This article uses the vector space model to express microblogging text in quantity, via the cosine of the angle of text clustering method to calculate the similarity between the text. We can generate alternative microblogging hot cluster by centralized method, by adding the "microblogging impact Factor " into vector text mold of alternative hotspot clusters. In order to simulate the exclusive advantage of "star" in the information dissemination process of the real world, we use the alternative hotspot clusters which already weighted the "microblogging impact factor" to re-evaluate its characteristics of vector, to optimize the hot microblogging discovery algorithm and to make the sorting results more in line with the law of information dissemination, finally to give some suggestions and opinions on hot microblogging evaluation method.

Crystalline grains of TPI distribute in NR/TPI blends in the role of physical crosslinking points and make up for deficiencies of the NR/TPI blending system. The flexibility and strength have been enhanced significantly by increasing the the addition level of TPI. The NR/TPI vulcanizates containing 30% of TPI were found to show the recovery rate of 99.4%, while the shape fixity was close to 100%. The study indicated that the recovery rates of NR/TPI vulcanizates depended to a large extent on the addition level of TPI. The influence of the addition level of TPI on the micro-structure of NR/TPI blends was investigated. In addition, the effects of TPI content on static mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties, shape-memory performance and cure characteristics of NR/TPI blends were also discussed.

Through two seismic fortification measures, can effectively enhance the integrity of the masonry structure, reduce the seismic response, effectively improve the seismic capacity of the structure.

This document discusses the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, then discusses least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) algorithm, at the same time, the applications of SVM in the fault diagnosis of temperature signal of turbine blade being discussed, the least squares support vector machine algorithm being used in the research of fault diagnosis, being compared with LVQ neural network, experiments result show the operation speed of the least squares support vector machine algorithm is fast, its generalization ability is stronger, SVM can solve small sample learning problems as well as no-linear, high dimension and local minimization problems in the fault diagnosis of temperature signal of turbine blade.

The paper made a simple study about the stress and nodal displacement theoretic analysis of different shape combined slabs by CATIA.It shows the following result in a visible way with 3D technology: First, the bearing capacity of combined slabs has a great relationship with their shape. Second, the vertical combined slabs can afford stress further surpass the horizontal combined slabs in the same condition and made by the same material.

As the rapid progress and development of DSP technology, a new way to solve the video signal processing was accepted. At present, binocular measurement instrument are mostly based on image capture card and PC on the market, expensive and bulky. For this problem, binocular vision measurement system based on DSP has been used. The design of elementary program structure about video processing which based on DSP/BIOS was finished and verified for its real-time. The results of the experiment show that the driver can be well used in the system.

A new monitoring and diagnostics method using support vector data description (SVDD) is proposed which only needs samples under healthy condition. The method is an ideal candidate for coping with the problem of a shortage of the unhealthy condition samples. We firstly select several nodes of the monitored structure, and decompose the signals from these nodes with wavelet packet transform (WPT). To monitoring structural health efficiently, we assemble a combine feature by using wavelet packet energy distributions of these nodes. The feature is then applied as the input of a developed SVDD classifier. Experiment shows that the SVDD classifier was able to distinguish the normal and abnormal condition ideally, and can be used as an automation approach for structural health monitoring.

Due to lack of typical damage samples in the transformer fault diagnosis, a new fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy support vector machines (FFSVMs) was presented. According to the method, the five characteristic gases dissolved in transformer oil were extracted by the K-means clustering (KMC) method as feature vectors, which were input to fuzzy optimal multi-classified SVMs for training. Then the FSVMs diagnosis model was established to implement fault samples classification. Experiment showed that by adopting facture extraction with KMC, the diagnosis information was concentrated and the consuming in parameter determination was solved effectively. The presented method enabled to detect transformer faults with a high correct judgment rate, and can be used as an automation approach for diagnosis under condition of small samples.

A new algorithm to solve the fused complex-valued cost function for approximate joint diagonalization (AJD), named CVAJD (Complex-Valued Approximate Joint Diagonalization), is presented. The CVAJD algorithm adopts an iterative scheme to update the demixing matrix through the strictly diagonally-dominant residual mixing matrix obtained in each of iterations. Due to the relaxation of several constraints on the target matrices, it has more general utilizations. Besides, it is also easy to implement. A numerical simulation illustrates fast convergence and good performance of the CVAJD.

The asynchronous induction motor has obtained more applications in electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid EV drive systems. But, the parameter’s variations of the motor and the harmonics of the voltage source inverter are the two problems influence control performance of EV Drive Systems. Above all, this Paper discusses several main factors which influence harmonics elimination, and then, describes an effective online method for identifying both stator and rotor resistance. The novel method uses Suboptimal Multiple Fading Extended Kalman Filter (SMFEKF) which is a kind of strong tracking filters can accomplish Parameter Identification. An important advantage of this method is that it offers a parallel search way can overcome local optima so as to find the globally optimal solution. Together with harmonic elimination Algorithm which improved the power factor of the drive and weaken the injected low-order harmonics to the induction motor, robust speed control of induction motor can obtained easily. The simulative results confirm that the proposed method has efficiency to EV Drive Systems.

This study seeks to design and develop tight-fit bra that provide wearing comfort. Five different elastic material commercial bras of size 75A have been tested on three healthy females.The elasticity of different fabrics had been tested with the method of load at specified elongation by using YG（B）026H electronic fabric strength machine. The pressure values have been measured 2 hours after wearing the tight-fit bras using an AMI-3037-5S Air-pack pressure measuring system. The test points were choosed at the hem of bras where the strong pressure will often cause very serious skin traces and the wearer will feel uncomfortable. The results showed that the clothing pressure values were affected by the materials’ tensile resistance, body radius of curvature and the BMI of females. There are smaller clothing pressure and more comfortable when wearing lower tensile resistance of elastic material the tight-fit bra.

With the application of multimedia computers and networks, education and teaching have undergone profound changes that the integration of information technology and subject teaching (or course) has become the focus in educational reform, so how to integrate instruction with the information technology curriculum I think the idea that combing with other subjects teaching in the information technology curriculum to carry out thematic inquiry learning not only can achieve unique effects, but also is a win-win teaching model of information technology and other teaching courses. This paper aims at exploring the positive ways and meaning of the integration of information technology and other subjects through thematic inquiry learning cases.
