The study scrutinizes an MHD laminar boundary-layer Eyring Powell nanofluid flow across a wedge along with chemical reaction and Arrhenius activation energy. The convective boundary condition is takeninto account to model the process of heat transfer. Governing nonlinear PDEs have been converted into coupled, nonlinear ODEs by employing suitable similarity transformations. An obtained equation was numerically solved using bvp4c MATLAB code. An impact of various parameters such as Eyring Powell fluid parameters, magnetic parameter, wedge angle parameter, thermophoresis parameter, Schmidt number, Prandtl number, Brownian motion parameter, Reynolds number, dimensionless activation energy and Brinkman number along velocity, temperature, concentration and entropy generation fields are exhibited via graphs. Non-Newtonian fluids have drawn considerable attention over recent decades. This is attributable to their applicability in many technological and industrial areas. Viscous fluids (Newtonian fluids), on the other hand, fall short when it comes to portraying the features of a fluid. As the constitutive equations of non-Newtonian fluids are exceedingly intricate, hypothetical investigations on these fluids tend to be testing, but at the same time fascinating. We intend to respond to the following queries, What is the standing of the Casson micropolar mathematical models in comparison to the Navier-Stokes equations. This research paper evaluates the flow as well as heat transfer pertaining to a Casson micropolar on a stretching sheet by accounting for impact convective boundary condition. The governing partial differential equations are converted to ordinary ones via similarity transformations, which are then numerically solved based on the Bvp4c method from Matlab. The results have been shown for various values pertaining to the governing parameters. The results were found to be in line with the previously published results for specific cases. The flow field is found to be influenced by the presence of Casson parameter, material parameter, and Prandtl number, whereas, the Prandtl number impacts on temperature fluid. Flow properties and heat transfer have been analyzed within a mixed convective boundary layer particle laden flow past an exponentially stretchable permeable surface. The flow is originated due to the surface stretched exponentially. The heat is significantly influenced with the combined effect of thermal conductivity, buoyancy force and radiation by both fluid and particle phases. A two-phase radiative transfer equation (RTE), considering radiation by both fluid and particle phase is considered for formulation of the problem. The prevailing equations of the flow field are converted to a couple of ODEs by means of similarity transformation, which is solved numerically, by using the most efficient bvp4c tool of Matlab. The dimensionless flow charac- teristics, also the shear stress & rate of surface heat transfer have been computed through a parametric study such as Buoyancy parameter, Prandtl number, Eckret number and Radiation parameter. The numerical results are validated due to a good conformity with the literature available in precedent. Approximate solutions are given to investigate the problem of nanofluid boundary layer flow, heat & mass transfer past a stretching sheet with a convective heating boundary condition. Governing PDEs equations of the problem are converted into nonlinear ODEs via similarity variables and then solved analytically using OHAM. The problem is first modeled and solved by optimal homotopy asymptotic method. This approach does not need any discretization, linearization, small or large parameter in the equations. In the present work the time independent two-dimensional laminar double diffusive boundary layer flow of MHD nanofluid over a linear stretching plate is studied numerically. The effect of Dofour effect, Soret effect, Brownian motion and thermophoresis is considered in the transport model formed. The nanoparticles flux at the surface of the plate is taken as zero. Initially the similarity transformation is applied to convert the equations into non-dimensional form and then transformed equations are solved using Frehdlom-Runge Kutta fourth fifth order method. The effect of magnetic field parameter, Prandtl number and Buoyancy force owed by temperature difference on dimensionless velocity, temperature profile, dimensionless solute concentration and dimensionless nanoparticles volume fraction is illustrated graphically. In this study, the aligned magnetic field on the flow of a viscous fluid over a stretching sheet with convective boundary conditions is analyzed. The governing nonlinear boundary layer equations is transformed into ordinary differential equations and then solved numerically by Keller-box method. The numerical solutions with different values of aligned angle, Prandtl number and magnetic field are presented graphically and tabular form. It is found that the velocity profile, skin friction coefficient and Nusselt number decreases with the increasing of aligned angle and magnetic field. Effects of aligned Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) on the mixed convection boundary layer flow of viscoelastic fluid past a circular cylinder with Newtonian heating is investigated. Appropriate transformation is applied to the governing partial differential equations to transform them into dimensionless forms which are then solved using finite difference method known as Keller box. For verification purpose, the preliminary numerical solutions of the model are compared with previous study with a particular condition that the magnetic and viscosity effect are both absent. With strong agreement between the previous and current results, the authors believe that the extended outcome produced from the present model is accurate. Measurements carried out by the Raman lidar system BASIL are reported to demonstrate the capability of this instrument to characterize turbulent processes within the Convective Boundary Layer (CBL). In order to resolve the vertical profiles of turbulent variables, high resolution water vapour and temperature measurements, with a temporal resolution of 10 sec and a vertical resolution of 90 and 30 m, respectively, are considered. Measurements of higher-order moments of the turbulent fluctuations of water vapour mixing ratio and temperature are obtained based on the application of spectral and auto-covariance analyses to the water vapour mixing ratio and temperature time series. The algorithms are applied to a case study (IOP 5, 20 April 2013) from the HD(CP)2 Observational Prototype Experiment (HOPE), held in Central Germany in the spring 2013. The noise errors are demonstrated to be small enough to allow the derivation of up to fourth-order moments for both water vapour mixing ratio and temperature fluctuations with sufficient accuracy. The unsteady MHD free convective boundary-layer flow along an impulsively started semi-infinite vertical plate with variable heat flux and mass transfer have been investigated numerically. The effects of chemical reaction, thermal radiation and Joule heating are incorporated in the governing equations. Crank-Nicolson finite-difference method is used to solve the governing coupled non-linear partial differential equations. The influence of thermal radiation, chemical reaction and Joule heating on flow characteristics are presented graphically and discussed in detailed. To validate the present numerical results, a comparison study has been performed with the previously published results and found that the results are in excellent agreement. It is found that the local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers decreases with the intensification of magnetic field and the local Sherwood number slightly decreases with the increase of radiation parameter. Time independent mixed convective boundary layer flow of a viscous fluid over a porous stretching wedge is investigated analytically. The porous wedge is subjected to Newtonian heating in the existence of heat generation/absorption. Employing non-dimensional transformations the governing PDE's converted to nonlinear ODE's which are further solved by using homotopy analysis method. The convergence of the solution is properly checked and the effects of various involved parameters on velocity and temperature distributions are illustrated through graphs. The reliability and effectiveness of HAM have been verified by comparing the present analytical results with existing numerical results for skin-friction coefficient. A numerical model was developed to study the effect of magnetic field on a boundary layer flow and convective heat transfer of a dusty Jeffrey fluid over an exponentially stretching surface for a steady case. The similarity transformation are used to reduce the system of governing partial differential equations into set of non-linear ordinary differential equations. The reduced similarity equations are then solved numerically by using Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg fourth-fifth method (RKF45) with the help of Maple. The influence of physical parameters such as the magnetic parameter, Prandtl number, Deborah number, mixed convection parameter, the local fluid-particle interaction parameter and heat transfer characteristics are analyzed and discussed in details through tables and graph. In this paper, the mathematical model for free convection boundary layer flow in a micropolar fluid near the lower stagnation point of a solid sphere with convective boundary conditions, in which the heat is supplied through a bounding surface of finite thickness and finite heat capacity, is considered. The transformed and reduced boundary layer equations in the form of ordinary differential equations are solved numerically using an implicit finite difference scheme known as the Keller-box method. Numerical solutions are obtained for the local wall temperature and the local skin friction coefficient, as well as the velocity, angular velocity and temperature profiles.
