This article is based on research about the practice of dental medicine of the 21st century which represents a highly competitive sector both on the Romanian and international markets. Current dentistry tends to discard traditional therapies, but also some past preconceptions about how to manage a dental office. Today's modern, state of the art dental medicine strengthens its evolving path through the implementation of work protocols designed to streamline the treatment plan, reduce work time and maximize profit. Another way dental cabinets can improve their quality standards is by accessing European funds either for the purchase of new appliances and equipment or for either location and equipment

The aim of this research is to analyze the (re)employment probability of long-term university graduates registered as unemployed at the National Agency of Employment Romania. Using multinomial logistic regression and a large dataset of 144155 completed registered spells, we estimated the effect of seven explanatory variables on the (re)employment chances of higher educated unemployed.

The transparency and independency of central banks have been the subject of overheated debates mostly after the Maastricht Treaty was undertaken, namely after the year 1992. Therefore, numerous studies dating from the 1990s focus on measuring central bank independency(CBI), proxied usually by the turnover rate and demonstrating that there is an inverse correlation between CBI and inflation. To put it differently, a central bank which is isolated from political pressure is able to conduct a more efficient monetary policy, and its accountability goes towards the fundamental objective, namely price stability. This paper aims at presenting transparency and independency in the context of inflation targeting, drawing the attention to the dimensions of the CBI and limitations when it is quantified. Moreover, the emphasis is put on the two standard indices, GMT and CUK, and their economic interpretation. Even though the legal measure of independency consists of political and economic autonomy, we should take into consideration the informal independency as well.

The goal of this paper is to investigate the mechanisms implemented by the banking system to combat money laundering and terrorism, on the background of the increase in the volume of financial transactions. Starting from the variety of mechanisms and forms of money laundering and from the increase interest of the states in combating related crimes, institutions specializing in combating this phenomenon were created at intergovernmental level. The banking system as a whole is interested in combating the phenomenon given the distortions that can be generated by a generalized context of fraud, corruption and money laundering, substantiated in damaging the credibility of the financial institutions with which it enters a business relationship, to the extent where it is impossible to determine the currency necessary based on the demand of the real economy. In this context, the investigation of the mechanisms implemented by banking institutions with the purpose of identifying and blocking suspicions transactions is of special interest.

Any company makes its presence felt in the market by providing financial - accounting. Users will be more interested in issuing entity, to the extent that the information provided is attractive and quality, showing favorable results. So any accounting information quality is a measure of objectivity and transparency pursued transposition. Setting targets for financial statements depends on many factors and in addition, there is a universal set of objective, valid for all businesses, whatever the accounting system adopted. Over time, in our country, the accounting system has undergone various changes aimed at ensuring financial accounting information as qualitative targets, so try to bring the national accounting system close to international accounting standards. From an analysis of the three periods to improve national accounting system, no one can see only instability reform process accounting, which included regulations associated initially with European directives (which is also found in French accounting system), then with IAS and European directives, in order to subsequently take place reversing the order of accounting regulations, putting in this regard, European directives first, and IFRS (whose application is reduced) on the second place, combination that has led to the emergence of contradictory situation in some cases.

The organizational performance is reflected in the results that the organization obtains, those one being measured by key performance indicators. In the last years, the acerbity competition from the business world, aroused the desire and the interest of companies to improve their performance and to experience ways of measuring the level of performance achieved. Often, both in literature and practice in economics, it is found that a number of terms related to the amortization process, such as wear, depreciation, physical lifetime, economic lifetime, useful lifetime, normal operation lifetime are used a manner that distorts their content and, therefore, affect the quality of information provided through them. In this article we intend to give opinion to contribute to clarifying the meaning of the terms mentioned, including the relationships between them, in order to provide a more rigorous conceptual base regarding the professional reasoning applicable to amortization. Given that this topic is a focal point of the spheres of interest of several categories of specialists, we will expose our work by comparing the national tax accounting regulations and, international accounting standards and international valuation standards.
