Abstract

The article presents a retrospective study on patients with gastrointestinal performation (GIP) who had cardiopulmonary arrest (CPA). The condition of the 12 subjects in the study are described as well as their estimated collapse time. Conclusion of the study is that survival rates of GIP patients that go into CPA is weak but if CPAs are immediately observed, resuscitation is ideal.
