This paper is about an incentive based demand reply in an electricity Market sector that can assemble a range of required tools. This is first built using an implementation system for dependent demand reply, which explained how load serving entities (LSE) aggregate and join required resources in order to contribute in the electricity market sector. The administrator will evaluate the data and the user's reply actions after providing the incentive to the user. If the admin found the reply to be as a variable, based on the change occurred in the analysis, He will be predicting the users reply behavior by using the algorithm called "LSTM" stands for long short term memory, The proposed prediction was verified under the simulation environment by a step up called tensor flow the simulation shows the comparison between linear or non-linear regression methods. The use of grading in the process of human resource management of a machine-building enterprise allows you to optimize and spend the enterprise's payroll more efficiently. The management of a machine-building enterprise should use various methods of motivating the personnel of the enterprise in its activities. The effective use of moral incentives makes it possible for a machine-building enterprise to partially save on the use of material incentives. The authors believe that the human resource management system of a machine-building enterprise should, first of all, take into account the peculiarities of the psyche and personality of each member of the labor collective, taking into account the main motivating factors of this employee. The process of human resource management at a machine-building enterprise should correspond to the goals and objectives facing this enterprise, as well as assist in the effective implementation of the development strategy of this enterprise. All employees of a machine-building enterprise should be clearly aware of what types of incentives they can count on for showing initiative and conscientious performance of their work duties. In order to minimize the anthropogenic load, humanity is increasingly thinking about the need to further advance civilization along the path of sustainable development. This research paper studies effectiveness of the activities carried out within the framework of legal regulation of the sustainable development of civilization. The analysis of the results of following the provisions of the Kyoto Protocol showed that they brought positive results. By far, the Kyoto Protocol has ended its operation and the world community is guided by the provisions of the climate agreement adopted in 2015 in Paris. But this Agreement is currently not effective enough and we see the main problem in the lack of material incentives for emitters to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. JSC "Russian Railways" is one of the largest emitters, constantly reducing emissions, but shortcomings of environmental legislation do not allow it to participate in the trade of emission reduction units and receive income from these operations today. We see the solution to this problem in return to emission quotas (as envisaged by the Kyoto Protocol) and the development of the mechanism for trading units of their reduction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Covid-19 pandemic has surely made us realize that we can fall short of important equipment and drugs which do not reach people on time leading to deaths and tension. The reason for this is not only the lack of funds or raw materials but something even more disheartening. Even during these tough times, people have taken advantage of the situation where they keep and store important equipment like PPE kits, masks, sanitizers, etc. and start black marketing the same. This grave situation has occurred because of the lack of control, transparency, and traceability of the existing supply chain. Blockchain seems to be a good solution to this serious problem. Blockchain technology is used to store the data in a decentralized and immutable format keeping it private and safe from unintended users and tracking and tracing the products. This paper talks about the various use cases for healthcare workers and the various limitations of the existing blockchain framework for the forward supply chain. A framework is proposed that overcomes the limitations of the entire blockchain framework available and used for supply chain with its incentive mechanism which will help every participant in the chain. Nowadays, accidents are persistent problems in both developed and developing countries which result in huge loss of life and property. Nobody cares even when an accident occurs. The accident hazards have been increased by the emergence of technology and also it leads to the rise of a frequency of road accidents. If an accident occurs, an immediate rescue can be considered as a tightrope walk between life and death. In this work, thus endeavor to resolve these two issues through proposing an effective announcement network called Tron Coin, incentive announcement network based on Block-chain via an efficient arriving medical help to the respective places. On the other hand, with Block-chain, Tron-Coin motivates users with incentives to share accidental information. In addition, transactions and account information in Tron-Coin are tamper-resistant. Tron-Coin thus is able to motivate users to forward announcements anonymously and reliably. Extensive experimental results show that Tron-Coin is efficient and practical in simulations of smart accident detection. Thus the proposed accident alert system Web application with privacy preserving and non-repudiation Block chain based incentive mechanism provides emergency responders with crucial information at the earliest possible time. Studies of regional labor markets reflect the presence of a shortage of personnel with a set of competencies that meet the modern tasks of enterprises. One of the reasons for the identified shortage of specialists with the required qualifications is the inconsistency of the recruitment and content of educational programs, the imbalance in the graduation of students by higher educational institutions. In order to meet the needs of the regional labor market for highly qualified specialists and predict their graduation, it is necessary to identify the value orientations of the choice of bachelor's degree programs by applicants, as well as the admission of talented master's students who have shown a propensity for professional activity, in which they have received basic knowledge. This provision determines the relevance of studying educational trajectories in relation to the characteristics of applicants, as well as economic incentives for their behavior in the form of expected income after receiving higher education. The research approach presented in this article involves combining an agent-oriented model with an econometric model to maximize the expected salary of students. At the first level of elaborating a multi-level model, an econometric model is used, which allows adapting educational trajectories to the interests of students. At the second stage, the agent-oriented model describes the behavior of students in the general sample. The advantages of the presented approach are the possibility of calculating the optimal options and scenarios for students' training, taking into account the success of graduates in the regional labor market. To determine the probability of a student changing the educational trajectory, a fuzzy logic model of the Mamdani type was developed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

CROWDSENSING , *INCENTIVE (Psychology) , *AUCTIONS , *BUDGET , *INFORMATION services - Abstract
With the surge in the use of mobile crowd sensing as a reliable system for sharing data, information and services, the need for developing a more secure system that provides better privacy and robustness has increased drastically. Finding the right user pool who understands the task and its own capacity to do the task successfully is the first and an important step. It is also of the same importance to maintain the user pool and getting reliable data from them. Keeping the users motivated to pursue the task with their own resources at risk creates the challenge of having a reliable incentive mechanism that keeps the user motivated while working on the limited budget from the task generator. Not having an incentive proposal that attracts the users' will to participate and to keep them motivated enough for the future tasks for which they have to compromise their privacy and device resources eventually leads to failure of the sensing activities. In this paper, we present a review of the recently proposed incentive mechanisms and compare the different work. Finally, we explore the future directions for research in the area of incentive techniques in mobile crowd sensing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The proliferation of smart phones, IoT (Internet of Things) and wearable devices with numerous sensors has brought about the evolution of a new paradigm called mobile crowd sensing (MCS) wherein raw data from a huge crowd is collected, processed and served for social applications. Whereas a plethora of MCS applications have been developed, several challenges and issues need to be addressed in various stages such as task assignment, data collection, data aggregation, truth discovery, data reporting, security and privacy of data. In this review paper, we attempt to present a study of various approaches and techniques w.r.t. security and privacy in MCS. First we discuss issues related to security and privacy at different stages of the generic MCS architecture. Then, we compare various existing general purpose privacy architectures of MCS. Additionally, we also highlight various privacy approaches used at different stages such as task assignment, incentive mechanisms, data aggregation, truth discovery and data reporting. INTELLECTUAL capital , *ECONOMIC systems , *DIGITAL literacy , *LABOR productivity , *INCENTIVE (Psychology) - Abstract
The article examines the insufficiently studied problem of activating the intellectual potential, which increases the adaptability of economic systems to the ongoing changes, in which it is called upon to play a decisive positive role. High, but insufficiently active intellectual capital does not guarantee high employee productivity. The authors set themselves the goal of the study-to analyze various aspects of this problem and substantiate the mechanisms for its solution. The article shows that the activation of intellectual capital allows it to act as a rotor that brings in other types of capital, together with which it acts as the dominant factor in development. The study made it possible to substantiate, reveal the ways, mechanisms, and tools for activating intellectual capital, adequate to modern needs. Among them are investment in intellectual capital, which allows it to develop and provide added value for the functioning of economic systems; de-globalization of relations, which makes it possible to reduce the outflow of intellectual capital and intensify its use within the country; increasing the presence of intellectual capital on the Internet through increasing digital literacy, digital culture and the formation of digital thinking; state support for the employment of the able-bodied population with high levels of intellectual capital, which increases its active potential; the formation of intellectual attitudes, guidelines of society, supported by material incentives from the state, aimed at increasing the prestige and material incentives of intellectual workers. The article uses the methods of situational, structural, and statistical analysis, which contributed to the study of the existing state of the object and the identification of ways to activate intellectual capital, including the identification of needs in state regulation of emerging problems. When assessing foreign achievements in solving this problem by different countries, a systematic approach was used. The materials of the article are of practical value for government agencies and business structures. The obtained research results are used in practice when developing mechanisms for activating intellectual capital in various industries and the public sector. Their use contributes to the increase in the efficiency of the use of intellectual capital. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the paper a preliminary analysis of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) management in Bulgaria is presented, using official data from Bulgarian National statistical institute [2] and European Union [6]. In Bulgaria for the period 2013 - 2017, there is an almost threefold decrease in the amount of non-hazardous construction waste generated. During the same period, hazardous construction waste also decreased by over 50%. In 2016, 54% recycling of construction and demolition waste (CDW) was achieved with the aim of achieving a minimum of 70% by 2020 according to the Waste Management Framework Directive (Directive 2008/98/EC [9]). On this basis, amendments to the Waste Management Act (WMA) were introduced and the Ordinance on construction waste management and input of recycled construction materials (NUSOVRM) was prepared. New standards for the quality of construction materials used have been modified and introduced. In order to reduce landfill recycling, financial incentives are provided by municipalities. Some of the public-funded construction sites require a mandatory percentage of recycled waste, depending on the type of site. Specific targets (for construction waste codes) introduced for recovery for each construction - for example 85% for concrete and reinforced concrete waste, 90% for metals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
