The article proposes a methodological approach to organizing a single information environment for solving the problems of integrated energy systems design on the basis of a single software platform. This approach includes the following components: platform building principles; platform architecture; technologies and development tools for platform implementation; the basic structure of the library of software components, their interfaces and integration mechanisms into the platform. In accordance with the proposed methodological approach, a prototype of a software platform for solving the problems of integrated energy systems design has been implemented. The results of a computational experiment on a test scheme of an integrated energy system, which was carried out using the developed software, are presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We present the energy dependence of the cross section for the inelastic interaction of protons with the tungsten in the energy range from an order GeV to a hundred GeV using the data of the PAMELA space experiment. It was intended for the precision measurements of the cosmic ray fluxes of different nature and include a set of detectors for the reliable determination of the particle characteristics. We present the comparison of the obtained results with the measurements at accelerators and with existing theoretical models. Two types of nanostructured materials have been synthesized by the template sol-gel method. It has been demonstrated that the structure of nanostructured samples is determined, first of all, by the type of the used template. At using the carbon template, the Zr-dopant enters the structure of TiO2 (anatase), thus distorting the crystal lattice. Using the siloxane-acrylate emulsion as a template results in the fact that the zirconium-enriched phase is located in the anatase inter-crystallite space. The nanostructured Zr-, Hf-, and Mo-doped anatase TiO2 microtubes has been synthesized via a template solgel method on a carbon fiber. The correlation between synthesis conditions of materials and their structure and morphology was investigated in detail by means of scanning electron microscopy, small-angle X-ray scattering, transmission electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. The original way of synthesis of nanostructured iron oxides and based on them magnetic ceramics via sequential combination of sol-gel and SPS technologies has been suggested. High quality of nanostructured iron oxides is defined by porous structure (Sspec up to 47,3 м2/г) and by phase composition of mixed and individual crystal phases (γ-Fe2O3/ Fe3O4 и α- Fe2O3), depending on synthesis conditions. High-temperature SPS consolidation of nanostructured hematite powder, resulting in magnetic ceramics of high mechanical strength (fracture strength 249 MPa) has been investigated. Peculiarities of change of phase composition and composite’s microstructure in the range of SPS temperatures from 700 to 900 °С have been revealed. Magnetic properties have been studied and regularities of change of magnetization (Ms) and coercive force (Hc) values of the ceramics with respect to SPS sintering temperature have been described. The peculiarities of magnetic fluid (MF) usage in Non-Destructive testing are discussed. It is shown that MF is a perspective acoustic material not only for ensuring an acoustic contact, but also for: fluid sound refracting prisms in order to excite subsurface (head) and surface waves in solids with low velocity; directivity controlling of ultrasonic probes with magnetic fluid guide; ultrasound excitation in solids by laser pulse radiation. New methods of MF usage, as an indicator medium for dimension measurements of internal geometrical sizes of solids, is proposed.
