Human resource management practices that have unfavorable and negative outcomes in the hotel business, leading to an increase in employee turnover intention, are discussed at length in this study paper. Human resources management plays an effective part in solving the problem of the high rate of planned employee turnover in Malaysian hospitality business. Information included in the study came from secondary data through a wide variety of publications covering topics including human resource management and employee turnover. The literature has revealed how human resource management is related to turnover intention in the hospitality sector. Future researchers can use the insights gained from this study to better understand the unfolding patterns and skill gap analyses in human resource practices necessary to counteract the turnover intention in the industry. This paper discusses the human resource management practices of compensation, performance appraisal, training, recognition, information sharing and competence development and its impact on employee turnover. This study presents the results of previous studies on the topic in order to provide expanded recommendations. Practitioners can use the findings of this study to inform their own efforts to reduce turnover with confidence. Not much research has been done on this possibility in the Malaysian region. Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are one of the hit in the sustainable energy industry as it provides an efficient energy production through heat and the chemical reaction of fuel cell stacks (anode, cathode, electrolyte) to produce electrical energy and are connected via interconnects. SOFCs interconnects functions as a barrier for gas that sections the air (cathode electrode) and hydrogen (anode electrode) on the adjacent repeating unit cell. Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) is preferred as it provides an easy, cost effective and geometrically flexible colloidal process. Due to its excellent control of thickness and surface morphology, it is suitable as each component layers of SOFCs have different requirements. As to optimize EPD parameters, time deposition and voltage deposition is crucial as this affects the deposition rate of coating and coating quality. The motion equation under all perturbations effect studied for satellites in Low Earth Orbit LEO during 1300 revolutions. This equation integrated numerically using 4th order Runge-Kutta and Adems-Bashforth methods. The results of state vectors and orbital elements applied for different satellites. Also, orbital elements varying evaluated. The results demonstrated to the two methods at altitude 200 km have a close variation for semi major axis, eccentricity, inclination and Right Assentation of Ascending Node. Furthermore; satellite's lifetime by Adems-Bashforth was more than 4th order Runge-Kutta. At altitude 700 km, all orbital elements except argument of perigee and true anomaly were steadier by Runge-Kutta as compared to Adems-Bashforth. Finally, at altitude 200 km and 700 km other orbital elements have a similar behavior but with different values. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper is dedicated to Norman Rostoker, our (FJW and HUR) mentor and long-term collaborator, who will always be remembered for the incredible inspiration that he has provided us. Norman's illustrious career dealt with a broad range of fundamental-physics problems and we were fortunate to have worked with him on many important topics: intense-charged-particle beams, field-reversed configurations, and Z-pinches. Rostoker's group at the University of CA, Irvine was well known for having implemented many refinements to the Z-pinch, that make it more stable, scalable, and effcient, including the development of: the gas-puff Z-pinch [1], which provides for the use of an expanded range of pinch-load materials; the gas-mixture Z-pinch [2], which enhances the pinch stability and increases its radiation effciency; e-beam pre-ionization [3], which enhances the uniformity of the initial-breakdown process in a gas pinch; magnetic-flux-compression [4, 5], which allows for the amplification of an axial-magnetic field Bz; the Z-θ pinch [6], which predicts fusion in a pinch-on-fiber configuration; the Staged Z-pinch (SZP) [7], which allows for the amplification of the pinch self-magnetic field, Bθ, in addition to a Bz, and leads to a stable implosion and high-gain fusion [8, 9, 10]. This paper describes the physical basis for a magneto-inertial compression in a liner-on-target SZP [11]. Initially a highatomic- number liner implodes under the action of the J→×B→, Lorentz Force. As the implosion becomes super Alfvenic, magnetosonic waves form, transporting current and magnetic field through the liner toward the interface of the low-atomic-number target. The target implosion remains subsonic with its surface bounded by a stable-shock front. Shock waves that pass into the target provide a source of target plasma pre-heat. At peak compression the assembly is compressed by liner inertia, with flux compression producing an intense-magnetic field near the target. Instability develops at the interface, as the plasma decelerates, which promotes the formation of target-hot spots. Early experiments provide evidence for the magneto-inertial implosion [8,9,10]. Studies underway are designed to verify these predictions on the National Terawatt Facility, Zebra Generator, located at the University of Nevada, Reno.
