In the article, the authors examines the issues over the suggestion by Dominic Wilkinson to focus on intensive care unit (ICU) triage on the criterion of frailty when allocating healthcare resources. Other topics include the controversy in Spain on triage and disability during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Wilkinson's account of frailty and disability in terms of vulnerability.
