Self-locking clamping device is an important part of self locking wind power hydraulic cylinder. When the wind power system is shut down, the hydraulic cylinder must be reliably locked. This paper mainly studies the principle of self-locking device, the calculation of clamping force, the performance factors and the analysis of the elastic deformation force of the lock ring in order to meet the performance requirements of hydraulic cylinder in the process of wind system lock.

A new type of multi-footed wheel walking system is designed to break the limitations of the existing walking system. The multi-footed wheel can be used in a variety of complex terrain and can better protect the vegetation on the ground. In this paper, we established a mathematical model and analyzed the mechanics theory of the multi-footed wheel. At the same time, structural analyses of key parts were done using workbench and the rationality and safety of the structure was verified by the studies above.

Through the Merlot wavelet periodic analysis and Mann-Kendall mutation analysis about the maximum wind speed of 14 weather station in Hexi corridor over the past 41 years,the evolution characteristic of the maximum wind speed can be gotten:the Hexi corridor has about 28-29 years main period and 8-12 years secondary period,presenting sinusoidal curve,and the transformation energy cycled from small to big to small to big;After 1980,there were abrupt changes and decline in Anxi,Jiuquan,Zhangye and Wuwei.The Hexi corridor is in the wind speed environment of same climate conditions,and the inter-annual change feature becomes balanced; but in internal local areas,due to the influence of environment, terrain and urban heat island effect,the secondary period is different,presenting abrupt changes and decreasing tendency in 1980s.

At present, digital printing technology develops rapidly, but in terms of color reproduction, digital proofing and the traditional mechanical proofing are different, it’s difficult to determine the color reduction according to the dot size, mainly manifested in the difference between the display color and the actual digital output color. In this paper, through analyzing the differences with color management technology, to keep consistency between the original display color and digital proof color as the goal. Through the study, mainly provides solutions for color consistency of digital proofing for paper packing.

The scale-inhibition effect of electromagnetic field was tested on circulating cooling water of power plant, and then the scale sample was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results showed that, under optimum scale-inhibition conditions, aragonite content increased and calcite content decreased, and scale-inhibition rate was up to 78.2%; under the poorest conditions, both aragonite and calcite crystals existed, and the scale-inhibition rate was-201.0%; after treating with electromagnetic field, size of both calcite and aragonite particles decreased, making them more easily flown away and thus showing better overall scale-inhibition effect; when energy provided by the electromagnetic field was more than the decrease in free energy of the system, extra energy turns the calcite CaCO3 into other forms of metastable crystalline phases, then content of different crystalline phases is changed in favor of scale inhibition.

As an indispensable part of renewable energy power generation system, energy storage to a large extent, has resolved randomness and fluctuation of photovoltaic power generation and enabled its smooth output. Firstly, a method of energy management by means of LabVIEW was proposed. Based on its advantages on data collection and convenience of hardware integration application, this software was used to conduct real-time surveillance and control of such parameters as charge-discharge current and DC line voltage. Then, five operating mode were raised on the basis of generating capacity of photovoltaic cell and surplus capacity of energy storage battery , insure quick response and high-efficiency operation of the system. Finally, the effectiveness of energy management proposed method was verified on the built experimental platform.

Automatic white balance algorithm (AWB) is significant for color temperature restoration of digital imaging system. According to the limitations and disadvantages of existing traditional white balance methods, in this paper a new AWB algorithm for airborne camera is proposed. Using RGB and histogram information divide the input image into different color character regions; according to the color richness level, adopt different white balance algorithms to achieve chromatic aberration adjustment. Experiment results show the effectiveness of the proposed AWB algorithm for airborne camera.

In order to classify the objects in nature images, a model with color constancy and principle component analysis network (PCANet) is proposed. The new color constancy model imitates the functional properties of the HVS from the retina to the double-opponent cells in V1. PCANet can be designed and learned extremely, which comprises only the very basic data processing components: cascaded principal component analysis (PCA), binary hashing, and block-wise histograms. At last, a SVM is trained to classify the object in the image. The results of experiments demonstrate the potential of the model for object classification in wild color images.

The key technology of electric vehicle battery management lies in the battery state of charge (SOC) estimation, accurate and efficient estimation of SOC can provide the reference data for the control system of the electric vehicle in time. On the basis of the Ah measurement method, Calman filtering method, open circuit voltage method to estimate method, the estimation procedure to estimate the charged battery optimized Calman filtering method, effectively shorten the calculation process, improve the estimation accuracy, in the normal operation of electric vehicles under the influence of comprehensive consideration about the discharge voltage, battery temperature to estimate the state of charge, the Calman filter optimization algorithm, and its application in the electric vehicle battery management system. The experimental results show that, the algorithm can calculate the real-time high charge state of surplus value, provides a set of effective estimation scheme of calculating the battery charge state.

5183 welding wire micro-alloyed using Sc, Zr, Er and automatic MIG welding system applied to weld 7A52 aluminum alloy. Optical microscope and universal tensile testing machine utilized to investigate microstructure and tensile property of welded joint, respectively. The results indicated that welded zone and fused zone was composed of uniform isometric crystal and tiny isometric dendrite crystal when the welded joint was fabricated by using 5183 welding wire micro-alloyed via rare earth element, respectively. Tensile strength and specific elongation of welded zone was improved utmostly when the 5183 welding wire micro-alloyed treatment via single Sc or Zr, respectively. Owing to mirco-alloyed treatment of 5183 welding wire by using Sc, Zr or Er, a large number of Al3Sc, Al3Zr, Al3Er granules had generated in micro-poll, which played heterogeneous nucleation role and refined microstructure of welded zone. Meanwhile, there emerged nanoscaled A13Sc, A13Zr, Al3Er strengthening phase dispersed in welded zone, which had led welded joint to exhibit exclent tensile strength.

In this paper, based on the practice optical transport network (OTN) electric power communication network business, through the modeling analysis shows the specific influence dispersion optical pulses, then discussed the dispersion compensation technology, through modeling and simulation analysis of the dispersion compensation fiber (DCF) and dispersion compensation module (DCM), at the same time with reference to its OTN equipment dispersion tolerance, form a light layer of dispersion compensation quantity calculation method of the experience and grid OTN networking dispersion compensation scheme, reduce the effects of dispersion as far as possible.

Frequency diversity scheduling allocates whole system bandwidth to a user in order to conquer deep fading of the sub-band when user with high-mobility. Though OFDMA technology mitigates interference of users in same cell, it increases interference of cell edge user as base stations use same frequency. Thus, we developed a frequency diversity fairness scheduling algorithm to balance fairness of cell center user and cell edge user. It is demonstrated by computer simulation that the proposed algorithm increases user fairness of the system with same system throughput and fairness between cell edge user and cell center user. It also points out that the algorithm proposed has the same complexity with the frequency diversity scheduling algorithm.

We also take corresponding treatment methods for different faults at the same time. This article introduces the failure processing methods of the arc suppression coil in detail, expounding respectively that the general failure processing methods, the abnormal failure processing methods of arc suppression coil, the action failure processing methods and the discontinued failure processing methods.

Power communication network traffic prediction is important basis of safely assigning and economically running. The forecasting precision will directly affect the reliability, economy running and supplying power quality of power system. Paper first expounds the electric power communication network traffic prediction research present situation, summarized the characteristics of the forecast and the influencing factors, summarizes the commonly used method, is put forward to the return of the electric power communication network traffic based on libsvm prediction method, and the PSO (particle swarm optimization) algorithm is adopted to model parameters optimization, with the test set error as the decision, based on the optimization of model parameters, choice, makes the prediction precision is improved.

Design the mechanical structure of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the modular design method, and the three-dimensional mechanical structure model is created out using Pro/E; design the control system of automatic CNC grooving and bending machine based on the open CNC system theory, the control structure takes PC and motion control card method, and the control software is developed by Visual C++ 6.0. Finally the automatic equipment has been developed which has advantages of automatically processing, high precision and low price.

This paper researched the power generation characteristics of PV module by a variety of environmental factors through building a simulation model. Based on this module, it analyzed the effect of environmental factors, such as temperature, light intensity, dust deposition and other factors when the PV module operating respectively. Then, author compared the simulation data with the distributed PV system operating data in Shanghai to verify the reliability of the model. On the analysis of these data, this paper deeply researched the PV module output power and the variation of the attenuation characteristics.

In this paper, we do the research on the steel tube filled with steel-reinforced concrete subjected to axial compression after high temperature by changing the temperature and the slenderness ratio.The influence of the temperature and slenderness ratio on the composite column and its stability formula of the composite column after high temperature was gotten by the research.

Based on properties of high-speed railway bridge and rail system restraints, the rail-bridge model is established by considering CRTS II unballasted track and bridge structure. The results show that the effect of CRTS II system restraints on seismic response for multi-span simply supported girder bridge is greater so the rail-bridge model should be adopted in earthquake response analysis. Due to the effect of longitudinal stiffness of the railway and bridge transitional section such as terminal spine, the more significant is unloading for seismic response of the side piers if the fewer is the number for the rear-structure spans.

The internal flow field and the noise of inlet blocking fault and trouble-free for control valve are numerical simulated by CFD. The study shows that it is a greater influence on the internal flow field by inlet blocking, the back-end of stemming appears reverse flow, and it make vortex, the phenomenon of the two fluids mixing is appeared below the valve core. The tremendous noise is appeared in the blocking, and it increases the noise of the surrounding area.

The flow characteristic and differential pressure-flow of inlet blockage fault and trouble-free for control valve are numerical simulated by CFD. The study shows that relative gain of flow characteristic curve for inlet blockage is increased, and it enhances the influence on fluctuation to flow change. The flow is less than the trouble-free at the same pressure, and with the increase of the differential pressure, flow difference of comparing with trouble-free increases gradually.

This paper presents a multi-frame super-resolution (SR) reconstruction algorithm based on diffusion tensor regularization term. Firstly, L1-norm structure is used as data fidelity term, anisotropic diffusion equation with directional smooth characteristics is introduced as a prior knowledge to optimize reconstruction result. Secondly, combined with shock filter, SR reconstruction energy functional is established. Finally, Euler-Lagrange equation based on nonlinear diffusion model is exported. Simulation results validate that the proposed algorithm enhances image edges and suppresses noise effectively, which proves better robustness.

Hough Transform[has become a common method in the usage of line detection because of its robustness. It is important in computer vision and image analysis. Usually, the standard Hough transform method (SHT) transform the points in image space into parameter space and vote for all the possible patterns passing through that point. But, there are two serious problems in the standard method of line detection. The first is the high computation complexity and the second is the large storage requirements .In order to solve the two problems, this paper raise a fast-Hough transform algorithm base on pyramid algorithm. First of all we need to desample the primitive binary image with n times; and execute the Hough transform in the nth level image to get the parameter of straight line in this image, which is used in the n-1 level image. Finally we can get the parameter of lines in the primitive image. Experiments show that this method can extremely reduces the computational time.

To responses to the current information "overload" problem widespread in e-commerce systems, a new approach, using the method of user clustering, node trust value analyzing and product evaluating is put forward to build an e-commerce trust community for e-commerce recommendation. According to some of the most trusted neighbors` evaluation information for goods, the recommendation model predicts the score of goods that the users have purchased, to recommend items which have a higher value score, to a customer. In the proposed recommending algorithm, the time effect of recommendation is taken into consideration to provide effective recommending services for users.

When the engine is working, the oil may be mixed with diesel once there isnt any burning diesel flowing into the crank case or there is a diesel leak in the joint of the oil atomizer and the high-pressure oil pipe. Once it happens, the oil degradation will appear, which can cause serious accidents such as drawing cylinder and tile burning when it appears to be severe. At the present moment, the quality of oil in the real vehicle cant be monitored. In this paper, a model used to monitor the quality of the oil was built by means of matching experiment, which took advantage of the neural network. Through the test of the real vehicle, it came to a conclusion that the mode could monitor the viscosity of the oil in real time and accurately calculate the volume fraction of diesel that is mixed into the oil, which could provide an effective means for the replacement of oil.

Various tone reproduction operators have been proposed to display high dynamic range images on low dynamic range (LDR) devices. Many recent computational photography techniques decompose an image into a piecewise smooth base layer, containing large scale variations in intensity, and a residual detail layer capturing the smaller scale details in the image. In these techniques, its important to control the scale of the extracted details and it is often needed to manipulate details in order to avoid the appearance of visual artifacts. In this paper, a new method is proposed to preserve details for high dynamic range images tone reproduction using multi-level image decomposition. We show that current base-detail decomposition techniques, based on the bilateral filter, are limited in their ability to extract detail at arbitrary scales. Thus, we achieve detail enhancement by applying the bilateral filter iteratively, and this process is called multi-level decomposition. By minimizing the proposed energy function, we can choose the proper decomposition level. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can acquire better visual quality in detail enhancement while make the base smoothness.

This paper combines the characteristics of real-time embedded systems and the real-time operating system to propose a software engineering method and process which bases on the function structured analysis and task structured design. First in the process of structured analysis based on the Hatley-Pirbhai method, extracting and sorting out the data flow and control flow according to the functional requirements of the system, analyzing and processing the functions of the system, the dependency among the functions and the timing sequence, and then realizing the design of the specific functions of the system, next achieving the structural design through the improving method, it also simplifies the system design processes. At this time, just need to analyze and divide the processing which is obtained from the structural analysis to get the specific task, design the interfaces among the tasks and also every task to get the new design method of the embedded real-time operating system, which also solves hard issue of the traditional method which is the weak extracting and developing iteration in the embedded real-time system.

To illustrate the changes of important components during progressive collapse, this paper sums up the judgment method for important components. Based on the alternate path method and the concept of sensitivity analysis, we determine the key component of a RC frame structure. Then the changes of important components during progressive collapse are given. The results show that the location of key components changing with the structure damage in the process of progressive collapse.

In this paper, ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to do the following research of the steel tube filled with steel-reinforced concrete composite column. On the basis of past research, simulate axial compression under normal temperature and after the high temperature. And derivate the theoretical formula of the axial compressive bearing capacity under normal temperature and after high temperature based on the general theory. The result shows that the simulation value and the calculate value are in good agreement with each other.

The Simufact material forming finite element software is used to simulate the cartridge backward power spinning process, the material strain and materials flow pattern of the cartridge case deformation zone of spinning process are analyzed. We obtained the conclusion that the materials radial pressure is much greater than the axial and tangential stress, and the radial material flow rate is largest, followed by tangential flow rate, axial flow rate is smallest in deformation zone. The results has certain guiding significance in preventing the produce expanding, necking, uplift and other defects, optimize spinning process.

In order to study the CO/HC change status of the exhaust pollutant concentration after using ethanol gasoline in vehicle, the chosen 30 automobiles are tested as the samples in Zhengzhou City. The results show that the exhaust of CO/HC of the vehicles using ethanol gasoline are significantly reduced, the test results provide some scientific data for promoting the application of ethanol gasoline in vehicle.

The relationship between welding quality and the shape of weld joint of pipeline steel and the factors which can make large influence over the shape of weld joint is analyzed in this paper. The pictures of weld joint in all kinds of welding conditions are taken into computer by some special ways in order to the pictures can be used to producing mathematic curves of weld joint shape. Welding quality and the shape of weld joint of pipeline steel can be forecasted and controlled by finding the best mathematic curve among all the curves which are fitted from the pictures of the weld joint of pipeline steel in all kinds of welding conditions by the computer software.

Key frames detected in Video stream contain sufficient expression information. In order to classify and recognize these expression information, a new elastic model matching algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, expression template is transformed by Gabor wavelet , and the detection algorithm of the key expression in the template image is used. According to the feature information of the key expression, structure expression elastic graph, then by changing the key location in the expression template graph and doing non-rigid match of the expression template and expression elastic graph which is measured, so that similar degree between them is got. Finally, by improving the K-nearest neighbor classification strategy, the effective classification and recognition of measured image expression is achieved.

Fundus images are complex images with more details, and on the basis of the inadequate fuzzy enhancement algorithm proposed by Pal et al, this article propose an improved algorithm of rough set for fundus image enhancement. The fundus image will be multi-scale decomposed by wavelet transform firstly, and then the subgraphs are enhanced by using rough set to improve the visual effects; finally the processed sub-images will be reconstructed and generated a new-enhanced image. Compared with the Pal algorithm, the new algorithm not only overcomes its weaknesses that the threshold is set with a fixed value, but also reduces the number of iterations. Experimental results show that the improved enhancement algorithm has a better effect on the fundus image enhancement, and the various details of fundus images can be shown better.

The self-feedback-friction damper can adjust damping force according to the intensity of vibration. Damper will produce suitable damping force to achieve the purpose of damping energy consumption. At the same time, the damper may also produce a large amount of heat which can greatly affect the damper's energy consumption performance. A temperature compensation system is designed to solve the problem in the article. Structure temperature field is also worked out by finite element analysis to find out the effect of temperature on the damping force.

Based on the essential characteristic of cohesive deposits, from the motion mechanism of cohesive deposits to start with, incipient motion of cohesive deposits laws under different conditions of bulk density and flow are studied by flume experiment. The research results show that the incipient motion of cohesive deposits is greatly influenced by the bulk density. The incipient motion velocity is increase with the growth of bulk density.

In order to solve the complex industrial control problems in grinding control,we construct multi-agent grinding control system based on the blackboard model in this paper. Through the study on the structure and control mechanism of the blackboard model, we design a framework for blackboard model in multi-agent grinding control system, divide and introduce the function model of the blackboard in detail, establish blackboard control agent to control and coordinate how the individual agent takes use of the blackboard resources centralizedly.Aiming at actual situations of the grinding control,we put forward cooperation mechanism multi-agent based on a combination of tasks sharing and results sharing, establish control decision agent to solve the conflict caused by multi-agent cooperation. The cooperation mechanism multi-agent grinding control system improves the execution ability of the individual agent, avoids the conflict caused by different goals and the competition of resources, ensures the coordinated executive of multiple tasks.

Because the current research on traffic level has not yet been achieved classification, it cannot timely and effectively provide the basis for the public transportation and safety management of the traffic control department. Introduce traffic safety index based on toll data to evaluate freeway traffic levels. Firstly, combined with the relevant indicators of traffic engineering, put forward the concept of freeway traffic safety index; secondly, calculate the traffic safety index by analyzing real-time toll data; finally, in order to improve the accuracy of evaluation, have an optimization of traffic safety index definition. Application on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao freeway shows that traffic safety index can be combined with monitoring data to evaluate the condition of road sections and the road network, and its historical data can be used to predict the road traffic conditions, and provide effective guidance for freeway traffic safety operation.

After hundreds years damage, the disease of stone structure member is very severity, and so structure reinforcement has great significance. In this paper, the bending capacity of stone member reinforced with CFRP is studied through the test combined with the protective project of Huangsong Stele. The tests totally have six stone beams to study the mechanics performance and damage model of original and reinforced stone beam. The bending capacity theory of reinforced beam is discussed. The study results revealed that the bending performance of stone beam reinforced with CFRP can ameliorate greatly, and the destroy model change from brittle failure of normal section to ductile failure of oblique section, and the bend-resisting capacity of stone beam reinforced with CFRP can be enhanced greatly. But the enhanced range isnt direct proportion with the dosage of CFRP. The calculate formula of bending capacity got from theory deduce joint the test result, so it can be used to guide the design of fact project. So, the reinforcement of stone bending beam with CFRP have well effect.

SaaS is a software distribution model in which customers can receive their special types of software application services from the SaaS provider via the Internet, the specified software can be ordered according to customers demand. SOA is a valid architecture pattern to provide integrated systems, applications and processes through the linking of services. With the help of SaaS model, distributed networked software services can be seamlessly integrated and deliver on-demand applications to customers. However, the benefit of SaaS can only be fully exploited if they leverage the SOA strategic framework technology. This paper does researches about recent SaaS, SOA and web services and proposes a new model to show how to combine SaaS with SOA. This combination makes it possible to efficiently develop loosely coupled SOA-based SaaS application. Moreover, in reverse, SOA can be enriched by this convergence.

The 12th Five-Year Plan requires the power backbone transmission network to be with large particles and high bandwidth. The new technology-OTN can meet the requests. In addition, OTN makes up for the limitation of small particles transmission of SDH and the defects of WDM networking. Cross is the key technology of OTN. OTN electrical, optical and photoelectrical hybrid cross techniques and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced in this paper. At last, three kinds of cross network strategies are put forward to meet the needs of the future development of Power backbone transmission network, which make the theoretical foundation for the construction of the net.

The amount of water storage change in Tangnaihai basin is obtained by using monthly gravity field data, which is derived from GRACE satellite between 2003 and 2008, with Gaussian filter. Combined with the same time period monthly precipitation data of the regional meteorological stations, we analysis spatial-temporal variation trend of water storge change in Tangnaihai basin for nearly 6 years. Results show that the spatial distribution of water storge change in Tangnaihai basin has obvious difference,water storge change is more in west than in east area.Water storge change has obviously seasonal variation change, and it has the same process with precipitation.The trend of water storge change increase in annual in study area. Water storge change increased from 2003 to 2008 in totally in Tangnaihai basin.The average rate is 0.5 mm/month,and water storge change reduced about 6.1*106 m3.

A robust statistics approach to curvature estimation on scattered point cloud is presented. The basic idea of this method is fitting a surface to the local shape at a sample point in 3D and the curvatures are computed for this fitted surface. Within a Maximum Kernel Density Estimator framework, the best fitted surface for each point is obtained. Therefore the algorithm is robust with respect to noise and outliers. Experiments show that our method has achieved satisfactory results.

For the Development of China's transportation industry, to develop video-based vehicle detection system prohibited the need for pressure line, the article compares and learns from the existing video surveillance technology on the basis of intelligent transportation system’s analysis and research. According to distribution characteristic of central yellow line area roads, the article proposes the algorithm based on wavelet transform pressure line detection. It has more practical significance on achieving the testing about vehicles rolling pressure and the central yellow line area roads. Firstly, the central road of the yellow line is separated to narrow the scope of testing by wavelet transform technique for image segmentation; and then using image segmentation based on color histogram matching algorithm judges whether the vehicle is rolling and pressing the yellow line area. On this basis, we developed a prototype vehicle contraband detection system pressure lines, the results show that the success rate in detection, false detection rate and timeliness are superior to other algorithms, and better meets the needs of engineering practice.

In this paper, there are several factors that influence the sustainable development of building energy. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some solutions, such as improving the building’s service life, the utilization of waste concrete and Energy-saving architectural design.

Based on the large geometric deformation and nonlinear of material theories, the seismic responses of a double-layer spherical lattice shells structure were studied. The results show that under multi-dimensional earthquake, the maximum displacement and axial stress, as well as plastic ratio of the structure will be obviously increased than those corresponding to the responses under single-dimensional earthquake. When long-period seismic wave was taken as the input wave, the responses of the structure were the maximum.
