Children's mental disorders, namely as a disease of health disorders that include autistic mental retardation and anxiety disorders. Mental disorders in children are still many who do not know (the layman). This is due to the lack of knowledge related to child development disorders, or symptoms and the lack of special pediatricians and psychologists. This study aims to build and produce a system used to diagnose early symptoms in people with mental disorders in children and later can help provide a decision as good as the work of a pediatrician or psychologist. This study uses the forward chaining method to be able to trace on a basis consisting of symptoms, types of disturbances, and rules. The results of this application after passing tests in the form of black-box testing and usability testing. The results of usability testing showed that the community was helped in knowing the type of mental disorder experienced so that the presentation showed 86% and was included in the ^Very Good^ category. In terms of appearance and layout, people are not confused so that the calculation on the UI/UX aspect produces a very good category of 81% and 20% Errors/Bugs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Elder people are the assets of the nation and can ensure peaceful and healthy life. Due to societal and financial difficulties, elders are not able to afford medical facilities. Healthcare is still an evolving service in most of the developing and under developing countries. Healthy nation can contribute more wealth to the society. Life span of people has increased with technological support and statistic reveals that by 2030 the population of elderly people (above 65years) will become double. Most of the researches on types of cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, and arthritis and so on. Mental related diseases also play a vital role nowadays. Due to life style, chronic diseases (Blood pressure, diabetes), and depression leads to mental illness. It has huge personal, medical, financial and societal impact. This paper analyses the types of mental illness, its causes, preventive and diagnosis methods. Also analyses the importance of machine learning, image processing IoT and expert systems in this field.
