin, and use of mechanical ventilators were risk factors for death in the ICU (p<0.05). Researchers and experts have developed various techniques, models, and methods to predict the price movements of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin. However, among the many techniques studied in the literature, there is still a lack of focus on mining, creating, and developing datasets with specific patterns for predicting the next cryptocurrency price movement. This is an exciting reason to conduct further research. A web-based Patterned Dataset Application and a Telegram bot were constructed to address this issue. These tools read the price position of each cryptocurrency and predict the next price direction based on the last position indicated by the Patterned Dataset Application. The experiment's results show that when the Patterned Dataset Application shows a diamond crash position, it is time to make a purchase; conversely, when it shows a diamond moon position, it is time to make a sale. It is hoped that by utilizing the Patterned Dataset Application, potential losses can be minimized, and there is more potential for profit in cryptocurrency trading. Even though the initial data source comes from Indonesia's most prominent digital cryptocurrency trading market, according to coinmarketcap, namely Indodax, the results of this patterned dataset application can often describe the same cryptocurrency conditions globally. The novelty of this research is to produce a new way of predicting the next cryptocurrency price movement using patterned datasets. In the present research, the effects of post weld heat treatment on the mechanical and physical properties of S275J2 welded Carbon steel by Shielded Metal Arc Welding are analyzed. The material is commonly used in metal construction, base plate of wellhead, metal composite and concrete. The micro structure testing, Charpy-V-Notch Impact testing, and hardness testing were done focusing on specific regions, namely base metal, heat affected zone, and weld metal. The result of hardness test showed that there is a decrease of hardness value after post weld heat treatment. Meanwhile, the result of impact test showed that impact energy for metal base, heat affected zone and weld metal of welded material without any post weld heat treatment are lower than those with post weld heat treatment. Moreover, the results of microstructure test showed that the grain size of welded material without post weld heat treatment is finer than welded material with post weld heat treatment. Meanwhile, welded material with and without post weld heat treatment has the same microstructure but the grain pattern of the structure on welded material with post weld heat treatment process is more uniform and evenly distributed in compared to those of welded material without post weld heat treatment.
