The acidizing fracturing flowback fluid with strong corrosion, high viscosity, high oil content and high suspended matter content was treated with "viscosity reduction, neutralization, de-stabilization and filtration". A new inorganic-organic silicon-aluminum composite flocculant was synthesized by silane coupling agent γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and aluminum chloride under alkaline condition.The results show that the best synthetic conditions are as follows: the total aluminum concentration (AlT) is 0.2 mol/L, the molar ratio of Si/Al is 0.6 and the alkalization degree B value is 2.0.The pH value of the new inorganic-organic silicon-aluminum composite flocculant has positive correlation with B value and Si/Al molar ratio, and Zeta potential has negative correlation with B value and Si/Al molar ratio. The organic and inorganic components in the flocculant are bonded together by covalent bond, and the flocculant has a dense space network structure and excellent performance of adsorption and bridging.
