The calculation of the fundamental frequency for the beam system structures is the important content in the dynamic design of the structure. This paper takes the basic unknown numbers of the displacement method to express the deformation of each member in the beam system structure. The calculation method of the fundamental frequency for beam system structures is got by the energy variational method. The method is very simply and could provide reference for the design of beam system structures.

This paper proposes the dynamic design method and process of a CNC lathe-bed structure based on ansys. The lathe-bed is an important part of lathe. Structural natural frequency as the objective of optimization, with the element structure and frame structure optimization result as the basis, and with a vertical machining center lathe as an example, we put forward some improvement scheme of the bed structure, and makes a comparative analysis of each scheme.

：The dynamic design method was used to analyze the vibrating screens, which can reveal the distribution of the dynamic stress in the main structure exactly and ensure safety and rationality of the structure design. The screens of the type 5XF150/180 grain screening machine were analyzed by the dynamic method. And modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis were studied by ANSYS Workbench software. According to the calculated results ,dynamic property and kinetic parameters were determined. Then the key technology in the dynamic design was discussed, which provided a reference to the dynamic design of such large vibrating screens.

The connectivity of water curtain between holes must be known to ensure water seal effect of artificial water curtain system of the underground oil storage caverns. The permeability characteristics of the fractured rock mass is analysed based on packer test and validity test of the water curtain holes of the China's HuangDao’s national petroleum reserve underground water seal oil engineering, puts forward the connectivity judgment criterion of water curtain holes, and evaluate the connectivity of water curtain system of underground oil storage caverns. This criterion has been used in the connectivity evaluation of water curtain system of the HuangDao’s national petroleum reserve underground water seal oil engineering. Research provides a basis for the dynamic design of water curtain system of underground oil storage caverns, reduce project cost.

In order to make the jacquard fiber hanging fabric to achieve static and dynamic design gradually transform shining shows at the same time, we adopt the interweaves of optical fibers and common yams. By designing six double weft fabric structure of four groups of optical fibers and two groups of common yarns, some functions like “image overlying”, “colour replacing” and “protecting colour” in weave CAD are used in order to overlie the drafting of a static shining pattern formed with 2 sets of optical fiber, a transform shining pattern composed of 2 sets of optical fiber and a scene-like decorative pattern formed with a set of conventional weft. Then notation file is prepared by designing the weft row, main paper clip, assistant needle and sample card. Next, use jacquard weaving machine to make 6 double weft optical fiber jacquard fabric. Finally, by the utilization of the light of LED , the design of electronic circuit,to get a pattern can be controlled shining, static and dynamic display of optical fiber as wall-mounted scene jacquard fabric.

For evaluating the stress state of the jack more precise, the technology of flexible modeling was applied to structure design of the jack. The simulation model with rigid body of the components were set up by AutoFlex module, and the jack’s dynamic curves in static loads were acquired through flexible simulation, then the dynamic characteristic and stress state of the jack which in working process was understand. Based on that, some basis was offered for improvement and reliability design of the jack.

According to the motor-compressors vibration problems occur in the process of operation, research the working principle of the unit, the incentive vibration element, establishes the physical model of the vibration excitation source. it is a guiding significance for the dynamic design, reform system, monitoring and operation management of the motor-compressors.

In view of the industry status that the working performance of domestic bituminous concrete paver is not ideal and corresponding design theory is lack, this paper proposes the compaction system structures of screeding devices, sets up differential equations of vibration system of the freedom degree of the double eccentric block vibration compaction mechanism, sets up the mechanical model of dynamic characteristics of ironing compaction mechanism. With computer simulation, it studies the problems of dynamics of ironing compaction mechanism, analyzes the influence of changes of dynamical parameters of the ironing compaction mechanism on the dynamic characteristics of the system. The study of the dynamic response of ironing compaction systems and dynamic design has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.

The 3-D multi-body contact dynamics simulation model was built by ADAMS base on the Hertz contact theory and multi-body contact dynamics, which considered the dynamics relationship among the ball, ring and cage of the bearing. Considering the clearancesfrictions and loads, results that contained deformation and displacement of the bearing, trajectory of the CM of the cage and the dynamic contact force were obtained by means of the 3-D multi-body contact dynamics model simulation and statics calculation. The outcomes got from two different methods are consistent, so the 3-D multi-body contact dynamics simulation model has the positive significance on dynamic design and engineering application of the bearing.

The characteristics of four-order elliptical gear is analyzed. The parameters of four-order elliptical gear are chosen and calculated. The three-dimensional solid modeling of four-order elliptical gear is achieved. The dynamic model of four-order elliptical gear is established by finite element method and modal analysis of four-order elliptical gear is investigated. The natural frequencies and major modes of the first six orders are clarified. The method and the result facilitate the dynamic design and dynamic response analysis of high-order elliptical gear.

In the dynamic design of spindle system, the better effect should be achieved by optimizing multi-parameters synthetically. A spindle system has numerous design parameters. It is not advisable to optimize every design parameter. So, it is quite essential to analyze the influence extent and their correlation of these design parameters on the system dynamic rigidity. Taking the hob spindle system of YK3610 as an example, an analyzing method based on the orthogonal test is introduced in this paper. In this analysis, the dynamics model of system is built by transfer matrix method. Finally, a multi-parameters optimizing demonstration is provided.

Taking a single-rope winding hoist for example, the paper studied dynamic characteristics of mine hoisting system with single container in details. It established the dynamic mathematical models of hoisting system. Then the dynamic simulation is done in a variety of motion states in Matlab2008 by using computers. It indicates that some mechanical parameters such as the mass of sheaves and cargo, the mass ratios of them, wire rope stiffness and so on, have obvious influences on the dynamic characteristics of the system. The results provide an important reference for the dynamic design of the system.

According to the elastic-plastic theory, the analytical formula of plastic zone radius is established for circular tunnel in its excavation and support, and the effect of anchor support is verified based on the radius of plastic zone from the perspective of measured axial force. The influences to plastic zone by the variations of mechanical parameters and resistance of support are quantitatively analyzed. The result is of great significance to the monitoring measurement and the dynamic design and construction of tunnel.

With the applied development of Cam mechanism in modern civilization, the running speed of cam mechanisms is increasingly high , the inertial force of system follower raced up.Dynamic analysis and dynamic design must be considered when analyzing high-speed cam mechanism. Meanwhile, establishing the movement equation . Use MATLAB to work dynamic response change curve to obtains the different period ratio to push the regulation sector principal oscillation response and ttop the secto sor hangover response far the influence, thus makes the explanation to the period ratio reasonable choice.

In order to optimize the CNC milling machine structure, the system modeling, simulation, and virtual prototyping technology are used in this paper. It has built 3D virtual prototype model and finite element model of the upright post on Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS platforms respectively. The modal analysis of different rib column has been done. The top twenty frequencies and mode of those upright posts are calculated by ANSYS software. Through the modal analysis and compared with different column structure, the optimization column geometry is determined, and the main spindle speed should not be greater than 9000 r/min. These will provide important references for the general design and manufacture of the CNC milling machine.

A new computational method of preloading the earthwork has been proposed in this paper. Firstly, the various factors affecting the computed method for the foundation of the average degree of consolidation have been analyzed. Secondly, the settlement prediction method has been described according to the settlement to calculate the degree of consolidation. Then the consolidation coefficient has been calculated according to the least square method. The computed algorithm compute the preloading height based on the Takagi Shunsuke method and the measured data is presented. Finally, two examples illustrate the validity and the feasibility of the computed method in this paper.

As the support structures of building for crossing river, piers of bridge and/or aqueduct are generally arranged in tandem along the river direction, the fluid dynamic forces are main lateral loads acting on the Piers. Two-dimensional fluid computations have been performed using LES model to investigate the flows around three circular piers in tandem arrangements at a supercritical Reynolds number, Re =8.76×106. Both center-to-center spaces are L/D=2.6. The flows and fluid-dynamic forces obtained from the simulations are analyzed. The results can provide the basis for the dynamic design of the supporting structures of the aqueducts.

Belt conveyor is main transportation in coal-fired power plants. The traditional static design method that considering less actual working condition is main method in designing belt conveyor, and the method using the virtual prototype technology to design product can save cost while improving efficiency, but also use dynamics method to improve products. Build belt conveyor basic system that based on a certain type of belt conveyor, it is accomplished by using simulation software and conveyor belt discretization method. It can be obtained that virtual prototype technology is feasible and effective in belt conveyor dynamic design. By discussing the tension characteristics of belt conveyor, obtain the position of maximum tension and the tension distribution which have guiding significance for designing and maintaining belt conveyor.

The virtual prototyping (VP) technology is a new method for belt conveyor dynamic design. However the conveyor belt simulation is very difficult. There is no successful precedent of belt conveyor VP until now. Based on a new type of dynamic software – Recurdyn, the VP design plan is formulated, which comprises simplification of belt conveyor, 3D modeling, belt separation and belt blocks assembly. Then a simplified belt conveyor VP is given. The VP is simulated under working condition in virtual environment. The results show the correctness of simplified VP and the feasibility of heavy-duty belt conveyor VP. And an improved belt conveyor VP which can be used in design and research is completed in the end.
