The present study reviews the efficiency of different dopant silicon solar cells fabricated with different methods via liquid-processed boron doped silicon, Hydrogenated amorphous silicon, with hetro junction layers, an amorphous silicon solar with dip coating technique, Homojunction silicon solar cells doping by ion implantation. The efficiency of solar cells shows the different values depends on preparation method. In boron-doped liquid silicon in our n-type interdigitated back reports with an efficiency of 21.9%. Hydrogenated amorphous silicon their efficiency was improved for a long time by the deposition of higher quality absorber layers. Silicon heterojunction (SHJ) solar cells when Compared to the solar cell based on an n+-a-Si: H electron-selective layer the efficiencies, increases up to 16.6%. By silver nano particles the conversion efficiency has improved comparatively to the uncoated photovoltaic cell. Hetrojunction solar cells showing efficiency about 20%. All the methods shows the applications depends on dopants and costs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
